" I know who hawkmoth is" Chat breathed out scared to look at his partners face, scared she may look at him differently, scared at how she will react, scared that she would hate him if she knew the truth of who he was to hawkmoth and scared at what would happen once his father found out that he betrayed him instead of Ladybug.
Ladybug was shocked to say the leest, the battle that they had been fighting for so long was coming to an end but also that her partner had found it out questions were running around in her mind.
" Wait what did you just say?" she questioned, her partner was looking in the opposite direction when he repeated what he said a bit louder, she didn't need him to repeat she heard him but the shock overload that, they were so close to defeating hawkmoth.
"How did you find out?" she questioned wanting to know exactly what had happened for her partner to discover who the supervillain they knew next to nothing about.
Chat Noir said nothing, he couldn't say anything realy, one because he didn't know if he could speak again and two because it all happened out of costume, it wouldn't just be revealing hawkmoths identity but also his own and Ladybug had already expressed her opinions on that, so he stayed silent.
"When did you find out?" she questioned wondering why this would make them feel so angry 'was something worse happening when it happend?' she thought to herself.
Chat Noir sat down on the ledge 'he told me, no, he was going to tell me when my cousin Felix came round then he did tell me today when I asked him about it. nope, can't say that' he answered in his head not ready to tell his lady that it could have ended weeks ago and how they still have Fu with them to help out.
"Where did you find out ?" she asked unsure if she wanted the answer or not. she sat down next to her partner in case he was just whispering his responses
He continued to stay silent thinking about how he could possibly answer her questions without her figuring out who he was behind the mask and hoe he is a disappointment that Fu should never have given a miraculous to.
