Sorry for the late entry, I was focusing on other fics as well as doing something a lot of you have wanted me to. I've gone back and revised the events of volumes 4 and 5 to give them more originality. Now, on to the story.

Tryouts

Cinder paced in front of a group of Grimm and demons.

"For my next evil plan, I need only the most deadly and terrifying monsters to make is succeed. So I have now devised a set of challenges you will need to go through."

Larry the beowulf leaned over to Kyle the Imp and whispered. "Good luck."

Cinder gestured to an obstacle course behind her and shouted. "Go!"

The monsters tore off through the course, ducking, climbing, and jumping around the obstacles. When they came to a tall wall, most of them got over it easily. Kyle, however, comedically scrambled over it and ended up falling into a pit below, where a Pinky promptly started beating him up. The next challenge was a tug of war over a river. The Grimm struggled against the demons on both sides. The demons gave one last tug, but Kyle slipped and fell into the river, hitting his back on a rock.

Finally, there was a small fighting pit. An Ursa got into a wrestling match with a Hell Knight. Larry the Beowulf has an intense staring contest with a Summoner. Kyle, looking beat up at this point, once again got the short end of the stick. Multiple monsters dog piled on top of him, and as they got off, he only had time to look up and see the Pinky jump up, ready to pile drive him with it's elbow.

The only words Kyle could get out were. "MOTHERFU-!"

The scene fast forwards to show Cinder standing proudly next to the winners: the Ursa, the Hell Knight, and the Sabyr. Kylee sits in the back with two black eyes and various other bruises. Just then, something taps his shoulder, and he turns to see the Larry standing there.

"It's all good, bro" Larry says, "There's always next time."

Kyle simply sighs. "Yeah. I guess you're right."

Fighting Game

Yang sits in the team's dorm room on the floor, intently staring at her scroll as she plays a game. Suddenly, the game beeps to show she was defeated and she yells in frustration. "Dammit!"

Ruby peeks in. "What's wrong, Yang?"

Yang groans. "I've been trying to win at this game, but this one guy keeps beating me! I don't know how he does it!"

Ruby looks over at Yang's scroll and reads the name of the opponent. "GrimmSlayer? That's actually a cool name"

Yang simply glares at the screen. "You're right. And I'm going to beat him, because Bumblebee19 never gives up!"

As Yang goes back to her game, the camera shows Qrow peeking out from the connecting door to Julius's room before ducking back in, where he walks over to Julius, looking smug as he holds his own scroll.

"Well" Qrow said with a grin, "You sure got her riled up."

Julius simply chuckled. "How long do you think before she realizes it's me?"

Qrow simply took a swig of his flask and shrugged. "I'll be an hour, tops."

The two share a laugh before Julius returns to the game, Qrow watching over his shoulder.

Gravity Jump Waltz

Ruby and Weiss are standing n the courtyard. Weiss is holding different dust clips while Ruby fires her gun.

"Fire!" she calls. Weiss hands her a clip, and Ruby loads it before firing a heat round.

"Ice!" This time the shot turned into an icy ball.

"Gravity!" Ruby calls. This time, when Ruby loads the clip and fires, she goes flying backward. Weiss watches her slam right into Novus before facepalming. Novus, who was watching it all happen, took little notices of Ruby flying into him as an idea forms in his head.

Ruby slumps to the ground in front of him, groaning in pain. Novus looks down at her and asks, "Do you have any extra gravity clips?"

Ruby looks confused. "Why?"

A few minutes later, Penny walks up to a very unamused Weiss. "Have you seen Novus?"

Weiss simply points up where Ruby and Novus are using Gravity dust rounds to jump around through the sky as "Rockeet Jump Waltz" plays in the background. As they jump across the screen, Nora is seen joining in. All three are laughing in glee.

"Don't ask." Weiss said, "And good luck getting him to come down."

Penny takes no notice and run to the jumpers, using her robo-strength to join in. "Wait for me!"

Weiss simply facepalms again in frustration.

So, for those of you who played the RWBY game called Amity Arena, GrimmSlayer was actually my nickname in that game. I thought it would be nice to show in a Chibi chapter. #RememberAmityArena.
