Chapter 98: The Game

Konohagakure- Hinata vs Danzo

Hinata was still in her Hyuuga traditional stance with a smirk plastered on her face, and Danzo stood still, glaring at her. She contemplated on what move she should use on him, and was also trying to predict Danzo's next move. She knew he was extremely strong, so she had to be extra careful about him. She couldn't afford to die.

Danzo stiffened his right hand, and Hinata knew it was time! She sprinted over to Danzo, and thrust her palm forward at him. He pulled his cane up and parried her Juuken attack, shoving her away.

She stumbled back a little, but she managed to stop falling and charged at Danzo again. She thrust her palm straight at her opponent, only to miss, as Danzo sidestepped and poked her hard in the stomach with his cane. Once she bent her body down, he delivered a high knee to her chin, knocking her down to the ground.

Hinata groaned, as blood seeped from her mouth. "Damn!" she wiped the blood off her chin and staggered to her feet. This time, she was going to increase her speed dramatically. She may not be the fastest in Konoha Nine, although, currently Konoha Ten, but she should be able to hit Danzo.

Again, she sprinted towards Danzo and threw another attempted thrust attack on him, but failed to do so. He swiftly evaded her, and she tripped, as she was about to fall on the ground. Before she hit the ground, he quickly kicked her in the gut, doubling her over. She gasped in pain. Next, he swung his cane at her face, whacking her away.

Staggering up to her feet, she glared at Danzo and growled. There was a gash on her forehead, which was seeping blood down till her mouth.

Disgusted, she grimaced and spat out the blood. 'Where are you, Sakura?!'

She wondered what Sakura was up to. She was not pleased that Sakura was not there on time. She'd made a plan and Sakura already screwed it up. More importantly, where in the world did Sakura go? Weren't they both supposed to be friends now? Did Sakura just betray her?! If so, screw her. She decided to chew out at Sakura soon after she deals with Danzo!

The original plan was for her to distract him, so Sakura could knock him out after saving Tsunade. But here in this situation, she had to stall some more time against Danzo. Now she realized that Sakura would arrive in any second, or maybe never. 'Screw Sakura! I'm going to fight him like I mean to!'

Again, Hinata crouched down and raised her right palm forward at Danzo, with her left palm pulled to her side. She looked ferocious.

Danzo noticed the aggressiveness emanating from her, and he said, "Judging by your look, you're not going to give up, are you? Very well. You'll regret it." He pulled his cane out of sheath, revealing a sword.

'Nee-san… Don't get hurt. Kill him already!'Hanabi thought.

Kakashi vs Kirito

Kakashi and Kirito stood on a rooftop, having a stare down battle between them. There was a tabletop between them. There were 10 boxes on each side. A deck of cards on the right on each side.

Asuma and Kurenai wanted to intervene, but they could not, thanks to the barrier which was surrounding Kirito and Kakashi.

"Kakashi!" cried Kurenai, as Asuma began to ruminate about what he should do.

Kakashi glared at Kirito, who was constantly laughing at him. "What kind of game is this? Are we playing this children's game?"

Kirito smirked, "Hey! No need to be so mean! This is not just a child's game. This is also a life-risking game! We're playing a monster card games… like Pokemon, Digimon and Yu-Gi-Oh."

Kakashi raised his eyebrows up. "Never heard of them."

Kirito would drop his jaws in shock, but he reminded himself that Kakashi is not from Earth, or has never been to Earth before. "Oh, that's right. You have never been to Earth.

You see, first time I've been to Earth was when I was a baby. With my adopted parents, I stayed there for seven years. Yeah, I go to school. I look like a human, so it doesn't bother them. Anyway, I grew up loving Pokémon. It's my first favorite show, in fact. Digimon and Yu-Gi-Oh, too. I've always been playing with Pokémon, Digimon, and Yu-Gi-Oh game cards. But there was nothing worth life risking, so I got bored fast. After a year of staying in that boring planet, Coola's henchman picked me up and left for Earth. That's when I decided to create my own card game. You know what it's called?"

Kakashi remained silence and waited for Kirito to reveal something. He did not care what it would be called. He disliked child games. They have it on this planet, and it also involves monster. He couldn't remember the name of the card game because he never cared for it. He had seen Naruto playing with his friends once. Kiba boasted about how he won the game and beat even Shikamaru! Shikamaru once stated that he doesn't like it so he let Kiba win anyways.

"Shadow Realms card games! Shadow Realms is a monster game that doesn't involve the point. Usually, every monster card games always have a point where you will gain or lose the points. Usually, if the points reduced to zero, game over. But not in this case, you lose if you die."

Asuma and Kurenai widened their eyes in shock. "What?!"

Kakashi was not surprised. He knew it was coming to this. The only question was how they could kill them by just playing a card game.

"I'm sure you wondered how a mere card game can kill us! Here's how!" Kirito drew five cards from his deck, and placed one of his cards on the tabletop. Suddenly, large green with one eye and large bucked and crooked tooth materialized above the tabletop. That monster only had four fingers, and three toes. "I summoned One-Eyed! It is Physical Attacker. It means it can attack you guys in a melee range. "

Asuma and Kurenai were baffled to witness a monster that came out of the card. Kakashi narrowed his right eye at Kirito.

Kirito grinned. "Here's the rule you should know. A monster cannot attack the turn you summoned. You must wait until the next turn and you can attack. If an opponent has a monster on the field, then my monster must attack an opponent before I can attack you, and vice-versa. You can activate magic on the same turn from your hand, but not set on the field. Trap cannot be activated on the same turn. A monster will not move until I commanded them to make any move. For example, I can tell them to attack a monster, however, with a special attack required, unless it's Physical Attacker. Also, every monster have defense move. You can look up what kind of attack and defense moves they have in the card. They all have a description below the picture. You couldn't miss it though. Also you may only summon one monster per turn. Remember this: A condition of this match is to kill the opponent and win! Your turn! Draw a card!"

Kakashi heard every details what Kirito told him. He reached for his hitai-ate that covered his left eye and sighed. "This is still…" He pulled it up, revealing Sharingan. "…a child's game!"

Kirito laughed, "Child's game?! And you're going to show off your red-eye? That's a nice eye, y'know!"

Kakashi analyzed all of his cards in his hand and spotted a nifty one. He'd already planned everything! He reached for it and drew it, looked at Kirito and proclaimed, "It's over."

Kirito laughed nervously, "What're you talking about? You can't attack the same turn you summoned the monster, idiot!"

"I can… This effect says it all!"

"What?!"

Kakashi placed the card on the tabletop – a large red dragon appeared out of it. "Giant Red Dragon!"

Dragon's skin was all red except his belly and his part in his wings. Inner wings were blue and his belly was white, along with his tail on fire. The dragon could be heard roared loudly across the Konoha.

"Shit!" Kirito panicked. 'This is a very powerful monster that I'd created. This monster is supposed to be in my deck, but I think I accidentally put in Kakashi's deck! The reason I made him so powerful because Charizard from Pokemon is my favorite Pokemon! There's also reason why I made him almost look like Charizard! Shit! Shit! Giant Red Dragon's effect is…'

"Giant Red Dragon's effect: If your opponent's monster is on the field, you can attack the monster the same turn you summoned this monster." Kakashi explained. "Also, I believed your monster is Earth; therefore, fire beats earth."

"Damn!"

"Flame-Breath, Giant Red Dragon!" said Kakashi. So Giant Red Dragon did as he said and took a big puff, and then launched the fireball from the mouth towards One-Eyed.

"Defense Activated! Barrier!" shouted Kirito. He smirked in anticipation. 'Sorry, it's not possible that way! I don't know how you learned so fast to play the game, but it's not over too soon! You're about a thousand too young to beat me, even though I'm only 8 years old!"

One-Eyed monster put his hands up, creating a barrier around him, while the flame still going towards the monster. Kirito snickered at Kakashi.

However, Kakashi placed another card on the field. "Shadow Chain activated!"

"What?!"

Shadow chains tackled each limbs of One-Eyed's arms and legs, thus preventing him to neither activate the barrier up nor move anywhere. Therefore, One-Eyed was engulfed in flame completely.

"My One-Eyed!" Kirito baffled, then glared at Kakashi. "Dammit!"

"I'm not finished yet!" said Kakashi.

"Are you serious?!" panicked Kirito. He had no one to protect him now. And the game just started!

"If Giant Red Dragon successfully destroyed an opponent's monster card, he can bring out any monster from my hand to his side," said Kakashi. He placed another card on the table.

Kirito growled, 'That's right. Giant Red Dragon has another special move! But how will his another monster attack me anyways? He summoned Giant Red Dragon, then he activated Shadow Chain, and he is going to summon another monster! So that means he has two cards left in his hand.

"I summoned Pika Pika!" announced Kakashi. Pika Pika was a short, chubby rodent monster. It was covered in yellow fur, and its ears were long and pointed with black tips. It had a small mouth, brown eyes, and two red circles on its cheeks. Its forearms were short, with five fingers on each paw, and its feet had three toes. It had two brown stripes on its back, and its tail was in the shape of a lightning bolt with a patch of brown fur.

Kirito chuckled nervously in contemplation. 'There's another monster that I accidentally placed it into his deck! Pika Pika is one of my favorite monster that I created based on Pokemon named Pikachu! But luckily, his lightning bolt won't kill me. I can survive it after all.'

While Kakashi had two cards left in his hand, he had opportunity to use it now. He placed another on the field. "One Turn Attack activated!"

"What?!"

"It allows me to choose one of my monsters to attack the same turn I summoned it. Since Giant Red Dragon already attacked, and Pika Pika just summoned this turn, I can use Pika Pika to attack you the same turn I summoned it. Moreover…"

"What now?!" growled Kirito in annoyance tone.

"Enhanced Lightning Bolt activated!" Kakashi placed the final card on the field. "If a lightning monster is on the field, I can boost more of his powers and made him stronger."

Lightning attached into Pika Pika's red dots on the cheeks, thus making him stronger. All he could say was "Pika Pika!" and smiled at the stunned Kirito.

"It's not fair! I didn't get to play the game!" Kirito complained almost as if he acted like a kid, even though he was eight-year old! "You beat me at my own game and I didn't play the game! NOT FAIR!" He sniffed, as his tears come out of his eyes. "I DON'T WANNA DIE!" Then he got to his knees and cried like a baby.

However, as soon as Kirito collapsed, he immediately turned into four eyes, three fingers with the fur all over the body. Apparently, kids disguised themselves into the human, pretending to be Elementians in the middle of Konohagakure.

Kurenai and Asuma sweat dropped. They wondered why Kirito would play a dangerous game like that! Well, you reap what you sow!

"I told you again. It's still children's game." Kakashi said in cold tone. "Thunderbolt!"

Pika Pika still smiled, as he launched the thunder bolt from his cheeks towards crying kid, electrifying him to death. But Kirito could be heard yelling in aghast before the death.

"Kakashi…" greeted Kurenai.

"What's now?" Asuma asked as he lit up his cigarette.

"We go after Danzo." said Kakashi.

Asuma nodded, "Good idea. I saw him running away to that direction with Hinata chasing him." He pointed over the yonder.

"Oh, no! Hinata is in danger right now! We must not let him to kill her!" said Kurenai anxiously.

"Agreed." Kakashi nodded. "Let's stop Danzo before it's too late! Let's go!" With that, Kakashi, Kurenai, and Asuma jumped off on way after Danzo and Hinata.

Sakura vs Akame

Engulfed by darkness, Sakura stopped running, confused. It'd suddenly become dark, which made her tense a bit. The only thing she could see was a board under her feet, which looked like some sort of game board. She began to wonder whether this was some kind of genjutsu. Her eyes scanned everywhere, and spotted a large white board not too far away from her.

She looked around her and spotted large white board floating in the sky. Noticing a dark red liquid, as she could tell that it was lava.

She became shocked when she saw Tsunade, Kiba, and Shino inside a cage which was suspended above the lava.

"Hokage-sama, Kiba, Shino!" cried Sakura, as she was on edge.

"Such a lovely view, isn't it?" said a voice.

Sakura whipped her head towards the presumed direction from where the voice came from, but found nothing.

"Whose voice is it?"she wondered.

"Where are you? Who are you?! What have you done with my friends?!"

"Down here!"

Sakura looked down, finding that there was a little girl with a teddy bear who was smiling up at her. 'A child?'

Akame hopped around and squeezed the teddy bear to her body. "Someone has finally recognized my existence!" She looked at the teddy bear. "I'm so happy! I can play with someone smart! Right, right?"

Sakura growled in annoyance. She did not get an answer she wanted from this child! "Hey! Who are you?!"

Akame didn't answer, and gave a rude gesture by kicking her in the shin.

"Ouch!" Sakura said, as she held her shin and hopped on one leg, trying to ease out the pain on her targeted shin. "You little–" she yelled, only to get kicked in the shin again.

"Look, you shouldn't be talking to me in such a blunt manner! Be polite with me! Instead of demanding for my name, why don't you ask, "May I please know your name" or "What is your name?"? Virtues as these can impress the auditor. I won't talk to someone who's being rude to me! Apologize now!"

"No way! I am not going to apologize to you! You apologize first! Who raised you to treat people like that?!" scowled Sakura.

Akame averted her gaze from the kunoichi and pouted, vividly showing her stubbornness. "If you don't apologize, I'll not talk to you."

Sakura raised her fist in a threatening manner. "I WILL KILL YOU!" She was going to decapitate this child's head with her hand!

"Oh… I wouldn't do that if I were you," smirked Akame darkly. She immediately grabbed a controller with a stick from her pocket and moved the stick down. As soon as she moved the stick down, the cage where Sakura's unconscious friends in moved down towards the lava.

Sakura reacted to this by stopping her own fist, and glared at Akame. "Damn you!"

"Apologize now, or I'll press this button!" demanded Akame.

Sakura growled. Damn that stubborn kid! That brat sure whined a lot. Why would Coola want to put a brat like her in his squad? She never saw any kids in Freeza's squad except Vegeta that she heard about him.

"I'm sorry." Sakura finally apologized to the young girl.

Akame squeezed the teddy bear to her happily. "Finally, she apologized! Good! Before we start the game, I want to explain the rule to you, Sakura-san." She snapped her fingers, and a hologram appeared in front of them.

Sakura read the screen how to play and rules. 'It's a board & quiz game.'She realized.

"In the beginning of the game," Akame began, "each player will stand on the Start Board. In order to move forward on the board, we must throw one dice. It has 12-sides dice. Between 1 and 12, we can step forward the squares based on numbers. We can move anywhere based on numbers, except the quiz square. If we step on the quiz square, we must stop until the quiz is answered. If the answer is correct, you can proceed with the remaining numbers of steps."

"What if the answer is wrong?" asked Sakura.

Akame chuckled darkly, "If the answer is incorrect, that person will stay on the same square. However, there's a price... for you. Not for me. If your answer is incorrect, then the cage will lower one inch for each incorrect answer and I get free move based on the numbers of remaining steps you received. If my answer is incorrect, I will stay on the same square and I do not have a price."

Sakura widened her eyes in shock. How was it fair if the price is only for her if she answered wrong, but not that brat?

"How to win? You must reach the end of the board on the exact number of step. For example, if you were three squares away from it, you must roll a dice for three. If more than three, you remain on a certain square, but there's also a price. If you failed to roll exact numbers, the cage will drop immediately. If I fail to roll exact numbers, I have no price." Akame finished with smirk.

"HEY! THAT'S NOT FAIR!" cried Sakura, aghast.

"Life is not fair. Did your parents teach you to be fair to everyone? I'm sure they did not. Everything in universe is always not fair. No planet could be perfect. Nobody is perfect, not even you could build an android to be perfect! Do you know why? Blame Earthlings for everything!"

"Wait… How come it's the Earthlings' fault?"

Akame chuckled wryly, "Perhaps you don't know or you forgot about it?" She placed her finger on her chin. "Kami created all life and planets so He can give us a life. He created first person on each planet. First Earthling, first Saiyan, first Elementian, first Namekian, and etc… Each first person was given an order by Kami himself. Do you know what that order was?"

Sakura sighed. "Here in Element, First Elementian was not allowed to enter the Sacred Temple."

"Correct. But on Earth, first Earthling was given an order not to eat an apple. If one failed to comply with His order, everything in the universe would mess up. Do you know why? Because an Earthling failed to comply with His order. But before that, He felt that each first ones had no friends or love, so He created woman out of men in certain species. Women were also given an order by Kami. However, Earthling woman disobeyed His order and choose to eat an apple. Of course, Earthling man ate it along with it.

"As you can guess, it caused impaired effects to all people in the universe. It created unfair. It was all because of Earthlings."

"Why do you know so much about Earth, even though you're not an Earthling? You even knew about Elementian too." Sakura asked curiously.

Akame looked away from Sakura as she stared deep at the lava below. "We are Xenonians from planet Xenon. We are a species that allows us to gather intelligence from planets all across over the universe by sending babies to their destination planets, and raised among them in disguise as said species. That's why I look much rather human, and I was raised here on Element since I was sent here as babies! They gathered intelligence as much as possible from planets until they're seven. Their parents will come to their planets and pick them up, and give out the intelligence to fellow Xenonian. That's why we know so much about them, including Earth and Element.

"However, we, on other hand, do not have parents as they were passed away in the galaxy war. Rukia came from Newton and Kirito came from Earth. Their parents also died in the galaxy war. So, Coola's older Xenonian henchman came to pick us up last year. Every Xenonian will be called their original races and their adopted races. For example, I'm Xenonian-Elementian. Rukia is Xenoian-Newtonian and Kirito is Xenonian-Earthling." Akame explained the whole purpose of Xenonian's intention.

"Why would they send babies to other planet? Why can't you guys stay on Xenon in peace? Besides, how did you manage to stay on planet without identifying you as an alien? Every planet should have a doctor who could I.D you." Sakura asked again out of curiosity.

Akame closed her eyes and began to explain, "Why not? I guess Xenonians could not stand staying on the same planet for the rest of their life. After we discovered brilliant technology, we started sending babies to other planets to learn their history. We never stay on Xenon for more than a week. We always travel through the universe. I cannot understand how other species enjoy their staying on the same planet for years. Saiyans do travel, but they always stayed on Vegeta unless they're on mission. Namekians barely have technology, yet they stayed on Namek for life. Earthlings have technology and they never realized their daily life was so boring, yet they found it enjoyable. Elementians always have war, but I found it too dull. Why would I spend my whole life on the war? I was civilian in Konohagakure and only fun I found is quiz and board game.

"Good thing Coola's henchman picked me up and enlisted me as soldier under his command, even though I was just a kid. I'm so glad. Oh, by the way, you wondered how they haven't realized I was an alien. It's because Xenonians can duplicate their blood and traits. That's why I can do jutsu. However, only drawback is that Xenonian's lifespan were reduced by half. In other words, we can only live up to 500 years. Before we discovered the technology, we can live up to thousand years. Do you understand, Sakura?"

Akame opened her eyes and smirked, but when she realized it, she widened her eyes in shock. Sakura already stood on the End board! "WHAT?!"

Sakura poked her finger on her own head and snickered, "Geez! You talk too much! I began to wonder when you will ever shut up! For a high intelligent alien like you, you're really stupid, aren't you?"

Akame shot Sakura a hateful glare. "Impossible! How is this possible?"

"While you were 'answering' my questions, I answered the same questions you'd answered." Sakura admitted, causing Akame to widen her eyes even more. "How stupid can you be? Apparently, you set the rule that every question have a time-limit and you set strictly timing at only 7 seconds. If you do not roll a dice at least 3 seconds, I automatically take a turn. Here's what I did while you were explaining to me."

Flashback Began

While Akame was explaining, Sakura felt like she wasted time to listen to her explaining. She decided to start the game by rolling a dice. She threw a dice as it rolled on the ground. It was eight. So she stepped forward, but it was the fourth square that had a question mark on it. She had to stop on it.

She looked up at the first question and it said:

What is Xenonian?

Sakura realized that she could use Akame to answer questions for her without her knowing. Akame unknowingly answered the question for Sakura right now. But it would require Sakura's voice to answer the question if it was her turn.

Sakura carefully listened to Akame's question and used her answer as her own, but kept at low tone. It would seem that the computer had a super-hearing, even it could listen to very low tone. "Xenonian hailed from Planet Xenon. Xenonian is a species that can gather intelligence from any planets across the universe by sending babies to their destination planet."

Correct.

Sakura did not care if she was cheating. If Akame was giving her unfair, so be it. She was going to cheat because apparently the quiz will only ask a question about Xenonian. That's why it had only 20 squares. Since she rolled 8, she would only needed to move 12 or less, then she would win easily.

Akame missed her turn because she did not roll a dice. Therefore, it was Sakura's turn to answer the question now.

She rolled a dice. It was 12. 'Perfect.' But she had to stop at 4thsteps because it had a question mark.

The question popped up on the computer hologram board:

Why do Xenonians send infants to their destination planets? What is their purpose? How do they survive on their destination planets without being identified as aliens by doctors?

Sakura asked Akame the same question the computer had, but on her own words. Akame then proceeded to answer the question for Sakura.

Sakura merely laughed at Akame's idiocy. Had Akame not realized that she was giving Sakura an answer? That gave Sakura an advantage.

"Because Xenonians wanted to learn as much as possible about the history of the planets they hear about. In order to avoid being identified as aliens, Xenonians were able to duplicate the aliens' blood and traits, and use it to their advantage to transform into that species. However, if they performed the technique, their lifespan would be reduced, which is originally a thousand years. In other ords, they can only live up to 500 years," answered Sakura.

Correct.

While Akame was bragging about Xenonian's traits, Sakura proceeded to move to the END, which led Akame to her realization.

Flashback Ended

"Oh, no! I forgot to set it to Universe Quiz! This quiz was Xenonian Quiz. Few months ago, I had a game against Rukia for only Xenonian to test our education about them!" panicked Akame.

"If you set it to Universe Quiz, I would have lost easily. But thankfully, you answered all questions for me," mocked Sakura.

Akame rouged up her teddy bear, screaming. "YOU CHEATED! IT'S NOT FAIR! APOLOGIZE NOW!"

Sakura folded her arms and scoffed. "Life is not fair. Game's over. But what will happen to loser of the game? If you lose, nothing will happen to you, huh?"

"APOLOGIZE NOW! YOU'RE SO MEAN! I HATE YOU!" Akame screamed as she was clenching her fists and glared hard at Sakura. "SAKUUUUUURA!" She was seething with rage over the loss during the game. At least until the lightning bolt zapped her and electrocuted her until she collapsed to the ground.

Once the game was over, darkness and lava had faded out and back into the reality world. The cage also vanished, as Tsunade, Kiba, and Shino woke up. They literally had no idea what was going on. They could not remember how they were knocked out unconscious. They were confused as they noticed Sakura approaching them.

"Sakura! What did it just happen?" asked Kiba, confused. First thing he remembered he was accompanying Sakura and Tsunade along with Shino, then next thing he ended up waking up.

"We were attacked. How do I know, you ask? Because I see an unconscious girl right behind her," stated Shino.

Tsunade looked up at Sakura who was still approaching them with the cheerful smile and was going to greet back, but she noticed something wrong. "Watch ou-" Tsunade was interrupted as she gasped in shock along with Kiba and Shino—If Shino had not wear his sunglasses, he would have shown to be in shock.

Sakura held her breath and was paralyzed for some reason. She seemed to be in shock. She would open her mouth, but could not seem to speak up either.

It was too late! Sakura had been shot… by energy gun. Akame used up the last of her energy to pull her energy gun out and shot Sakura from the behind! Akame's last words were: "Hehe… You did not apologize…"

No original gun could pierce any Ki users, but it possibly hurt them a little if they lowered their Ki though. However, it was Energy Gun. It was like Ki. It was able to pierce through Sakura's chest.

Sakura hacked blood out of her mouth, but she was unable to stand firmly. Because of the loss of blood, she fell to the ground out of commission.

Tsunade paralyzed in fear of seeing the blood shown in front of her. She could not shake it off as she remained idle there, watching Sakura dying slowly.

Kiba would run as fast as he could to Sakura's sides. "Sakura!" He cried, but to no avail. He even checked up on her pulse to ensure if she was alive or not. But… there's no pulse! No heart beats! "Shit!"

He had no idea what he should do. Tsunade could not heal her because she had hemophobia! Pulse or no, is there a way to save her? He had to think faster, or she WILL DIE by a loss of blood!

Hinata vs Danzo

Hinata ran as she thrust her palm towards her opponent, but Danzo sidestepped before Hinata could even touch her, causing the Byakugan user to stumble past him onto the ground.

She stifled a gasp, but she recovered so fast before spinning kick around at Danzo's face. He deflected her kick away with ease and swung his sword. She caught the sight of the sword, widening her eyes. She landed on the ground and evaded the sword, but the sword managed to scratch her right arm. This caused to leak blood immediately. Only a little blood, at least.

"Urg!"

But it still hurt. It stung like a bee. She grasped her right arm to relieve the pain and bared her teeth, glaring at Danzo. She hated Danzo. She really hated him. He sent his men to murder her Mom and his good friend.

After her Mother's death, she knew Danzo was up to no good. She knew it was not all about Hyuuga. She had to research more about him. She found out about Naruto. He was the reason why Naruto's life was ruined the day he was born. Danzo told everyone in the village that Naruto was the Kyuubi itself! Not just about Naruto, she discovered more shocking news about Uchiha and other stuffs.

Because of him, Sakura's parents were killed, because she refused him! Now HInata had to deal with Danzo's nonsense crap AGAIN! She clenched her fists in frustration. She absolutely hated him with a passion. She always wished that he never existed at all! He was a corrupted man! She did not give a fly if it was because of politics! Screw politics!

Unknown to them, Hanabi still hid behind the tree, watching Hinata's battle against Danzo. She began to worry about her older sister. "Nee-san…" She also hated Danzo, but she never had seen Hinata like this before. Hinata, for first time, showed her hatred towards Danzo in front of her.

Danzo sported a smirk, and then beckoned her to come after her, causing her to get irritated more.

She snarled. Suddenly, she charged the blue shape of chakra released from both hands into large guardian lion-shaped shrouds. "Juho Soshiken! (Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists)"

Hanabi gasped in shock. 'Is that…?'She remembered when she watched the training session between Neji and Hinata. Neji would help her to develop that kind of technique, while Hanabi was working on Hakkesho Kaiten (Eight Trigrams: Palm Rotation).

Hinata took a charge against Danzo with her twin lion fists, she thrust her fists at him, only to miss as he evaded it. She made a quick pivot around and also made another attempt to hit him, but only to miss again.

'W-What? What is that jutsu?'Danzo thought, while he kept dodging Hinata's attacks. Every time he dodged her, it became harder to dodge her. Every time she threw another punch, he barely dodged it! It seemed like she refused to give up.

'I'm not going to give up! I'm going to hit him with this!'Hinata used every single of her strength by all means to defeat Danzo. She was almost getting there. She almost hit him, but she kept doing that! 'I'm going to avenge them! All of them that Danzo killed!"

Another miss, Hinata drifted her feet around, but this time, she jumped up into the sky. As she jumped down towards Danzo, she moved her fists up. She was too busy to notice anything, though.

'For Mom… For Kenji-kun… For Sakura's parents! That's right… I'm doing this for you, Sakura-san! I'm avenging them all!'thought Hinata.

Behind the tree from afar, Hanabi watched Hinata jumping towards Danzo. However, she noticed that Danzo slowly pulled his sword up, almost as if he was preparing to kill Hinata with the sword.

She widened her eyes and cried, "Nee-san!" She decided to reveal herself and hurried towards Danzo and Hinata. But everything was slow to her the fact she was on high speed run.

'No! Nee-san is going to…'Hanabi panicked, while running towards Hinata and Danzo. It was like black and white to her view. It was almost like slow-mo to her view. Danzo and Hinata slowly retracted their sword and fists respectively. 'She's going to… die! At this rate, he will kill her! I must… SAVE HER!'

However, she had no idea what Hinata and Danzo's reactions were. She did not realize Hinata was winning right now.

Hinata was going to punch Danzo soon. Her fists were about to reach within few inches of his face. 'I got him!'It was like forever to them, but she was about to punch Danzo soon.

'Shit! I'm not going to make it! My sword is not enough to kill her. My sword is too far away from her! I cannot die!'panicked Danzo. He was right. His sword was still too far from her. He knew he was going to lose, because her fist was within the inches of his face.

However, much to their surprise, Hanabi pushed Hianta away before the sword pierced through her chest. A blood spilled out of Hanabi's chest and mouth.

Hinata fell onto the ground and looked up. She widened her eyes in shock. "HANABI!" Here she witnessed Hanabi killed by Danzo in front of her own eyes! "WHY?!" Her eyes already filled with tears. She had not cry for long times, and this was her first in a year.

Danzo was surprised that 11 years old girl would come to save her older sister. 'She risked her life to protect her own sister? Besides, how did she run so fast?'

"Why?! I TOLD YOU TO STAY! WHY DID YOU FOLLOW ME?!" shouted Hinata, shocked.

Hanabi weakly chuckled, as she slowly pulled her arms up to grip the sword's hilt. "Because… you're the future heiress of Hyuuga clan… I can't… let you die. And because… I love you, nee-san."

"Hanabi…" said Hinata flatly, as she was aghast.

Danzo pulled his sword out of Hanabi's chest, only hastening Hanabi's death in the process. She coughed up the blood as she collapsed backward onto the ground.

"Little bitch…" That was all Danzo could say to the corpse.

"Hanabi!" Hinata screamed on top of her lungs, as she hurried to Hanabi's side. She shook Hanabi in attempt to wake her up, but to no avail. "Hanabi! Hanabi! Hanabi! You're not dead, are you? Right? Please… tell me you're still alive! HANABI!" She screamed with tears dripping from her eyes.

Danzo sheathed his sword into the cane, as he turned his back on Hinata. "In the end, Hanabi died after all."

Hinata silenced.

"I asked you to choose Tsunade or Hanabi, and you did it. You choose your little sister instead. It was you who killed her. Not me."

Hinata did not take her eyes off of her dead little sister and hissed. "No… You killed her. You… stabbed her in the chest, didn't you?" She shot up at him with a glare. "RIGHT IN THE HEART, YOU BASTARD! YOU KILLED HER! YOU KILLED MY ONLY SISTER! I WILL KILL YOU!"

"Unintentionally. I did not intent to kill her. But… She did get in my way of killing you. No, she got in your way of killing me. She allowed herself to be killed by me."

"You greedy bastard!"

"Where's Sakura?" Danzo suddenly asked.

"What?" Hinata puzzled.

"She abandoned you, didn't she?"

"What're you talking about? Did you think we have a plan—" She suddenly recalled the original plan between Sakura and her, and she hung her hair down to her face. There was nothing she can say.

"I knew Sakura was involved. You both were planning to stop me from executing Tsunade, and then you were to capture me. But half of it was successfully and the other half failed. She betrayed you. She left you off to fight me alone. She allowed your little sister to die! Think about it. She's useless! She was a coward. She was afraid to face me. Now, if she would be here, none of this would have happened! You would be succeeded in capturing me, and your sister would've never been stabbed! She would be still alive! She pretended to be your friend. She betrayed you in hope of you being killed by me!

"In the end, Sakura was using you. She used you to stop Tsunade's execution. If you want to avenge your little sister, you will kill me later. You must kill Sakura first. Once she's gone, she will be the least problem and less distraction for you when you fight me. You hated her, right? Because of her, she was the one who caused the problem around you. If it was not for her, Naruto would've never disappeared and he would be still my potential weapon. With Naruto here, your Mother would've never died. I would not be interesting in you if Naruto never disappeared. But… Because of her, your Mom died. Kenji… Sakura's parents… and… Hanabi…

"The reason why you're losing is because you're fighting for Sakura right now. Not for yourself. She is the distraction. That's why Hanabi died. Because of that, you cannot defeat me. If you kill Sakura, there will be not distraction for you. You will fight me better. Kill Sakura and come back to fight me. Farewell, Hinata." Danzo vanished into the shadow in the forest, leaving her to reconsider his offer.

Hinata frowned, as tears tricked down her cheeks. 'Danzo's right… Sakura abandoned me. WHY?! I thought you're my friend! Why do you have to use me?! I THOUGHT YOU ARE MY FRIEND! BECAUSE OF YOU, YOU LET MY SISTER TO DIE! YOU ARE USING ME! YOU NEVER COME HERE! YOU BETRAYED ME!'

"SAKUUUUUUUURRRRRA!" Hinata screamed in rage.

AN: Okay, that's all, folks! That's just a few filler in this chapter. Only canon is Hinata vs Danzo and Sakura vs Akame. Actually, few filler parts in Sakura vs Akame though. I did not put Shikamaru vs Rukia because it was not enough to fit in this chapter.

Truth be told, I'm not satisfied with this chapter. But don't worry. I'm not satisfied with few other chapters sometimes though. At least, from on now, starting from chapter 100, it's going to be a lot of exciting chapters! After chapter 100, it's going to be more action-packed chapters! :D

I want to let you know that I just finished chapter 99, as my Beta Reader's currently edit it. It's 10k words by the way. I'm writing Chapter 100 right now! Chapter 100 is going to be exciting chapter! :D
