Chapter 91: Heat of the Battle!
(With Coola and his primary men)
The invaders, Coola and his men, continued to venture through the scorching dessert. Silence had filled the air, except the sound of the breeze. As usual, Paradox would be the first to break the silence. He scratched his chin and pondered. "I wonder how my favorite character, Fye, is doing right now." He wiggled his eyebrows.
Guure knitted his brows. "Your favorite character you say? I don't recall Fye as your creation in the first place."
"So?" Paradox shot back. "We are all characters here; therefore I can call Fye a character! I do what I want, you ugly bastard!" He retorted.
"You're wrong." Guure casually said. "We're all not characters. We are people. Every species in the universe people – excluding some vertebrates, insects, etc. Not to forget Coola-sama is part of us."
Paradox shot a look of disgust and resentment at Guure. "Blah, blah, blah! Who wants to listen to a dumbass like you? I'll tell ya what! The character I resent the most is…" He pointed at Guure with daggers in his eyes. "…Guure! You're the worst character in my book!" He exclaimed. Paradox looked at Guure like he was the biggest lowlife in the world.
Guure shot back a look at Paradox with the oddest look in the world! The way Guure was staring gave Paradox the heebie-jeebies.
"You may attempt to insult me with cuss words, or even profanity. But…I'd rather like you to call me a person, not a so called character. And one more thing, if you say that word one more time, I will yank your tongue and shove it down your throat. It will be a very painful and slow death, as I will watch you rot to hell. It would be interesting, wouldn't it?"
Paradox froze dead in his tracks. It was like cold water had just been splashed on his back. He sweat dropped and became perturbed. But he quickly dispelled and laughed. "Haha! Soooo scary! I always thought you would be the biggest deadpan in our group. Turns out I was wrong all this time. I never thought you would be offended by that so called word. Oh, yeah! How about that?! Why not you yank my tongue out and shove it down into my throat, you dumbass character!"
In a blur, Guure clutched Paradox's tongue. Paradox, who was subdued, stifled a gasp. Before Guure could yank his tongue, a voice hissed. "Stop, you two!"
Guure let go of the tongue, with Paradox sighing with relief.
Coola sighed with exasperation. "An upcoming attack. Don't you think they knew we were coming? You also knew, didn't you, Guure?" He asked with a smirk.
Guure nodded and fixed his eyes on the horizon. Paradox followed his gaze and squinted, and saw nothing but walls of rock.
"Sabaku Kyu! (Sand Binding Coffin)"A voice shouted.
Heaps of sand encased the trio.
Paradox snorted. "What's this? Is this a toy or something?"
Guure nudged Paradox and nodded towards the yonder. "Look, over there." At the yonder, two 'o clock, was a red-haired boy with a large gourd on his back.
The red-haired boy raised his palm and shouted, "Sabaku Soso! (Sand Waterfall Funeral)"He balled his fists, causing the sand to implode within Coola and his men.
The red-haired boy displayed a smug look and laughed with no humor whatsoever. "Mother will have their blood!"
"Gaara!" The blond girl landed nimbly beside him. "Hey, it might not be over! This world is in danger! Don't forget!" She whipped out her giant iron fan.
A guy with a black hood that had car-like ears summersaulted before landing next to Gaara, with his puppets yanked ready using Chakra strings. "Yeah, Temari's right! 'Cause if you do, it will be only repeat back when Hinata defeated you! Don't screw up again!"
"Kankuro!" Temari yelled, "You idiot! You should not mention her in front of him!"
Kankuro's face turned sour, like he had just galloped huge chunks of rotten flesh. "Oh, sorry…" He winced.
With wide eyes, Gaara visualized the catastrophe, as he would call it, in his head, when Hinata defeated him during the invasion of Konohagakure.
(Flashback Began)
"Hinata!" cried a voice.
Standing on a branch, Hinata jerked her head up at Jiraiya who stood on a ginormous toad and nodded with a grim expression. "Yes, Jiraiya-sama?"
"I will hold him off. Take care of Gaara. Snap him out!" said Jiraiya.
Hinata glanced up at the sleeping Gaara on top of a ginormous sand Biju. The Hyuuga didn't need to be told twice this time. Realization dawned on her face. 'I see… In order to wake him up, I need to strike with all my might. Maybe it would not be necessary to wake him up. Killing him would be appreciated! This is what you would do right, Naruto-kun?'
The large sand Biju bellowed,"I, SHUKAKU, WON'T BE BEATEN BY THE LIKES OF YOU HUMANS! NOT EVEN TO A WEAK FROG LIKE YOU!"He pointed at the large toad."I WILL KILL EVERYONE THAT GETS IN MY WAY! HAHAHAHAHA!"The Biju was getting hysterical by every minute.
The large toad grumbled in annoyance."How long are you going to keep babbling, you petty funky?! Hey, Jiraiya! Let's end this fight! He's annoying the crap out of me!"
Jiraiya nodded, "Alright, let's end this fight! Let's combine our attack, Gamabunta!" he made a series of hand seals.
Gamabunta held his breathe back before shooting a jet of oil from his mouth. Then, Jiraiya puffed his mouth, and immediately ignited the oil with flames."Katon: Gamayu Endan! (Fire Release: Toad Oil Flame Bullet)"
"WHAT?!"Shukaku could only utter a word! He was forced to leap to his right, but the flame still followed him because Jiraiya was controlling it right now! Sand was not invincible to the flame, so he had to avoid it at any cost! He hopped backward with ground quaking. The flame burned the forest up as well. There was massive smoke coming up where almost everyone could see!"DAMN YOU!"
'Now!' Hinata thought. She immediately leapt on his one-tail, and scaled up to his shoulder, to which Shukaku had immediately sensed her presence.
"YOU WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH IT, HYUUGA!"He hissed. He made an attempt to whack her away with his enormous hand, but she outmaneuvered the Shikaku, and jumped onto his head next to the sleeping Gaara."NOO!"
Killing intent was building up in Hinata, which reflected in her eyes. She reeled her palm. 'This is it…!' She brought her arm backwards and successfully palmed him in the chest with all her might. Gaara looked like he had been punched in the gut, and hacked some blood from his mouth.
"NOOOOOOOOooooo!" Shukaku's voice began to fade out, as he crumbled to pieces and plummeted down like sacks of coffee beans.
Hinata smirked. 'I did it…!'
(Flashback Ends)
Gaara had been onto Hinata ever since his traumatic event had occurred. He had two important goals in his mind. In fact, one of his goals was coming from his 'Mother'. One, which was his own, was to erase Hinata out of her existence. Two, which was from his 'Mother', was to kill the jinchuriki of the Kyuubi, Uzumaki Naruto.
Right now, all he could do was to dwell on the past. It was because his pathetic older brother mentioned him, he visualized the scenes of Hinata defeating him in his head.
"Is that all you can do?! Pitiful!" sneered a voice.
The trio siblings jerked their heads towards the voice, and noticed the bellowing dust was clearing.
The assailants had survived Gaara's one-shot kill technique! They hadn't even moved a muscle as they stood unharmed.
Temari gasped in shock. "N-No way…!"
Konkuro looked like he had been punched in the gut. He stifled a gasp. "So the rumors are true, then?"
Paradox caught the sentence put on his thinking face, a face which looked like he was constipated. "What rumors?"
Coola smirked. "Apparently, you have heard about us beforehand. Where did you hear this?"
"So you're the assailants that leveled three villages, huh?" A voice asked.
More shinobi jumped down next to trio siblings.
Coola scoured his eyes at what he would call it, a sea of Sunagakure shinobi.
"You must be the group that Hokage told us about."
The group glanced towards the voice and spotted a red-haired man in blue kimono with a white jacket, glancing down at them with his arms crossed over his arms.
"Hokage?" Coola asked, with an intent look in his face.
"If I recall correctly, Fye elaborated that Hokage is from Konohagakure. And it's safe to assume the red-haired guy in blue kimono with a white jacket is the Kazekage," Guure assisted.
Paradox chuckled with glee. "Oh, we're grateful that you have a profound memory, frog man!"
Guure let out a low grunt, as if implying: Can-this-butt-breath-shut-his-mouth? For him, Paradox was worthless at the moment.
"Correct." Kazekage simply responded, with a scowl on his face. "I'm the Sandaime Kazekage. Sunagakure is a kilometer away from here, and I hereby will not allow you to walk into our territory. Otherwise, you may level it."
Coola displayed his usual smirk. Such bold words from the Kazekage provoked Coola and his men. Paradox balled his fists in determination, and started that engine of his, along with that ego he is yet to show. Guure deadpanned as usual.
The complete sea of Sunagakure shinobi had assembled. In the middle of the sea, it spread in every direction till it touched the horizon.
Gaara quivered, with trying to push aside his own memory of him being defeated for a painful couple of seconds. Temari gently placed a hand on him and made an attempt to sooth him.
(Sakura's house- Konohagakure)
Since her parents' death, Sakura would sit in her room, curled up in a ball, her eyes welling with tears. At the moment, she had her knees buried to her face and sobbed on it. She was distraught when she was informed about the awful truth: that Danzo ordered his ROOT ANBU to slay her parents.
"Sakura…" A soothing voice called her name with from outside her room, along with a knock on the door.
"Go away, Bulma!" Sakura said bluntly.
"Please… You have to eat," Bulma insisted.
"NO! Just… go away!" Sakura yelled, with a look of consternation on her face.
Bulma flinched and backed away from the door, holding her hands up in surrender.
Bulma had all been feeling empathy for Sakura ever since her parents died. She'd been cooking lunch and dinner for her, which was eventually turned down by Sakura.
Bulma sighed with exasperation and gently placed the platter of food on the floor. She trudged back down the flight of stairs and took a seat next to the dining table. She was lacing her fingers with an irritated look on her face when a voice called her name.
"Hey, Bulma!"
Bulma angled her head towards the voice and greeted back, "Oh, it's you, Kuririn."
Kuririn, was slumped against the vestibule's wall. He scratched his bald head. "Yeah, it's me. How's Sakura's doing?"
"As usual," Bulma answered.
"It's been three days. It must be such a shock to hear that her parents died. I mean, we haven't met them yet," Kuririn said broodily.
"Ugh, you know how hard it has been to deal with her for the past three days? It's really frustrating! I've been cooking lunch and dinner for her and she wastes it!" She shot up to her feet so fast, the chair she was sitting on tumbled backwards. The look of her irritation was enhanced when she waved her arms in the air with frustration.
Kuririn frowned. "But Bulma, Sakura hasn't seen her parents for two years. And after hearing the awful truth, it's natural to act like that. I'm sure you would do the same thing if you suffered the same situation."
Bulma stopped waving her hands abruptly and let it down. Her gaze drooped. "I suppose so…" She agreed. "Where's Gohan-kun?"
Kuririn shrugged, "Dunno… Probably gone somewhere to train. Not too far, though."
A knock on the door caught Bulma and Kuririn's attention.
"Umm… I wonder who this is." Kuririn said. He ambled towards the door and opened it, revealing Hinata and Ino. "Oh, it's you, Hinata and Ino."
"It's 'Hinata-sama'. I don't care which planet you're from. An honorific to my name would be more appreciated," Hinata said, glaring down at Kuririn.
Kuririn tried to laugh it out but failed. "Right… I mean Hinata-sama. Anyways, what are you doing here?"
Ino displayed her amicable smile and pulled a bouquet from her back. "We are here to see Sakura. Bulma-san told me that she hasn't eaten anything in the past few days. We're worrying about her. Geez! If Naruto had been there for her, he'd have been able to cheer her up. Such a poor boyfriend job!"
Kuririn frowned. "Geez! That's rude. And you're lucky that Gohan's not here. Don't you feel sentimental for Sakura?"
Ino looked at Kuririn like he was a Martian. "What do you mean?"
"Sakura is like the only sister he would ever have. Naruto is also like the only big brother he would ever have as well. Basically, Gohan is very close to Naruto, Sakura, and even Sasuke. He would be disturbed if he heard this. He has already heard enough insults to Naruto from the society."
"He's right, Ino-san." Hinata prodded in. "It's best if you keep your mouth shut."
Ino gulped with fear. She realized she should keep her mouth shut. She was always a loud-mouth and revealed anything she thought, such as her likes and dislikes. She is the biggest gossip monger, and the biggest loudmouth in Konoha. She had this sinking feeling that Hinata disliked here.
"Anyway, let's go…"
(Elsewhere- Sasuke vs Lime)
The red-haired woman was baffled just when Lime stated that he could resist five planet busting! She was more shocked when she realized Lime could destroy a planet if he wanted to!
"No way!" Sasuke gaped. "There's no way you can take that kind of damage that is equal to five planet busting! Are you telling me that not even a single planet busting can kill you?!"
"Correct. Have you not been aware that the amount of damage I could have only taken, not only that it will be boring, but it will be an addition to the result of unfairness? It would not be any fun if you weren't aware of me. Please be aware that not only that I would do absolutely nothing, but you have received such a reward for that you survived Touch of Karma. You may have received the privileges for me to use up my energy on you. So please consider it a reward from me. I would expect a good fight from you. If you do not meet to my expectation, I will kill you very in an instant." Lime made long statement almost as if it was his own rule.
"Is that clear?" asked Lime.
"Hn…" Sasuke grunted. He clenched his fists and thought angrily, 'Damn it! He said all that. If he can only take five planets busting, it would be impossible for me to give him a good fight. Unless…'
Suddenly, Sasuke fired tremendous blasts at the blind guy, creating a billowing cloud of dust. As soon as the dust cleared, Sasuke noticed Lime hadn't even moved a muscle.
"What?" The girl was speechless as seeing that Lime was not harmed at all.
"That only merely tickled me. Is that all the best you could offer me? Huh, Sasuke?" mocked Lime.
Sasuke hissed, "Shut up!" Then he threw his hand out to fire a barrage of Ki blasts at Lime.
KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM!
A large dust kicked up, as it came across the red-haired as she crossed her forearms on her face.'W-What's this?! What's this unusual presence? It's not Chakra! Is he using the same energy source Lime possesses?'
The raven-haired boy still threw out the Ki blasts repeatedly at his opponent. 'I'm sure of it! He wants me to waste my energy! This is only way I can defeat him by using up all of my energy!'
KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM!
The red-haired woman was baffled. How could he have all of that power? She never had seen it before! She had a hard time to stay on the ground, as the wind kept pushing her. She was being pelted by stones. She was grateful for her to be able to stick her feet to the ground. If she had not learned that, she would be knocked away easier. A massive dust became bigger and bigger as Sasuke continued to fire them.
KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM!
Sasuke could not stop as he still fired a barrage of Ki blasts at Lime, while the woman was still amazed by the sheer power of his skills.
(Paradox and Guure vs Entire Sunagakure Shinobi- Kilometer away from Suna Village)
Gaara touched his head and groaned in pain, as he heard someone's voice echo inside him. A maniacal smile etched on his face. "Yes! Mother wants all your blood! I WILL GET THEIR BLOOD FOR YOU, MOTHER!"
Temari and Kankuro immediately backed off, and feared if they got in his way, he would kill them. "Gaara!"
An annoyed man growled, "How long are we going to stand here and stare at them?! Let's go, guys!"
Some of Sand Shinobi agreed with him, and immediately charged towards Coola and others. "YEAH!"
Paradox scoffed, "Pathetic fools! If you guys want to fight us so badly, so be it! Let us have a fun!" Suddenly, a Ki blast exterminated them before Paradox could do anything. Paradox glared over his shoulder at Guure in annoyance. "Hey! How dare you exterminate my preys?! C'mon! At least let me have a fun!"
"Those people you are going to fight will not be most likely fun for you. They will be just as cake for you to begin with anyways," Guure calmly said.
"Why, you!" Paradox raised his fist to show that he was willing to beat the frog man to a pulp sooner!
"On the other hand, I thought you would want a fun with that brat. I assumed he's just as strong as other Jinichuriki. He might be the Jinichuriki," said Guure.
Paradox grinned, "Really? Then I will take him on myself! I'm going to show these people how strong really we are!"
Gaara still clutched his head in the pain, as he still heard the voice in his head. "Use this technique so I can come out and fight them! NOW!"
Gaara heard the demand from the voice, and immediately obeyed, "Yes, Mother! I will use this technique, so you can fight them! Erase their existence!" He made a hand seal which familiar to his siblings.
"Wait!" Temari and Kankuro cried.
"Tanuki Neiri no Jutsu! (Play Possum Jutsu)"Gaara shouted. Then, he quickly fell asleep.
Kazekage remained stood with crossed arms, and stared at sleeping Gaara within faraway distance. 'Gaara…This time, I'm not going to stop you. I'll need you to become like that to defeat them…'
"Hey! He's going to turn into this monster, we better stay away from him!" said the random sand shinobi. More shinobi agreed with the random shinobi, and backed off away from Gaara's transformation process stage. Temari and Kankuro gulped nervously.
"Temari! Kankuro! Get away from him, and let him fight them! This is Kazekage's order!" the man yelled. Temari and Kankuro looked over their glance at the man.
"Yes, Baki-sensei!" Temari and Kankuro reluctantly obeyed at once, and backed away as well.
Baki was a very tall man. He had two distinctive, red markings on the right side of his face, the only visible part of his head, with the rest being covered by his turban-like head gear and by a sheet hanging from it on the left side of his face. His attire was consisted of standard attire of a Suna-nin, complete with a Hitai-ate and flak jacket.
Paradox grinned, "This is getting interesting!" Coola smirked, and looked at Gaara in a contemplating manner. Guure remained stoic calm as usual.
Then, Gaara finally transformed into sandy-brown colored tanuki, with black cursed seal markings all over its face, body, and tail. It had a jagged, concave mouth and the sclerae of its eyes were black, with yellow irides and pupils that each took the shape of a black four-pointed star with four black dots around it.
"FINALLY! I AM BACK!"shouted Shukaku.
"All right. Enough with your little celebration party!" Paradox barked. "Before we fight, I want to ask your Kazekage about something."
Shukaku scoffed, "HE'S NOT MY KAZEKAGE! BUT IF YOU WANT TO ASK HIM BEFORE WE FIGHT, GO AHEAD! I WILL KILL EVERYONE IN SIGHT! I DON'T CARE WHO YOU ARE, I WILL KILL YOU!"
'He must have quite big head there. What unusual Biju,'thought Coola. 'Not just unusual Biju, we also have unusual jinichuriki here. He probably have unstable mental. He has gone psycho and transformed into this Biju. It's going to be interesting soon.'
"Hmm?" Kazekage gazed at Paradox with a curious look.
"Where is Naruto?" Paradox simply asked, shocking thousands of Suna-nin!
"What?!" surprised Kazekage.
"Naruto?" confused Kankuro.
"Could he be the one who was the blonde with bright orange shirts?" wondered Temari.
"WHAT DID YOU SAY!? DID YOU JUST SAY NARUTO?!"shouted enraged Shukaku.
Coola looked up at giant sand raccoon beast and chuckled, "So you know him. Do you know where he lives?"
Shukaku hissed, "HE IS THE JINICHURIKI OF THE KYUUBI!"
Kazekage realized that Shukaku was about to reveal Naruto's residence to their enemy. 'Oh, no! It's not good if they know where Naruto lives!'
"AND HE IS THE RESIDENT OF KONOHAGAKURE!"
"Oh? So he lives in Konohagakure after all?" asked Coola.
"THAT'S RIGHT! SO I ASK YOU NOW, MORTALS! WHY DO YOU WANT HIM?!"
Coola covered his mouth with his fist and chuckled lightly, "We have our reason. You see, we want to kill him for insulting my species. We do not take lightly of racism."
"YOU MORTALS ALSO WISH TO KILL HIM BECAUSE THEY INSULT YOUR SPECIES?! IT ALSO PROVES THAT ALL MORTALS ARE PATHETIC! YOU PATHETIC MORTALS ARE A FAILURE OF UNIVERSE! YOU PATHETIC MORTALS ARE THE REASON WHY WE BIJUS HATE THEM! REST ASSURED! I'LL TAKE CARE OF YOU, INCLUDING THESE SUNA-NINS! THEN I WILL GO TO KONOHA TO DESTROY NARUTO!"
Coola folded his arms again. "It doesn't matter anyways. We are going to kill you anyways. This Element needs to be exterminated after all! Paradox! Kill them! But…! Don't kill this beast just yet. I would like to have a word with him after you have beaten him up."
"OF ALL PEOPLE, YOU HAVE BIGGER GUTS TO THREATEN ME! YOU DARE TO THREAT YOU WILL BEAT UP ME, THE STRONGEST BIJU?!"
Paradox laughed, "Strongest Biju? Really? To be honest, I'm quite amusement. Because I thought the numbers of tails were represented by the battle power? I thought the strongest Biju was the Kyuubi whom was being contain inside Naruto?"
"HOW DARE YOU! I AM NOT INFERIOR TO SOME BIJU LIKE THE KYUUBI! I WILL TEACH YOU SOME MANNER! DIE, YOU PATHETIC MORTAL!"
Shukaku raised his fist and slammed his fist, but Paradox disappeared, as his fist smashed the ground.
Paradox revealed himself next to Shukaku's right cheek and immediately delivered a powerful punch, knocking the beast aside away.
Suna-nins were stunned to witness such a powerful punch on the large Biju. No one had seen that before! Paradox easily handled Shukaku, and made the beast look easy to them!
"N-No way!" shocked Temari.
"I-I-Impossible!" Kankuro stammered. "T-T-This is beyond impossible! N-No one could knock Shukaku away like that until that one! W-Who are they?!"
Kazekage was amazed by the power that Paradox displayed! 'Damn! The rumors are true! That group is filled with unbelievably powers! What powers! It's been a while since I've fought Sandaime Hokage.'
Paradox formed a smirk towards Shukaku who displayed his shock face. Shukaku knew Paradox was playing around with him, but he refused to give up, especially when he was being mocked. Those mortals made him look weaker in front of all mortals! He was pissed off right now!
(Elsewhere- Sasuke vs Lime)
Sasuke still fired one after one with each blasts at Lime head-on.
KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM!
The red-haired woman was still in shocked as she witnessed continuous Ki blasts. It was something that she never saw before. She began to lose his control on her firm grip, as her feet started to move backward slowly.
KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM! KABOOM!
She cried, "SASUKE!" With a lot of energy he just threw, she knew he was running out of energy gradually.
Finally, Sasuke fired quick Kamehameha Wave at Lime, as it went into the light yellow-white dome.
KABOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
The light yellow-white dome quickly exploded, as it flashed into giant yellow-white dome. It expanded almost about 50-feet radius.
However, the woman could not handle the wind pressure, so it knocked her away onto the tree, as her body slammed against it. She yelped in pain.
'What's this power? It's not normal, is it?'thought the woman.
Unsatisfied, Sasuke then soared up into the air and raised his both hands up to the sky. "It's not over yet!"
He formed a blue energy sphere above his both hands and launched it down towards him. It caused massive explosion as well.
KABOOOOOOOOOOOM!
Despite landing attacks on Lime, he would charge another energy sphere and chuck it down at Lime again.
KABOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
As much as he could do, he could careless that he wasted more energy on untouchable enemy. His current battle goal was to destroy this fearsome untouchable enemy! Once again, he created another energy sphere and threw it down at his opponent.
KABOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
Sasuke panted heavily as he watched down at the massive smoke from the mid-air. He could only hope that it would give Lime some harm at least.
However, when the smoke finally cleared, Lime remained unharmed. He smirked, "It is not sufficient to give me enough harm although. Below me is an armor you have shattered."
Sasuke looked down and widened his eyes. There were pieces of many armor. "Damn! You weren't lying then."
Lime snickered, "Why would I lie? Blind people don't lie after all. You still have a long way to go. That amount of damage will remain Five Planet Destruction."
"What?! Despite all that, the requirements hasn't change at all?!" Sasuke said incredulously It might be harder than he thought. If it hadn't change, then he must be still weak! It was getting on his nerve because he could not even touch Lime or even let him to touch him either! It was annoying! What's more, he despised himself for being weak!
"Watch out!" The woman cried.
Sasuke snapped out of his thought, and spotted red-orange energy sphere launching towards him. He was surprised by a surprise attack, and quickly dodged it. Then he glanced over his shoulder and watched blast zooming away. However when it went down onto the tree, It immediately morphed into the stone.
"What?! Even by that technique?" shocked Sasuke.
'That's close! If Sasuke would have taken that technique head-on, he would be stoned right now!'wondered the woman.
"Actually, this is only technique you should be wary of. Any other technique will be like just other normal attack," explained Lime.
'Dammit! I never meet anyone who was an untouchable opponent! Why do I have to break a sweat against this bullshit opponent?' thought Sasuke.He could think of anything right now!
Then Lime began to walk, despite Sasuke being on mid-air. "You can do nothing now. You have no longer faith in yourself. You could no longer be able to fight me more. I am untouchable, if not unbeatable. Because of that, you shall die now."
Sasuke snarled, "Shut up! I won't die!" Enraged, he launched small energy sphere and hit Lime head-on again. However, for some reason, Lime stopped for a second when it hit him, but he was able to move again in split-second after the armor shattered. 'What? Did he just stop when he took it? But once his armor is shattered, he was able to move again.'Then he began to smirk. 'I found his weakness. Once he took an attack, he would be temporarily paralyzed. Good! I will get him with my new signature move.
"Watch out!" warned the woman
Sasuke realized he was spaced out for a while. Now he just spotted the beam but it was too late to dodge. The beam only just grazed his guts. It also opened the wound, so it bled, of course. He clasped his wound as he lost his control on his Bukujutsu and fell to the ground.
The woman cried, "Sasuke!" She rushed to his side as soon as possible. She checked the wound and it was bleeding, making her horrified. 'That level of wound could have killed him! How does he survive it?'
"Yes, this technique is a very lethal one. It could kill him easily. But he's quite strong. So he was just lucky to survive." Lime said, "However, should he survive this, he will die in three days."
Sasuke and the red-haired woman widened their eyes in shock. "WHAT?!"
"That's right. It is also a poison technique. If he can't find a way to cure, he will die in three days!" explained Lime.
Sasuke struggled to get up, but barely on his knees. "I won't give up! I won't die either! If you think I will be die by your pathetic poison, you are an idiot!" He cringed every time he felt pain in his guts, as he placed his hand on his stomach.
Lime then chuckled, "I must admit... I admired you. You are strong. Brave. Tough. Above all of them, you are truly wonderful boy. As your reward, I will end your life so you won't suffer my poison any longer." He raised his hand forward at them and began to charge up red-orange energy sphere towards them.
The woman gulped and began to panic because she did not know what else to do. She was too afraid to die. She also mentally screamed to herself and was hoping that Sasuke would save him, despite being injury.
Sasuke was also anxious but he fought his injury off. He yelled, "Move!" He finally managed to move, and immediately grabbed the woman and disappeared thin in air before the energy sphere could reach them! Then it hit tree. Of course, the tree turned into the stone.
Lime knew Sasuke was running away along with that girl, but their scents are gone. He smirked, 'He must have measured my scents. They fled so fast, and I could not track them. Oh, well. It's only matter of time before he will be dying of poison. But don't think I will let you get away easily! I shall find you until exactly three days later. It should be fun.'
(Somewhere- inside a cave)
Sasuke slumped against the cave wall and had a hard difficult time with his breathing. The fact that the poison started to take an effect against him made him seething. "Damn! To think I will have to fight an untouchable opponent! I already found his weakness and I was going to use my new technique against him!" He slammed his fist on the dirt. "Damn it all!"
The red-haired woman was amazed that Sasuke already found the weakness in Lime. Then she smiled and immediately fell in love with him. "Sasuke-kun, isn't it?"
"Hn..."
"My name is Uzumaki Karin," introduced the red-haired woman.
Sasuke's eyes lit up with shock. 'Uzumaki? Could she be... related to Naruto by any chance?"
"And I want to thank you for saving me. I didn't know what I would have done without you. Thank you, Sasuke-kun!" She leaned to hug him tightly. However, she immediately backed off when he groaned in pain. "Oh, no! You are poisoned!"
"Damn! How can I get rid of it?!" grumbled Sasuke.
"There is a way," replied Karin.
Sasuke looked around at her. "What? Are you medic-nin?"
Karin nodded, "Yes, I am medic-nin. I usually would bite your arm so I can heal you." Sasuke cringed. "But I cannot cure poison if I do that... There's only a way is to perform ritual."
"What's ritual? What kind of ritual you will perform?"
Karin immediately blushed and gulped. She could not stutter a word, as he was ready to hear her.
(Konohagakure- With Gohan)
"Listen, Gohan!" 12-year old Konohamaru stood next to his two friends. He folded his arms and smirked, "If you really know Naruto-niisan, and you think him of your niisan too, you may join my club. However, in order to join, you must pull a prank like this. Watch me."
Gohan sighed. He could not believe he just ran into Konohanaru after he left Hokage's room. Konohamaru actually eavesdropped him knowing Naruto. Then Konohamaru had to trial, but once Gohan busted him. Konohamaru would yell "Hey, kid! From on now, I am your boss!"
Now here they are, he just had to be polite in front of Naruto's "little brothers" and "little sister".
Konohamaru spotted Kakashi who crouched down and read the book on the roof. "Oh, yeah! I have a better idea. Watch me, Gohan!"
He jumped up on the roof and slowly crept towards Kakashi with little snicker. He put his index and middle fingers together. "Hidden Taijutsu Ougi! Sennen Goroshi!"He thrust them into his buttcrack. Konohamari suddenly outburst with laughter.
"Haha! I got you, Kakashi-sensei!" However, it was not what he expected to.
Kakashi glanced over his shoulder at the kid. "Look behind you." He said with monotony.
At first, Konohamaru was confused and was like, "huh?" Then he immediately realized something and looked over his shoulder nervously.
Indeed, another Kakashi was behind him. He also realized that the guy he tried to perform petty technique on was just Kakashi clone.
Kakashi eye-smiled at him. "Yo!" Then he quickly performed the same technique, and thrust his both index and middle fingers into Konohamaru's buttcrack.
Konohamaru widened his eyes and howled in pain, as he was sent into the sky as the light faded out like a star. Of course, as usual, Kakashi would go back to read his typical favorite book right away almost as if it's nothing happen.
Gohan chuckled, "Poor him. He's like Naruto-san in some way."
Behind him, there was a couple of sigh. "When will he ever be matured?" said the girl.
"Do you think he will be okay?" wondered the boy.
Gohan looked around at them and smiled, "He will be okay. You said your name is Udon and Moegi right?" They both responded with a nod. "Just find him. I have to see Bulma and Sakura. Uhh... bye! See you later!" With that said, he bounded away, leaving trails of dust behind.
"Take care, Gohan!" Moegi glanced after him.
Meanwhile, Gohan wanted to check what Sakura was up to. He recalled the day when they found out something tragic.
(Flashback Begins- Three Days Ago)
Inside the Hokage's room, Sakura, Bulma, Kuririn, and Gohan were gathering together in one place. They studied the faces of the Hokage, Kakashi, Hiruzen, and Hinata. They looked rather morose.
'What's Hinata doing here?' Sakura thought to herself mentally.
Bulma sensed the tension rising in the air. 'Did something happen?' Bulma thought.
'Judging by their faces, something terrible must have happened.' Kuririn concluded.
Tsunade shot Hinata with her a stare, gesturing her to break the bad news. Hinata nodded at her, and looked at Sakura tentatively.
"What's going on? Is everything all right?" asked Sakura. She was just as clueless as to what was going on. Why were they distraught?
Hinata finally spoke up. "Your parents have fallen."
Sakura, wide eyed, stifled a gasp. Her parents died? But why?! How did they die? Tears were slowly streaking down from both sides of her cheek.
(Flashback Ended)
Gohan was not happy how that day ended. Why did Elementians have to treat Naruto and Sakura like that? He remembered what had happened after Sakura found out the truth.
(Flashback Began)
"What?" was all Sakura could utter.
Bulma brought her hand to her mouth in horror and said, "No way! How did it happen? Who would do something so horrible to them?"
"It was ANBU Root under direct command from Danzo." Hinata explained, "He ordered them to kill Sakura's parents... without mercy. I could not stop him. I was distracted."
'What?! It was Danzo again? First, he put Naruto to jail and planned an execution. Second, he threatened to dethrone Hokage-dono. And now, he killed my parents?! Damn! What do you want?!' thought Sakura. She clenched her fists with mixed feeling: distraught, resentment, despair.
"Why?" Sakura sniffed.
Everyone looked at her. Bulma, Gohan, and Kuririn look confused. Kakashi, Sandiame Hokage, Tsunade, and Hinata looked calm although out of curiosity.
"Why does he have to press further? What... does... he..." she clenched her fist, and glared over her shoulder at a newcomer. "WANT!"
The newcomer was Danzo. Gohan, and Kuririn immediately went into their defensive stance and guarded Sakura almost as if they were her bodyguards, with daggers in their eyes. Bulma was startled and quickly took cover behind Kakashi.
Kakashi sighed, "Ma'am, you don't have to hide behind me."
Hokages were glaring at him as well. Hinata remained calm, but she could not keep her eyes from glaring. Kakashi's expression was stoic. He disliked Danzo as always.
Danzo simply responded, "I want Naruto. You refused my offer, and that is your punishment."
Sakura hissed, "So killing my parents is our punishment? You bastard!"
Danzo glared at Sakura. "No... it is only your punishment. You almost broke my wrists. Because of that, you let your parents down."
"What? So you think killing my parents is right thing for you to do?!"
"Your parents have raised you. They should have taught their daughter to treat me well with respect. Therefore, it is their responsible to perform their duty as parents to raise you well. Unfortunately, they failed to perform their duty, and that's what they get."
"Danzo, that was an unnecessary action, don't you think?" Sandiame Hokage asked, glaring at him.
"Hirzuen, I won't be satisfied until I get what I want. You are not in a position to lecture me," He glared at his former teammate, but Hirzuen glared back.
Tsunade stood up so fast, the chair she was sitting on tumbled backwards. "But I do! You have no authority to order an execution without the Hokage's order!"
However, Danzo displayed his smirk towards her. "No need for that...not anymore."
"What?! Who do you think you are talking to?" Tsunade hissed.
"I know who you are, all right." Danzo pointed at her. "Senju Tsunade, retired Godaime Hokage."
Tsunade nodded and quickly responded without realizing it. "That's right! I am-" She suddenly realized that he declared that she was a retired. "Wait – What?! What do you mean I am retired?"
Hirzuen, Kakashi, Hinata, and Sakura were shocked. Gohan, Bulma and Kuririn were really clueless. But they did know that Danzo was power hunger. He would do anything to be Hokage even if it means getting someone killed. That's kind of the guy he was.
"Correct. You are retired. I have spoken with the council and Daimyo. We have made an agreement. Due to Naruto's disappearance, we have revoked your title of the Hokage!"
Everyone in the room minus Danzo lit their faces up with shock.
Sakura boiled with rage. What else did he want?
"Because we suspected you allowed him to escape. We also believe you are a danger to this village. As of now, I will be the new Hokage... RIGHT NOW!" Danzo proudly declared.
Tsunade clenched her fists and growled, "Why, you!"
Danzo smirked, "Now I am the Hokage. Tsunade, former Hokage, you are the guilty of allowing Naruto to escape, therefore, you will be executed a week from now!"
Tsunade clenched her fists. "I won't let you execute me! And do you have any proof?"
"I do. I have a proof right here." Danzo picked up the scroll and unrolled it. "This is the proof. I am the Hokage now."
Tsunade looked in the scroll and it indeed said that Danzo is now the Hokage. How far would Danzo go for his power? She glared at him with hatred in her eyes. Sakura clenched her fists tighter.
"ANBU! Take her away immediately!" shouted Danzo.
Several ANBU jumped to surround Tsunade, which shocked her more. It was not Root! It was original ANBU! She growled at Danzo. "You are a bastard!"
"Actually, I am not a Hokage yet. I am just candidate Hokage... for now. We are also prepared for Coola and his men. Now my other order... I declared that Uchiha Sasuke and Haruno Sakura will marry on the execution day! I can do the least for her to watch you guys marry before her death."
"What?" Bulma, Kuririn, and Gohan screamed in shock.
"However, if you refuse to do so, I will..."
Suddenly, Sakura finally lost her temper, and pinned Danzo down in a blink of an eye! She twisted his wrist behind his back. Hinata, Kakashi, Tsunade, Hirzuen, and ANBUs were shocked that they just missed the movement Sakura just made. Danzo was also stunned that he was been taken down by a mere genin easily! Not even Gohan and Kuririn could see that through!
'So with using of her Ki, she's faster than when she used Chakra against me! She's most likely to be higher than Kage level! If she's that stronger, who knows how strong Naruto and Sasuke are?' thought Kakashi.
Hirzuen was also shocked, but he managed to show that he was so proud of her. 'My, my, she has quite a speed. What kind of training have you been receiving?'
Tsunade lost a lot of sweat, and was stupefied to witness her speed. 'She's that strong, and a more fearsome enemy out in the universe are even stronger than her? Unbelievable!'
Although, Hinata may be in shock, but she managed to smirk. 'Heh, at first, I thought you would be just a bluff, but you have proven to me that you are stronger than all of us. But... Naruto is still mine!'
Kuririn gulped nervously, 'This is her strength by training under the gravity machine?'
'I barely could see her. It was only blur to me. So fast!' amazed Gohan.
Danzo glared over his shoulder at her who was on top of him and bared his teeth in anger. 'Damn! How did she get on me so fast? I never have seen anyone doing that!'
Sakura immediately grabbed her kunai and lunged its towards Danzo's head as she screamed out of her anger. Danzo widened his eyes in a bit of fear as it still lunged towards him.
Kuririn and Gohan immediately charged towards them. Kuririn panicked, 'Oh, no! I won't make it!'
Bulma yelped, "Ahh!" as she covered her eyes.
Hinata cried, "Saku-!"
However, Sakura stabbed her kunai into the ground within the inch of his face. Danzo widened his eyes, as red veins flowed into his eyes. It showed that he was actually scared.
Bulma slowly removed her hands off of her eyes and widened her eyes. "Sakura-san."
Gohan and Kuririn quickly stopped and stared in shock at them. "Sakura!"
Sakura's eyes welled with tears but somehow managed to show her courage towards him. She growled, "Danzo! I'm... not like Sasuke... If you think I am looking for revenge... you are mistaken!"
"Sakura..." muttered Tsunade.
"And if I would refuse to marry Sasuke, you would kill me, right? That's what you were going to say right?"
Danzo couldn't come up with answer as he was waiting for her to continue.
"That's what I thought. I really hate you so much and I really want to kill you! But I couldn't. Do you know why? Because I am not like Sasuke! You can't force me to break up with Naruto-kun to marry Sasuke! What I want from you is to stay away from us! If you ever, ever, EVER, come to us again... I WILL KILL YOU! Now you have seen how strong I am really! Think twice before you do it next time!"
Danzo dropped a lot of sweat down his face. He knew she was a serious. But he underestimated her so much. He thought she was always weakling.
Gohan was amazed by her. At least she did not look for revenge. Of course, no matter what, she would not look for revenge. They had seen what Sasuke did.
(Flashback Ended)
'She's been staying hin her room for the past three 's still crying. It must be huge upset for her just to finally see them and only discovered that they died weeks later."
He finally arrived his destination and entered the house, only to hear Sakura's voice shout. "I TOLD YOU TO LEAVE ME ALONE! Go away!"
Upon hearing her shout, he immediately ran up the stair, only to see bunch of group facing the door. He also saw Ino and Hinata alongside Bulma and Kuririn. 'She has been like this since then. But why Hinata's here?'
Bulma repeatedly knocked the door. "Sakura-san! Ino-san and Hinata-san are here to see you. Please let us come."
"Please... I even bought something for you. A bouquet. So let's not waste it." Ino said with a look of empathy.
'Sakura, huh?'Gohan thought, looking at the flowers. Her Mother taught him about the flowers, so he's familiar with flowers a bit. The reason he recognized this flower because of Sakura-san. The moment they met her, Mom immediately showed him what Sakura flower looked like. How it bloomed too.
Kuririn rubbed his bald head and sighed, "Geez, it is so troublesome." He shook his face and palmed his face. "No, no, no! I am not like Shikamaru at all! Not at all!"
"Hey..." Gohan greeted them as he walked to them.
Kurirn looked around at him and waved at him happily. "Hey, Gohan."
"Has she eaten anything yet?" Gohan asked. He was perturbed.
"Poor her. She hasn't eaten anything because of her parent's death. But hasn't she forgotten something? The Dragon Balls can bring them back to life," said Bulma.
Kuririn got pumped up and nodded in agreement with her. "Oh, yeah! There's a chance!"
Gohan shook his head. "No, that's not possible."
Bulma looked at him and puzzled, "Why not?!"
"Our Dragon Balls have only one wish." Gohan began, "There have been so many deaths of the Elementians, and they were killed by Coola and his men... while his parents were killed by Danzo's ANBU Root. What's more, Danzo and ANBU Root are not even Coola's men."
"So, in other words, we have to wish many deaths who were killed by a certain gang over just few deaths who were killed by other gang! Right?" Kuririn realized.
Bulma looked like she had just been injected with steel. "Oh, I see! That must be how Sakura feeling. She also knew it is important to bring many Elementians to life over her parents! Now I feel sorry for her even more."
Suddenly, a voice scoffed, "I don't have time for this crap." The group glanced towards the direction of the voice. It was Hinata. She tapped her foot impatiently. "Everyone dies! What has she done to us lately? She gave us some shit, and you feel sorry for her?! Time to teach her to show some manners! I am not going to let her disrespect us! We worked so hard to cheer her up and she has given us this shit! She needs to get over it and move on! What's done is done."
Kuririn shivered, "Come on, now. It's pretty understandable. She just lost her parents."
"Shut up!" Hinata retorted, "You Earthlings know nothing about Elementians! Did she tells you the rule of shinobi? You must never show your emotions no matter what!"
Kuririn, Gohan, and Bulma backed off away from her and gulped nervously. Even though Gohan and Kuririn could handle her easily, but Hinata sounded sooo scaaaary. But she's right anyways. They actually heard from Vegeta about the rule of shinobi when Sasuke fought him back on the Namek.
"She's right, you know," agreed Ino.
"Give me the sandwich, Bulma," ordered Hinata.
Bulma did not hear her quite right. "Huh?"
Hinata glared at her and scowled, "Are you deaf or what?! I said give me the sandwich... right now!" She even activated her Byakugan!
Bulma gulped, "Yes, Hinata!" She immediately gave away the sandwich to her, in which Hinata snatched it rudely. She muttered softly, "Damn her and her rudeness. I would not be scared if it wasn't for her freaky eyes. I would have yelled back."
Hinata had no time to wait. She would not waste her time on any crap, unless she would be with Naruto-kun for some nonsense business! She knocked on the door.
"Hey, you crying bitch! If you are not going to open the door, I am going to break it and shove this sandwich in your mouth! Now open the damn door!"
"SHUT UP! I told you to leave me alone! And I am not going to open the door for a stalker like you! Sure as hell, I am not going to open the door for someone who allowed my parents to die, you ugly bitch!"
Ino could not believe it. Sakura just said something that Hinata would not like. Three words: stalker, ugly, bitch. 'Sakura's stronger than her, but Hinata would not let her get away with it. If Sakura wants to fight, it would be a problem. Also, I've never seen Sakura like this before.'
Kuririn waved at Hinata to get her attention. "Calm down!" He had figured out that she had a temper problem just like Chi-Chi. They both easily offended by words.
Hinata would not take any more insult from Sakura. Her temperature just went up to heat. She broke the door away by thrusting her palm against it. She spotted Sakura who refused to stare at her. Enraged, she ran right at Sakura, and grabbed her shirt up against the wall. She just did this, so she could make sure that Sakura looked at her.
She knew that Sakura just let her to hold her up like that. But she did not care. She's already gotten sick of Sakura's attitude already.
She glared at Sakura's eyes who was filled with sorrow. "Enough! What is the matter with you?! Why do you keep retorting to us especially me?! Since your parent's death, your behavior has changed! This is not like you! Are you that pathetic girl who won Naruto over me because you really love him? Or do you still love Sasuke but you could not get him so you used Naruto in order to make you look beautiful? If that's so, then I am so disgusted to lose to a pathetic girl like you! Either way, do you want Naruto to see you that way? Do you want him to see you as version girl of Sasuke even though you weren't not going to get revenge?"
Sakura widened her eyes in shock. Hinata was right. Actually half right. In fact, she still loved Naruto. However, she had a mixed feeling about Naruto and Sasuke. She still liked Sasuke, but she loved Naruto. She was so confused about love since then. She'd not want Naruto to see her that way. There were more reasons why she liked them both.
Naruto; because he was hard-working, and would do anything for people, especially her. He may be dumb, but he is strong. He was a good boy, and refused to get hatred over him. He also saved her a million times.
Sasuke; because he was her first crush. She loved him for his looks, but not now anymore. She stopped liking him when he constantly rude to her before the battle with Sasuke. But he also had changed through these times. He also saved her a lot. Despite him having same old behavior and obsession on revenge, he actually showed more caring towards people. He also would do anything to save people as well. She started liking him after Naruto left for his training to prepare for Coola. That's because they got along pretty well. He was smart, but had a bad attitude.
Of course, she wanted Naruto over Sasuke, but she still had a mixed feeling. She would need to prove it to Hinata that she still loves Naruto! Not Sasuke, but as friend. That's what she wanted to have this feeling!
"What's more, you have forgotten about the rule of shinobi! You must not show your emotion no matter what! Even if it's your family, you cannot show your emotions! That's the rule. I will do the same thing if it were my Dad, or my sister... or my cousin Neji!"
(Land of Wind- Fye vs Gai's Team)
Fye's sword already pierced through Neji's chest, opening the big gap of blood. He laughed, "This is what I mean when I said! Teamwork is what kills you. This is also what kills Obito-niisan!"
Neji coughed up the blood, as his hitai-ate fell from his forehead and revealed the bird cursed seal on the forehead. 'Can't be... no one can survive Hakke Hyaku Nijuhachi Sho!'
Fye laughed at Neji's shocked expression. "How does it feel to be slain by Uchiha, Hyuuga? I'm sure you already wondered how I survived your petty attack."
(Flashback Began)
'Now!' Fye mentally screamed.
Neji shouted, "One hundred and twenty-eight strikes!" He began to deliver his final powerful palm strike towards the chest.
However, Fye grabbed the medical needle-like and stabbed into his arm, then suck it into it while on unseen by Neji and others because everything were so fast!
Then Neji finally reached his chest with a powerful final palm attack, causing Fye to cough up the blood.
(Flashback Ended)
"It was the needle all this time. It is called Chakra Point Restore! Once it's injected in my body, it will restore all of my Chakra. But not just that, it also healed my entire wounds!" Fye declared, laughing. "Now, then…" He slowly pulled his sword away from Neji's chest.
Lee cried, "Neji!" He immediately ran and rushed to his teammate.
Tenten was baffled, and Gai still did not know what he should do. In fact, he was still in shocked that Fayre was still alive, and how Neji was killed easily!
As soon as Fye removed his sword from the chest, Neji kept coughing up the blood, as he fell towards the ground slowly. On the forehead, the cursed seal started to activate gradually. It signaled that his life was fading away slowly. He turned his head and spotted Lee who was still running towards him.
Neji's grim mouth turned into smile. 'At least I can see my Dad… I'm dying here... Don't die… Rock Lee…'As soon as his body hit the ground, the cursed seal on his forehead immediately disappeared. Moreover, he died with a smile.
Rock Lee arrived on Neji's side, but he just realized that he already died. A tear streaked down his cheeks. He cried, "Neji!"
Tenten was also crying. She was rubbing the tear off her eyes, and muttered softly, "Neji-kun…"
Gai was still in denial the fact that Fye was still alive, and already just killed one of his students. He could not do anything, but thinking that it was his fault for allowing Neji to die!
Fye pointed his sword at Gai and snarled, "If you're not going to fight me, I am going to kill all of your remaining useless students! GAI! Speaking of students, this boy said something about teamwork right? See what you did?! You LET him to DIE! TEAMWORK IS WHAT KILLS YOU!"
Lee cried, "Neji! NEJI! NEJI!"
Fye had enough of it, and glared down at Lee with killing intent. Gai, Rock Lee, and Tenten had never felt anything like that before. "Shut up! How long are you going to keep babbling, brat?! Why are you crying during the battle? Emotions will only get you killed! STOP CRYING!" Being controlled by his own anger, he immediately kicked Lee in the head, knocking him next to Gai and Tenten.
Tenten cried, "Lee-kun!" He rushed to check up on Lee if he was okay or anything. She spotted a blood on the forehead. Despite him being tossed away, he was still upset that his rival teammate died. "Lee-kun…"
"Gai! What's up with shinobi nowadays? How someone like him does make it? He's crying, and he called himself a shinobi? He's pathetic shinobi!" Fye ranted. Gai clenched his fists because he did not like how Fye called names on Lee. "He's just a weakling! What does he do? All he does is taijutsu! He hasn't shown a single ninjutsu. No Ninjutsu! No Genjutsu! If he can't do both of these, then how in the hell did he make it?! No shinobi like him should make it! WEAKLING! DIE, WEAKLING!"
He charged towards Lee and Tenten, and then pulled his sword up before attempting to swing their swords. Lee and Tenten showed fear, as the sword swung at them. However, just as the sword was about to touch them, a boot to the face, knocked fye away.
Rock Lee and Tenten widened their eyes in shock. "Gai-sensei!"
"Go!" Gai demanded.
"Huh?" Lee and Tenten both confused.
"I said go." Gai glared at Fye who managed to get up. "You guys can't die. Please report what just happened here to Hokage-sama. I will stop him."
Lee frowned, "B-But…"
"Lee…" Gai glanced over his shoulder at Fye, and grinned. He gave him a 'nice guy' pose. "Don't worry about me! It's still springtime of youth for us… especially you! So don't worry about me! You both just can't die… not yet! Just go!"
'Despite all this, he's still cheerful…'Tenten was astonished.
Lee was shocked at first, but then he began to smile. He immediately stood up and returned the grin and thumbs-up. "Gai-sensei! I SHALL NOT DIE! I SHALL CARRY TENTEN ON MY BACK TO KONOHA! IF I CAN'T, I SHALL DO THE HANDSTAND WALKING! YOSH!"
Gai yelled, "LEE! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU! THAT'S MY BOY!"
Lee yelled back, "GAI-SENSEI!"
"LEE!"
"GAI-SENSEI!"
"LEEEEEE!"
"GAIIIIII-SEEEEENSEI!"
Fye and Tenten both sweat-dropped on their head.
Tenten sighed, "Lee-kun! Let's go!" Rock Lee refused to leave, so she had no choice but to grab his ear, and dragged him away.
With the final echo, Gai and Fye still heard from faraway. "GAAAAAAI-SENSEI!" Now then, Gai returned his attention back to his opponent.
Fye leaned his sword on his shoulder and smirked, "Oh, it's just us now. I guess it would be fair if I only use taijutsu since you only use taijutsu though." He sealed his swords back into his unfurled scroll. He folded his arms. "Gai… Let's see how strong we have gone so far. Just between you and me. Let's see who the true master of Taijutsu is."
Gai clenched his fists tighter, and thought, 'He's not just master of Kenjutsu, but he is also master of Taijutsu. I have to be careful with him, or I will die. If it comes to worse-case scenario, then I will have to use this technique sooner or later.'

A/N: Hello, everyone! Sorry, it took so long to update. It's been like one month and half a week right? Well, you see, I'm starting to have a writer's block, and I just visited my Uncle family at San Diego, California for my awesome two-week vacation with my family! Now I'm back now. Hopefully, I will be able to write more chapter faster :D.
Anyways, why would Coola want to speak with Gaara after Paradox beaten him up? What would happen to the battle between them? What about Lime vs Sasuke? Now Sasuke has been poisoned, but will he survive? Karin has offered her a ritual, but what is a ritual anyways? As Hinata's trying to knock some sense into her, but what Sakura's respond would be? Now after Neji's death, there's going to be intense battle between Gai and Fye. But what does Gai mean when he mentioned something about using that technique sooner or later? What is the technique?
There's a lot of question that left unanswered, but it will be answered sooner or later.
I would like to announce that few more chapters left until Element Arc is over. I believed it's about between 5-6 chapters to finish Element Arc. FYI, Sunagakure Invasion is the last for this saga. Next Arc is Konoha Invasion. Yes, Sunagakure Invasion, and Fye vs Gai will be very long. Lime vs Sasuke was also long but not much of battle since Sasuke had to hide in the cave away from untouchable blind man.
