Here is the next chapter. I hope you like it. Please read and review thanks love Hermione xxx
Harry had not realised what living in your own muggle home would entail. There was so much he'd not thought of and that doesn't include bills. When he woke up he asked Dobby to take him to see his account manager while Draco still slept. He had much he needed to do today and first he needed a credit card he could use in the muggle world which take the money from his account at the bank. He'd since had all of his accounts merged into one account which he'd labelled his trust fund in case anyone decided to try anything. He also realised he'd need to be able to go out in the muggle world and shop for things for his new home without being noticed by anyone. He got the credit card which had no limits on it and looked like it had come from Lloyds bank in London. Next he got special glasses which were charmed for himself and Draco. This meant that when they wore them in the muggle world they would be instantly in disguise and couldn't be recognised by magical eyes either as Harry didn't trust Mad Eye to leave them alone.
He returned home just as Draco was waking up and went and showed him the glasses and credit card.
"Draco before we do anything we have some new things we need to buy for ourselves and the house but I need to know what muggle things you know of first?" he asked as Draco scowled slightly.
"Well I know of automobiles as our neighbour at home is a half blood and has one. We know how it works and everything and it is lovely. I've been in it numerous times not that Lucius knows that of course. He wouldn't like it. I also know of telephones because he had one of those and showed me how it works. It blew my mind honestly. I mean no more kneeling in front of the fireplace like a fool and dirtying your clothes all the time. Now of course with this telephone you could only sit in one place to use it but it was better than being sprawled in front of the fire always!" he said as Harry laughed.
"Yes well we need to get a telephone and a car amongst other things. You are welcome to join me if you like. I will explain to you what each item does and why we need them when that time comes. Also here wear these glasses to go out and I will too as they give us one disguise so we won't be recognised anywhere by muggles or magicals alike and can have a free and easy life here!" he said as Draco looked stunned and put them on with Harry gasping. Draco looked very different indeed. He had long brown hair which was curly and sallow skin with brown eyes. He looked positively Spanish almost. When he put his own on he looked much the same except his long hair was blonde and pin straight with some brown highlights in it and he had crystal blue eyes. They both laughed at one another as they would never have known each other had they seen each other separately. It was very funny after all.
They ate breakfast which Dobby cooked for them and then ate with them. They had insisted he eat with them always so he would feel included in their family unit. They didn't need any more elves right now so he was perfect for them. They were happy as he would come with them to school when they went there and he would look after them there. He would make sure all the food was scanned for potions and things as he wouldn't put it past anyway to try anything funny when they thought they could get past detection. He had at the request of Harry dropped them near a motor car dealership and then gone on to Grimmauld Place to watch over Ginny. He wanted to know what was truly wrong with her. They walked inside the dealership where Harry told Draco to let him do the talking and Draco agreed.
"Fine but if I think I can secure a better deal for us I will be talking!" he said seriously ever the Slytherin looking for a good deal. They approached the counter and Harry smiled. Due to him taking his Lordship ring and Draco taking the Lordship ring for the Warrens line they automatically looked around twenty or twenty one which suited them very much.
"Hello sir. I am looking to buy a good car and I don't have much time but I have heard from a friend that yours is the best dealership and sells cars at the best value so I wish to use your services!" he said as they sales guys eyes light up. He could practically see the pound signs in them. Draco smirked. He could play this fool like a fiddle and get everything they wanted. Initially he wanted thirty thousand pounds which was just over six thousand galleons and Draco thought it was far too much. Harry of course didn't but then again he'd not grown up in that world around that money like Draco had. Eventually Draco had managed to talk the guy down to twelve thousand pounds or two thousand five hundred galleons as Harry gaped at him in awe. He'd been super-hot when he'd taken control and he loved it. They were given a key each and drove from the shop. One spell later saw them able to drive and have their own licences as Draco knew it because his father had been forced to use it at the ministry although he'd sooner have died then drive a car.
All members of the ministry were required to use this spell and Draco had learned it one time when he was being super quiet and witnessed his father teaching someone else he worked with how to use it. It was amazing. They started off just driving around all over London and actually passed by Grimmauld Place by coincidence and didn't realise it at all nor did anyone inside the home. They eventually pulled into a side pub for some lunch in their beer garden. They had some yummy fish and chips with mushy peas and were delighted. In the afternoon they went to their local B&Q and Harry was stunned to find Vernon in there too. He looked to be buying some shelves or something. Harry scarcely paid him attention though as he had other things to be dealing with. As they moved around the isles they finally found the section with the house phones in it and were stunned. These phones were cordless meaning you could use them while upstairs or downstairs. Petunia hadn't had these as she had thought they looked tacky and weren't as classy as the wired ones. She had even said no one would ever want them and the trend of cordless things would die out in the future where people who had those would feel silly. Boy how wrong she was.
They decided to update their house and got some new kitchen appliances including a gas cooker with oven, a new fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washer, dryer and dishwasher. The house already had a great TV so it didn't need replacing. They also bought a new vacuum cleaner which Harry explained how to use. He was very patient with Draco taking his time to explain everything to him. Dobby was not happy about some of the purchases as he really believed it was his job to serve them always but when he was assigned to monitor Ginny for a while until he was needed he was much happier. I think he thought he'd not be needed anymore or something which wasn't true at all. They went home and made popcorn and sat down on some conjured armchairs in front of the mirror facing Grimmauld Place in which a meeting was just getting underway. They'd seen the children being made to leave by Molly so knew it was serious indeed. Even Severus was there and he looked a little bit worse then normal. This would be interesting indeed.
