Here is my first go at fan fiction. It is a modern version of my favourite book of all time, Persuasion. Anne Elliot is a shy timid teenager, who has a secret, she can sing. When she meets Fred Wentworth he brings her out of her shell. After meeting up again eight years after their ill fated romance, they get a second chance, with a few bumps along the way. Rated M for language.

I reread some Austen and this bubbled up. Set on the first night at Harville's. Freeman Widdell Captain Wentworth; Lane Kelly Anne Elliot; Benny Widdell Benwick. Some liberties taken with character relationships and dynamics. Strong language, but used purposely and authentically. IDK if this is over. I'm not super dependable, but I'm open to it.

A prequel to Love and Persuasion in the Times of Baseball; how were Eric and Anne reunited after years apart? Blame her cousin.

Captain Wentworth told Anne he had considered contacting her after two years, after he had acquired wealth and success in the Navy. What if events conspired to reunite them after just two years?

My version of the how Captain Wentworth and Anne Elliot renewed their acquaintance after an eight year separation but in order to get there Frederick needs to save Anne and find out who wants to cause her harm.

Jane is wealthy, Ben is not. When Jane and Ben are parted after a high school romance they meet up again in the small seaside town of Wentworth. Their circumstances have altered but Jane's snobbish family ensure the path towards true love is never easy.

Buried feelings are brought to light when Anne slips and falls on the Cobb. One-shot.

What if, upon reaching Uppercross, Frederick made a decision that changed the whole course of the story? Persuasion based story, because there are far too few of them.

Persuasion from Cpt. Wentworth's point of view and hopefully will continue past the novels end.
