"No way thats amazing, why aren't you riding for team blue" Hunter watched a video of Dani's past riding event
"Riding isn't my whole life, and if I did ride for them I wouldn't be riding for fun" Dani said
"Man thats all my brother Blake talks about" Hunter said as he handed her back her phone and started working on her bike
"What about you, you don't want a career in racing" Dani asked
"Honestly life is too short, and I don't always want to be on the road, I want to set roots somewhere, my parents died when Blake and I were young so we never really had a home" Hunter said not sure why he revealed that to someone he barely knew
"Im sorry for your loss, I cant imagine how difficult it must have been for you and your brother" Dani sighed
"We had each other and I guess thats why it was always hard for us to let people in, or it is for me anyway" Hunter said
"Maybe one day it wont be so difficult." Dani said as she gently placed her hand on his just before her phone rang "Oh I'm sorry"
"No go ahead" Hunter said
"Wow…someones falling quick and hard" Blake said coming out of the back room
"Oh shut up, I don't have a chance with her…shes beautiful, passionate, one of the kindest people Ive ever met" Hunter said cleaning his wrench as he watched Dani through the window talking on the phone
"Hunter you dont open up to anyone, and you just told a girl you spent an hr with about our childhood" Blake said
"Are you forgetting that I was evil, and almost killed my friends" Hunter stood up
"Hunter we were under a evil spell you cant keep beating yourself up for that" Blake argued
"Ok, then what about me being a ranger, if I got close to her she would be in danger, who knows what Lothor would do to her" Hunter said
"Don't think about the what if's, why dont you ask her out and go from there" Blake said
"You're right, when she comes back in I'm going to say Dani…
"Yes" Dani said standing behind him
"Would you like to go racing or you know maybe dinner, or maybe both" Hunter stuttered
"I would love to, as long as my bike gets fixed" Dani said glancing toward her bike
"Oh yea, your bike should be fixed in a couple of hours, and maybe I can pick you up around 6" Hunter said
"Sounds great, here is my number and address, and I guess I'll see you tonight" Dani smiled as she wrote her information on a blank slip

"Well don't you look beautiful" Kimberly told her daughter as Dani was finishing up her makeup. Dani was wearing a grey open back long-sleeved shirt with her black skinny jeans and knee high black boots
"Really you dont think its a bit much" Dani said slightly nervous
"Its perfect, and its perfectly normal to be nervous on a first date" Kim said
"I think its more than the first date, hes the crimson ranger, when he finds out that I knew who knows how long it'll last" Dani sighed putting down her mascara
"Well don't worry about that tonight, just have fun and get to know each other" Kim said in support as they both heard the door bell
"Wow you look beautiful…these are for you" Hunter said in awe at the sight of Danielle as he handed her a bouquet of flowers
"You dont look so bad yourself" Dani smiled as Hunter wore a crimson button down shirt black jeans and black sneakers
"Shall we" Hunter smiled as he held his hand out for her to hold which she accepted
"So whats the plan for tonight" Dani asked
"Its a surprise" Hunter smiled

"Oh Hunter this is beautiful, you did all this" Dani said in awe as he pulled up on a cliff that had a spectacular view of Blue Bay Harbor, and a picnic with plaided blanket candles and assorted finger foods
"Not going to lie I had some help, I hope this is ok" Hunter said hoping he wasn't trying so hard
"Its perfect" Dani smiled in reassurance
"Shall we" Hunter said guiding her to the spot

"Why are you putting off medical school, I think you would be great" Hunter said as they sat in the back of his pick up truck which had pillows and blankets to make them comfortable
"Thank you, but I have to finish what I started, well what my parents started for me, its kind of like a family business that I got sucked into" Dani said
"I dont know much about having a family but I'm sure they would understand and support you seeing as how this is something your passionate about " Hunter said
"Oh I know they would but I guess its more complicated then that" Dani said hesitantly
"Maybe you can explain it more on our second date" Hunter hoped
"Is that you asking me out again" Dani laughed
"Maybe, is that a yes" Hunter said holding his breathe
"Yes but only if I can have the last pretzel" Dani laughed as grabbed the last one and pooped it into her mouth not seeing the look of admiration in Hunters eyes
"You have a little mustard" Hunter laughed as Dani blushed slightly making Hunters heart jump
"How embarrassing" Dani stuttered looking around for a napkin
"Its cute its shows maybe your not so perfect" Hunter smirked holding up napkin and wiping the smudge from the corner of her mouth,
"Nope definitely not perfect" Dani said softly as she looked into Hunters eyes both not knowing how close they had gotten
"Perfect is overrated" Hunter said softly looking in her eyes the toward her lips, then back to her eyes
"We um cant get get much closer unless you want to kiss me" Dani said her breathing becoming slow and easy
"I do, if thats ok" Hunter said as he brushed her cheek with his thumb
"More than ok" Dani whispered as Hunter closed the distance between them with a soft yet passionate kiss, to Dani it was truly the best kiss she'd ever had and Hunter was mentally kicking himself of what he got himself into

"I had a great time tonight" Dani said as they reached her door
"It was definitely the best night Ive had in a long time" Hunter smiled
"I guess I'll see you tomorrow, Goodnight" Dani smiled as she turned towards him
"Goodnight" Hunter said as bent his head and kissed her goodnight, then watched as she went inside
