A/N: So it's been a week since I last updated this story. It's given me time to come up with a plan for the story. I hope you guys enjoy this update. As alway, I don't own CW or DC comics. Now let's get on to the story.
Oliver and Shado were walking out of the Queen mansion to the car Sara had brought for them. They were dressed up nicely for the party that Tommy had put together for them. As they got into the car, Sara greeted them.
"Hello Ollie and Shado. Are you ready to see Ollie's original lifestyle Shado? He did a lot of things while drunk that were hilarious." Sara smirked as she saw Oliver glare at her in the mirror.
"Of Course Sara. He has told us some of the stories when China and I got him drunk enough to retell them. Of course we were also drunk and told our stories as well. That was a great night." Shado said reminiscing about the past.
"You want me to tell some stories about you and China, Shado. I know some good ones that would make Sara laugh her ass off." Oliver said, smirking at Shado. Shado just narrowed her eyes before placing a finger on his chest.
"You do that Oliver and you will be punished by China and I the next time we get together." Shado said, threatening Oliver. Oliver paled before nodding his head showing that he understood. Sara started laughing her ass off as she drove, loving how the two of them interact with each other.
"You two seem to love each other, but how does China fit into your relationship?" Sara asked, wondering where China fit in. Shado and Oliver looked at each before Shado nodded to Oliver telling him he could answer.
"The three of us love each other, but not everyone knows we are in a three way relationship. We've sorted this out with each that China would be the main person for the criminal side while Shado will be the public side as the government doesn't know who Shado is. The leader of the Triad knows our relationship and accepts it." Oliver said, answering Sara's question. Their conversation had to stop as they had arrived at the party location.
China was trying to teach Oliver how to fight hand to hand. She had been teaching him for about a month now and knew that he was a quick learner. However, she knew that he lacked the control needed to become one of the best fighters. China had thrown Oliver onto the ground for the 20th time that day when she spoke up. "Alright I'm going to hand you to Shado. She will teach you strength and control as you are lacking in that area right now. You will be able to control the strength of your punches and kicks so you don't overcommit and leave yourself open. She will start teaching you tomorrow. Tonight, I will be taking you into Beijing so you can start integrating yourself into the culture. Now go take a showerand be back here by 16:00 so we can get to Beijing by 18:00." Oliver nodded and left to do what China said. As he did, Shado walked in wanting to talk to China. They sat down back to back on the sparring mat for China to get some rest.
"So, is he any good? You've been training him for the past month." Shado asked, wanting to know how the newcomer has progressed.
"He is a quick learner. However, he lacks control so I'm handing him off to you until he learns how to control his strength. After that, we can switch every week until Yao Fei sends him on a mission." China said, answering Shado's question.
"My father said he would give us six months to get him ready for missions. He wants Oliver to be as skilled an assassin as you and I." Shado said, explaining how long they had and their goal. They sat in silence thinking on how best to train him. Eventually, China had to go get Oliver to take him to Beijing. China and Shado got up and started walking out the door. Before they split up, Shado asked one final question. "Do you think he may be the one?"
"I don't know Shado. He hasn't shown anything very promising yet. I'm taking him to the city and we'll see how he does with the tests we came up with." China responded before going to get Oliver.
Oliver, Shado, and Sara had just walked into the party when Tommy had spotted them and headed over to greet them. "About time that you guys showed up. I've been waiting for you guys to show up so we can officially start the party." He then dragged Oliver over to DJ and grabbed the mic from the DJ. "Hey everybody!" Tommy yelled out as everybody quieted down. He then bent down to grab two shot glasses from the bartender before speaking up. "The man of the hour has arrived. Let's give him a round of applause for surviving in China for five years." Tommy then handed the microphone to Oliver as everyone cheered.
"Thank you all for coming." The crowd cheered even louder as Oliver downed the shot glass. "I missed tequila! Let's get this party started!" Oliver yelled out as everyone started dancing and partying with each other. Oliver led Tommy back to Shado and Sara.
"Have you ever been to a party like this Shado?" Tommy asked curious about Oliver's fiance.
"No I haven't. My father was very conersative and disciplined. He would've never allowed me to go to these kinds of parties. I don't think this is really my scene anyways." Shado said. The four of them were talking and laughing when none other than Laurel Lance walked up to them.
"This is the place I expected you in Laurel." Tommy said
"I wanted to talk to Oliver about something and I figured why not relax for a little bit as well." Laurel said as she looked at Shado. "Who might you be?" She asked,
"My name is Shado Gulong. I rescued Oliver from the plane crash and helped him survive in China.." Shado said, answering her question.
"Oliver, can I talk to you alone?" Laurel asked. Oliver nodded and Laurel led him to a quiet area. "Oliver, who is Shado to you?" She asked him.
"Shado is my new fiance. We broke up before I left and I expected you to move on. I fell in love with Shado after a year of knowing her. I didn't come back sooner because I wanted to help them and wanted time to find what I wanted to do with my life." Oliver said, explaining his relationship with Shado. Laurel was fine with Oliver's new relationship because before he left, Oliver had no idea what he wanted to do and she was so focused on law school that they grew apart.
"It's fine Oliver. I did move on. Tommy and I eventually got together about three years after you went missing." Laurel said as Oliver stood there shocked. Laurel was worried what his reaction would be, but was relieved with his reply.
"I'm ok with it Laurel. Like I said, Shado is my fiance and I expected you to move on." Oliver said. They were interrupted when Oliver's phone went off. He pulled it out and growled at what was on the screen. Laurel wondered what was on the screen that could get him so mad. "I got to go call someone. I'll talk to you this Friday when we meet up. You can invite Tommy and I'll bring Shado." Oliver said, and walked off before Laurel could respond.
Oliver, Shado, and Sara walked to the top of the parking garage. They met up with China who threw Oliver's suit to him. "We get to take out a defector. We give him and his guards no mercy. I've been given word that Constatine Drakon is the leader of the guards so be careful with him." China said as Oliver was getting dressed in his suit.
"You'll have to be quick as well because the cops are stationed outside his building. Once they see he's dead they'll raid the party so you better be back in your normal clothes and meet them there." Sara said, explaining what the cops were doing standing outside. Oliver nodded and finished dressing.
Shado gave Oliver and China a kiss for good luck before Oliver shot a grapple arrow onto Martin Summer's building. China went through the elevator to distract the guards as Oliver went through the vents. The guards had surrounded the elevator doors waiting for them to open. As the doors opened, a bunch of smoke poured out obscuring whoever was inside the elevator. Before the smoke cleared two knives hit the necks of two of the closest guards and killed them. The guards opened fire as Oliver dropped down behind them. He surprised the guards and started taking them out one by one. Once Oliver had distracted the other guards, China stepped out from the elevator and killed the guards that Oliver hadn't gotten to yet.
Constatine Drakon was standing with a gun in his hand, standing in front of his charge. There were two other guards in the room with him when the vigilante burst in quickly killing the other two with knives before hitting him with a knife. He fell down pretending to be dead waiting for an opportunity to surprise the vigilante. He heard the vigilante threatening Summers and thought that now was his chance. He slowly got up being careful not to make any noise and tried to sneak up on the vigilante. Before he could do anything, he felt a knife go through his neck. His last thought was how he let someone sneak up on him and kill him.
Oliver and China had killed Summers for defying their demands and got out as the cops arrived on the floor. They had jumped out the window and grabbed onto the grapple they had shot earlier. Oliver quickly got back into his suit and gave China a kiss before heading down to the party. As Oliver arrived down stairs he saw two police officers talking to Sara, Shado, and Tommy. He walked up to them and spoke up. "What seems to be the problem officers?" Oliver asked.
"Martin Summers was killed by the vigilante and their new partner. Where have you been anyways?" Quentin answered Oliver.
"I was relieving myself in the bathroom." He said before turning around. "Hey everybody! Two million goes to whoever can find the two vigilantes!" He yelled out as everyone cheered. The other officer grabbed Oliver's shirt before yelling at him.
"This is a serious situation. There is a dangerous criminal on the loose and he escaped to this party." The officer hissed before Quentin pulled him back and told him to go to the car.
"I'm sorry about him Oliver. He's a very uptight person, but don't tell him I said that. It was nice meeting you Shado." He said as Shado smiled at him. He then left the building after he gave Sara a hug. Laurel came over after Quentin left to say goodbye.
"I'm going to go home now Oliver. I'll look forward to Friday." Laurel said before walking out. Oliver and Shado eventually left with Sara driving them home before heading off to her home.
