Verdant Nightclub, Nighttime

"We're going to need more sparring dummies," Oliver said to Dig during the crowd of the partyers in Verdant.

"I'll start ordering them in bulk. This means you're ready to launch crusade 2.0.?" Dig said and asked.

"I'm ready, I just don't know where to begin. Last year, I had the list, getting justice was as simple as crossing names out of a book." Oliver admitting that he doesn't really know how to help the city right now.

"This is Starling… Star City." Dig said, the city's new name still taking time for him to get used to. "You never have to look far to find someone engaged in illegal activity. Yesterday Big Belly Burger got robbed." He told.

"Was Carly there? She ok?" Oliver asked.

"Yeah, she was, um, it was her day off," Dig said reluctantly knowing Oliver didn't know about him and Carly.

"Good. Well, the three of us should get dinner. I haven't seen her since I got back." Oliver said.

"Why the sudden interest in my love life?" Dig asked.

"If it's important to you, it's important to me," Oliver stated and saw his sister walked towards him.

"Hey! I didn't see you come in." Thea said giving Oliver a quick hug.

"I had a secret entrance installed when I ran the club," Oliver said with Thea surprised at his statement. "Kidding." Although he really wasn't.

Thea then looked at her phone as it was ringing and answered it. "Hello? Yes, yeah, this is Thea Queen. Of course, that's where he is." She said, peaking Oliver's concern.

Star City Police Department

Thea and Oliver arrived outside SCPD interrogation, where they saw Roy exit the room with Laurel. "What happened? Are you hurt?" Thea asked as she walked over to Roy.

"Fender bender." Roy lied.

"He totaled his car playing Hood Jr.," Laurel said telling the truth.

"At least it wasn't my car." Roy countered.

"Don't say anything! I already called you an attorney." Thea said protectively.

"That won't be necessary, we're not pressing charges. So long as he gives up looking for trouble." Laurel explained.

"Might as well tell him to give up breathing," Thea said as she and Roy began talking, Laurel approached Oliver.

"I'll talk to him," Oliver said as he had an idea of what Roy is going through.

"Ask him if he knows anything about the Vigilante. Roy has obviously forged some sort of connection to him, maybe it goes both ways." Laurel asked Oliver.

"Doesn't sound like the Vigilante to have a groupie," Oliver replied.

"That's just it… we don't know anything about the Vigilante. Except for every time that he shows up, all hell breaks loose. It has to stop, Ollie. He has to be stopped." Laurel said and Oliver was rather concerned with her choice of words.

"Thea," Oliver said as he approached her and Roy. "Can you ask Mr. Diggle to bring the car around, please?"

"I'll always think of you fondly." She said sarcastically as she left.

"Save the speeches. Your ex-girlfriend already laid one on me, still, no effect." Roy told Oliver as he tried to pass butt Oliver grabbed his arm.

"I used to be a lot like you, Roy," Oliver said.

"I doubt that. I spend more time in the back of cop cars than limos." Roy said knowing Oliver's life of luxury.

"The world doesn't work anymore. It broke a long time ago, but it was like you were the only one who noticed. That makes you angry and you're afraid that that anger is going to burn you up inside if you have to live in the world one second longer knowing that you could do something to fix it. That anger's going to put you in the hospital, kid. Or worse." Oliver told him what someone else basically told him, years ago.

"Well, I'll take worse. It's better to be dead than in a hospital these days, right?" Roy said angrily.

"What do you mean?" Oliver asked.

"Been to the Glades Memorial, lately?" Roy asked.

"No, but I didn't read that it was damaged by the quake," Oliver said.

"It wasn't. The medicine that FEMA's been sending the hospital is being hijacked. So, if they don't re-supply, they'll be forced to close." Roy said.

"By who?" Oliver inquired.

"I don't know!" Roy shouted. "The doctors and nurses are already bailing on the place and the cops? The cops rarely venture that deep into the Glades, so I guess that leaves only me! What's it take to make you angry?" Roy said fed up by Oliver's far too relaxed expression.

Glades Memorial Hospital, Morning

Following up on what Roy said, Oliver and Dig went to the Glades Memorial Hospital. Roy wasn't understating just how bad it was for patients' looking for treatment, the hospital was overcrowded. "They survived the quake and ended up here." Dig acknowledged. "From one hell to the next."

"Yeah, whoever's stealing from here, they won't be for much longer," Oliver told him, fully intending to do something about this medical crisis.

Oliver then noticed a press conference going on in the hospital with all the cameras focusing on one man. "This city is failing on all accounts." The man spoke to the reporters.

"Who's that in the spotlight?" Oliver curiously asked.

"Sebastian Blood, the local alderman that I told you about, not too shy about sharing his opinions," Dig answered as he noted that Blood was a little too vocal for his tastes.

"Which are?" Oliver asked.

"Which are that the Glades have been abandoned," Dig replied.

"And no one gives a damn about these people." Blood said passionately. "We cannot stand by while the doctors on the other side of those doors are working with the bare minimum of resources because the police department already sees us as a lost cause. Meanwhile, thieves are seeking to make a quick buck off the misery of the Glades." Blood then noticed Oliver and then quickly turned his attention to him. "Oliver Queen, isn't it?"

"Alderman." Oliver greeted Blood and the cameras now had a split focus on both men.

"What brings you to Glades Memorial, Mr. Queen? I assume someone of your means can afford the best medical treatment money can buy and I can assure you, you're not going to find that here." Blood said barely able to contain his condescension for Oliver.

"That's wrong, sir. The people of the Glades have suffered too much not to have access to basic medical services." Oliver spoke up to him.

"Well, that's very compassionate of you to say. Although I wonder where your family's concern for its fellow citizens was when they ordered the construction of the earthquake machine that killed 503 people." Blood said angrily as the cameras then rushed on Oliver.

"Ladies and gentlemen, ladies and gentlemen, please! I will be doing everything in my power to atone for my family's culpability in this tragedy." Oliver said in a panic trying to get the press off his back.

"Well, I'm sure the people of the Glades that I represent will sleep better knowing that if they still had a place to sleep. If their homes hadn't crumbled around them! If their stores and their businesses hadn't been condemned!" Blood said in a fury that turned everyone against Oliver.

"You did this to us! Go back to your mansion, rich boy!" Members of the crowd spoke up.

Spare us your mercy visits, Queen! You've done enough for this city already." They continued to yell. The crowded shout angrily at Oliver as both he and Dig made their attempt back to the limo, increasing their speed as the crowd escalated further into throwing things at them.

Queen Consolidated

Oliver and Dig arrived at Queen Consolidated, as they exited the elevator, Felicity walked up to them quickly in high heels; she was not happy. "I quit." She told Oliver.

"No, you don't." He said walking to his office.

"Yes, I do. Not my old job in the I.T. department, but my new job as your executive assistant, which you think I'm going to accept. Your thinking could not be more wrong in this matter." She said both demanding and snippy.

"I need a girl Wednesday." He tried to explain.

"It's Friday, and the answer is no! These computers have been upgraded. Far more processing power than your typical secretary." She said rationalizing Oliver didn't need her as a secretary. "Did you know I went to M.I.T.? Guess what I majored in, hint, not the secretarial arts." She yelled not wanting this demeaning job.

"Felicity! We all need to have secret identities now. If I'm going to be Oliver Queen CEO, then I can't very well travel down 18 floors every time you and I need to discuss how we spend our nights." He tried to rationalize his argument.

"And I love spending the night with you." She said once again using a double entendre phrase which she sadly realized and paused for a moment. "Really need to stop that. I worked very hard to get where I am, and it wasn't so I could fetch you coffee!" She told Oliver as he sat at his office desk.

"Well, it could be worse my secret identity is his black driver." Dig quipped as he started chewing gum.

"Right now, I need you to figure out how the hijackers are getting a line on the goods earmarked for Glades Memorial. If we know how they're picking their targets, we will know when and where to stop them." Oliver told Felicity to do.

"Fine." She said about to leave his office. "Oh! May I get you a cup of coffee?" She asked.

Oliver was about to say yes to this but then realized what was happening. "You're not actually offering to get me a cup of coffee, are you?"

"Yeah, no. That won't be happening. Ever!" She said storming out.

Well, if you can bring yourself to do it, can you please make reservations for Dig, Carly and I Saturday night at Table Salt?" Oliver asked.

"Sure! I'll get right on that. Using the Internet, which you also happen to have access to." She said sarcastically. "Still haven't told him?" She asked Dig.

"He has enough on his plate," Dig told her, as Oliver sat in the office watching the news talk about his encounter at the hospital this morning.

Arrowcave, Night

"Never thought I'd say this, but I'm actually getting more done down in the basement of an abandoned steel factory than in the corner office of a high rise." Felicity making it crystal clear to Oliver that she was not letting her dislike for the new position go away anytime soon.

"What do you have?" Oliver said dressed in his uniform wanting to get down to business.

"FEMA is shipping 100,000 units of medical-grade opiates to Glades Memorial." She answered.

"When?" He asked

"Truck is scheduled to leave the FEMA depot in 20 minutes."

"Not if this motorcycle gang has anything to say about it," Dig commented.

"Bad luck for them, I have something to say about it," Oliver said as he headed out.

The Glades

At the FEMA depot, two thugs on motorcycles arrived and opened fired on the men who were set to deliver supplies. As their victims were either dead or too injured to go after them, they got off their motorcycles and made their way to the trucks but after seeing someone still alive, the planned to shoot him. Preparing to open fire him as he began to beg for his life, the man heard a voice that ordered him to get down; which he did as two arrows hit his would-be-killers in the shoulder.

"Make your delivery," Oliver said, as the driver went to his door until he was killed with a thrown knife to his neck; there Oliver saw an old enemy of his, Chien Na Wei aka China White, an assassin of the Chinese Triad.

"The Emerald Archer!" She called him out. "I feared you had perished in the quake, denying me the opportunity to pay you back in full for your past interference in my business."

"Your business is going under, permanently! Oliver said as he quickly drew back and fired an arrow at her but before it could hit, a mysterious man jumped down from the truck and cut the arrow down with what looks like long metal claws. He was black, dressed in a bronze leather jacket, and built for battle Oliver thought.

"I don't think my friend agrees with you," White said to the vigilante. "Our new partnership was easily cemented. See, I was eager to see you dead, and he was eager to kill you."

Oliver fired at this new enemy, but he deflected it with his claws; Oliver repeated the action, but his new adversary just showed how ineffective this was for him. "No kill shots? I was promised a fight." Ben Turner said noticing every single one of his shots would not have killed him. "I hope you haven't lost your nerve."

"Find out," Oliver replied not backing down. Turner then charged at Oliver with Oliver either dodging or deflecting Turner's claws with his bow. Turner went low for a strike, but Oliver then blocked that as well. As their fight became more intense both fighters went throughout the depot until the air became filled with sounds of police sirens just as Oliver managed to get a hold on Turner.

"Star City police! You're surrounded." They said aiming their guns at both of them. "Put down your weapons or we will open fire."

In that instant, Turner got away from Oliver and he then sliced at him and cut open a pipe that caused steam to burst from. With the police here now and this formidable fighter, Oliver knew that our best option was to retreat using the steam from the pipe as cover, Turner also made his escape. As the police began to open fire on him, Oliver took a bullet to his leg causing him to stumble. Needing to get away quickly, Oliver then used a flechette and threw it on the ground creating a smoke cloud for him to escape and then fired a grappling line arrow to quickly get to the rooftop.

"Ceasefire, ceasefire! Find them." The police captain ordered, as Oliver looked at the police from the rooftop and noticed that Laurel was there causing his heart to sank.

Arrowcave Bunker

"Does it hurt?" Felicity asked as Oliver was stitching up his leg wound.

"Not as much as some things," Oliver replied now finished with his sutures.

"I love that we live in a city where the police are more interested in catching you than the drug-stealing mobsters. Our tax dollars at work." Felicity said trying to lighten the mood.

"The authorities have always gone after the Vigilante." Dig reminded her.

"This time was different," Oliver said.

"Why, because this time it's Laurel leading the charge?" Dig pondered.

"Because they got in my way! I can't make things better as Oliver Queen, and now I can't make things better as the Vigilante!" Oliver yelled. "So, what if Laurel's involved?"

"Hey! Go easy on him." Felicity interrupted him.

"It's all right, Felicity," Dig said trying to get her to back down.

"No, it's not. You don't get to jump down his throat just because you happen to be having a lousy week. Ok, you're pissed he invoked the almighty Laurel. Well, you're not the only one whose love life is taking it on the chin!" Felicity yelled at Oliver.

"Felicity, what are you talking about?" Oliver asked.

"I'm talking about you keep bringing up Carly, but you're so involved with yourself that you don't even realize the look he gets every time you do." She mentioned.

"What is she talking about?" He asked.

"Me and Carly pulling the pin." Dig finally decided enough was enough. "It happened when you were gone. Truth is, it's been happening for a while now, being the Vigilante's wingman was a strain."

"He needs to hear this," Felicity said to Dig.

"This wasn't just about what we were doing, Oliver. This isn't just about you, man. I couldn't separate what's going on with me and Carly, and what went on with my brother." Dig explained.

"Deadshot," Oliver said realizing what this was really about.

"He's still out there. My brother's killer. Still breathing and I, uh, guess I couldn't hate him and love her at the same time." Dig explained. "See? You are not the only one having trouble reconciling two sides of himself."

District Attorney's Office

Laurel was going through papers at her desk for the night, she needed to get something to eat but then suddenly the lights in the office suddenly turned off. This brought back a sense of déjà vu to her as she knew exactly who this was.

"Hello, Laurel," Oliver said through his voice monitor dressed as the Vigilante.

"This seems like old times," Laurel replied.

"I figured we should talk." He said.

"Fine, turn that thing off and pull back your hood." She demanded.

"I'm not your enemy and I thought we understood each other." He stated.

"I understand that you're a criminal and you think the law doesn't apply to you, it does." She said angrily.

"But you didn't always feel that way. You used to think that I was helping the people in this city." He said as Laurel was an asset to him last year.

"And then I saw you." She said.

"I don't understand." He said to confuse.

"The night of the earthquake, I saw you at CNRI." She said and Oliver stood shocked. "My friend was inside the building when it collapsed. He went there to rescue me and by the time I managed to climb inside, he was gone. But I saw you, running away into the night. You didn't save him, you were too busy fighting a meaningless duel with lcolm Merlyn, and when people, people you told me you would protect needed your help you weren't there. I don't think you wear that hood because you're a hero. I think you wear it to hide that you're a coward, and I promise you, I will see you unmasked, prosecuted, and sent to prison." She said walking towards him. "Don't ever speak to me again, if you do, I will be ready for you and you will never see the light again." She said bitterly turning around, Oliver then left now understanding why she blamed him. Some part of him even believed she was right too, but until he could convince her otherwise, he had to keep his distance from her.

Queen Consolidated

Waiting at his desk, Oliver then saw Felicity come in. "Your 4:00 is here," Felicity said as she walked into his office. "Although I'm not entirely sure why you invited him up to your office." She asked.

"Because I need to fix this situation, and there are no cameras or people to throw things at me in here." He explained walking towards Sebastian Blood to greet him. "Alderman, thank you for coming."

"Mr. Queen." Blood said just walking past him to look outside the office. "This is some view. How small the rest of us must all look from up here."

"Ms. Smoak, would you get my guest and I some coffee?" Oliver asked.

"You know, I would, Mr. Queen, but it seems that someone's broken our coffeemaker." She said leaving but then whispered in earshot. "Violently."

"I was surprised that you wanted to meet." Blood stated.

"As surprised as I was when you turned a frenzied mob on me?" Oliver replied.

"Oh, that shouldn't have been too surprising. My constituents have a lot of anger towards your family. They have a right to." Blood explained.

"My mother was involved in something Unspeakable. But I'm my own man and I'm not your enemy." Oliver explained.

"You're not a friend. To me, or the people of the Glades." Blood mentioned.

"I am hoping to prove otherwise," Oliver said.

"Mr. Queen, not every problem can be solved by money. Real change will never happen until your elitist friends realize that it is morally unacceptable to allow thousands of its fellow citizens to live right down the street but in a third world." Sebastian explained

"Then let's show them, I'll host a benefit. Invite some of my "elitist friends," and then you and I can help them see what needs to be done." Oliver suggested.

"People seeing you Seeing you stand up, the CEO of Queen Consolidated, taking responsibility and being this cause's public face. That would make a difference." Blood said considering what Queen was offering.

"Then let's make a difference," Oliver said as they both stood up and shook hands.

"Listen, I am truly sorry for what happened outside that hospital. Sometimes my emotions get the better of me." Blood apologized genuinely.

Oliver Queen's Benefit, Night

Laurel arrived at Oliver's benefit, she was later than she wanted to be but since she knew Oliver would be late like he was for most things in his life she paid no mind. Sipping a glass of champagne, she looked around seeing Star City's wealthy and elite here to support the Glades.

"You look like a woman who's looking for someone." Blood said to Laurel, who immediately knew who he was.

"Friend of mine, he's throwing this benefit," Laurel said to greet him.

"Ah, Oliver Queen. Didn't realize you were friends." He said amused.

"Very old friends." She answered. "So, you can imagine how I feel about you putting him in the crosshairs of public opinion, alderman."

"For what it's worth, I've apologized to Oliver for my rhetorical excesses. In fact, it is that little spectacle which brings us all here tonight." He admitted.

"So where is Oliver?" She asked still looking around for him.

"That's exactly the question I'm asking myself." He replied.

In the elevator

"We're late. The good news is, at least you get to make a dramatic entrance." Dig sighed.

"Oh, I'm just lucky Oliver Queen has a reputation for not showing up on time," Oliver replied.

"You know, I've been meaning to tell you it really weirds me out to no end the way you refer to yourself in the third person like that," Dig told him and Oliver gave him an annoyed look.

Oliver's cell phone then started ringing. "It's Felicity. Tell me." He said walking out the Elevator.

"I've got good news and bad news," Felicity informed him. "I hacked into FEMA's server, yet another federal offense, thank you very much, and was able to find out when the next shipment of pharmaceuticals is taking place."

"When?" He asked.

"That's the bad news, five minutes ago." She said and Oliver knew what he had to do. "I know this is the definition of sucky timing, but which suit are you planning on wearing tonight?"

"Doesn't seem Mr. Queen is going to honor us with his presence this evening." Blood said walking away from Laurel.

"So where are you going?" Laurel asked.

"To address his guests, it's time they realize what kind of a man their host is." He said.

"You're just going to crucify him in the media again? She questioned him.

"Crucifixion has such a bad reputation. The Romans used it to punish people who acted against the public good." He clarified to her.

"Alderman." She said trying to stop him.

"Ladies and gentlemen." He addressed them and everyone clapped in applause. "Thank you. Thank you. But you should hold your applause for Oliver Queen. This evening's charity was his brainchild." He said as the applause died down. "As such, you could be forgiven for wondering why Mr. Queen isn't with us tonight. And the answer, I'm afraid, is painfully apparent. He doesn't care. I told Mr. Queen that this city's problems cannot be solved with his money; that he needed to stand up and be counted as someone who cares." Blood said while Oliver was suiting up in Arrowcave.

"So where is he now?" He asked rhetorically, as Laurel just stood helpless unable to help Oliver.

"Lieutenant! We got a Hood sighting, heading down Lemire Avenue." An officer told Frank Pike. "Let's go!" He said.

"I don't know where Oliver Queen is. All I know is that he isn't here." Blood continued.

As the FEMA truck carrying the medical supplies moved down the street, they were jumped by three motorcycle figures.

"This city is dying, and it needs someone to stand up and breathe new hope into it." Blood said with a passion.

The police had arrived and were the Vigilante was supposed to be at but so far, no sign of him.

"And tonight, it is painfully obvious that that person is not Oliver Queen." He finished.

The Glades

China White and Ben Turner began tying down the opposition, that was until Oliver showed up as the Vigilante. Oliver then fired an arrow, distracting the White and Tiger, as guards got away.

"Go!" He ordered

As China and Tiger walked over to confront the Hood. "I told you," Ben spoke up. "On time to die."

The SCPD was still dumbfounded by why the Hood who was supposed to be here wasn't. Eventually, one of the officers explained that the live surveillance footage was actually year-old surveillance footage doctored by Felicity and sent to the police in order to keep off Oliver's back for the night.

Oliver was starting to feel overwhelmed by the combined efforts of White and Tiger, as Turner finally struck Oliver from behind. China then quickly attacked Oliver, but he managed to deflect her attacks, as both then returned to attacking him leaving Oliver only on defense. As another goon made his way to the truck, John in a ski-mask slammed the door on the thug disorienting him; he tried to fight him off but to no avail as Dig the knocked him out and threw him into a dumpster.

"Healthcare has enough problems without you punks." Dig quipped.

China noticed the masked man helping the vigilante out. "You're not the only one allowed to bring a friend!" Oliver said as China left him to go after the FEMA truck, leaving Oliver to face Ben Turner by himself.

"I'm clear," John said getting away driving the truck, unaware that White had got on the top of it.

"That makes one of us," Oliver said slowly fighting still fighting his opponent, as Turner then ran into an abandoned building. Searching for his enemy, Turner quickly appeared as sliced Oliver on his arm as Oliver winced in pain, his enemy vanished just as quickly. Feeling for his surroundings, Oliver pulled out an arrow and fired it at Turner who sliced it up before it even touched him.

"Go ahead, waste your arrows," Turner said cockily as he then charged the archer who then rapidly fired at him, and fortunately one of them hit Turner in the shoulder. "That hurt, but it won't stop me." However, Oliver then pressed a button on his bow causing the arrow in Turner's shoulder to send several hundred volts of electricity into Turner's body causing him to collapse.

"That will," Oliver stated. "Dig? Diggle!" He called on his comms but no response.

Dig was engaged with White in battle, he was doing everything he could to avoid her knives. As he took a swing at her, she struck him in the stomach causing him to hit his knees. As she rose her knife to finish him off, Oliver appeared and fired an arrow that released a restraining cable that tied her to a pole.

"You've changed." China acknowledged. "You would have killed me by now if you hadn't."

"The police can take the shipment the rest of the way," Oliver said to Dig as they began leaving the city.

"They still won't see you as anything more than the enemy," White shouted gaining Oliver's attention. "You'll never be anything but a criminal to them, which means you'll never be a hero."

"As long as this city is safe, it doesn't matter," Oliver told her.

Queen Consolidated, Oliver Queen's office

Later that night, Oliver and Diggle went to Queen Consolidated to regroup and Oliver was watching the news. "After a prolonged pursuit, police have arrested Chien Na Wei, a high-ranking member of the local Chinese Triad, which was responsible for the recent hijackings of pharmaceuticals bound for Glades Memorial. Representatives praise the efforts of the SCPD in saving the hospital from shutting down, though some sources say the vigilante known as the Green Arrow, formerly known as the Hood may have been involved." The reporter on the news said, Oliver then noticed Dig appearing and muted to TV.

"So much for being called the Arrow." John arrived knowing that was the codename Oliver wanted to be known by.

"First Merlyn, now the media, maybe it won't last." Oliver pondered as he thinks the Green Arrow is a lame alias.

"Tell that Johansson, she doesn't like being called Scar Jo and yet it stuck." Dig witted. "By the way, I was just about to make my move on her, I didn't need one of your trick arrows getting in the way," John told him referring to White.

"Couldn't risk it. Where would I be without my black driver?" Oliver finally replying to John's earlier comment about his current role. "Diggle! I'm sorry about you and Carly."

"Yeah, well, couples break up. Not everything that happens in Star City is your responsibility." Dig replied.

"I'm learning that." He replied. "What I meant was, I'm sorry that I wasn't there for you, because I should have been. I got wrapped up in my own suffering, and I … forgot that some other people might be suffering, too."

"You know, we're getting dangerously close to hug territory, so I'm going to fall back," Dig said sarcastically. "You need a ride?"

"It turns that being CEO, I actually have some work to do. I'll find my own way." Oliver replied.

"You always do," Dig said as he left the office.

"Oliver Queen's failure to show up to his own benefit shouldn't surprise anyone. He's no different than the rest of the Starling City elite who have failed to show up when it comes to ending the suffering of those left devastated in the Glades. Oliver Queen is not a friend to the people of this city." Sebastian Blood said on the TV.

Oliver then looked up and saw a coffee placed on his table, too which he was surprised. "One." She muttered before walking off, causing Oliver to smile with surprise.

Rooftop in the Glades

After talking to Roy and convincing him to be his eyes and ears in the Glades, so that he could be better informed of what was going on in the Glades. He got to the rooftop, he found himself just running from one to another; wanting to clear his head from everything that was going on right now. However, Oliver then fell to his knees screaming in pain as he began covering his ears; where the hell did this powerful sound come from her. Opening his eyes, he saw a masked woman, she was attractive, blonde, and dressed in black leather from head to toe and he saw something in her hand.

"Who the hell are you!" Oliver yelled over the loud noise.

"Someone who wants to save this city." A masked Laurel said, turning her sonic device off.

"Then why are you coming after me?" He asked, his ears still ringing.

"Because this city also needs to be saved from you!" She yelled, pulling out her tonfa then charged at him.
