The girls plus one boy was looking at Tenten strangely when she started muttered 'OH SHIT!' to herself. Unable to understand what could have caused her to panic so suddenly.
"Ano Tenten chan are you okay?" Hinata asked unsure looking at her panicking friend.
"Hehehe, remember when I told you guys that I might have pissed off some guy at the mall last week" Tenten answered nervously looking around.
"Yeah, it sounded hilarious" Ino added non phased.
Hikaru sensing that something must have really bothered Tenten asked;
"Tenie, is there something wrong right now?"
"Hikaru, that guy was kinda mad at me for calling him a girl and I just ran off afterwards." Tenten whined.
"So what is the problem Tenten chan?" Hinata questioned.
"The problem is that guy is walking right here, like right now" Tenten answered pointing discreetly in the direction of the fuming boy.
They all looked at the direction and sure enough a guy with a serious pissed off expression was walking towards them followed by a couple of other boys behind.
"I am done for, what do I do?" Tenten panicked.
"Relax, Tenten, just act like you don't remember him at ALL" Ino advised sagely.
"Yeah, pretend" Tenten agreed.
Hinata and Hikaru just watched as Tenten took Ino's advice and started calming down.
Just as Tenten had calmed down, a stern voice was heard.
"Hello there" Neji stated after reaching them.
"Hey!" Hikaru replied.
Neji stared down at Hikaru while Hikaru kept staring at him. The boys had come to a standstill and were watching the staring competition between the two. Neither of them looked away from each other. The girls held their breath, hoping that he realize that Hikaru is a girl. While the boys just watched when suddenly Naruto noticed the violet haired girl sitting on the bench.
"Hey there, remember me. We met at the café" Naruto hollered at the shy girl effectively breaking the other two from there staring contest.
" " Hinata stuttered.
"Hinata! What are you doing here?" Neji questioned directing his attention to his cousin.
"I.I was with ." Hinata stuttered.
"I see" Neji replied getting irritated with all her stuttering.
Everybody just watched the exchange trying to figure out how they know each other.
"Oye Neji! How did you know her name?" Naruto yelled at Neji while pointing his finger at him.
"Shut up idiot, Hinata san is my cousin." Neji replied distastefully staring at the girl.
Everybody just stared at Hinata and Neji finding the obvious traits common between them, being their pale eyes.
"SO wait, Hinata chan you are related to this person?" Hikaru asked pointing at the mentioned cousin.
"Yes, Hikaru kun, Neji ni-san is my cousin." Hinata answered back.
Ino and Tenten kept looking at everyone while Tenten was internally panicking and Ino just raised her brow when suddenly a cunning scheme came into her head.
"Wow, hina chan I didn't know that you could be related to someone with such feminine beauty." Ino drawled out wickedly.
Everyone become silent and only the sound of faint cricket chirping could be heard. Tenten just looked at Ino thinking 'What is wrong with her, it's bad enough I thought that he was a girl and now she is pointing it out sooooo easily. That guy was fuming. I don't want to die so young'.
Hinata just looked at Ino like she was crazy; Neji would not take kindly to that statement.
Similarly, the boys were thunderstruck that the blonde girl just called their friend a feminine beauty. Naruto wanted to laugh so bad that tears were starting to form in his eyes, but he kept quiet not wanting to incur any wrath from Neji on to himself. Shikamaru and Sasuke just watched the whole scene with concealed amusement. Neji was livid 'How dare she call me that. Twice in one week, first I get called a girl now, I have feminine beauty.'
Neji was just about to yell at the blondie when the sound of laughing permeated the air. Only one thought ran through everyone's head 'What the hell!'
Hikaru was sitting on the ground and laughing very hard, clutching his stomach ad trying very hard to stop and breathe calmly but nothing was working. He kept erupting into fits of laughter, tears of mirth rolling down his cheeks. Everyone just stared before small giggles joined in the laughter. Hinata had started giggling; Naruto who had tried so hard to keep quiet started laughing as well and fell on the ground hitting it. Tenten who had managed to stop herself from panicking couldn't help but join in on the laughter. Neji just paled.
"You should have seen your face, it was so hilarious" Naruto said while laughing.
" ni-san" Hinata added while trying to stop herself from laughing.
"How dare you call me a feminine beauty, I am a man just because….." Neji was saying before Ino interrupted him.
"You know ten chan I don't blame you for thinking that he was a girl, I can see why, his hair is so silky looking and shiny and with such beauty, it's hard to think that he is a guy." Ino interrupted.
"Ino chan, you should stop." Hinata tried to stop Ino.
"Well, look at the time girls we have to go, Hikaru has to go to his opening ceremony" Tenten said suddenly checking the time.
"Oh wow, time sure flies when you are having fun, you ladies should go" Hikaru said after realizing the ceremony was going to start in 15 minutes.
"We should go then" Ino agreed.
The girls got up to go and started walking towards their car with Hikaru walking with them. The boys back there were left speechless and just decided to follow them.
The girls got into the Ferrari and Hikaru waved them bye after having exchanged their goodbyes.
Just as Ino and the girls passed by the boys, Hinata said good bye to Neji and his friends, while Tenten just mock saluted them. Ino feeling devious yelled back to Neji "See you later Beauty". The girls drove off laughing. Hikaru was smiling at their attempt to rile up Neji. Neji just glared at the moving car with a scowl on his face.
Hikaru stood there watching the boys especially Neji. He remembered Hinata mentioning a cousin that would be going to KPA. Realizing that damage control was needed, Hikaru just decided to get it over with.
"So don't mind her, she is like that" Hikaru explained fidgeting a little.
Neji just scowled at him and walked away muttering something about idiotic blondes trying to ruin his life.
"Okay, I'll take that as a yes, your friends are forgiven" Hikaru stated in a joking manner.
Naruto being Naruto decided to answer instead of Neji, "Don't mind the bastard, he has no sense of humor"
"Ah, figured that out. By the way I am Hikaru Haruno" Hikaru introduced himself.
"Naruto Uzumaki at your service" Naruto saluted.
"Troublesome, Shikamaru Nara" Shikamaru introduced himself.
"Hn, Sasuke Uchiha" Sasuke said.
"That was Neji Hyuga, he's a bastard just like Sasuke here" Naruto decided to explain.
"Dobe" Sasuke stated and walked away.
"Who you calling a dobe, teme" Naruto yelled while running after Sasuke.
"Are they always like that?" Hikaru asked Shikamaru who just stood there with a resigned look.
"Ahh, we should go as well, don't want any trouble now" Shikamaru replied walking away.
"Let's go then" Hikaru agreed and both walked off to the giant auditorium where many students were filling in.
The auditorium was large with a stage in the front that was draped with red curtains. There were desks and chairs placed on the stage where the teachers would be sitting.
There were rows after rows of cushioned seats where the students were sitting. The whole place was lit by the light coming from the windows. The windows were large and allowed light to enter.
Hikaru followed Shikamaru and decided to sit with the boys since they were the only people he knew now.
Soon the headmaster or the principle of KPA was standing on the stage with his trusted teacher sitting on the chairs behind.
"Good Morning students, I am Hiruzen Saratobi. I am the principle here. And I am hoping that you all are happy to be here. KPA has a history of bringing out some of the best students who excel in their future life. I hope that you bunch will not disappoint me. Many of you will be living on the school grounds so you should know that there are many rules you must follow those; anyone who fails to follow the rules will have to face the consequences. Now remember your classes will start from tomorrow, I want all my students to follow the dress code. You have very qualified teachers here and you will find out that you will enjoy studying under their tutelage. Now I know that most of you are thinking this old men keeps on talking and it might be annoying for you but what can I do I am being paid to annoy you" a few laughs were heard as Hiruzen chuckled to himself and continued on "Now listen I don't want any rough housing around here, be respectful, be in your dorms after curfew and no extra visitors allowed. I want you all to enjoy yourself and may you all find a reason to give your best here" Hiruzen stated.
The principle walked back and sat down on a seat when women with blonde hair tied into a two pigtails came stood in front of the podium. Her hazel eyes scanned the whole room before she spoke;
"Now listen up brats, I am Tsunade Senju, I am the vice principle here. And I don't want you brats coming to me with trouble or else I will castrate you all. Now all those students who will be staying in the dorms, just know this I don't want any of you coming to me to change your roommates because I ain't gonna care. You're stuck with whoever you have. Behave and I want no complains or I'll kick you out and enjoy doing it to you" Tsunade laughed evilly and walked off to her seat. Hiruzen just face palmed thinking to himself 'Why do I even keep her here?'
The students just watched her realizing that she was being serious, this caused few of them to cower in fear while others just sweat dropped. It was eerily silent in the large room. Nobody talked or even moved. Noticing the silence, a teacher got up and came to the front, he had silver hair that stood up on one side, one eye was brown while the other was covered with a bandana, and half of his face was concealed in the scarf he wore. He stood there and said;
"Well, since you heard her now classes will start tomorrow at eight, I hope you all have taken your schedules, follow it. You can spend today getting ready for tomorrow and settling in. You are all dismissed then"
he said while cheerily waving them off.
He went and joined the teachers and soon the principle and the teachers had left the auditorium. The students also started leaving the hall once the teachers had left.
"Man, that lady was scary" Naruto said after leaving the hall.
"Hn" Sasuke replied.
"Troublesome" Shikamaru agreed.
"Meditating will help her calm down her nerves" Neji added.
"That was Tsunade Senju, the greatest doctor in the world. I can't believe I get to study with her" Hikaru said excitedly with stars in his eyes.
"I guess" Naruto added not knowing what to say.
"Oye Hikaru where is your dorm?" Shikamaru asked.
"It's in block B Second floor room 8" Hikaru answered after remembering his room number.
"Wow, ain't we lucky, our rooms are there too, teme and I are in room 7 while lazy genius and teme no 2 are in room 6" Naruto replied excitedly.
"I guess I am lucky" Hikaru added mentally dreading being in the same vicinity as Naruto.
The short time Hikaru had spent with them he had figured out that Naruto was super energetic; Shikamaru was a genius but was super lazy and considered everything to be troublesome. Sasuke is an emo bastard and hardly speaks two words unless deemed necessary while Neji is another bastard dubbed by Naruto. Also, Neji and Sasuke seem to have a competitive nature, both seemed to be competing.
Hikaru could just hope that nothing bad happens 'this is gonna be long year, I can already feel it. Let's just hope nobody founds out my secret'
