Today's prompt goes:

Osiris II: Little Wes accidentally getting 'kidnapped', like a kitten that sneaks into a car and ends up miles away because nobody realized it was there... or just anything cute/angsty/funny whatever with little brother Wes!

Not one of my best ones I must say... I'm making a slow return to this... stupid flu and other stuff.

Wes Montgomery was 5 years old. He had lived his whole life at Dalton Academy where his biological father had left him there when he was just a few months old. The principal and staff decided to raise the child and the boys of Dalton adopted him as their own. Some even volunteered to babysit him at times. One of those boy had been Jerry Jonston. Jerry now lived in New York. Wes was 3 when he found the Warblers. Jerry had been a junior by then and the Warblers made sure to keep the little boy near often. Because he was cute, funny, smart and already a good singer. The Warblers became more and more like his family and they looked after him. Especially Jerry and his best friend Mark Connors. Both now lived in New York and Wes missed them. He had called them Mama and Papa and they had no problem with that… until the other Warblers started doing the same during their senior year. But both were gone now and Ws was missing them.

This day the Warblers had brought Wes with them to the mall but they lost track of him. Wes was curious. Like every other 5 year old kid out there. So he wondered off alone. But when he realized he was lost he remembered that if he got lost Nathan had told him to go to the car. So Wes went there. When he got to their parking place he saw that the door to the back was open. Nathan must already be waiting for him with Otto and Mitch. So little Wes got into the car, closed the door and curled up on the seat. He was tired. He soon fell asleep and the man from New York got into his car and started driving. He drove past the doors just as Nathan was hurrying outside to see if Wes was by his car. It was the exact color and model as the man from New York's.

"Wes?!" Nathan called while he looked around. "Wesley where are you?!" Wes was on his way to New York, although he didn't know it.

The man who owned the car Wes was asleep in got the shock of his life about an hour from New York City. He looked into the rearview mirror and saw a little boy sitting in the back. He hit the brakes as hard as he could. He was sweaty and shaking. He turned around. Yes there was a small Asian boy sitting there, looking confused and a bit frightened.

"You're not Nate", he said. The man panicked. What would he do? If he turned to the police they were sure to think he was kidnapping this kid to get a ransom or something. Or to be a hero. He couldn't get a abduction charge on him! He had been out of jail for two weeks! He'd been arrested for abducting his sister's fiancé. And now this? No one would believe him. He started driving again, he had to figure out what to do. After a bout ten minutes the boy had fallen asleep again and the man kept planning. What to do? What to do? Then… around the corner came his solution. It was a service area and there was nobody there. He pulled up, got out of the car, lifted out the sleeping child and placed him on the grass and drove off.

In the meantime Jerry Jonston was freaking out. Mitch had called and told him what happened, that his little kiddo had gone missing. They had contacted the police and there was this huge circus going on. FBI was involved even. Everyone thought the same thing. Wes had been kidnapped. They'd been able to see him on the security cameras but when he left the mall he disappeared out of camera shot and was gone. No one knew what had happened after he left the mall doors. Jerry was so afraid for the little boy's sake. He shared an apartment with Mark so he knew that the outlooks were grim. That a child lived after 36 hours when kidnapped was very rare. Wes had been gone for 12 hours already. It was midnight. Jerry felt tears come to his eyes because he knew that Wes was afraid of the dark and what if there was a thunderstorm out there as well? Wes hated both, Wes was afraid of both and he was alone. Jerry was afraid. Really afraid.

Wes screamed and covered his head. There was thunder, rain and lightning. He was hiding underneath a park bench, screaming in fright and crying. He wanted Jerry and Mark! He wanted his Mama and Papa!

"Mama", he sobbed. "Papa."

That's when there was a loud clap of thunder.

"MAMA!" he screamed and covered his ears while squeezing his eyes shut. Suddenly there was light everywhere, a car had lit it's headlights.

"Hey", a gentle voice said and he looked up. He saw the face of a policeman. The man smiled gently at him, water dripping from his hat.

"Hi kiddo what are you doing here?" he asked.

Wes sobbed.

"M-man leave here", he sobbed.

"A man left you here?" the policeman asked and Wes nodded. "Where are you from?"

When Wes was about to answer there was a loud clap of thunder.

"MAMA!" he screamed and threw himself into the man's arms. The police officer held him close and carried him to the car where another one was waiting. Wes didn't listen as they spoke to each other, he just cried. He wanted to go to Jerry and Mark. This wasn't the same. He didn't want to be here! He wanted to be with Jerry. He wanted Jerry to lay beside him in bed, holding him close, running his fingers through Wes' hair and singing to him. He wanted to be picked up by Mark and have a piggyback ride. He wanted mark to hug him and protect him from meanies and he wanted Jerry to kiss his owies away. He sobbed and sniffled while sitting on the policeman's lap.

"Hi kiddo", the man said and caressed his back gently. "Where does mama live?"

"New York", Wes sobbed.

"Do you know where?"

"New York", he sobbed again.

"Do you know the address?"

"New York", Wes sobbed. "Mama live New York with Papa."

The two policemen shared a look before starting to drive. They were going to drive him to New York and hopefully they'd find his parents there somewhere. But the city was big, but they had hopes, especially when the boy said his papa was becoming a police.

Mark Connors had been on duty all day and it was tiring. He was doing a training period at a precinct in New York where he studied. But right now all he wanted to do was go home and be with Jerry. Jerry had called him about Wes a little while ago. Now Mark had changed out of his uniform and was heading for the exit. It was a thunderstorm and rain outside. He hoped and prayed that Wes was nowhere near a thunderstorm. As he walked past the break room a loud clap of thunder was heard and a small voice screaming:

"MAMA! PAPA!"

Followed by heavy sobbing. Mark froze. He knew those screams… and he knew those sobs. He ran past the officers standing around outside the break room, as well as the team referred to as Caskett. He ignored Detective Beckett demanding him to stop. Ignored the confused look on Mr. Castle's face. He just pushed past them and their two friends Detectives Esposito and Ryan. They couldn't have stopped him if they wanted to anyway. He was big after all and they were not as big. Mark slammed the door open and the little boy inside screamed as loud as he could.

"Hey little buddy", Mark said gently and crouched down. "Don't be afraid."

He ignored the lecturing that was going on behind his back and whatever Beckett was going to say got interrupted when the little boy screamed:

"PAPA!" and ran to Mark. Mark lifted him up and hugged him close.

"Thank God", Mark whispered. "Thank you Lord for brining my little kiddo here."

When Mark returned home with Wes on his arm Jerry screamed in happiness and relief. He hugged the little boy close and refused to let him go. Mark took it upon himself to call Nathan and tell him what had happened. Jerry listened and he growled hatefully when he heard what that man had did. How could anyone just leave a little boy like that?!

But when Carmichael called to arrange Wes' return to Dalton Mark and Jerry refused. They were not going to leave him again because it was quite clear to them that Wes needed them and didn't want to stay. They did promise to come visit as often as possible. Carmichael argued against it at first but when he saw how happy Wes was, sitting on Jerry's lap and nuzzling his chest… well how could he say no?

(Here you go, feel free to send me request by review or pm ;) And I'll see what I can do about it :D)
