Chapter 5 Captain Jake and his cree are playing ball together
Once Gabe was grounded by mom, Charlie was look out the hideout widow.
"Hey Charlie! Who are you looking at?" I asked her as she was pointing at Cubby.
"Oh, you're looking at Cubby." I said to her.
"Wait you like Cubby don't you Charlie?" I asked her as she nodded yes.
"Wow! Don't worry Charlie, I will make sure nobody gets between you and Cubby." I said to her.
Bob's POV
My wife Amy and I were just watching Jake, Cubby, and Izzy playing ball until, Cubby looked up and saw Charlie.
"Hi, Charlie!" Cubby waved as Charlie waved back.
"So, what's on the dinner menu today, Cubby?" Captain Jake asked.
"Actually, I don't mind cooking dinner for you guys." Amy told them.
"Uh oh." We heard PJ say from the window.
Charlie's POV
As PJ and I came downstairs, we were getting worried about our mother's cooking. I mean we love her, but to be honest she can't cook at all. she always tries to burn down our house.
"Mom you know we love you, but you always try to burn down a home." PJ said to her.
"No I don't." Mom said trying to defend yourself.
"Last time you tried to make Thanksgiving dinner, and it didn't go so well oh, so I had to step in and make it myself remember that Mom?" PJ asked as Mom had her head down in shame.
"Actually I had to lie about your cooking thinking that you made the Thanksgiving dinner but the truth is I made it." PJ says to her.
"PJ sweetie, we went over this remember?" Mom exclaimed.
"Oh yeah, we did now I remember." PJ told to her.
"So, who's going to cook?" Daddy asked.
"Cubby!" We all said at the same time minus Daddy.
