The woods were vast, the leaves which had died sometime before blocked most of the light in and out of them, suddenly there was a wolf howl and the figure that Aelita had dreamt many times before, the figure stopped and turned around to see a wolf snap at him, Aelita shot forward screaming, she stopped and began breathing heavily, suddenly her door opened shocking her, Sissi stood at the door half dressed, she was clearly angry,
"WHAT IS THAT SCREAMING" she shouted, then there was more shouting "I CAN HEAR YOU THROUGH THE FUCKING FLOOR" it was Dallas, Aelita smiled at the comfort of her friend, "well you are" said Aelita in response to Sissi but this just proceeded to anger her, "do you know what time it is" said Sissi who was just getting angrier by the minute, "uh… 5 o'clock in the morning" said Aelita as she read the clock on her desk, "yes that's right and this is the third night in a row and I have had it" said Sissi as she slammed the door, Aelita looked at the clock and moved her legs off her bed scared to fall asleep again knowing the nightmare would repeat itself.

The Sunlight soon poured through Aelita's windows signalling for her to get up, having lost a few hours of sleep she was still tired, having excited her room she made her way towards the showers, After Delmas put his foot down and barred Sissi from hogging the girls bathroom in the mornings things were moving quicker, Aelita moved towards the shower room, she was looking forward to a nice warm shower to wake her up, having closed the door she moved towards a vacant cubicle, she stopped as something moved towards her in the steam, there was a brief flash and Aelita noticed a wolf identical to one she had seen in her dreams, it moved towards her growling at her, Aelita dropped her belongings as she turned around and quickly moved towards the door, the wolf moved closer as she screamed, she quickly opened the door and slammed it shut behind her blocking the rabid animals advance, she quickly barricaded the door with her own body weight, "Out of our way" said Sissi as she and Evelyn who had dressed herself for public walked towards the shower door, "don't go in there… there's a huge wolf inside" said Aelita as she pushed against the door, "oh really" said Sissi as she pushed Aelita aside and opened the door letting the steam flow out, Sissi screamed and Aelita winced her face in fear, but the scream soon stopped as Sissi looked angrily towards Aelita, the later was confused and poked her head around the door to see Emily standing there in place of the wolf in her bath robe, she was confused as to what was going on letting out a "huh", Sissi's anger quickly turned to laughter as she said "A four eyed wolf" and started laughing with Evelyn, Emily paid them not attention as she walked past, but Aelita was upset with herself having just made a fool of herself and making people laugh at Emily.

A few hours passed and the gang had met up at one of the benches near the vending machines, Aelita was still down at what had transpired earlier that morning, Ulrich was sitting down next to her in some pain with Yumi next to him, his Broken ribs still hadn't fully healed from the beating he'd received during the last attack, Jeremie was standing in front of Aelita whilst Odd was behind her with his hand on her shoulder Dallas was laying on the floor looking up at her, Aelita had explained the continuous nightmares she'd been having,
"It's a shame you didn't dream about me Aelita, I'm a real dream come true" said Odd, Ulrich laughed hurting himself in the process, "more like a nightmare to tell the truth" he said as he grabbed his sides, Yumi moved her hands in concern, "these visions of yours are starting to become a real problem" said Yumi, Jeremie quickly thought to himself, "all these visions started at the Hermitage, I think we should go back there" said Jeremie, Dallas leant forward as Odd said "what go back to that creepy house, I'm not sure if you remember, but the last time we went there we were attacked by a lamp, a cupboard, Ulrich and Yumi nearly died in that steam room" Yumi looked down at the memory before grabbing Ulrich's hand, "XANA had a plan that time, this time we'd going of our own accord" said Dallas, Aelita stood up saying "I don't like that place it scares me", Yumi moved from Ulrich and placed her hands on Aelita's shoulders, "we don't have any choice Aelita if we don't do something our hallucinations could get worse" said Yumi, Odd quickly helped Ulrich up of the bench, "Don't worry this time we'll be with you" said Jeremie as he took Aelita by the hand, she felt more comfortable as the warmth from his hands engulfed hers.

"My legs are shaking, what's happening to me" said Aelita as they stood outside the hermitage, Dallas had his crossbow in hand, "You're scared nothing to worry about, happens to Jeremie all the time" said Odd as he moved up the stairs, "come on we'll see whose scared" said Jeremie as he led the way, despite usually being the scared one he wasn't showing causing Dallas to smile with admiration, Ulrich smiled as he said "me and Dallas will remain on guard", Dallas grabbed his arm "need I remind you that you're injured go search I'll follow along in a minute" said Dallas as he made sure Ulrich followed the others inside "but" he said as he turned around, Dallas raised his crossbow and Ulrich turned around into the house, Jeremie opened the door and they looked at the dirty corridor and wondered what kind of man had lived here, Ulrich and Yumi walked into the living room or what was left of it, Aelita followed them suddenly there was a white flash, and the room was intact, Ulrich and Yumi were gone, Aelita watched as Two men one of them Franz Hopper stood over what appeared to be a dark brown hair toddler who was sleeping, the other man was clearly younger than Hopper his hair was short a light brown and clean shaven, suddenly there was a white flash and they disappeared, Aelita noticed that there was some wallpaper on the wall that wasn't present during her vision, "Aelita" said Yumi breaking the formers focus "did you have another vision" she asked Aelita nodded before stepping hesitantly towards the wallpaper, "I don't know why, but this seems out of place" she added as she reached at a tear in the paper and began to pull at it, Dallas walked in after her, "Okay there's no one nearby" he said as he slung his crossbow over his shoulder, "Okay I know this place is a dump but is that…" started Dallas then he stopped as they noticed something below the wall paper, it was Kanji letters, it read, あなたの人生を変えるイベントがここから始まりました, "what're these symbols" said Aelita as she placed her hand on one of them before quickly retracting them expecting them to do something, "it's Kanji" said Yumi, Aelita looked towards her, "Kanji?" she asked, Ulrich stepped forward "it's Japanese writing" said Ulrich, Yumi looked at it before saying "Anata no jinsei o kaeru ibento ga koko kara hajimarimashita", Aelita looked at her confused, "The event that will change your lives began here" said Dallas, they looked at him, "I Know Japanese" he retorted, "Shittakaburi" said Ulrich catching Dallas off guard, the group quickly moved back into the hallway, "see everything is just fine" said Jeremie as he moved from the kitchen, Odd looked around still unconvinced, Aelita suddenly as if in a trance moved towards the stairs and began to climb them, the warriors followed her as she moved towards one of the rooms, the room like the rest of the building was trashed the desk that sat next to the wardrobe was covered in a layer of dust and had been ransacked, the window planes had been pulled inwards smashing them and the bed had turned black after all the years of neglect, Aelita looked at the window but she was struck with another flash, briefly seeing the eye of the wolf, she backed into the wall and collapsed.

The figure of Aelita's dreams began running away from the wolves again this time they were moving slower as if they didn't wish to catch him this time, he tripped on a tree root that had become unearthed and tumbled to the ground, he looked up before running towards a tree, the wolves passed him as he hid inside, but as he thought it was safe one of the wolves poked his head inside and snapped open at him, the wolf couldn't reach him, the boy fell to his knees in relief, he then brushed away the leafs on the floor and pulled out a small box, he opened it creating a blinding flash, Aelita quickly awoke screaming the warriors grabbed her as she violently shook,
"Aelita are you okay" said Yumi as she looked at her, "Yes" she said but the looks of the others said otherwise, "at least I think so" she added as she stood up, Dallas grabbed her saying "careful you just fainted take it easy", Aelita wiped the sweat from her head, "you have another vision" asked Jeremie, Aelita nodded but without opening her eyes moved towards the wall at the far side of the room, "yes but it was different this time" she said as she moved towards a painting of the Lonely tree on the wall, "it was like someone was leading me to a tree like this one" she said as she grabbed the painting and pulled it off the wall, behind where the painting stood was a hole in the wall, and inside the wall sat alone doll, the doll was that of what Aelita had been dreaming about she grabbed it slowly before simply uttering "Mr Puck" as she stroked the doll with her thumb.

Having returned to Kadic Yumi had gone to her class and the others had moved into their English class, quickly sitting at the front table they looked around at the doll,
"So Aelita's never seen this toy gnome, but she's been dreaming about it for days and she knows it's called mister puck" said Jeremie as he sat on the table and looked down at it, "it's not a gnome it's an elf" said Ulrich, Odd rolled his eyes as he said "whatever it is this story's gone paranormal", Sissi having noticed walked over and grabbed the Doll of the table, "Well Aelita still playing with dolls" said Sissi as she moved away, Jeremie quickly moved from the table followed by Dallas as Adam moved towards Sissi, "Sissi give that back right now" said Jeremie as Sissi held it higher than Jeremie could jump shaking it, Dallas rolled his eyes and quickly jumped but instead of reaching with his hands he raised his leg above his head and kicked it out of Sissi's hand before landing on the floor and spinning back to face her, annoyingly it flew towards Adam who grabbed it, "Hey a bit of advice give me that toy right now" said Ulrich as he moved towards him in a fighting pose, Adam smiled and poked Ulrich in the ribs causing him severe pain as he handed the doll back to Herb "what toy" he said as he laughed at Ulrich's pain, Odd Moved to help him up, Dallas quickly jumped over the table in a baseball kick stance knocking the toy once again off the table, everyone watching was amazed at the lengths everyone was going to, "I got it" said Sissi as she grabbed a hold of the doll, but luckily so did Aelita as she began to pull it from her, Sissi quickly let go causing Aelita to stumble backwards but at the same time a small key fell from the doll and landed on the ground, Sissi reached for it but at the same time Ulrich placed his foot on it stopping her from getting it, "What is all this noise about" said the teacher as she stormed in and slammed the door, Sissi grabbed at Ulrich's foot trying to move it, but found herself unable to, "Okay you can have it but only cause it's you" said Sissi as she moved away, Ulrich quickly kicked the key off the floor into Dallas's hand before he pocketed it.

Having risked getting in trouble already Dallas elected to continue to pocket the key until they were out of class, having left class as discreetly as possible they moved towards a secluded area, Dallas pulled out the key and held it between his thumb and index finger,
"Any ideas" asked Ulrich as he sat down slowly, Jeremie shook his head "none why a key was in the doll is strange enough" he replied, Dallas reached into his jacket pocket and after rustling around briefly, he pulled out a watch makers magnifying glass, quickly placing it in his right eye, "79" he said, Odd tilted his head and asked "Is that the year when the key was made" Dallas looked towards him squinting his face to hold the glass in place, "no it's numbered" he replied before showing Odd, "Why would there be a numbered Key in the doll" said Odd, Dallas continued to examine the key, "Well it's old and rusted been there… oh I'd say at least ten to thirteen years" he said, Aelita looked at the doll before stroking it again "what I want to know if this is XANA why is it doing this" said Aelita, Jeremie placed his hand on her shoulder, "it does like to mess with us" he replied then they heard a voice, "you know if you're gonna go somewhere you could at least text me" they looked up to see Yumi "sorry, I was gonna text you but I lost my train of thought" said Ulrich, Jeremie then looked at the key and pulled it from Dallas's hand "what" he asked curious as to what his friend was thinking, "so you have a key" said Yumi, Odd smiled and rested back against the wall, "yeah but we have no idea why it was hidden in the doll we found" he said as he was getting further confused, "moreover we don't know what it opens" said Aelita then Jeremie shouted "EUREKEA", the others looked towards him "it's the key to a train station locker" said Jeremie, Dallas grabbed the key and un-squinted his face dropping the glass into his hand and suddenly everything turned blue as he looked at the key the dirt and rust moved away revealing a small image of a suitcase and an arrow, "could be" said Dallas as he pocketed the key again, "Do we have any better leads" asked Yumi as she moved from behind him, "pardon the pun but I have a feeling we're on the right track" said Jeremie, Dallas put away the glass and said "Shall we be off".

"Train 1864 to Paris is now leaving platform 6" was announced over the radio, Aelita was amazed at the bustling train station, the lockers had been vandalized with spray paint and were old and rusted, "Here we are" said Jeremie as he located Locker number 79, "let's hope they haven't replaced them in those ten to twelve years" said Ulrich as Dallas pulled out the key and handed it to Aelita, "would you like to do the honours" said Jeremie, Aelita stepped forward and turned the Key unlocking the door, a wave of dust covered the interior of the locker, inside was a brown box with the letters FH inscribed on the top "FH what does that stand for" said Ulrich as Aelita pulled the box from the locker "Fuzzy hands, fried hams, fifty percent hotdog, fried egg" suggested Odd, Ulrich looked at him and said "Egg doesn't start with an H" Odd laughed as he replied "I was just testing to see if you were on your toes", Aelita tried opening the case as she put it down, "it's locked" she said, Yumi looked in the locker, "there's no Key" she said as she turned back, "I doubt anyone would leave a key next to the box, Dallas looked at the lock he quickly looked around and extended his left blade and snapped the lock off, Aelita quickly clicked it open revealing what appeared to be 13 CD cases, "cool Music" said Odd, Jeremie laughed as he took off his bag and pulled out his laptop, "sorry Odd, certainly not" he quickly pulled out one of the discs and inserted it into his laptop, "let's see what we can come up with" he added the screen turned on and showed what appeared to be a digital blue book with two words at the top centre, Franz Hopper, "Franz Hoppers diary" said Jeremie, Yumi smiled as she placed her arm around Aelita, "great we might be able to learn more about the Hermitage and its owner" said Yumi but Jeremie's smile turned to a frown, "maybe but right now everything's encrypted in binary code" said Jeremie as he ejected the disc and placed it back in the case and closed the box, "how much time do you need 1, maybe 2 hours" asked Ulrich as Dallas pulled out some handcuffs from his jacket pockets, "Don't ask" he said as he attached them to the case's handle, "how much time do you need one maybe two hours" asked Ulrich as Dallas then handcuffed it to his own wrist, "more like one of two years" replied Jeremie.

Having returned back to their respective residences for the night, Jeremie had fallen asleep trying to break the encryption, Dallas had passed out within a few hours from a lack of sleep, but morning soon came and Ulrich was the first to awaken,
"Come on time to get up" said Ulrich as he looked down at Odd who was still in bed, "Just a little longer" he replied, Ulrich rolled his eyes and said "I'm gonna take a shower" he shut the door behind him, but suddenly the lamp on Odd's desk suddenly began to move, a blame slime began to irradiate from the lamp and move towards Odd, Kiwi barked but it didn't awaken Odd, all of a sudden the slime stood up like a figure and moved towards Odd before poring itself into his ear, Odd began to scream in pain as he lost focus briefly and began to fade, but suddenly the slime moved from Odd as he shot forward screaming, he quickly rushed out of the door and towards the boys bathroom, he opened the door and said
"Ulrich are you here" then he turned his head to the showers as he heard screaming, the screaming came from that Ulrich who fell through the door and screamed as the same substance that had attacked Odd emerged from his mouth before moving towards a plug socket.

"Jeremie, Jeremie" said Ulrich as Odd opened the door to his and Dallas's room, Dallas looked forward at them whilst shutting the door sensing that something was wrong, "huh what's going on" asked Jeremie as he woke up, "XANA's ghosts attacked me and Ulrich" said Odd, Jeremie put down his laptop before standing up, Dallas grabbed his crossbow, "what" asked Jeremie as Dallas looked at them "what did they do" he asked, Ulrich looked towards him and replied "nothing they just ran away", Dallas was confused "the scan didn't detect any activated towers" said Jeremie as he looked at the computer, "XANA's attack failed, it's weird XANA can possess Humans but not you two" he added as Ulrich and Odd looked at each other confused "It must have something to do with sex appeal" said Odd sarcastically as they walked back towards the shower, "I'll join ya" said Dallas as he grabbed his clothes and followed after them, Jeremie looked as they walked off, he turned back to his computer confused at what had transpired suddenly the Black substance began to move towards Jeremie, it quickly engulfed him and he began to scream as Odd and Ulrich had done, it soon stopped as he moved from the chair he suddenly noticed the case and moved towards it.

"Running is the noblest event in athletics, except for maybe the long jump, shot put, high jump, pole-volt…" said Jim before he realised he was losing the point, the class were dressed in there gym clothes, even Jeremie was present which was odd, "some of you may associate running with cowardness, as in running away from things, nothing could be further from the truth, because he who runs well goes far" he said before realising he'd bored the entire class, "Jeremie let's see how powerful your strides are" said Jim, Jeremie stood up and walked towards one of the track lanes and stood ready, "for those of you with short memory's, let me remind you that… wait was I gonna say, may I remind you when we start when I say go, not on get set and not on ready, well after get set and ready…" said Jim as he lost his train of thought he turned towards Jeremie and said "on your marks, get set, go", Jeremie started running but before he'd even made it a metre he was already limping "ouch" he said as he began to hope along, "what now" asked Jim, Jeremie looked back towards him and said "I twisted my ankle" as he reached for it "of course you did, you don't get strong muscles sitting in front of a computer" he was disappointed in Jeremie "Herb take him to the infirmary" added Jim, suddenly Jeremie spoke up, "actually Jim would you mind if Aelita came with me instead", "okay fine go on then take him far away from me" answered Jim as he looked away from Jeremie as Aelita helped him towards the Nurses office.

Having moved out of sight from the rest of the class Jeremie put his foot on the ground and began moving normally,
"Jeremie you're not limping anymore, has your ankle stopped hurting" asked Aelita, suddenly Jeremie turned around his face angry and in his eyes XANA's mark, Aelita yelped as she backed away whilst in the female bathroom across the courtyard Yumi exited from the stall wiping her mouth, she went to wash her hands when she noticed what was happening from the window, Jeremie moved towards Aelita and did a kick that could rival Dallas, Ulrich and Yumi, the later watched as Jeremie grabbed Aelita and began running towards the woods, Yumi quickly pulled out her phone and dialled a number, Dallas and Odd heard Ulrich's phone vibrate and moved to block Jim's view of him, "Yumi" he said upon answering the phone, "Ulrich I think Jeremie's been possessed by XANA" said Yumi, Dallas and Odd looked back towards him, "you sure" said Ulrich in disbelief, "this morning Odd and I were almost possessed by some ghosts that didn't succeed, why would it work on Jeremie" he added, Yumi quickly moved from the building she was in, "no idea, he was heading for the woods, Aelita was in his arms she was unconscious" said Yumi, Dallas looked towards the other students "no Adam" he said, Yumi quickly rushed towards the dorm building "I'll check the super scan, we'll meet at the factory" said Yumi as she hung up, Dallas looked at them "no time for subtlety" he said, Odd looked at him and asked "what do you mean", Dallas stood back and stretched his arms and almost immediately let out a loud yell as Eagle sense began to form around him, it moved from below him before moving up him and forming like a smooth rounded pyramid, "what the fuck" said Jim as he watched, Dallas then crouched and jumped up rocketing into the air at a rapid pace causing people to both watch in amazement or run screaming in terror, Odd and Ulrich used the distraction to make their way towards the woods.

Yumi looked from the window at the ensuring chaos that Dallas had caused; she looked down at the computer as it located one of the towers, and quickly wrote down the location,
"Ice sector south, south east" she said as she moved towards the door, she quickly noticed the box with Franz Hoppers Discs inside, she quickly tapped it open to show the nearly liquefied CDs, in the woods Ulrich and Odd moved towards the hatch which XANA had forgotten to close, Ulrich felt his phone vibrate as Odd moved down the hatch, "yeah" he said as he began to descend, "XANA's attacked, we have to stop Jeremie and fast too" said Yumi as she rushed out of the dorm building, Ulrich hung up as they reached the bottom of the ladder, "he's got a 5 minute lead on us" said Odd, then he felt Ulrich grab the back of his neck, "Ulrich…" started Odd, but Ulrich shouted "SUPERSRPINT" and rushed them to the other end of the tunnel, "don't" finished Odd, Ulrich collapsed at the pain in his ribs, "I said not to" said Odd as he grabbed his friend and helped him back to his feet.

On the Bridge Jeremie had moved from the hatch and was moving towards the entrance, Aelita opened her eyes having regained consciousness,
"Jeremie" she said, then she looked at Jeremie's eyes and began to panic, "Jeremie please" she said, she quickly broke free of his arms and rushed back towards the hatch, Jeremie moved after her, Ulrich and Odd emerged from the hatch, "are you okay princess" said Odd as he stepped forward suddenly they heard "STICK THE LANDING", they quickly Ulrich pushed himself Odd and Aelita Down as Dallas flew over them smashing into Jeremie pushing him at a rapid pace into the factory, the speed at which they were traveling caused a massive explosion of dust and rubble to emerge from the wall, "well that was unexpected" said Aelita as they moved towards the factory entrance, Yumi quickly ran across the bridge and caught up to them, "I here" she said, then she noticed Aelita, "what where's Jeremie" asked Yumi, the Ulrich pointed to the massive cloud of dust, "somewhere in there" he said as they descended the ropes, suddenly Jeremie emerged from the cloud, "oh no" said Aelita as the elevator opened, "come on" said Ulrich as they rushed inside, suddenly Dallas emerged from the cloud and ran into Jeremie knocking him to the ground, "Go I'll hold him off best I can" said Dallas as he smashed the controls of the elevator as the door shut, "XANA I'm giving you this chance to leave Jeremie alone" said Dallas, Jeremie laughed and said "you think you can stop me", his voice was distorted as if a second one was being played over it, he then grabbed a scrap metal pipe from the ground "I can try" replied Dallas as he reached down and pulled off his training jumper throwing it to the side and kicking off his shoes leaving him in his tracksuit bottoms.

"We've gotta get to Lyoko and fast, this is the location of the activated tower" said Yumi as she handed the note to Aelita, the elevator opened and Aelita and Odd Rushed out, "I'll input the program" said Aelita, Odd smiled as he said "I'll cover her", Yumi nodded as she pressed the button, the elevator closed and descended into the scanner room, they quickly walked towards a scanner each, "Aelita, think you can handle it" asked Yumi, Aelita smiled as she quickly typed the delayed program into the computer "I'm not as good as Jeremie but I think I can handle it" Replied Aelita, then the screen began to countdown from one minute thirteen seconds, "Odd hurry the countdown has been launched" she said as the two of them moved towards the ladder, they quickly jumped into a scanner, "Ulrich listen I need to tell you that…" started Yumi but the scanner closed cutting her off, they were then quickly virtualized, their blue squared outlines appeared in the sky before gaining detail and dropping to the ground, Yumi looked at Ulrich he didn't hear what she had said, "over there" said Aelita as they saw the tower, they quickly ran down the path leading to the large Plato, "he who runs well goes far" said Aelita, Yumi looked at her and asked "is Odd the one who teaches you nonsense like that", Odd shouted "HEY" in a sarcastic tone, "No as a matter of fact it's Jim" replied Aelita.

Jeremie moved towards Dallas swinging the pipe, but Dallas back flipped out of the way, Jeremie started laughing
"Adam was right you are an interesting subject" said Jeremie, Dallas smiled as he replied "good to know he gave me a compliment", Jeremie swung the pipe again but Dallas ducked and stuck out his leg and spun around hitting Jeremie in the ankle and knocking him down, Dallas then quickly stood up and grabbed the pipe throwing it down the shaft, Jeremie grabbed his leg and pulled him down but before he could twist his left knee, Dallas kicked him in the face with his right foot, they two quickly clambered to their feet, Jeremie then shot forward at Dallas with his fist curled, he landed a blow, unlike any blow ever dealt to him before this one managed to cut his face open leaving a bleeding wound under his right eye, "oh you're good" said Dallas as he grabbed Jeremie's arm and twisted it back, Jeremie growled as he flipped his arm forward sending Dallas flying into one of the metal girders bending it, Jeremie stepped towards him saying "no matter how many times you think you'll defeat, you'll still lose", Dallas shot forwards yelling as he lifted him between his legs and knocked Jeremie to the ground.

Back on Lyoko the warriors reached the Plato which apart from the tower seemed baron and empty,
"Keep your eyes open" said Ulrich as they continued running towards the tower, Odd raised his arm looking around "we're at a serious disadvantage" said Odd, then they all stopped as Adam and Evelyn stood blocking there path, "Only four of them" said Evelyn, Adam smiled, the scar under his eye was a constant reminder, "where is the other one" he said as he raised his musket, "As soon as you fire we can strike you down" shouted Yumi, Adam smiled "you're right" he then aimed towards the ground and fired, "a fat lot of good that did" said Odd, then suddenly the ground began to crack, "I don't like the sound of that" said Ulrich as the cracks moved towards them, suddenly they stopped and emerging from the ground were four blocks, "Shit" said Yumi as they looked around them, Ulrich quickly drew his sword, as Yumi did her fans, the tree quickly moved into a triangle formation and stopped the Blocks having a direct line of sight of Aelita, The Blocks stepped forward and opened fire upon the Warriors, Yumi broke formation and jumped forward flipping out of the way of the lasers, she quickly flipped forward forcing two of the blocks to realign their shots and target her, Yumi landed and drew her fans, one of the other blocks fired at Ulrich, he quickly moved his blade and deflected the laser, another one moved forward, Ulrich quickly ran but the Block that had previously fired at him aimed and fired a beam at his leg causing it to freeze solid, "Ulrich" said Odd as he moved forward to help him, but Ulrich used his sword in an attempt to break the ice clear from his leg, Odd quickly fired a laser arrow smashing the ice, one of the Blocks used this time to fire at Aelita, but Ulrich quickly sprinted and blocked the shot, but unfortunately two of the other blocks moved and started firing upon him, "Yumi, Odd protect Aelita" said Ulrich as he blocked another laser, "I'll take care of the Blocks" he added, Yumi nodded and said "right" as she and Odd moved in to cover Aelita, Ulrich moved forward towards two of the blocks and said "Triplicate" splitting into three, the two Ulrich's that had broken off to the side jumped luring the fire of one of the blocks, the third Ulrich jumped into the air and landed on the block and stabbed it in the eye, he looked back as the others ran towards the tower, "come on nearly there" said Odd but then there was a musket shot, it just missed him, he looked up to see Adam and Evelyn standing on a raised platform looking down at them, "You go ahead I'll take care of them" he said as he ran towards them, "Odd be careful" said Yumi.

Back on the factory floor Jeremie moved towards the elevator, but Dallas jumped and landed his heel into Jeremie's head, Jeremie was knocked to the ground, Jeremie stood back up, but Dallas was ready as Jeremie moved forward Dallas kicked Jeremie in the thigh on his left leg but before even placing his right foot back on the floor Dallas raised his left leg and kicked Jeremie in the head knocking him back,
"You won't stop me" said Jeremie as he looked towards the Elevator shaft, Dallas quickly jumped at him, the two were thrown down the shaft exchanging blows between them, Dallas looked at the Elevator before grabbing Jeremie, not wanting to risk hurting his friend he turned the two of them and he smashed into the elevator, due to the impact velocity the two went through the top but landed on the floor, Dallas was killed in the impact whilst Jeremie stood up unharmed "Such foolish recklessness" said Jeremie as he pressed the button and the elevator began to ascend.

Two of the Blocks moved away from Ulrich and moved to intercept Yumi and Aelita, the former moved quickly enough to avoid their lasers, Adam looked down at them before aiming his musket,
"Think I can hit her at this range" said Adam as he looked towards Evelyn, "I think you over estimate yourself little brother" said Evelyn, Adam huffed as he turned back towards Yumi, he began to squeeze the trigger, suddenly the musket was thrown from his hand followed by "Surprise" from Odd as he moved from below him knocking him over, Evelyn drew her own musket, but Odd quickly fired a laser arrow at her arm throwing the pistol from her hand, he then jumped at her and using his claws dug into her eyes blinding her, she screamed at the pain, Adam stood up drawing his sword and moving towards Odd, the latter quickly turned and extend his blade, Adam was surprised by the fact that Odd had one, "it appears he's been busy" said Adam as he raised his sword for another swing, but Odd quickly moved before he could strike him, "get back here" said Adam as Odd ran off, Adam sheathed his sword and pulled a sphere shaped device off his belt before pressing the button atop and throwing it in front of him, suddenly his bike appeared and he gave chase after Odd.

Yumi drew her fans and blocked one of the shots from one of the monsters, but it suddenly unloaded a barrage of Lasers towards her, she blocked most of them but the durability of fan didn't hold long enough and she was struck by one of the lasers knocking her back, she stood up again ready to fight, the Block continued to unload its barrage of lasers, Yumi held up her other fan and began to absorb all the shots, but unbeknownst to her the other Block was moving up behind her, Aelita gasped at the sight of it, as the creature charged it's shot Aelita raised her arm and an ice wall began to form as it fired, the laser was absorbed by the wall, "nice one Aelita" said Yumi, the Block then turn its attention towards the former, Ulrich moved towards them luring his block towards them, "I'm gonna knock your block off you dumb block" said Ulrich, Yumi back flipped towards him saying "sounds like Odd is rubbing off on you, your jokes are almost as bad as his", the Blocks began a rapid attack, "Where is Odd anyway" said Ulrich as he deflected numerous lasers, suddenly the Block that was Attacking Yumi fired a series of rings, she quickly sheathed her fan and ran towards them flipping through each one of them, as she landed she threw her fan, but the weapon narrowly missed the Block, she looked down before gulping, she then placed her hands on her head and began to glow as she gained control of the fan and raised her arm directing it towards the Block destroying it.

Back in the factory, Jeremie exited the elevator and moved towards the computer and began typing, he smiled as enter and on Lyoko Yumi lost texture and was DE virtualized
"Materlization Yumi" said Jeremie, suddenly he and the chair he was sitting in where knocked off the mounting by Dallas who'd snapped back, "why don't you stay dead" said Jeremie as he stood up, "believe me there are days I wish I would", back on Lyoko Aelita ran towards Ulrich as two of the blocks moved towards her, suddenly one of them fired it's ice ray and froze Aelita's leg, "I'm coming" said Ulrich as he said "Triangulate", he suddenly split into three and began to move around the Block at a rapid pace, the Block fired a laser at one of the Ulrichs, it then turned and fired on one of the others destroying it, then the real Ulrich jumped at the Block raising the sword so it moved at the same angle as his legs, he smashed it into the creature before he jumped out of the way of the explosion, Ulrich looked towards Aelita as one of the blocks moved to obscure his path, suddenly the Scyphozoa appeared, caught off guard by its appearance Ulrich was swiftly hit by one of the Blocks lasers knocking him backwards, "Aelita" said Ulrich, but the Block moved to face him, it started firing but he rolled out of the way, he quickly jumped pointing his Katanna in a fencing manner at the Block, he struck and destroyed it causing it to explode.

Odd was quickly running as fast as he could, but Adam was catching up too easily as his bike was only matched by the Over-Rider, Odd ducked as Adam flew over him, Odd stood up before doubling back, but Adam turned around and started moving towards him, Odd jumped and turned around shouting laser arrow he struck the bike causing it to explode, Adam was thrown towards the ground building up snow as he skidded, Odd jumped shouting "WAWHO" in joy he then moved towards Adam and pointed his arm at his head saying "laser arrow".

Back in the factory Dallas still weak from his death was playing defensively as every punch that Jeremie was throwing was blocked by Dallas raising his arms and using his elbows, suddenly the elevator opened, Jeremie was momentarily distracted, Dallas quickly spun landing his heel into Jeremie's temple knocking him onto the floor, Yumi quickly emerged,
"you okay" she asked, Dallas looked back at her and replied "Never better" he grabbed Jeremie by the collar, when suddenly he said "Dallas it's me, Aelita must have deactivated the tower" his voice was no longer distorted, Dallas let go of his collar and stepped back Yumi moved towards Jeremie, Dallas's vision changed he looked at the room, the walls were blue that was turning into black whilst Jeremie was Red, "it's a lie" he said, then he noticed Yumi was gold except for a patch on her midsection that was blue, "what the fuck" said Dallas as Jeremie punched him in the throat knocking him other rendering him unable to breath, Jeremie turned towards Yumi, whilst on Lyoko, Ulrich said "Super sprint" as he charged at the Scyphozoa, he jumped and sliced through two of its protruding tentacles, the creature back away as it let out a scream of pain and dropping Aelita, "thanks Ulrich" she said as he helped her to her feet, "no sweat, head for the tower I'll take care of this overgrown bug" he replied as he turned back to the Scyphozoa, Back in the computer room Jeremie grabbed Yumi and said "I've finally got you", Dallas looked towards him and stood up, he hadn't regained his breath yet and was fighting death as he stumbled towards the two, whilst inside the activated tower Aelita passed through the wall before moving to the centre, she began to levitate and fly to the top platform, whilst in the factory Jeremie let go of Yumi and punched Dallas knocking him over, "I'm gonna enjoy this" said Jeremie as he looked down at Dallas who gave him a look of defiance as he tried fighting back, whilst in the tower Aelita landed on the platform she stepped forward placing her hand on the screen the words AELITA followed by CODE LYOKO typed out before all the blue screens descended and the red haze atop of the towers exterior turned to blue, Jeremie fell back unconscious as the strange substance exited his body and dispersed, Dallas moved towards the screen barely able to move he was dragging his left leg behind him, he nearly collapsed at the screen as he activated the necessary programs, Yumi rushed and grabbed him "Dallas" she said as he toppled over onto the floor, "it's done, you need…" he said before his pulse stopped and he died due to his wounds.

A few minutes later Jeremie woke up, he noticed that the others were standing around him and that the computer room was a mess,
"well how're you feeling" said Yumi, Jeremie rubbed his forehead, he had a massive headache from the blows Dallas had inflicted, "Like Odd looks" he replied causing Odd to frown, "strange though, I remember talking to Odd and Ulrich then, after that nothing, just a blackout" he said before he continued to look around the computer room, "XANA managed to take control of you" said Aelita, Jeremie was shocked but not so much when Ulrich said "He destroyed all of Franz hoppers CDs apparently he had a problem with his notes", Jeremie smiled as he stood up, "thank god" he said leaving almost everyone else confused, "what do you mean thank god, it's a fucking disaster" said Odd, chuckled as he said "no it isn't last night after we got back from the train station, Dallas dropped me off here and I copied all of the data from the CDs onto a restricted file, I'm the only one who can access it", Dallas rolled his eyes, "you're a genius Jeremie" said Aelita as she placed her hand on his shoulder, "There's still something I don't get how come XANA could possess you, but not me and Odd" asked Ulrich, Jeremie thought for a second "no idea" he said unable to think of anything, "I might have an explanation" said Yumi, they all turned their attention to her, "apart from you, we're all used to fighting on Lyoko, maybe that gives us more resistance to XANA" she added, The idea caused Jeremie to turn quiet as he looked down scared at the implication, "maybe" he said, "well I guess that means a trip to Lyoko" said Ulrich, Jeremie gulped as he said "okay but first I'm gonna fix this mess", but Dallas grabbed the back of his shirt, "We're gonna need a return to the past, I sort of blew our cover stopping XANA" he said, Jeremie looked at him and said "What".

Earlier that Day having sent Jeremie to Lyoko a few times and getting him De virtualized by XANA's monsters every time, much to the amusement of everyone else, Jeremie activated the return to the past hoping to forget the experience, Yumi again stepped out of the bathroom, she looked forward to make sure that it wasn't repeating itself perfectly, when she suddenly heard a voice that scared her as they said
"How far along?".

Well this was easier to write than I thought thanks for reading, just gonna give some background info for anyone who cares, there was another scene that was planned since Day one of thoughts of this chapter which was actually well over two years ago, but recent events being that of Chester Bennington's unfortunate passing the scene which would have seen the group preform 'Burn it down' was cut out of respect, I currently have no intention of bringing the scene back in a later chapter but I would like to, but anyway thanks for reading.
