Yay! Third Chapter!
Thank you for the follows and thank you so much for reviewing!
Sorry, this chapter is so short, a long one is coming up next though!
I was standing on the other side of the door of the room where Annabeth was spoon-feeding Percy some Ambrosia.
Annabeth started having a whispered conversation. I couldn't quite hear, but I know what she said, "What will happen at the summer solstice?"
"What?" Percy croaked.
"What's going on? What was stolen? We've only got a few weeks!"
"I'm sorry," He mumbled, "I don't…"
I knocked on the door. I had been expecting it to be someone else to come knocking, but no one had shown up. I guess it was me.
I entered the room, "Annabeth. Sorry for the inconvenience." I shut the door behind me. "He doesn't know anything."
"Oh, and you do?" She snapped.
I shrugged, "Well, yes. But I might get murdered if I tell you." I sighed, "but what I can tell you is that you will find out…" I paused for dramatic effect, "within the next few weeks."
"I figured I would find out on the solstice." She sighed, "But it will be too late by then.
"No, don't worry! You'll find out about ten days before that!" Had that been too much? That felt like too much.
Annabeth smirked to herself, and I knew I'd goofed up.
This was going to be a little harder than I'd originally thought.
Tada! Please leave a review letting me know how I did!
