Alright first of all lemme explain a bit about Dipper: As Fallers, we all know there are alternative versions of Gravity Falls like Reverse Falls and Fight Falls. In this fanfic, our main character Dipper shall be a combination of all three versions: a lovable Pine Tree, as handsome, mature and powerful as Gleeful and has the strength to defend himself and others he cares for. And, of course, with some of my touch as well.
Second, Ford still had the rift, journal #1 and #2 were still in Gravity Falls while Dipper got to keep his journal #3. (Ya know in case Bill tends to steal them so Ford split them again. One for him, his brother Stanley and Dipper. Even though Bill's got the journals from Stan and Ford, there was still the last one in the hands of Dipper, outside of the town.)
Third, as it had said before, Bill's alive, and by making a deal with a couple of other dream demons to get himself a vessel and to complete parts of his plans, and had watched the twins (mostly Dipper) all throughout the year and had somehow found himself to care for the young being, thinking he's too good for those immortals while recalling the memories about the boy with a truck hat sacrificing almost all he had had for them. The biggest plan's still there but with a little addition. He then decided to 'kidnap', erasing some of Dipper's memories about the Pines family and his friends only to leave some of the useful ones and 'adopting' the boy. The demon shall then teach his 'son' magic, skills to survive and spells and give him his own amulet similar to Gideon's broken one and after that summer in Gravity Falls, he'll be known as Dipper Cipher- a transfer student from the mystic town. Dipper then, surprisingly, gained the spotlight, always the best student but still popular and not bullied. Mabel, on the other hand, got herself ditched because of well the two said demons were the most popular, more popular than her, has made a move for her rude and unforgivable behavior towards the celebrity-potential-ed boy and that the kid would gain the school a higher rank in the country, being a high school as equal as a private school all the rich kids go to. The principal, along with the other teachers and students, believed in the announcement , since Bill Cipher is a 'well-known' billionaire, and with that, the positions between the twins turned upside down.
It just went like that until their age of 17, the summer before their birthday, Bill and Dipper went to Gravity Falls to retrieve the rift from the hands of Ford Pines. When they arrived as the owners of the new tent of telepathy, with Gideon still in jail, of course, the town's citizens and along with the Mystery's Shack elder Pines twins and the employees, everyone, including Pacifica, has tried to get to the boy after hearing all those horrible things going on since the day the kid went missing. With Mabel being all sad and feeling terrible about what she had done to her brother apologized but with nothing in response. Time's closing in to the boy's birthday, Bill had Dipper go to the tourist trap, saying he remembered something and faking being all cheery towards the Pines family. They took it and welcomed him rather quickly. Dipper didn't know what to expect from them after he had managed to steal the rift, replacing it with a look-alike, but some familiar flashbacks of fun activities with everyone came flooding back, he immediately headed to his 'house' and towards his 'father', demanding for answers. Upon having enough lying to the boy, Bill had no other option but to reveal what had truly happened to him, about his real identity, his past and his true family. At the end of it, he suffered one of the loneliest times in his time being a demon, being away from his love was hard and all but he had to be patient and wait for Dipper to return. Dipper, on the other hand, ran straight back to the Mystery Shack, explaining all that happened, only to find that his family wasn't pleased with the decisions he made, saying that it's betrayal, and to be pushed away once again. Having no place left to go, he went back to the mansion again, expecting the worst to happen, but only to be surprised once again. Same to Bill, he never expected his Pine Tree's family to turn their backs against him and had been waiting for the boy's return. Later on, they began the Weirdmageddon, calling monsters and creatures to help take over the town. The eldest members of the Pines had almost successfully tricked them though. With Dipper's cat-like eyes, along with his memories back, he knew his grunkles' antics. One glance and he could tell what's about to happen. They managed to get the formula to get this Weirdmageddon world-wide and once there were the only two stood and all fell, Bill proposed and wished for Dipper to be his Queen. And they happily married, living a fairly happy life and ruling the world together.
So yeah that's that.
