Authors note
I'm gonna be honest I don't hate this chapter by any stretch of the means, but with my changes that I've made across my series this Chapter just seems cringe worthy to me in the end, and this chapter is essentially filler for the series, so don't expect too much seriousness from it, and TBH I'm not putting a lot of effort into it because simply put it's bad, and I admit I did this to myself by rushing Ulrich's and Yumi's relationship, but in the overall grand scheme of everything it's worth it, just call this a boulder in the road.

As the school and most of the city slept, Adam moved out of his room with a satchel over his shoulder, he grinned as he quickly moved down the stairs to the girl's floor, meanwhile Aelita was tossing and turning in her sleep scared from another nightmare, suddenly her computer exited sleep mode as an email icon popped up awaking Aelita, she moved towards the computer and clicked on the icon, suddenly there was a 3d image of a wrapped up present, Adam stood outside her door before reaching into the satchel and placing a small present one that looked exactly the same as the one of Aelita's monitor, he quickly knocked on the door before moving away, Aelita moved towards the door slowly and opened it, she looked around not spotting Adam as he hid around the corner grinning, he quickly moved back towards the door and up the stairs, Aelita picked up the small present and moved back inside her room sitting down on her bed, she quickly unwrapped the bow on the box and removed the paper to reveal a small box, she quickly pulled back the lid to reveal a necklace, Aelita held it up to her eyes and examined the Glass sphere on the end, she smiled at the necklace.

The Night ended as quickly as it had begun, Yumi had gotten to Kadic early to talk to Ulrich but he was on a 5k run with Dallas, so she joined Aelita in the showers, she had been amazed at the Necklace,
"Plain" said Yumi as she dangled it in front of her eyes "but not bad" said added as she examined it further, "but I wonder who gave it to me" asked Aelita as Yumi handed it back to her, "and why" added Aelita, Yumi however had no doubt on who had done it, "I might have an idea, you know what day it is today" replied Yumi, Aelita was confused "Uh… Tuesday" she said questioning herself, "yes but not just any Tuesday it's saint valentine's day" said Yumi with a smile on her face, "the day all lovers celebrate" said Yumi, Aelita was confused as she said "lovers?", Aelita began to blush causing Yumi to chuckle as she said "and I can think of which boy would want to give you a present can't you", Aelita looked at the Necklace smiling knowing exactly who would.

"I swear Ulrich keep it up and you won't need super sprint that often" said Dallas as he pulled his jacket and wings on, the four male warriors walked under the arches, "maybe Jeremie should join us" said Ulrich causing them all except Jeremie to laugh "look its Aelita" said Odd laughing as he stopped leaning over unable to stop laughing, Aelita stopped running and said "thanks Jeremie" the others were confused "you know the first time I see someone in the morning I say Good morning or maybe I'm just too old fashioned" said Ulrich, "for the necklace thank you" said Aelita, Jeremie was a taken back "the necklace" said Jeremie confused, "your valentine's day present it's lovely" said Aelita, Jeremie was still confused as he said "you're welcome, it's only natural", Dallas and Ulrich rolled their eyes, "I'll see you guys in a moment" said Aelita as she walked away, "you didn't give it to her did you" said Ulrich as he crossed his arms, "is it that obvious" asked Jeremie, Dallas placed his hand on his shoulder, "she's a month and a week old mate, she's too young" he said jokingly, "don't worry lucky for you Love has made Aelita blind" added Ulrich causing Jeremie to smirk.

Having gotten into history class early, Jeremie despite being a Grade A student couldn't stay focused the one thing that kept on reoccurring in his head was who gave Aelita the necklace, he leaned to the side where Dallas and Ulrich were sitting,
"Dallas, it wouldn't be you who gave her that Necklace by any chance" asked Jeremie, Dallas Looked back at him "no like I've said man it's clear there's something between you and her I ain't moving in on that" he said as he turned his attention back to the teacher, "don't look at me Jeremie, you know about me and Yumi" said Ulrich as he returned to his sheet of paper, Jeremie turned his attention to Odd and said "Odd the Necklace it wasn't you was it", Odd chuckled as he turned back towards Jeremie "have I got to remind you that Aelita is supposed to be my cousin" replied Odd, Jeremie was still unconvinced "yes except we both know she isn't your cousin" said Jeremie in a sarcastic tone, Odd rolled his eyes "yeah what if it was me Aelita isn't your property as far as I know" he said, Jeremie however was too overcome with anger, "ah ha, you see you admit it" he said standing up and raising his voice, "I didn't admit anything" said Odd as the entire class turned their attention to them, "you just said it was you" said Jeremie pointing at him, Odd was starting to get angered, "Jeremie sit down" said Dallas, Odd smiled and turned towards Jeremie saying "you're eye sights not great but your hearings worse", Odd stood up ready to punch Jeremie, Dallas and Ulrich stood up pulling the two away from each other, Dallas then pushed Jeremie into his discarded seat saying "Back off" his voice starting to growl, then the four of them looked towards the front of the class "if you have more important subjects to discuss than today's lesson, I suggest you do so in the principal's office" said the Teacher, Adam looked at the ensuring chaos smiling.

The four of them left the class and had been escorted by Jim to the Delmas's office as an added precaution Dallas and Ulrich stood between the Odd and Jeremie making sure they didn't kill each other, Jim opened the door to the office and Delmas looked at the four of them, he shook his head
"This kind of behaviour is unacceptable" he said as the four sat down, "in your case Odd this comes as no surprise, but you Jeremie a model student in all area's I simply don't understand" he said, then he looked at Dallas and Ulrich, "I know Mr Mashal you try to be a peace maker but it will get you and other you drag into it into trouble as well" added Delmas, Dallas's eyes shot open he thought that he and Ulrich were there to act as witnesses not to be blamed as well, "well sir…" stuttered Jeremie, but Delmas wasn't having it "two hours of detention each so as you don't do this again, and be lucky it's valentine's day or I'd give you at least 4 for everyone involved" said Delmas as they walked out, "trumped up charges much" said Ulrich as they closed the door, "I'm still waiting for an answer" said Jeremie as they exited the secretary's office, Ulrich moved between the two "why don't we call a truce okay" said Odd, Jeremie wasn't listening though, "was it you who gave Aelita the necklace yes or no" asked Jeremie, Odd was being too stubborn to answer and said "okay no truce" as he walked ahead of them, Jeremie walked after him as Ulrich said "is it me or is this gonna be a long day".

Odd had gone off to the cafeteria for a snack whilst Aelita had slipped off to the bathroom, Jeremie sat on a bench sulking whilst Yumi was on the opposite bench sitting next to Ulrich, Dallas had placed his crossbow on the bench whilst he stood against the wall with an open envelope in one hand and a sheet of paper in the other,
"Come on Einstein it's not worth getting into a big fight over something this small" said Ulrich as Yumi rested her head on his shoulder, "Seriously if Odd wanted to get her something is it that big a deal" added Yumi, Jeremie was still sulking, Dallas placed the paper in his pocket and looked towards them, "seriously if you like Aelita say something, these two didn't for a while and now look at them" said Dallas as he leant forward vaulting the bench and sitting down, Jeremie was now too embarrassed to sulk, Yumi quickly reached into her pocket and pulled out an envelope and moved towards Ulrich's pocket but she quickly withdrew when they heard "Yumi" come from a familiar voice, everyone aside from Jeremie turned their heads to see William walking towards them, "Oh hey William" said Yumi, as he moved towards them, "can I talk to you" he said, Ulrich began to get slightly angry, Yumi stood up and walked towards William, Ulrich was now visibly angered, "I doubt anything will go funny" said Dallas, Yumi was slightly annoyed by William but didn't let it show, then she noticed Sissi moving towards Ulrich, but was reassured when Dallas raised his crossbow with his left hand and pointed it as Sissi and waving it away from Ulrich causing him to smile, "my father will hear about this" she said as she stormed off, "god I can't fucking stand her" said Dallas as he lowered the crossbow, "As I was saying Yumi do you want to get lunch later" said William as he pulled out some flowers, Ulrich was at boiling point and he stood up and stormed off, "Ulrich" said Yumi, as she moved off after him, Dallas looked towards Jeremie and then at Yumi as she moved after Ulrich, "looks like he's running" said William, Dallas looked at him and said "there's a difference between running and walking away".

In the girls showers Aelita had been freshening up she moved towards the sink and feeling tired she turned on the tap and began to splash some water in her eyes, but she still found her vision blurring, she quickly threw some more water into her eyes, but there was no change as she still couldn't see, sparks began emanating from the necklace and moving up, Aelita began to panic as she held her head, suddenly the sparks covered her eyes, they opened to reveal XANA's eye.

A few minutes passed before the bell was rung and the students started heeding to their class room, Dallas sat next to Ulrich to try and clam him down whilst Odd sat behind him and away from Jeremie,
"Settle down" said Mrs Hertz as the rest of the students took their seats, "please open your text books to page 27" she said, Jeremie looked at Aelita having not seen her throughout the entire break "where were you I looked all over for you" said Jeremie, Aelita looked towards Jeremie without moving her head, "I was…" she started, Dallas noticed something off but didn't say anything, "do you think we could go to sector 5 after class, I know where to find the data to make the antivirus" said Aelita, Jeremie was shocked and confused "the one that'll free you from XANA" asked Jeremie making sure the two were on the same page, "you mean to say it just came to you like that" he added, Aelita smiled and looked forward replying "let's just say your necklace… inspired me", Jeremie was unsure and looked towards the others, "the problem is given Odd's behaviour towards me, Ulrich and Yumi possibly uneasy and Dallas making sure they don't kill each other, you'll have no one to protect you" said Jeremie, Aelita smiled and looked towards Jeremie "I could go alone" she said, these words sent shivers down his spine, "no it's too dangerous, besides XANA will go to any length to get your memory" said Jeremie in protest but all this seemed to do was anger Aelita "Please Jeremie I'm positive I'm on the right track, besides with the overboard I'm certain I can outrun the monsters, even the latest ones like the scyphozoa" she replied Jeremie was becoming worried at her sudden reckless behaviour "please" she said before suddenly leaning in and kissing him on the cheek, Jeremie panicked and suddenly fell from his chair, "oh why Jeremie" said Mrs Hertz as she looked down at him causing everyone to laugh at him.

Having finished classes for the day Dallas and Jeremie had retreated to their room, Jeremie was annoyed at how badly the day was going, Dallas looked up from his book,
"I swear this day does everyone in" he said as he closed the small book and pocketed it, "fucking right" said Jeremie as he looked down at his desk, suddenly there was a knocking on the door, Dallas grabbed his crossbow with his right hand as he reached for the door handle with the other, he dropped it as Yumi and Aelita stood there, "Yumi said she'll go with me to Lyoko" said Aelita, Jeremie looked up and said "after everything that's happened today it'll be nice to get something accomplished", Dallas looked at them and said "I'll tag along too, Ulrich and Odd aren't likely gonna kill each other, and besides it beats detention", he quickly grabbed his crossbow and slung it over his shoulder, "besides with those two in detention its best that half of you show up" said Yumi as she rubbed the back of her head, "it went badly didn't it" said Aelita picking up on her tone, Dallas looked at the sudden forward behaviour "sort of not" replied Yumi as she moved her hand away as Jeremie sighed and shut the door.

Quickly arriving in the factory, the warriors stepped into the elevator, Dallas quickly punched in the code and hit the button, the mood was tense as it seemed everyone was on edge towards each other, the door opened and Jeremie stepped towards the chair sitting down and moving towards the screen, the door closed and the elevator descended again,
"Ready Guys, I'm starting up the process" said Jeremie as he began typing, the warriors stepped into a scanner each, "Transfer Yumi, Transfer Dallas, Transfer Aelita" he said as the scanners closed, "Scanner Yumi, Scanner Dallas, Scanner Aelita" he added as the warriors began to spin and rise inside the scanners, "virtualization" said Jeremie, suddenly an alarm raised on the screen and Jeremie leaned in and looked as Aelita's window opened up, "hey that's weird" he said, the warriors were quickly virtualized, they appeared in the forest sector sky, their texture gained detail before dropping to the ground, "Vehicles coming right up" said Jeremie as he quickly typed, the windows for the Baton, the Over-wing and the Over-board appeared "Materlization" said Jeremie as he hit enter, the vehicle's suddenly appeared "you need to go due east to get to the edge of the sector" said Jeremie, but suddenly Aelita said "no way I'm heading north", Dallas and Yumi looked towards Aelita as Jeremie pressed his headset to his ear, "I don't understand you're supposed to head to sector 5" he said, Dallas quickly realised what was happening he quickly extended his blade when suddenly following a loud bang the small metal blade was blown from his arm, "Sorry Yumi" said Aelita as he crouched and swung her leg, Yumi was knocked from her feet and then before hitting the ground was kicked into the tree by Aelita, "Yumi" screamed Dallas as Aelita jumped on the Over-board and shot off, Dallas watched as Evelyn moved after her quickly on Adam's bike, Adam however was walking towards Dallas, "this shall be fun" he said as he sheathed his musket, "Yumi, Aelita, Dallas?, Whats going on" asked Jeremie as he watched the radar, Dallas looked at his wrist before saying "Yumi go after her, I'll handle this prick", Yumi nodded as she jumped onto the over wing, "and be careful" he added as he clicked his neck and took a southpaw stance, "Yumi, you've gotta stop Aelita" said Jeremie as Yumi quickly followed in Aelita's direction, "I'm gonna need some back up with Evelyn" replied Yumi, Jeremie quickly thought to himself "I'm on it" he replied.

Dallas looked at Adam as he approached him, Adam charged at Dallas and knocked him to the ground, Dallas quickly curled up and kicked Adam away before flipping to his feet, Adam moved towards Dallas again, but the later was prepared as he jumped and spun his foot around, his foot connected with Adam's jaw, knocking him away, Adam however returned with brute forced that caught Dallas off guard knocking him into the tree behind him, Adam grabbed Dallas by the neck and began to suffocate him, Dallas punched him in the face, but was thrown onto his back as Adam continued his assault,
"You're Finished" said Adam as he tightened his grip, Dallas continued to punch him in face to no effect, Dallas quickly reached to his belt but found his Tomahawk had been thrown from his body, he quickly grabbed his Baton, Adam was becoming more and more frustrated as Dallas still moved trying to break free, "fucking die" screamed Adam as he increased his grip, Dallas moved the baton to Adam's head and pressed the button he pulled the Baton apart and held the two ends either side of Adam's head, the bike formed and crushed Adam causing his head to be crushed as Dallas pushed his bike off of him, "Dallas are you okay" asked Jeremie, Dallas stood up after kicking Adam's body of him, "what happened" asked Jeremie, Dallas wiped his head before quipping "Let's just say Adam had a massive Crush", Dallas quickly mounted his bike and moved after Yumi and Aelita.

As this transpired Jeremie quickly loaded the phone window and quickly dialled Odd's number, back at the school Odd pulled out his phone and answered it stepping away from the detention room door,
"Jeremie, we're supposed to be doing two hours of detention now speak slower I can't understand a word" said Odd, Jeremie however didn't have time "XANA's attacking" replied Jeremie calmer and slower, "An attack by XANA is that all you can think off for as an excuse for us to make up" asked Odd, Jeremie sighed and said "Odd it's not an excuse just get over here now", suddenly Odd felt his phone pulled from his hands as Jim grabbed it, "No cell phones in detention, Where is Belpois" asked Jim, Jeremie overheard everything, "Whats going on Einstein" asked Dallas as he shot past some trees, "Odd's held up" replied Jeremie, Dallas looked forward just spotting Yumi, "Contact Ulrich, it's our best shot" said Dallas as he flicked a cap and pressed down on a button and the Over-rider shot forward.

"Okay Jeremie I see them" said Yumi as she moved the Over-Wing behind the tree line and pulled up parallel to Aelita and Evelyn, Dallas moved up behind her, "Jeremie take out the Over-Board" said Dallas, Jeremie quickly started typing but was locked out of the window, "Fuck, XANA must have taken control of the Over-Board, I can't disable it" said Jeremie as he slammed his fist into his chair, "Yumi Pull back their vehicles are too fast" said Dallas as he moved ahead of her, "Jeremie did you add the modification I requested" he said, Jeremie sighed and replied "yeah but it's not ready", Dallas nodded and said "it'll have to do" he quickly veered to his left, using his left pinkie pressed a button suddenly a blue stream began to emanate from the back of the Bike, quickly forming a solid and cohesive trail he quickly angled himself away before flicking the gyro stabilization switch, suddenly the Over-Rider began to wobble as Dallas switched between the two settings, however he began to gain speed and was catching up to Aelita and Evelyn, "Be careful, Take out Evelyn but leave Aelita" said Jeremie as he became more and more nervous, Dallas quickly swerved and the Over-Rider just missed the Over-Board, Aelita shot forward away from them, but Evelyn didn't have any time to react as she clipped and smashed through the energy stream, her bike exploded as she was thrown forward, Dallas flicked the switch again and pulled back to Yumi, "don't stop she'll have a hard time catching up to us" said Dallas as they quickly followed after Aelita.

Ulrich stood in the gym he was alternating arms on a punching bag, knowing that this was his weakness, he quickly turn and side stepped and elbowed the bag he felt his arm scrape on the rough surface, he moved his arm away before stepping back, he didn't care about his arm, he was more angered by William trying to make the moves on Yumi, suddenly he heard a door open he grabbed his shirt and turned around but was angered when he realised that it was William, "Whats your problem" said Ulrich as he threw down his shirt and moved towards William, the later wasn't in the mood "my problem" said William as he grabbed his boxing gloves from his bag and began to slip them on, "Yeah you keep moving in on Yumi, I don't know if you're blind or not, but me and her are dating" said Ulrich as the two began to square up with each other, William chuckled and said "carry on sunshine and you won't be", Ulrich was about ready to punch him then suddenly the tension was broken by Ulrich's phone, he moved away from William and answered it, "Jeremie whats up" said Ulrich, "Oh not much Aelita's been possessed by XANA, Dallas and Yumi are in pursuit as we speak, and Odd's caught up with Detention" replied Jeremie, Ulrich looked at his phone before he hung up, he quickly moved and grabbed his shirt putting his shoes back on, "Running again are we" spat William, Ulrich stopped but remembered what Dallas said, he turned around and said "there's a difference between running and walking away, this is the latter", he then walked out of the gym, William looked after him confused as on the radio a song by the Subsonics began to play.

Back on Lyoko, Yumi and Dallas moved up and got closer to Aelita, the Over-Board was moving faster than usual, the Over-Rider was barely keeping up,
"Okay Jeremie, we see her" said Yumi as she dodged behind some trees, Dallas lowered himself and moved after Aelita on the path, "Do you know how Aelita got that necklace" asked Jeremie, Yumi quickly joined Dallas on the path, "I think she found it on her doorstep" said Yumi, Aelita quickly turn a corner moving towards the way tower, "Do you think XANA could have put it there" asked Yumi, Dallas moved up alongside Yumi as they turned "it's possible Adam or Evelyn could've planted it" he said as he shot forward again, "we'll know in a minute launching a scan" said Jeremie, suddenly Dallas noticed steam emanating from the body of the Over-Rider, "FUCK" he shouted as he lost speed and began to stutter to a halt, Yumi looked back as Dallas stood up and pressed his finger to his ear and said "keep going", Yumi nodded as she kept on pursuing Aelita, "I told you not to push that thing" said Jeremie as Dallas moved forward and pressed down on the front of the Over-Rider, the small panel section initially pressed down before popping up again and moving, steam poured from inside "Fuck sake" he said as he got a face full of steam, "I think it's that necklace that gives XANA control over Aelita" said Jeremie, Dallas looked up "Direct contact" he asked, Jeremie gulped as he examined the computer screen, "he must be planning to lead her straight to the Scyphozoa" said Jeremie, Yumi gasped and Dallas moved over to the open panel and started to blow inside in an attempt to cool down the end, "Oh no, there's an activate tower" said Jeremie, Yumi smiled as she said "no need to panic Jeremie I've just about caught up to her", Aelita looked back in frustration, suddenly they turned another corner and Aelita gained speed on Yumi, "And I was about to say this was too easy" said Yumi as she noticed two Krabs blocking her path, suddenly one of the monsters opened fire at a rapid pace, the laser struck the Over-Wing causing it to be devirtulized, Yumi was thrown forward she almost landed on her hands but was too weak and skidded to her feet, "Careful Yumi" said Jeremie as the Krabs charged shots again, Yumi quickly ran behind the nearest tree, she drew her fan ready to throw, "Jeremie I don't want to sound pessimistic but if Ulrich and Odd could hurry up a bit" said Yumi.

However back at the school Ulrich was having his own trouble, he had foolishly decided to try and get Odd out of detention,
"You see Jim, Aelita has a fever of a hundred and four degrees, so of course she wants to see her cousin he's her only biological family" said Ulrich, Jim however wasn't anywhere near convinced, "A minute ago it was a hundred and three" he said, Ulrich began to panic slightly as he said "right her temperature keeps going up by the minute", he quickly chuckled Jim leaned forward and said "what do you take me for some kind of idiot", Ulrich was about to respond when Jim stopped him "don't even answer that", suddenly Ulrich's phone ringed again, "Excuse me" he said as he turned away, "yeah, well no Jim doesn't believe me" said Ulrich, Jim moved away suspicious "Yeah about Aelita's fever" said Ulrich, Jeremie rolled his eyes at the stupid excuse then said "put him on Ulrich" as he quickly typed on the computer, "here you are Jim, it's for you" said Ulrich as he nervously handed him the phone, "yes… yes, of course" said Jim, this left Odd and Ulrich confused, "I understand Mr Delmas" added Jim which only added to the confusion "do you hear me Jim" said Jeremie, but Jim was hearing Delmas's voice "Let Della-Robia see his cousin" he added Jim gulped as he finished the phone call with "very well whatever you say sir", he then handed the phone back to Ulrich, Jim the pointed towards the door with his thumb as Ulrich and Odd quickly left the room, Ulrich quickly held the phone to his ear, "how did you manage that with the principal" asked Ulrich as he and Odd entered the woods, "Simple I wrote a new program" said Jeremie he then reactivated the program and said in Delmas's voice "Stern, Della-Robia hurry up, things are getting hot here".

The Krabs advanced on Yumi forcing her to move from behind her tree, they began to shoot at her, forcing her to duck and dodge every single shot she could, using what little energy she could Yumi quickly ran up a tree, before jumping off the side towards the Krabs, the monster were confused by this as she landed on one of them, they suddenly began looking around having lost sight of them, Yumi quickly jumped up throwing her fans at one of them, but as she landed on the ground she nearly fell over from exhaustion,
"That's one down, Jeremie any news on my back up" Asked Yumi as she quickly ran behind another tree, then she noticed that one of her fans was gone "and down one fan as well" she added, then she noticed that one of her fans was stuck in the ground, "shit" she said as she noticed the Krab step over it, "Whats up" said Dallas as he waved the steam from the engine, "my fans stuck" said Yumi, Dallas quickly closed the hatch as he steam had stopped pouring, "I'm on my way" he said as he shot forward, he quickly noticed Yumi and the Krab, "Dallas, the Over-Rider is still building power you're gonna have to stay on the ground" said Jeremie as he minimized the window of the Over-Rider, Dallas quickly shot forward, then he noticed Yumi place her hands to her head, "YUMI NO" he shouted as he turned the corner and moved towards the Platform, he quickly disengaged the Over-Rider it formed back into its Baton, Dallas was propelled forward he quickly extended his Hook blade, the Hook latched onto the hind leg of the Krab, due to the momentum he was carrying he nearly pulled the creature off its feet, but Dallas curved around its leg, he quickly moved the blade off the leg as he drew his Tomahawk and threw it up into the underbelly of the Krab, the creature exploded as he was thrown from the explosion and skidded across the ground towards Yumi, "are you okay" she asked as she kneelt down to him, "I'll be fine" he said as he wiped his forehead pushing his hood down, he quickly leant forward and added "I told you not to use Telekinesis" as he stood up, "Jeremie whats the status on Aelita" Asked Yumi, Jeremie looked at the window "she's just entered the Ice Sector" said Jeremie as a new Over-wing appeared, "Come on lets go" said Dallas as Yumi moved off ahead of him, Dallas pulled the baton but circled around grabbing his Tomahawk off the ground.

Yumi moved towards the way tower, she began to slow down,
"Jeremie get ready to de-spawn and re-spawn the Over-wing" she said as she got closer, "You should be fine go straight through it" he said, Yumi looked up scared "are you sure that's safe" she asked, Jeremie didn't reply, "if you're wrong that's two that'll be down" she said as she quickly passed through the tower and descended into the black void before emerging in the ice sector, Dallas followed behind her, but was suddenly stopped as Evelyn appeared, he didn't have time to respond as the Over-Rider over heated again and locked up again, Evelyn fired her musket at him, the pellet pierced the Over-Rider, Dallas jumped before it exploded, he quickly landed on his feet, "Yumi, Evelyn's blocking the tower" said Dallas as he drew his Tomahawk with his right hand and extended his left blade, back in the computer room the elevator door opened and Odd and Ulrich rushed out, "Can't do it without me huh, you won't get mad if I save Aelita will you" said Odd, Ulrich looked at him and said "Odd", Jeremie however smiled and said "No let him Ulrich it's okay I over reacted", Odd smiled and placed his hand on Jeremie's shoulder, "I don't blame you Jeremie, I understand I'm a pretty charming guy" said Odd, Jeremie and Ulrich looked at him doubtfully, "That's great and all you guys but we have a bigger problem here" said Dallas as he locked his tomahawk with Evelyn's Rapier, "I'll give Dallas a hand" said Ulrich as he and odd headed towards the Hatch, "you'll be spawned away from the tower, they emit a signal that stops direct Materlization" said Jeremie as Ulrich shut the hatch.

Back on Lyoko, Aelita was moving far ahead, but Yumi was gaining speed on her,
"Transfer Odd" said Jeremie as he punched in the Ice Sector coordinates, "Transfer Ulrich" said Jeremie as he did the same for the forest sector, "Scanner Odd" said Jeremie as Odd began to spin and rise, "Scanner Ulrich" added Jeremie as the same happened to Ulrich, "Virtualization" finished Jeremie as the two felt the blast of air sending them to Lyoko, Ulrich landed in the forest sector and Odd in the Ice Sector, Ulrich quickly rushed towards the way tower, Dallas and Evelyn broke from the Clash, as he was thrown back Dallas's weapons were thrown from him and his hood fell down, "Dallas" shouted Ulrich as he got closer, Dallas then used Evelyn's fighting style to his advantage, Ulrich watched in amazement as Dallas jumped and raised his legs in a drop kick movement, his left foot planted into Evelyn's chest first then his right went in for the next blow, then another more powerful blow was dealt by his left sending Evelyn through the tower wall, Dallas landed on his feet as Ulrich ran up to him, "this is yours" he said as he handed Dallas his Tomahawk "took you long enough" said Dallas as the two looked at each other before jumping through the tower walls in pursuit.

As this happened Yumi had caught up to Aelita and the two were now moving parallel, Yumi looked at Aelita before quickly knocking the Over-Wing into the Over-Board, both vehicles de-spawned as they were thrown to the ground, the two quickly got to their feet,
"Aelita you gotta fight XANA" said Yumi, Aelita raised her hand and said "Leave me alone" suddenly the floor below Yumi disappeared and Yumi barely grabbed onto the edge of the newly formed hole, Odd quickly mounted a new Over-Board and shot towards Yumi, "No go after Aelita" she yelled, Odd listened and went after Aelita, "Jeremie remind me what will happen if I fall into the digital sea" said Yumi as she looked down, "I'm bringing you back but it'll take a few minutes" said Jeremie, whilst back at the tower Evelyn moved towards Dallas and Ulrich, the former dropped for a leg swing but Evelyn jumped dodging it before swinging her sword at Ulrich's Katanna, he quickly blocked it, "Ulrich, Yumi's in trouble" said Jeremie, Ulrich turned and looked in her direction just seeing her on the horizon, Evelyn went to use this moment to strike but Dallas jumped planting his left foot into her face, Evelyn was knocked backwards as Dallas landed on his back, "HERE" said Ulrich as he threw Dallas his Katanna, Dallas grabbed it as Evelyn went for a swing, he quickly blocked it, "hmm" he said, as Ulrich shot off to help Yumi, "What is it" said Jeremie as he quickly typed "I don't know what it is, but I feel a connection to a Katanna" he said as he deflected another of Evelyn's swings, "Why don't you just fucking die" she screamed as she charged at him, but Dallas jumped and turned kicking her away before holding the Katanna out and saying "Oh believe me I've tried".

Back at the Hole Yumi felt her grip begin to slip suddenly her fingers began to slide across the icy surface,
"oh no" she screamed as she lost her grip and began to fall towards the Digital sea, but suddenly she felt someone grab her hand "Ulrich" she said in joy as he tried hoisting her onto the platform "Happy to see me" he said, Yumi smiled "I sure am" she said, Ulrich found himself unable to pull her up, "I'm sorry about getting angry about William" said Ulrich, Yumi smiled and said "It's fine Ulrich it's what I expect you to do, listen…" but suddenly her grip slipped and she began falling towards the digital sea again, "ULRICHHHHHH" she screamed as Jeremie hit enter and she was devirtulized "Remind me to boost that program", he then looked at the radar, "Ulrich, Odd's gonna need your help" he added as further ahead Aelita was still running but Odd was getting close to her, she quickly arrived at a cave, as Odd jumped off the Over-Board shouting "AELITA", she stepped back as the Scyphozoa exited the cave as she stepped forward, "Aelita, it's me Odd" said the aforementioned as he ran up to her, but she turned and raised her arm creating an ice wall between the two of them, "Aelita" he said as he banged his arms on the ice wall.

Evelyn swung her rapier at Dallas again, but she was unable to understand why Dallas was in tune with his movements, she looked at him as he held the Katanna,
"Tell me, have you ever used that before" she asked him, Dallas smiled and shook his head slightly, she was further confused, she moved forward again in a fencing stance, but Dallas side stepped as she stood forward Dallas brought the Katanna around and decapitated her, "Jeremie I need my vehicle" said Dallas as he placed the katanna on his belt, Jeremie quickly finished spawning the Over-Bike for Ulrich, "on it" he said as he loaded the Over-Rider spawn window, Yumi exited the elevator and stumbled towards Jeremie, "any update" asked Yumi, Jeremie looked at her and said "it's not looking good I'm afraid", back on Lyoko, Dallas had caught up alongside Ulrich as the two of them headed towards Odd, "AELITA" Growled Dallas loudly as he handed Ulrich his Katanna and drawing his Katanna, the two then started smashing there weapons into the ice wall, the scyphozoa wrapped its tentacles around Aelita and began to drain her memory, "Odd up and over" said Dallas, the aforementioned nodded and dug his claws into the ice wall and began climbing the ice wall, "I'll take over" said Ulrich as Dallas handed him his tomahawk, Dallas then followed after Odd, the latter dropped down and started running towards Aelita, the Scyphozoa stopped taking Aelita's memory and she raised her arm and Odd's legs froze over stopping him from moving, Dallas stood atop of the ice wall, "Laser Arrow" said Odd as he fired three arrows into the dome of the monster, but it had no effect, "Jeremie we need a plan" said Yumi as she watched with fear, "I do have one idea but it's awfully risky" said Jeremie as he looked down and took a deep breath, back on Lyoko, Odd was trying to pull his legs from the ice, "Odd aim for Aelita" said Jeremie, this caught everyone off guard "What are you crazy" said Odd, "don't forget Jeremie if Aelita loses all her life points she's gone for good" said Ulrich, Dallas looked up and said "You've fuckin lost it Einstein", Jeremie wasn't sure what he was doing but carried on "XANA wants her memory, it can't risk losing her as much as we can't" said Jeremie, Odd raised his arm looked away slightly and fired and arrow into Aelita's back, her life points dropped, Dallas quickly crotched and drew his Crossbow and aimed down the sights, "Only 30 life points left" said Jeremie as Odd fired another arrow, Dallas fired a bolt into the Scyphozoa "Improvise" he said under his breath, Odd fired another arrow at Aelita, "Do you want me to stop" asked Odd, Jeremie was nearly crying as he said "no I just hope I'm not wrong", the scyphozoa didn't stop however, Dallas fired another bolt it punctured the first bolt and went into the XANA logo on the monster, "Adapt" he said as he loaded another bolt, Odd fired another Arrow at the creature it put down Aelita, "Only 10 life points left" said Jeremie with a hint of optimism, "It's working" said Ulrich, but the creature called there bluff and it began draining her memory again, "Odd fire" said Jeremie as he shed some tears, but Odd was conflicted and didn't want to, "Overcome" said Dallas as he pulled the trigger and fired another bolt, it pierced through the two prior bolts and struck the creature it's dome exploded and it's numerous tentacle began to shrivel up as it let out a scream, it retreated back into the cave, Aelita leaned forward, XANA's possession had been broken "What's going on" she asked as Dallas's slid down the ice wall, "why are you aiming at me" she asked looking at Odd, Jeremie's tears of fear turned into joy upon hearing her speak.

Once the tower had been deactivated the warriors regrouped in the computer room, Yumi stomped on the necklace smashing the glass ball, Jeremie looked down at it noticing a small computer chip,
"I can study this, I might be able to get some interesting information about XANA" said Jeremie as he held it up before handing it to Dallas who pulled out his jewellers magnifier and began to examine it, "Anyway Aelita from now on you don't take any presents from anyone" said Ulrich, Aelita nodded and replied "Promise, besides Jeremie saved my life, that's the nicest Valentines present possible", Jeremie turned away as he blushed, "that's not gonna save him from being suspended the principals not going to be too happy about that" said Odd, Dallas laughed as he looked up, "come on a grade A student like Einstein, worst he'll get is a week of detention" said Dallas as he dropped the magnifier and pocketed it, the warriors walked into the elevator laughing, "Now how do I deal with William" said Ulrich, Odd looked at him "be calm and civil about it don't stoop to anger" he said, the other warriors looked at him for his uncharactisiting sentence he simply replied "what can't I say anything smart these days".

The following is a rant that I need to vent because of how much stress this chapter has caused me, read at own choice:
Simply put this chapter can go fuck itself, I understand people like this episode I do I really do, but when changes I've made almost make this episode redundant but has barely enough content to be used, and the fact that personally I've never had any good relationships so I have a limited understanding of the bloody day and that I started this chapter back in August and I've only now finished it, heck I only started to enjoy writing it when the Valentine's day plot elements became phased out of the story, heck I spent the last two hours of the writing process listening to S&M by Rihanna, which surprisingly is where some fight choreography was thought off, but this chapter considering the personal problem with the theme some unfortunate shit with my friend (not angry at them) and some other unfortunate stuff that came to light, god the ending of this chapter couldn't have come any fucking sooner, I'm just happy that the next Chapter is the 50th.
