Well last time I gave you a lot to process, and apparently not enough warning….even though I been warning that things were going to be getting serious from here on out…but just so everyone knows chapters like the last aren't necessarily over but maybe not as intense…anyway let's continue shall we.
What Happened?:
Everyone was in complete shock on Saturday. The dream they had terrified them, so they decided to meet at the park to talk.
"I don't know if I should be freaking out or what… What was that?!" Loraina questioned.
"I have no idea… Nicolette you're the dream girl here, what happened?" Brianna glanced at her.
"Don't look at me for this one… I might be able to connect with dreams and such, but nothing like this." Nicolette defended herself.
"Did Jackie see the dream?" Dante asked Gunther.
"Oh yeah. She was horrified. I had to talk to her all night just so she could get a little sleep." Gunther answered.
"I guess it's good she's not here yet, but I need to know, what's going on." Ramia stated. "That dream freaked me out."
"And the fact we all had it is even scarier." Mouth added.
"By the sound of things it doesn't sound like a dream, more like a nightmare you all had." André glanced at them.
"That or something worse." Scarlet mentioned.
"To put it lightly, it was awful." Kick replied.
"But my question is why did only you guys have it?" Teena questioned.
"And more importantly did Kendall have it?" Tess added.
"I don't know… all I know is it freaked me out." Brianna responded.
"Do you think Ronaldo and the others also had it?" Eli got a curious look.
"If they did well never hear about." Loraina said.
"That or if we do, I'll kick his ass." Nicolette folded her arms.
"It seems like to me all your abilities connected." Tess kept thinking of the event. "I mean you two read minds, you deal with dreams, you with emotions, and so on. Maybe you all just connected seeing as you all are so close to Kendall." She pointed at each them.
"But that wouldn't explain Jackie having the dream… our abilities don't work on her, or Kendall." Brianna replied.
"That may be true but isn't Jackie very close to Kendall?" Tess asked. "I probably be dead on in saying just like you guys, Kendall has been on all of your minds."
"That might be true, in fact it's beyond true but this dream was way too real, freaky and connected, for us all to have it." Nicolette spoke.
"Yes but hasn't there ben some weird stories lately of just humans connecting in dreams due to psych therapy and such." André informed. "What makes you think it wasn't something like that, seeing as you're correct, none of our abilities work on Jackie or Kendall."
"He could be right on that one…" Brianna began to think.
"There could be a lot of factors to having the same dream, but I have to ask did all of you have the exact same dream?" Tess glanced at all of them. Everyone thought for a second.
"You know we probably didn't, because mine was from my point of view and started in a different place." Loraina answered.
"Yeah I think they just all ended the same, but how they started and what we saw was like it was from different perspectives." Nicolette added.
"They might have had similar factors, but like she said we had our own views of how it went." Kick stated.
"If it was truly a connection with everything, you would have all seen one exact dream, from one point of view." Scarlet informed.
"That doesn't mean your abilities didn't connect…" Teena began.
"But you all saw things that only you could see…that's the best answer we can give." Tess finished.
"Any answer is good, it just freaked us out." Gunther commented.
"When is Jackie going to get here?" Teena asked him.
"She'll be here in a bit, I'm positive she's just tired and scared." Gunther replied.
"Probably…." Scarlet agreed. Then they saw Jackie coming.
"Hey, how are you?" Brianna ran up to hug her.
"I've had better days…and nights." Jackie also hugged her. "Has anyone talked to Kendall at all?" They walked over the others.
"No, still no communication, but Kick texted he saw her." Loraina answered.
"Really?" Jackie glanced at him. He nodded.
"Yeah, she's going to this weird abandoned building to get out if her house." He explained. "But I haven't talked to her because I don't want her to keep shutting us out." Jackie just nodded.
"At least she's getting out of the house, maybe she'll come back sooner." Scarlet said.
"It's almost Thanksgiving. I hope she doesn't spend it alone." Jackie looked down.
"Well our mom has been getting updates from Linnie." Brianna informed.
"What kind of updates?" Nicolette looked at her.
"Well that Linnie goes to the house once a day to check on Kendall, who isn't sleeping much…or at all really." Brianna answered.
"Oh…" Jackie looked down.
"Hey what about her case? What's going on with that? There hasn't been any updates and the police are keeping things all hush hush." Eli questioned.
"Luckily our mom has been communicating with Mouth's dad, she's been getting updates on that too." Kick replied.
"So what's going on?" Dante looked at Kick.
"Well the reason everything is being all hush hush is because of everything he is being charged with." Kick informed.
"What all is he being charged with?" Scarlet asked.
"He's getting the max sentencing for all the changes, though he says he's innocent." Kick folded his arms pissed.
"The police and prosecutors have worked up such a case, that the only deal they'll offer is life in prison for all he's done." Brianna added.
"What all has he done?" Tess got a curious look.
"Embezzled millions from Food 'n' Fix, Child abuse, two counts of attempted murder, domestic abuse on his spouse, one count of premediated murder…" Brianna began, going into all of the charges.
"Wait, hold up… murder? I get one count of attempt because of that night, but two? Plus premediated?" Nicolette needed clarity. Kick looked away, still pissed.
"What don't we know about all of this?" Jackie questioned, starting to get more concerned. Kick let out a breath.
"This isn't the first time he has attempted to kill her. Her father is the reason her mom was in a coma. He caused the car accident that in the end killed her." Kick answered wanting to kill something, but keeping himself under control.
"The prosecutors those as both a serious attempt on Kendall's life and premediated murder on her mother because he planned it. Along with vehicular murder, and more chargers." Brianna explained.
"And he says not guilty to all of it?" Ramia got shocked.
"Let's just say he's an idiot and will be facing the sentencing of either life or the death penalty. No jury is going to find him innocent with the case built up against him, all the evidence." Brianna replied.
"Wait, but you had more charges didn't you?" Loraina glanced at her. Brianna bit the inside of her mouth, while Kick just looked away again, trying to keep control.
"What other things is being charged with?" Nicolette stared at them. Brianna let out a sigh.
"There are few other charges of tax fraud and theft of stolen documents from work…." Brianna started.
"You're avoiding another charge. Kick wouldn't be this upset if it were those." Loraina pointed out. Brianna closed her eyes, letting out another breath.
"Brianna, what else has he done?" Jackie was really concerned.
"He's being charged with child molestation. " Kick finally said. Everyone's eyes widened, but Mouth's, Brianna's and Gunther's.
"What?..." Nicolette had to take a second to process all of this. "Mo…Molestation… Kick I swear… please tell me…." She was trying to speak, but was extremely upset.
"The charge is for Kendall." Brianna answered
"As to what we found out, ever sense her mom was in coma, Kendall's life has been nothing but a living hell, and Linnie wished she could have done something."
"How did they find this all out?" Dante was in utter shock, but trying to keep it together.
"When she was in the hospital. The examinations were able to determine all of it by looking at her wounds and marks." Brianna told them.
"Wait… I've seen Law and Order, and several other criminal shows, being in a few of them. Won't she have to testify?" Teena asked concerned.
"With all the evidence they have against him, no. She won't have to, and if they do need her testimony, Linnie said she'll provide it seeing as Kendall's still under 18." Brianna looked at her.
"Besides, they actually really want to keep her out of it, so she can heal." Mouth added. "Plus I doubt the defense lawyers will call either of the girls since it would only ruin them further." He continued knowing exactly how the legal system worked thanks to his dad. He knew the defense had nothing to help their case.
"You would know your law and stuff." Loraina commented.
"Thank goodness she won't be called." Jackie was a bit relieved, but still emotional for Kendall.
"So I'm guessing the only options for her dad are life or the death penalty" Eli questioned.
"Yep." Gunther replied.
"And hopefully it's the latter of the two." Kick muttered under his breath, to which all but Jackie could hear.
"But does Kendall have a say in the sentencing?" Jackie asked.
"Only if she doesn't want the death penalty, other than that the sentencing will follow the charges." Brianna told her. Jackie nodded. Suddenly André's and Tess's phones beeped.
"I have to go, family gathering. I'll talk to you guys late. Please keep me posted on things." Tess stated. Brianna nodded.
"Will do." She replied and Tess left.
"What about you André?" Ramia glanced at him.
"I don't have to leave, it was just my mom saying she's going to run some errands, so don't worry if I come back and she's not there." He explained.
"Okay." Ramia nodded.
"Ramia, hun you look tired, why don't you go home? In fact why don't we all go try to get some rest…" Loraina glanced at her then the others.
"That seems like a good idea, besides you guys need it." Scarlet glanced.
"You're probably right." Mouth nodded.
"Well then I'll take you home so you can get that rest and hopefully see you guys later." André offered Ramia, then said goodbye to the others.
"Okay, and thanks…I'll see you guys later." Ramia breathed, saying her goodbye as well, walking away with André. The other waved.
"I could use some sleep." Jackie mentioned.
"Then I'll walk you home. See ya guys later." Gunther put his arm around Jackie, glancing at the others. Kick nodded.
"See you later." Kick said as Gunther and Jackie left.
"You guys going too?" Brianna questioned the others, they nodded.
"Yeah, me and Scarlet have some work to do and you guys look like you need a lil a rest." Teena informed.
"We'll see you guys later." Scarlet started, grabbing Teena and walking to their car.
"We'll leave too…keep us updated though, okay." Loraina spoke, Brianna nodded.
"Of course." Nicolette, Loraina and Brianna hugged goodbye, and Eli and Dante took them home.
"Kick are you still going to watch Kendall?" Mouth looked at him.
"You do realize you need some sleep, right?" Brianna also looked at him.
"I'll get sleep, for now I just want to make sure she's okay." Kick replied.
"Do you think she had the dream?" Mouth asked.
"No idea, but hopefully I'll find out." Kick answered.
"Just be careful and please don't do try and get some rest tonight." Brianna glanced at him.
"I will. Now you two go back to the house and rest. I'll be back later." He told his sister and Mouth.
"Fine…" Brianna and Mouth walked back home, while Kick first went to Kendall's to see if she was there, or had she gone to her other place she now like to go.

It was late Saturday night, Kendall had been in her place she liked to be. The dream she had still going through her mind. She looked in the mirror as she laid on the floor, seeing the various emotions cloud her eyes.
'Your friends worry about you, you know…" Her reflection spoke. 'If you don't try to fix yourself you'll be too far gone for anyone.' Kendall stayed silent and looked at the ceiling. 'Is that what you want? Do you think that this is good? ... C'mon Kendall I know you still have some fight in there, you just need to let your friends in. You need to let them help you, let me help you. Please…' The voice tried to reason with her. Kendall let out a sigh and closed her eyes. The voice let out one as well. 'I'm not going to give up on you…just know that.'
A few hours passed before Kendall went home and Kick couldn't believe how late she stayed. He got home, still haunted by the dream. He decided he watch her for only a few more days, seeing as she was not only safe, but Brianna was concerned he wasn't getting enough sleep, to which he had to agree.
Sunday was rather similar to the other days he watched her and as was Monday. On Tuesday the group decided to come along to see if how Kendall was. Kick had told them not to be too loud or to go in, seeing as he didn't want her to shut them out even further.
"I wonder how she found this place." Nicolette glanced at the building, whispering.
"Yeah, I've never seen it before." Jackie added just as quietly.
"No idea. She just started coming here." Kick replied. They all quietly sat around the door way, which was open slightly to see her laying on floor listening to her music.
"What does she normally do?" Gunther really quietly whispered, glancing from her to Kick back to her.
"Normally just this. Though she has played the piano." Kick answered just as softly.
"I didn't even know she could play piano until she did at her mother's funeral." Loraina admitted just as quietly.
"Let alone sing like that." Ramia added. They all were being really quiet as they talked.
"It's not really surprising to us." Eli admitted. The others looked at the twins.
"She was always interested in her mom's music, so it's not surprising she has a talent for it." Dante mentioned.
"Yeah but did you guys know she had a talent for it?" Brianna asked.
"Well, no… But it's not surprising to us." The boys replied
"Either way…do you guys think she'll….she'll come back to us?" Jackie looked at her.
"No idea…" Mouth said. "She's gone through a lot…"
"He's right…even I'm unsure…" Kick admitted. He looked back at Kendall.
"I didn't know she liked rock music…." Nicolette commented.
"She's full of surprises, still…." Ramia stated.
"But who is she listening to?" Loraina wondered.
"Evanescence, the song is Lithium." Jackie answered, everyone looked at her surprised. "What?"
"How did you know that?" Gunther was a little shocked.
"Kendall and I actually use to listen Evanescence and Paramore when I use to sleep over. She'd have a variety of music on her ipod, to which I kinda borrowed…anyway we just listen to whole bunch of music together." Jackie explained.
"And here we thought you guys didn't like rock music…" Gunther glanced at her, she shrugged.
"Anyway… so you know the music she's listening to?" Brianna asked her.
"I should, I don't think her choices would change much." Jackie nodded with her reply. "Why?"
"Well it might get us an insight to how she is or something." Brianna told her.
"Well to be honest if she's listening to just this genre I doubt she's feeling happy." Loraina spoke.
"True, but maybe we can try to see if helping her." Dante defended.
"Well what songs has she been listening to Kick?" Jackie questioned.
"I don't really know a lot of them, but I do know they sound like the artist or person you named…ever, even…" Kick tried to say the name.
"Evanescence." Jackie corrected, Kick nodded. Jackie thought for a minute. "I would need to hear what songs to figure it out." She finally sighed.
"Well let's continue to listen, maybe that will help." Mouth offered. They all did so quietly.

Kendall was laying on the floor listening to her music. She hadn't played in a few due to the dream haunting her mind, but to block it out she kept thinking of her music. Lithium, My Last Breath, Lose Control, Whisper, and Imaginary all by Evanescence played. She opened her eyes and stopped her music with a small remote she had in her hand, which was in her coat pocket.
"You know I know you're ignoring me…" Her reflection said, but Kendall didn't respond. She got up and walked over to the instruments. "You finally going to play?" She still didn't respond. Kendall ran her fingers over the uncovered keys. It didn't make any sound unless she pushed down on them harder, but she kept a light touch running her fingers across the piano keys. "I don't get why you stopped the music…and won't play…Damnit can't you just answer me!" Kendall let out a sigh. She sat down on the bench, looking at the keys. She placed her hands on them before starting.
