okay, I decided to try something new with my HP fanfiction story. I hope it works and everyone loves it.
Okay now its still a bit too early for a poll but if you want you can tell me whom you think she should be with. Just so you know.
Summer Holiday
I enjoyed the holiday with the Malfoy's and now it was time for me to visit my fiance's home where Percy would arrive to watch over Cedric and me as per my godmother's wishes. We all stood in the room waiting for Percy, but I stood there remembering that Ronald sent me a short letter about them visiting there brother Charlie. I smiled at Cedric and his father as we waited in the small den room. Cedric's father would have to leave to the office soon so that was why we had to have Percy to chaperon us.
The fireplace signaled that soon someone would arrive. Cedric smiled at me from where he stood beside his father. I don't know what was wrong with me but his smile made me blush and look at the floor. I did not move my gaze until Percy made his entrance and Cedric's father quickly made his exit.
Cedric took me on a tour of his manor with Percy following behind us at least two feet away. I was enthralled by the history of his family. I had always loved history and I guess that was why Hermione and I bonded so well. I would turn to look at Percy and decided it was enough, it was obvious that he didn't want to be here.
"Percy just go back to your family. Tell your mother that my mother is watching over us in your stead. " I said sighing.
"You would do that for me."
"I am a girl Percy I think I can tell when someone does not want to be here. So just go."
"You can go, Percy. I assure that nothing will happen. I plan to help her with her flying skills." said Cedric.
Percy nodded and left us alone for the rest of the day. We did as he said and were in the backyard flying around. When we both came down to the ground to get food that was left on a table for us. Is when I noticed a look in Cedric's eyes that made me blush. As we finished eating the food he walked me into the gardens and we sat on a bench under the tree.
"So have you enjoyed yourself here so far, Elizabeth?"
"I have enjoyed myself, Cedric," I said looking into his eyes with a smile.
"Can I ask you something?"
"You just did but yes you may ask me anything you wish to ask," I said with a giggle at the end.
Cedric smiled down at me and it made me blush once more so I looked away from him. He placed his hand just under my chin and turned me to look at him.
"What do you think about as you blush the way you do?"
I swallowed and tried to think about his question but looking into his blue eyes made it hard for me to stay in control of my Veela that wanted him to kiss us.
"Control," I whispered
Cedric was confused and asked, "Control?"
"Yes, you look at me like I am a beautiful creature and you make it hard to stay in control of my Veela her thoughts and desires are what is causing me to blush."
Cedric blinked a few times before speaking taking his time to think about what I had just said to him.
"When is your birthday?"
"July 21. Why?"
"Its a surprise. Shall we walk back to the house?"
I nodded and we both stood to walk back to the house what could he be planing I hate surprises. We ended up in the library and we just worked on our essays for potions until his father arrived. He asked about Percy and we told him the truth and assured him that he could trust us alone. Amos agreed that it was the best option and knew that he raised his son well.
It was two or three days later while they were flying on the broom that I smiled big seeing the most beautiful owl I had ever seen. I flew down to the ground and waited for her to fly down to me. I lifted my arm for her to land on.
"Hello, Hedwig," I said the moment she landed. "How is Harry?"
The owl cooed and nipped at my hand when I reached for the letter causing me to smile. I reached into my robe pocket and gave her a treat that she wanted. I petted her and wondered just how many placed she had to fly to before coming to me. I was retrieving my letter when Cedric appeared beside me.
"You can take her to our owl hut if you like. I sure she must be tired and hungry."
"Thank you, I'm sure she will be grateful for that. What do you say, Hedwig? Would you like to stay a while before returning to Harry?"
The owl fluttered her wings a little and climbed up my arm to stand on my shoulder. I followed Cedric since it was the one place I had yet to need to see or visit since arriving here. Dobby had been bringing me all my letter even without the order to do so. I never saw him but I knew that it was him. Once we were there Hedwig flew in and began enjoying herself.
"Would you like to use my study to write back to your friend?"
I smiled at him and nodded without blushing at him. He had somehow figured out how to calm my Veela lately and enjoyed it just as much as she did. Every night before bed he would walk me to my room and at the door, he would kiss my hand before saying goodnight. I hadn't heard from Harry so far and I had been a bit worried that he was upset with me after all.
"Here you go? I'll come for you when lunch is ready," said Cedric walking away not giving me a chance to speak.
I walked to the desk and sat down in the chair. I opened the letter to see that it was a long letter.
Beth,
I know that by the time you get this letter it days if not weeks into our summer holiday. That being said its because my Uncle Veron and Aunt Petunia had finally let me allow Hedwig to fly while they are gone doing something with Dudley. I don't want you to think that I am upset with you. I never could be you're my best friend.
I started this letter on the train home while you slept on my shoulder. I hope to see you on the train on the way to Hogwarts. I am going to try to see if I can get my Uncle to sign the slip that allows us to visit Hogsmeade. I hope that we can go together if you are okay with that is. The others have returned to the cabin I write more when I am in my Aunt house...
I smiled and laughed.

Sorry, I've been busy doing chores in the house. I found something that I hope you will like. I won't go into details about it because I want to see your face as I give it to you. You know just like when you do with me. Dobby shows up once in a while asking if I have any letters for you at night. Care to explain that to me? Hermione writes to me reminding me about our essays. Ron, I haven't heard from yet. But you I think is because you are waiting on me because you are still beating yourself up...
Beth, you fought as much as you could to stay in control. You gave Hermione most of the clues that we needed to help save you. Please, understand that as my best friend I will always save you and protect you. Again I feel the need to ask have you seen anything about your past I really want to be able to talk about it with you...
I swallowed at that question.
Anyhow, I was just curious Hedwig has been getting frustrated being in the cage. I hope I will be able to let her out today to at least fly outside for a bit. I talk to her about you and I feel like she knows something that I don't. I'll write later Uncle Veron is calling...
I laughed.

Sorry again not sure what I can say today its just before bed and Uncle Veron demands that lights out. Please write to me when you can its so boring here without you. Well without all my friends I mean...
I smiled and blushed a little I bit my lip but continues to read.
I miss all of you guys and the world of wizards. I've been asking about the sip and the answer is we will see. I don't know if it will ever get signed. I better get to bed since I will more than likely have chores again tomorrow...

How are you? Are you having fun training with your Godfather? Hedwig got to fly bit Aunt Petunia said I could let her out just to quiet down and as long as I had back in the cage before Uncle Veron came home. She was happy and kept nipping at me and seating on the letter meant for you. Which is why I m writing now. She must really want to see you more than staying with me.
What do you got that I don't? Don't answer that...

It was a nice day to be at the park until my cousin and gang found me. Don't worry nothing happened just the normal muggle stuff. No magic was used although the thought did cross my mind. Just joking although I did remind him about what Hagrid had done to him. The look on his face would have made you laugh. I got a letter from Ron about you having to guarded by Percy what is all that about?
I bit my lip not know how I was going to answer that.

I hope you are enjoying your summer holiday I decided to look for hiding spots outside the house. That nobody would look to find me. I was told that my Uncle Veron's sister would be visiting and that I would have to be on my best behavior or else...
"Oh, Harry."
I have been behaving but my cousin always finds a way to get his way. Do you give Hedwig a different type of treats then I do? She won't stop nipping at me. I wish she would understand that it is not easy for me to let out to fly to you. But I am trying to finish this letter to you. Hermione thinks that I should give you the surprise to you with my letter until I explained to why I couldn't do that. In case it's bothering you I thought I give you a clue. 'Colin'
That name was familiar to me but not because of what I had tricked him into. There had to be a reason what Harry would use him as a clue.
I got to get back to the house now I wish that I could show you the view from the park where I live. I think you would like it...
July 20
Okay, I don't know how much time I have alone here in the house but I want you to get this letter before your birthday. Happy Birthday by the way. Don't worry about sending Hedwig back to me let her stay with you. That will part of my gift to you that you get to see her and spend time with her like she has been wanting.
I smiled at him well at his letter.
Well, I can't wait to see everyone when school begins again. I hope will get to speak about those things I want to speak to you about. Even if its the future I would like to know. You probably forgot that Colin had a camera all school year I asked him to do something for me. I promise you will like it. I will let you go for now hope to see soon.

I had tears in my eyes not sad tears but happy ones Harry was letting me watch over Hedwig for him as a birthday gift. I knew that I had to write back to him but I would use Dobby so that Hedwig could rest.
Harry,
Thank you, I thought I would let you know that she is happy. Ronald should not have told you about Percy. But Percy no longer is guarding just so you know it is nothing bad that he had to do that. Let me just say that it was a pure-blood tradition at my age. I hope to see you too soon. I have been seeing things future and past alike. But I don't wish to speak about it in a letter. Dobby does it on his own free will to get my letters for me. Or to deliver them he has always loved me for my kindness and loyalty towards my family and friends.
As for treats that Hedwig likes it's the same that I give to my own owl. Its a mixed fruit blend with a little bit of mouse. What do you normally give her? Oh I know you said not to answer that one question but it is because I am a girl and you are not...Just joking. If I do not get to see you until the train then I wish you a happy birthday as well.

I bit my lip at the clue I gave him. I called out to Dobby after I sealed the letter. I told him to be good and to leave the letter on Harry's desk if he did not see Harry in the room. Dobby agreed and left me with my own thoughts until Cedric came for me. I placed Harry's letter in my pocket and followed Cedric to our lunch which was a outside in the garden set up as a picket.
"I decided to do this now since you will be going home soon."
"Oh."
We enjoyed our meal in silence and when that was done he stood up and had a hand out for me to reach for. I took it and allowed him to lead the way what was it that he had planned.
"Cedric, I don't like surprises."
"I know don't worry so much. We are almost there."
It was our tree. We walked around it until we were not seen by anyone in the house and then that was when he pointed at the tree. I looked up to see our names carved into the tree. I was admiring his work that I did not notice how close he was to me until he spoke into my ear.
"Do you like?" he whispered.
I turned to answer him but with how close we stood our lips met instead. I gasped in surprise and he simply left it innocent as possible for my first true kiss. I remained in control but my Veela was happy to have the little bit of her desire she had craved. His hands remained on my waist as I turned to completely face him. Placing my hands on his chest I pushed him gently away from me.
"I am too young for such things." I said trying to regain my breath, "But my Veela thanks you."
"Your welcome and that was why I only pecked your lips the way I did. As much as I enjoy seeing you blushing around me I thought this would help."
I smiled at him, "It has Cedric. But next time please ask before you do so. Or wait until I ask."
He smirked but nodded in agreement. Later that night we ate dinner with my parents as they came to take me home with them. It was a quiet dinner with my mother looking at me with a knowing smile that made me blush. When dinner was over we left without my luggage and Hedwig as they had one of the house elves take them when we had sat to eat.
Upon arriving at the manor my mother had asked me to walk with her. I agreed and we walked to our owl hut and I smiled upon seeing Hedwig sitting beside my own owl. I ran to them and handed them treats from my pocket. I was petting Hedwig when my mother finally spoke.
"You had your first kiss."She stated.
I nodded.
"Was he a gentleman about it?"
I nodded again.
"Good, so your Veela half was pleased."
"Yes, mother, she was."
"Will your friends' owl be staying long with us?"
"Yes, she is it's my early birthday gift from him. He said that she could stay with me because she has been very patient with him about the letter to me."
"She knows what you are to each other." said a male voice.
I turned to see that it was Lucius and I wondered just how much he heard us talk about.
"Be that as it may. He does not feel that way about me. I am to be with Cedric anyways, so let us not talk about that."
They nodded and we went inside for the rest of the night. I went searching for Draco only to find Lucius waiting by my door when I had given up looking for him.
"He is staying with Zabinni until the end of the holiday. Shall we?" he said as he opened the door to my room.
I nodded and got ready for bed in my bathroom while Lucius ready my bed for me. This would be my nights until Draco returned. It's not that I can't sleep alone its just he was able to keep the vision away. It would seem that Lucius was able to do the same thing in Draco place. Every morning I would wake up alone but I slept well no matter what.
I would spend the rest of my summer with talks with Hedwig about Harry. When I took a nap I saw his Uncle's Aunt flying away in the sky.
Okay please enjoy updated chapters. Sorry for the rush of chapter on this story its just I changed where I post my chapters and I forgot to update this site as well as Ao3 so that's why you are seeing more than one chapter being posted.
