Chapter One: The raising Darkness part 2
Jack woke up to the sound of his alarm going off, and reached over lazily as he tried to hit the snooze button, it took him a few attempt before he finally hit it and groaned as he slowly got out of bed and walked out to the kitchen to see June, Raf, and Pega all up and having breakfast which consist of Bacon, eggs, and toast.
"Morning." Jack said sleepily as he took a seat and June put down a plate of food before him with a glass of orange juice.
"Morning, son." June said before she kissed his forehead and took her own seat, and they all clasped their hands in a prayer before they all said in Japanese.
"Tabemashou!" They all said before they dug in the food on the table.
"Well I have some of my game consoles I'm going to take over to the base so I can have something to do." Raf said as he was going to enjoy playing games with Bumblebee.
"Oh I like that idea!" Pega said, causing both Jack and June to laugh at this.
"Well, I'll have a look in storage and see if there's an TV we can use for it." Jack said before took a bite of his food.
"And I'm going to make sure there's some medical supplies ready at their base just in case we'll need it. Though, there's one thing I need to talk to you about Jack." June said getting his attention.
"Sure what is it, mom?" Jack said as he put down his fork.
"Should we step away?" Pega asked, June wave her hand.
"No, Pega, you both can stay as it isn't anything bad, it's in regards to our new 'friends' if you will." June replied, this made Jack nod his head in understanding as he knew what she wanted to talk to them about.
"You want to know if they're trustworthy enough to know my secret?" Jack stated rather than ask, June nodded her head yes and both Raf and Pega understood where this was going as well.
"Yes, I still love your father, even after finding out he caused the crisis impact, I still care for him." June said.
"I-I don't know I have conflicting feelings about him, on one hand I'm proud to be his son after what he said, and on another I'm afraid that he's fallen back to evil." Jack said as he remembered what he did in the past given by RE.M in Ultraman history.
"I know, and I hope that he hasn't either, but we'll see when he returns." June said.
"B-But… If he has changed wouldn't that mean that he's fighting Raybrad's influence?" Raf stated, causing everyone to look at him and making Jack remember that particular fact.
"Or perhaps he's free." Pega said.
"I-" Jack was cut off as Bumblebee began honking from the garage, this caused Jack to sigh before he got up. "I'll be right back." Jack said before he went to the garage and opened the door. "Really, Bumblebee?" Jack deadpan.
"Sorry, Jack. But I need to escort you're family to HQ right away." Bumblebee said, Jack shook his head at this.
"Alright, alright. Let us get ready and we'll head there soon." Jack said before he closed the door and went to the kitchen. "Bee's getting impatient and wants to head to their HQ right away." Jack explained causing them to chuckle.
"Come on." Bee shouted.
"Hold on, and stop you're going to wake the neighbors it's Saturday," Jack called back.
"You can watch cartoons with me at base." Bee said.
"Cartoons, I'm 19." Jack said as he went back in to finish his breakfast and help Raf and Pega with their stuff.
It took about fifteen minutes before they gathered everything they needed and get in Bumblebee, who after opening the Garage door pulled out and waited for the door to close before he took off to the base and is later joined by both Arcee and Bulkhead on the highway, and it didn't take them long to reach the base and park inside to let everyone out. With Jack, June and Raf with Pega's help unloading the stuff they brought to the base.
"Why did you bring all this… stuff?" Ratchet asked as he watchet the small family set everything up in the human area and out of sight in case Agent Fowler showed up.
"To keep us entertained and to make sure that we have medical supplies on hand." Jack said as he helped Raf set up his game counsel.
"I'm sure we haven't met." June said.
"Indeed, you must be Jack's carrier or mother in human terms?" Optimus said.
"Yes, my name is June." Said June.
"Great another one." Ratchet moaned as he is reminded that they now have another to look after.
"Hey Hatchet, want cheese with that whine?" Jack said making Raf and Pega laugh, and for Sierra and Miko to giggle at this while June had a slight smirk on her face.
Though his words confused a few of the bots and only Bee get the reference and started to laugh his helm off.
"Hahaha! OH, he got you good, Ratchet! Hahaha!" Bumblebee laughed, and it wasn't long till Bulkhead got it and he started to laugh along with him, it was then that Ratchet got it and has a look of embarrassment on his face plate.
"Whoa, what do you bench?" Miko said as she watch Jack carry the TV up the stairs to the living quarters by himself.
"A lot." Jack said before he made it to the top and found a place to put the TV, so he went over and set it down. "While I may not look it, I can certainly left more than a hundred kilos." Jack explained as he made sure the power supply was connected.
Though his words only shock everyone, but his family, and it amazed Sierra as she didn't think he could lift that much. Then again, she did see him punch that con so hard, it was sent flying so she shouldn't be surprised at this point of what he can do.
"Dude… have you ever thought of making a career out of wrestling?" Miko said in awe.
"Hmm, I don't know." Jack said jokingly.
"Jack's always been super strong and can really jump. Get him mad and he could probably tear the head off a con." Pega said before realized what he said and covered his mouth.
"That reminds me, how in the pit did you punch that con like that?" Arcee questioned and this caused Jack to sigh as he knew he had to reveal a little about himself.
"I'm what you may call a 'half-bred'. I'm half human and half alien, though what kind I couldn't tell you." Jack said and this caught everyone's, but his family, attention.
"And pray tell why?" Ratchet questioned.
"The truth is Ratchet, my husband didn't tell me what kind he was before he… died." June lied as she stood next to Jack, knowing he needed some kind of cover story for his origins.
"I'm sorry for your loss." Optimus said, though he could tell they were lying but chose not to pry knowing they'd tell them eventually.
"Thanks, Optimus." June said.
"Regardless, we now know that Jack has abilities that are either discovered or undiscovered to him, we shall make sure that he has full control of his abilities." Optimus said, though after he said that Pega realized something.
"Oh I forgot my games." Pega said.
"Bee, you mind?" Jack asked.
"No prob." Bee said as he transformed.
"I have to get to work anyway." June said before both she and Pega went down and got in Bumblebee who drove off to their home.
"On to more important matters, Ratchet you come with me. Arcee, we'll be out of communication range for quite some time, so I'm putting you in charge." Optimus said.
"Dude, you're the biggest, you should be in charge." Miko said to her guardian.
"Um, he never picks me." Bulkhead said.
"Optimus, with all due respect playing bodyguard's one thing, babysitting's another. Besides Ratchet hasn't been in the field sense the war." Arcee stated.
"My pistons may be rusty, but my hearing sharp as ever!" Ratchet snapped from the controls.
"For the moment it is only reconnaissance." Optimus said.
"Then why do I hear an edge to your voice?" Arcee questioned.
"Arcee much has changed in the last twenty-four hours and we all need to adapt. Ratchet bridge us out." Optimus said before Ratchet did as he was told and activated the Groundbridge and both of them walked through before it closed.
Bumblebee came back with Pega who ran up to the living quarters with the others.
"Where'd Optimus and Ratchet go?" Bumblebee asked.
"Don't know, boss bot just had both him and Ratchet bridged to an unknown location, and left Arcee in charge while he's gone." Bulkhead replied.
"Well, don't worry about us, we can keep ourselves busy in case Arcee decides to go on patrol." Jack called out from the TV as he made sure that the game counsel was hooked up correctly.
"You seem to able to tell what I'm thinking, how?" Arcee questioned.
"Not really hard to figure out considering that you'd rather go on patrol than as you put it 'babysitting' us." Jack replied as he finished looking over the TV.
"Yeah, Bumblebee you're with me." Arcee said.
"Aww, man." Bumblebee said.
"But Optimus wanted us to stay here." Bulkhead said.
"When you're in charge, you can make the rules. By the way you're in charge." Arcee said as she and Bumblebee left.
"HD TV, nice." Miko said looking at the TV Jack was setting up.
"I know a lot of people in town, so does mom." Jack said.
"Can you fight?" Miko asked.
"Have a black belt in multiple forms of hand to hand combat." Jack said as he began hooking everything up.
"Dang." Sierra said impressed and she has to admit that he's just full of surprises.
"Well when you travel the world, you want to learn different things." Jack said as he finished hooking up the counsel to the TV. "Okay, finished. Let's start her up." Jack said and Raf pressed a button the controller and the counsel turned on and so did the TV.
"Awesome, we're in business!" Miko exclaimed as Raf signed into his account.
"Okay, let's have a look at the games we have available." Sierra said as they looked through the games Pega brought over.
"So... what's on the activities list?" Bulkhead asked as he had zero clues on what to do right now.
"Well… we just turned on the game counsel and we're about to choose a game to play, beyond that I don't know." Raf said before they heard the proximity senser go off fallowed by a flashing green light. "Oh no." Raf said as they all realized what that meant, thinking quickly Jack turned off both the TV and the game counsel and they all ran down the stairs and hides in the same spot as before.
The elevator opened up to reveal a very angry Agent Fowler who came storming up to the side railing.
"Prime!" Agent Fowler shouted in anger.
"Agent Fowler, he's not here, nobodies here. Except for me of course." Bulkhead said.
"Well where did he go? Wait don't tell me, he's out pancaking a mini-mall! Now I don't know what language you bots speak on your planet but blowing a crater in the middle Nebraska is not definition of the term 'handle it' means, so you tell Prime-" Agent Fowler said before he then noticed the HD TV and gaming counsel. "Since when are you bots electric?" Agent fowler questioned with suspicion.
These words caused Bulkhead's optics to widen as they've been found out! However Jack made a motion for Pega to do something to make it seem like there aren't any humans here, Pega nodded his head before he use his ability to appear in the shadows up in the human area.
"Hey, Bulkhead I heard something go… off?" Pega trailed off as Agent Fowler is looking at him with wide eyes.
"Sweet lady liberty! A Pegassa?" Agent Fowler questioned.
"Does everyone know about aliens?" Jack asked as the others walked out from behind their hiding spot.
"And contact with civilians! Team-Prime has really gone off book this time, let me guess you're running daycare center!" Agent Fowler said with a very crossed look.
"Actually they found us and saved us." Jack said getting Agent Fowler's attention.
"Saved you? From what?" Agent Fowler questioned.
"Does the name Decepticons mean anything?" Jack stated, now an understanding look came to Agent Fowler's face.
"Okay, that makes sense." Agent Fowler said. "But you 5 are coming with me, I'm placing you into federal custody. It's for your own protection." Fowler said as he approached them only for Bulkhead to place his foot in between them.
"We're protecting them." Bulkhead stated.
"Is that so? Then you won't mind me explaining that to my superior's at the Pentagon!" Agent Fowler said before going to a phone near the wall.
"Don't use that its…" Bulkhead started before he leaned in and touched the phone and in the preces smashing it. "Out of order." Bulkhead finished.
"This isn't over Bigfoot, not by a long shot!" Fowler said as he went to the elevator, he got in and went to the top while Bulkhead sighed knowing that they're in trouble now.
"Um… this isn't going to end well, is it?" Sierra questioned.
"No Sierra, it's not." Jack answered .
Before they all gathered in the human area and they started to talk amongst themselves and about a few minutes later the alarm started to blear very loud and Bulkhead went the counsel to see what's going on. But due to him not knowing what to do he lost the message.
"Well?" Jack asked.
"Hold on, I'll see if I can't pull it up in the history log and see what it was about." Bulkhead said as he started to as delicacy as he can typed in a few commands and it pulled up what it was. "Okay, here we go. It looks like it was an SOS, from Fowler!" Bulkhead said after looking it over.
"That isn't good." Pega said.
"Were you able to trace it?" Raf asked.
"No location scan was incomplete, oh well." Bulkhead said before walking away from the counsel.
"Oh, well?!" Jack said. "Seriously?!" Jack exclaimed.
"Fowler's a jerk!" Bulkhead said.
"Whoa, whether you like the guy or not the cons may have him!" Jack reminded.
"And Agent Fowler knows your location." Raf said before he realized something. "Our location." Raf whimpered out.
"And did we not see how fast he backs down from a bot? The cons will totally make him squeal!" Miko said.
"But we've lost the signal, Fowler could be anywhere." Bulkhead reminded them.
"Maybe not." Raf said as he pulled out his laptop and sat down. "About five years ago the government started micro chipping their agents, you know like owners do with pets." Raf said before he started to type something on his laptop.
"That's right, they showed that on TV a little while back." Pega said as he remembered watching that with Raf some time ago.
"Anyways, if I can hack into the fed mainframe, I can get a hold of his coordinates." Raf explained further.
"You know how to hack? But your like two years old!" Miko exaggerated.
"Twelve and a quarter." Raf replied.
"When you're raised by a highly advanced A.I you learn things." Pega said before he realized he blurted something again and covered his mouth.
"Can you not keep a secret whatsoever?" Jack asked.
"Sorry, I'm so used to just talking with just the five of us that I forget how to keep a secret when around everyone ells." Pega said bashfully.
"Doesn't matter, if Raf can find Agent Fowler's location, then that's all that matters." Bulkhead said.
"Uh, I think I got it." Raf said as he pulled up the info. "Latitude 39.5, Longitude 116.9." Raf said and Bulkhead inputted the coordinates and activated the Groundbridge.
"Okay, wait here." Bulkhead said as he walked towards the bridge.
"Awe, don't break up the band!" Miko whined, though this did remind him of something.
"Uh, Jack you're in charge!" Bulkhead quickly called out before he ran through the bridge as soon as he did it shut itself down.
"Looks like we five have the run of the place, eh?" Jack commented only to noticed one is missing. "Uh, Miko? Miko?!" Jack called out.
"Where did she go?" Sierra questioned as they looked around to see no sign of Miko anywhere.
"You don't think she…?" Pega trailed off, causing both Jack and Raf to sigh as they figured it out.
"Yeah, she did." Raf said.
"I swear, that girl has an adrenaline issue." Jack said and Sierra caught on.
"Oh, no." Sierra said as Jack loaded up his gun
"Pega you watch Sierra, Raf, I'm going to need a hacker and a shadow walker." Jack said.
"What are you going to do against a whole thing of cons?" Sierra asked.
"The best I can, these are special bullets." Jack said.
"Okay, the destination still logged in. We can head there right away." Raf said.
"Good, hit it Raf." Jack said before he went down and waited in front of the Groundbridge, while Raf activated said bridge.
Raf ran over and joined Jack and they both went through the Groundbridge.
"Arcee to base, we need a bridge." Arcee called on the comm link just as the Groundbridge closed after both Jack and Raf went through, Pega went up to the comm link and answered.
"Hello, this is Pega." Pega said.
Meanwhile with both Jack and Raf made it to the location where Agent Fowler's microchip was detected.
"Ugh, are your bones vibrating?" Raf asked as he patted himself.
"Not really." Jack replied before they stopped as they see a giant floating spaceship. "Oh, boy." Jack said right before two Con guards noticed them and pointed their weapons at them.
"You there!" One of them called out.
Jack aimed his gun at one and fired, the other con backed up as Jack managed to blow a hole through the cons head.
"Like I said special bullets." Jack said before they started to fire a rain of red energy bullets forcing both Jack and Raf to take cover behind a nearby boulder.
"I didn't think we'd find the Decepticon warship!" Raf said in panic.
"Neither did I, but we're here might as well deal with it." Jack said before poking out of cover to fire a few rounds which hit one of the cons and a bullet manage to go right between the optics, this seem to cause it to fall off with scream.
"Over here!" Bulkhead called out getting their attention and they can see Bulkhead with Miko hiding behind a bigger boulder.
Jack went to the side and look to see that they're still shooting at the other side so he made a motion for Raf to fallow him and they ran as fast as they could to the other side and joined both Bulkhead and Miko.
"Glad to see you already found Miko, Bulkhead." Jack commented as he checked his ammo to how much of his clip is left.
"W-What are you doing here?" Bulkhead asked.
"We came as soon as Miko went missing, we knew that she probably fallowed you and came to get her before she caused any problems." Jack answered as he finished checking his ammo.
"What are you a soldier?" Miko asked.
"No." Jack said as he cocked his gun. "I've just learned a lot of stuff." Jack finished.
"Well regardless, I'm going in to get Fowler out. You three stay here." Bulkhead said before he transformed and drove off at high speed.
While they poked their heads out to watch as Bulkhead drove towards to the ship and drove under it before transformed again and started climbing a rock wall, he managed to get up top and started to beat each of the con on guard. Before they watched as a hatch opened up and two more came out and Bulkhead tore off what appears to be a satellite dish and threw it at them, and it either sliced them in half or knocked them off the ship before Bulkhead us the hatch to get inside the ship.
"You think they forgot about us?" Raf asked.
"Not likely, let's find better cover so they don't find us." Jack said.
"Where's Miko?" Raf asked.
This made them both look around till they see her at what looks like a small cave big enough for them to fit in and she's waving at them.
"Come on guys over here!" Miko called out and they both shrugged before they ran over to her and got inside the cave.
Just as soon as they got their they heard the familiar sound of large footsteps, Jack then got an idea before he put his gun away and put his hands up.
"Should I shadow us away?" Raf asked.
"How can you do that anyway?" Miko asked.
"We think he may be half Pegassa or it's due to him always spending time with Pega, but no trust me." Jack said as the cons grabbed them.
"Let's take them inside." One of the cons said.
"Right, commander Starscream will want to know about this." The other one said, and they brought them inside.
"Take them to the brig, commander Starscream's is with the other human there." The first con said, Jack looked at bot Raf and Miko and they all nodded as this is the info they were looking for.
"Ow!" Raf said as the one holding him squeezed a bit
"Can we keep one? I like hearing this one squeal." The other one asked
Jack growled as his eyes flashed red, and in a fit of rage Jack ripped the cons finger off of him causing him to scream before Jack landed on the ground and sprinted around the con that is holding their servo in pain as he then jumped up and landed a very powerful punch to the con holding both Raf and Miko, its head is then sent flying off the shoulders as the body fall backwards and the servos released both Raf and Miko.
"AH! You slagging meat sack!" The first one said as he turned around.
Only to see his fallen comrades body flying towards him and collided with him and send him crashing to the ground, he ground before he saw Jack leaping into the air coming down with an axe kick that connected with his neck and severed his head from his body and the red visor died out indicating that he's dead. Jack is then huffing trying to regain his breathing as he tried to calm himself.
"Wow, I don't know whether to be amazed or scared." Miko said.
"Jack is scary when he loses his temper." Raf said.
"Sorry little bro. Come on, we got to move." Jack said as he grabbed his gun.
They then hear the sounds of two familiar engines and turned to see both Arcee and Bumblebee driving towards them before they transformed, and they are shocked at the sight of two Decepticon corpse's laying on the ground.
"Um… you guys okay?" Bumblebee asked.
"Yeah, we're good." Raf said.
"We appreciate you clearing the front door for us. But storming the Decepticon ship was not on the activity list." Arcee said to try and lighten the mood.
"Tell me about it." Jack said as he checked his gun for any damage.
"You should've been here a few minutes ago, Jack punched a cons head off before axe kicking another one's head off, he's been shooting holes into them with his gun. It's so cool!" Miko said.
"Nobody messes with my friends and family." Jack said as he loaded more ammo into his gun.
"Regardless, we need to find Bulkhead and plan our next move." Arcee said. "Though that does not mean I want the whole story when this is over." Arcee added
Before they started running down several hallways until eventually they stopped at a corner and Arcee had her blaster ready before turning the corner to see Bulkhead with his blaster out as well.
"Friendly!" Arcee called out.
"Hello!" Bulkhead responded.
"Brought the humans and halfling, huh?" Arcee asked as she put her blaster away, the same with Bulkhead.
"We'll it was Miko that snuck out behind me with me realizing it, Jack and Raf fallowed suit after they realized what she did and came after her." Bulkhead replied.
"We need to find Fowler and get these kids out of here." Arcee stated.
"We know where he is." Jack said getting their attention and Bulkhead just realized that their on the ship.
"Hold on, what are three doing on the ship?" Bulkhead questioned.
"We were captured by two of them and we overheard that Agent Fowler is in the brig." Raf answered.
"After I allowed us to be captured, figured we could find out where Fowler was." Jack explained.
"Smart." Bumblebee said impressed.
"Yeah, you just get more and more interesting by the minute Jack." Bulkhead agreed.
"First things first, let's find a spot for them to hide so that way they're not an easy target." Arcee said.
"I second that, you can't focus on protecting us and rescuing Agent Fowler at the same time." Jack said supporting the idea.
So the Autobots led the way as they took out any Decepticon in their way till they found a room and tricked on of the cons on the other side to open up and they cleared the room and allowed Jack, Raf, and Miko to come in.
"It's all clear, just find a good spot to hide till we get back." Arcee said.
Before she led the other Autobots out to rescue Agent Fowler, after they left the door automatically closed and the small group looked around to see if they can find said spot to hid in.
"Not really many options here." Jack said as they looked around, it was before Jack noticed a computer displaying something that looks really important. "Hey, bro. What do you make of this?" Jack questioned.
Raf came over and looked it over and sense he has yet to understand Cybertronian he couldn't read it, though that doesn't mean he can't get a vague idea of what it means.
"It's important, really important. We need to get this to Optimus" Raf said.
"How do you know it's not a recipe for space nachos?" Miko asked.
"I know math when a I see it, and that's one serious equation." Raf replied.
"Well I doubt we can download it." Jack said its then that he has an idea. "Hey, Miko. Do you have your phone?" Jack asked.
"Yeah, I always do, why?" Miko replied.
"Use it to take a picture of that, this way we can get it to Optimus and hopefully it will give them a clue as to what their goal is." Jack answered, Miko nodded before she took out her phone and snaped a quick picture of the computer.
"How do you know?" Miko asked
"It doesn't take me long to learn new things, that includes languages. And I don't really get the whole thing, but I got at least two words, warp and space." Jack said
"Alright." Miko said
"And also before you ask, I made this gun with stuff R.E.M gave me, she's Raf's adopted mother, who also happens to be a A.I designed to help me and my mom." Jack said
"That explains a few things, sure see why Bumblebee is so impressed with you." Said Miko before she noticed the looks from them "What?" She said as she took the picture.
"You can understand Bumblebee?" Jack asked.
"Yeah, I mean not at first but as time went by I started to understand him as if he was talking in English." Miko said with a shrug.
"Okay, we'll talk more about this later, right now we need to hide and fast. Don't know when the next one going to be here." Jack said and both Raf and Miko nodded in agreement and look around till the found a decent spot on the side the computer that's a good size for them to hide behind.
"So... half alien, huh?" Miko said trying to break the awkward silence.
"Yeah, though like we said we don't know what kind as there's so many possibilities on what race my father is from." Jack replied as he checked to make sure they didn't have any unexpected visitors.
"Man, would it be awesome if your dad was like an Ultraman?" Miko said.
"Yeah... awesome." Jack said.
As he remembered that part of his father's recording, just then they hear the door open and another con walked in and saw his dead comrades and activated his blaster and started looking around. Jack quickly motioned for them to back up and put his finger on his lips to yell them to be quiet as he held his gun at the ready. As it activated a light on its arm it searched the room, then it came across Jack.
"Boo." Jack said as he shot a hole in its head.
The bullet seemed to have hit the main processor for his head twitched before he fell over backwards and landed harshly on the ground. They came out and looked at the deactivated con and just for good measure Jack pulled his left fist back and punched the head making a hole in the side of the helm and he pulled back to show very damaged circuitry.
"Whoa." Miko said.
"We got to move, there's bound to be more." Jack said.
They then ran to the door and opened it, Jack looked out first to see if there's any more Decepticons out there. They then hear the sounds of three familiar engines heading their way and they knew who it is and stood outside of the door, they then see Bumblebee, Bulkhead, and Arcee coming up to them and parked.
"Get on!" Arcee call out, and Jack quickly hops onto Arcee and while both Miko and Raf hop in Bumblebee and they drove off at top speed. "Pega, this is Arcee. We got Agent Fowler and are heading back to the arrival coordinates." Arcee comm linked.
"Copy that, Arcee. Do want me to activate the Groundbridge?" Pega asked over the comm link.
"Yes, we'll be there shortly." Arcee said as they managed to get out of the warship and they see the Groundbridge and drove through it and arrived back at base, and Pega closed the bridge.
"Mission accomplished." Jack said as they arrived back in the base, he then see's Miko trying to get Agent Fowler out of Bumblebee and decided to help out.
He got off of Arcee and ran over and took Agent Fowler's left arm put it over his shoulders and helped get him up to the human area, where Sierra had a medical gurney set up, he led him over to it and helped him on to it before he had him lay down and cover him up with a medical blanket, and grabbed his right wrist to have a look at his pulse and checked to see how badly they messed him up, he let out a sigh of relief as it turns out it wasn't anything serious.
"He'll be alright, just needs a bit of rest." Jack said before he let go of Agent Fowler's wrist.
"You are a strange one Jack, always full of surprises." Miko said.
"What can I say, I'm an enigma." Jack said.
"Well, I'm just glad you guys are safe, especially you Jack." Sierra said, before she realized what she said and blushed while Jack blushed as well and scratched the back of his head sheepishly before he coughed into his right hand.
"Um. Thanks for your concern… Anyways, I'll have mom come over and have a better look at Agent Fowler to see if he needs any medical treatment." Jack said.
Sierra nodded before everyone noticed Ratchet walking over to them with some kind of metallic cast over his right arm.
"What happened to you guys?" Miko asked.
"We engaged an army of undead Cybertronian worriers." Ratchet answered.
"Zombies? You fought zombies and I missed it?!" Miko exclaimed.
"Bulkhead, you exercised poor judgment in allowing the children to accompany you." Optimus said.
"I-It won't happen again, Optimus. I-I promise." Bulkhead said.
"But it wasn't Bulkhead's fault!" Miko said.
"Miko please!" Bulkhead whispered to her as if to tell her to not say anything.
"And check it out!" Miko trailed off as she pulled out her phone to show the picture Jack had her take. "Recon!" Miko finished, Optimus leaned down to look.
"Hmm… Ratchet, have a look, it could be of importance to Megatron" Optimus said, though what he said caught Jack's attention.
"Wait, Megatron's back?" Jack asked.
"Indeed, and he has figured out how to raise the dead, as well of method of controlling them." Optimus explained as Ratchet leaned in and looked at the photo on Miko's phone.
"Hmm… I can't really tell from how small this image is. Miko, would it be possible for you to send the image to the main computer?" Ratchet questioned.
"Uh, duh. Just give me the number to send it to and it's as good as done!" Miko said.
"Very well, the number is 485-902-8091, use that to send it and I'll pull it up on the main computer." Ratchet said before going to said computer while Miko sent the image in a text.
Meanwhile the man that was seen after the strange Kaiju's defeat is seen in a business suit while staying inside a hotel room, and seems to be in a deep trance, before the room shifted and he's wearing his previous outfit and opened his eyes to see a very terrifying sight except to him.
The sight before him is giant as their muscular body, showing them to be male and he stood at least 55 meters, was dark as night and red markings that are similar to the color of blood, he has a purple round gem on his chest. The hands are a set of claws; on his face, he bears a grin-like profile with sideburns and his eyes are uniquely shaped long jagged strips as they are also the color of molten lava.
"All went better than we thought, Belial-sama." The man reported.
"Hmm, how so Fukuide Kei?" The giant now known as Belial, the father of Jack and husband of June, said in a dark yet not so sinister voice.
"Your son not only passed his first test, but also activated the first Ultra-Capsule as well in the same day." The man now known as Kei replied.
"Really now? Heh, that means one step closer of reuniting with my family, and you with your niece." Belial said with pride in his voice.
Kei nodded his head in acknowledgement though he still wanted to asked something.
"Belial-sama, the two Kaiju-Capsules I used seemed to have overheated after they were used a second time." Kei also reported.
"Hmm… That is indeed a problem that needs to be solved, otherwise you nor your niece will live very long as that will overuse your Sturm Organs and cause them to fail on you both." Belial said with concern for his servant.
"I'm aware of this oversight, Belial-sama. I'll strive to improve them and be sure to have those capsules ready as well once it's done." Kei replied.
"Ah, yes. Those capsules will also help with bringing Ultraman King back to life, after I make sure to see how stable this universe is first of course." Belial said. "For now we must focus on activating the required number of Ultra-Capsules in order to both restore myself and to completely rid myself of Raybrad's influence once and for all." Belial finished and Kei bowed his head in acknowledgement.
"It shall be done Belial-sama." Kei said before the space around him vanished and he opened his eyes to the hotel room he's staying at. "Soon my dear, niece. Very soon we'll meet face to face." Kei said with smile before he set off to bed.
Meanwhile back at the Autobots base, Bulkhead, Bumblebee, and Arcee have taken their charges home for the night and had returned to the base to see what Ratchet could find from the blueprints. With Ratchet's arm completely healed he analyzed the picture and the computer beeped to indicate the results and Ratchet didn't like it.
"It can't be… Optimus!" Ratchet called out and Optimus walked in to see what he found. "These are engineering specs for a Space Time Vortex Generator." Ratchet explained and Optimus knew what he meant by that.
"Megatron's building a Spacebridge, if he hasn't already." Optimus stated.
"The sooner he leaves the better." Bulkhead chimed in as both him, Bumblebee, and Arcee walked up after hearing Ratchet calling for Optimus.
"Bulkhead, a Spacebridge runs in two directions. Megatron may not intend to leave Earth, rather to bring forth his conquering army." Optimus reminded, and Ratchet remembered what Megatron said in their previous encounter.
"The 'main event' Megatron referred too?" Ratchet questioned before continuing his thoughts. "But the only place Megatron could possibly… recruit that many warriors…" Ratchet trailed off as he realized what Megatron has planned, as Optimus already figured it out.
"Precisely…" Optimus trailed off before looking in a certain direction. "…Cybertron." Optimus finished grimly.
Meanwhile at the Darby residence. Jack, Raf, and Pega were telling both June and RE.M what happened today, and to say they were shocked was an understatement.
"To review, A government agent found out about you five and went to report this to his superior's by flying in a helicopter, only to be captured be the Decepticons. And when Bulkhead went to rescue him, Miko fallowed without him knowing forcing both you and Raf to go after her?" RE.M asked.
"Only to wound up in a firefight and being captured yourselves to find out where he was being held, only after they did that you, Jack, to offline them both and for the Autobots to hide you in a random room. Only for you to find some kind of blueprint and have Miko take a photo before taking out another and leaving with both the Autobots and the agent in one piece." June finished for RE.M before taking a deep breath to calm herself. "Did we miss anything?" June questioned.
"Yeah, the fact that Megatron is back." Jack said.
"Great, as if we didn't have enough trouble." June said before pinching the ridge of her nose. "RE.M, Raf has control over the mech's in storage correct?" June questioned.
"Yes, he has control over a few of them at the moment." RE.M replied.
"Do you?" June asked.
"Of course." R.E.M said.
"We may be needing them for Megatron's zombie invasion." June said.
"We may be getting backup from Dad after all if he is still bad he won't allow anyone else to take the Earth." Jack said.
"I still say he's good honey, I feel it in my heart." June said, this made Jack sigh as he knows this.
"I want to believe that as well, mom. Really I do, but we have to be prepared incase this Raybrad still has some form of influence on him." Jack said.
June nodded as she knew that he's just preparing himself, what none of them knew is that Kei is currently outside of their window and is not registered as a threat to RE.M's defenses and he heard everything and disappeared back to his hotel room and sat down before he concentrated and he found himself in front of Belial again.
"You have something new to report, Kei?" Belial questioned.
"Yes, Belial-sama, and it's not good." Kei said.
"Is it Jack or June?" Belial asked.
"No, it is the tyrant Megatron, he plans to raise his planets dead to conquer the planet." Kei said, this made Belial scratched his chin in thought.
"We can't have that we need the Earth to further the plan." Belial said.
"What do you wish for me to do?" Kei asked.
"Hmm, keep an eye on the situation, should you need to step in, do so. And if you do, make sure Megatron knows who really owns the Earth." Belial said.
"Understood, Belial-Sama." Kei said before the space around him changed back to what it was before he went over to inspect that Kaiju-Capsules he currently has.
Meanwhile back with Jack.
"R.E.M is it possible for me to alter my size when I'm a Ultra?" Jack asked.
"Yes, it is. All Ultraman have the ability to change their size depending on the situation." RE.M answered.
"So I could reach Megatron's size and fight him?" Jack asked
"Yes, however you would have to keep in mind about the time limit when on Earth, in space however it depends on how much energy you use." RE.M explained
"If I can stop this, I will." Jack said
"Understood, though I should mention that if you use a single capsule of an Ultra, you'll be able to summon an astral version of them, however it would only last for about a few seconds." RE.M said.
"That will be good enough. Though have you found out what that was it Eri had before it became an Ultra-capsule?" Jack asked.
"I'm sad to say that I don't, there's not enough data to come to a conclusion." RE.M said.
"Great, more things to add to the mystery" Jack said before he looked at what time it is. "Regardless, I'm heading to bed goodnight, RE.M." Jack said before he went off to bed.
"Goodnight, Jack." RE.M said.
Jack went to bed and went to sleep, not knowing what is to come in the coming day, or who he'll meet and why. One things for sure, many things will be revealed, and many questions will either be answered or be left unanswered.
Meanwhile at a bus stop, a young woman can be seen stepping off a bus that just arrived, she appears to be around 18 years old, she has light tan skin, short dark-brown hair, and a pair of dark-brown eyes. She's wearing a red sleeveless shirt with a black-n-white checkered flannel over it, a pair of short, ripped light-blue jeans, and a pair of red sneakers. On her back is a long light-brown cloth with a strap on it and a large duffel bag on her left shoulder. The woman watched as the bus left before turning her attention to the town she has arrived in.
"This is where that Kaiju was last seen before it was destroyed, I may finally get my revenge, Haha and Otōsan." The woman said to herself before tightening the strap of her duffle bag and went to the town to find a place to stay for the knight.
