Chapter 101: Battle with Akatsuki part 2!
Age 763, December 1- Tanzaku Quarters, Land of Fire, Element- Coola vs Pain
Coola eyed each of six Pains. All Pains had three similar things: Akatsuki Robes, Rinnegan, and Piercings.
On the very left end, a big guy with orange-haired spiky had 7 piercings from his left cheek to between his eyes to his right cheeks, which looked like upside down 'V'. Three needles are through his both ears.
Right to the big guy with orange-haired spiky, the guy with strange long hairstyle had four piercings on his each cheeks, and small spike on top of his head around. He always smiled like a creepy.
In the middle, he had medium length spiky orange hair. He had six piercings, a metal bar through each ear, three studs through the side of its upper nose, and one spike stud on each end of the bottom lip. He also had three piercings on each wrist, at least one on its upper wrist and some just under his neck. On his right thumb, he wore a purplish-grey Akatsuki ring that bored the kanji for 'zero'. He also wore a necklace.
On his right, long orange-haired guy had two studs on each cheek and one stud on each side of nose.
Next to him, the guy with orange slicked back haired had two studs on the bridge of his nose, a spike on each of his cheek, one needle through his each ear, and small saw-like under his mouth.
Finally, the last one on the very right end, tall man with orange ponytail haired had stud with a line to his bridge of the nose on cheek each, two studs on each of his bottom cheeks, one stud on the forehead between his eyes.
However, it was very odd based on their appearance. All of them looked like, and their stoic face. They did not say anything. It was almost as if they were the same person. He would assume that they were controlled by a single person. If he had not sense their Ki, then that means they were dead long times ago. That would mean they were controlled. Also, he sensed a slightly small Ki nearby.
Coola smirked. "I know you're not real."
"Hm? How can you be certain of it?" questioned Pain.
Coola chuckled. "I sensed no Ki within your body so far. All of you six, as you called yourself Pein Rikudo. You guys are dead already. I know where you are. Somewhere…" He lifted his finger as he pointed to his left at nowhere. "You're nearby, hiding in the fake tree. It's made of paper, isn't it?"
Inside Fake Tree
It was very dark room. Red-haired man was sitting in the large chair with large rod sticking to his back, and blue-haired woman who stood next to him.
Blue-haired woman noticed that long red-haired woman was in shock. "Nagato? What's wrong?"
Nagato had pale white skin with straight long red hair. He also had Rinnegan eyes as well. Many large rods embedded into his back. However, he did not wear any of the typical Akatsuki clothing. He was topless along with a pant, of course.
Nagato broke a sweat with a fear. "Coola… H-He knew where we are. He knew we are hiding in the tree! It's… bad, Konan!"
Konan was a relatively tall woman who had short, straight blue hair, amber eyes with lavender eye shadow, and a labret piercing. She wore a large light blue paper flower in her hair. She also wore the Akatsuki cloak and her Akatsuki ring on her right middle finger, the kanji for 'white'. She also wore orange nail polish.
"What?!" cried Konan. "How does she know where we are hiding?"
"Apparently, he has an ability to sense an energy source called Ki."
"Ki? What's that?"
"I suspect Ki is an energy source that Coola and others used often. Remember what Zetsu told us?"
Konan nodded, "Yes. Only one of them wiped major village with just Ki without any trouble. They seem too…" She could not quite place a word, as she was not sure what the right word for it.
"Overpower?" Nagato picked up where Konan had a trouble with a certain word.
"Yes, that."
"Two of his men single-handled all four villages easily. It's so terrifying that they could destroy this planet any time if they want to! Right now, the man I'm facing is Coola, and he has monstrous powers! That would only explain that they're an alien. One could anticipate that aliens are too overpowered!"
Konan gasped. "What should we do? Should we run away?"
Nagato shook his head. "No, it will not be possible. Even if we try to run away, they will just kill us effective immediately. And I will not run away. I will not back down when I have to defend this planet. Only for today, we, Akatsuki, have to defend our planet no matter what, as it is our duty right now, even it means our death. That's why we all agreed to attempt to defend Element with either successful or failure."
Konan looked down, seemingly disappointed. "But… if we failed…" She looked up at Nagato with determined eyes. "Who will protect our world?"
Nagato sighed. He knew she would ask something like that. "According to Zetsu, he also witnessed the fight between Sasuke and Paradox. He said that Sasuke has an ability to fly and used the energy source called Ki as well. If he can also use Ki, then Naruto and Sasuke should be able to use it, including Orochimaru. They disappeared from the face of this planet, too. But Sasuke can't even put a single scratch on Paradox. That leaves only Naruto, Sakura and Orochimaru."
"But we haven't heard anything about Orochimaru so far. Maybe he never came to this world… Or maybe he died. So that leaves only Naruto and Sakura," said Konan.
Nagato pondered whether if he should entrust this to Naruto and Sakura to defend this planet or not, should they failed to do so.
Tanzaku Quarters- Coola vs Pain
Silence just filled the air for a while, as Coola was watching Pain. He just noticed that all Pains literally did nothing but remained silence. "Well? Are you going to fight me?"
Pain had no response to this comment.
"You're rather anti-social, aren't you?" Coola shrugged. "If you're not going to fight, then I can wait. I don't care. It will save a lot of my energy anyways. However, when I decided it's time to end the battle, I will kill you immediately. It's the least I can give you a time to rethink your strategy."
Inside Fake Tree
Konan just noticed that Nagato was sweat-dropping again. She looked at him with raised eyebrows.
Nagato stared back at her. "He—Coola won't fight unless I make a move. This should give us a time to make a strategy before he decided this battle is over, he will kill us immediately."
Konan gasped. She never heard of someone who would give them more time to make a strategy. Usually, ninjas would not wait. Their job was to kill or be killed. But Coola was different. He did not care, and he would wait until he decided otherwise. Why would Coola do that?
Maybe because Coola was too powerful and he somehow knew they cannot defeat him, so he gave them a chance to discuss a strategy. But…'He's telling us that we are not strong enough. At this rate… we're going to die.'
Tankazu Quarters- Paradox vs Hidan and Kakuzu
Paradox glanced at Hidan and Kakuzu between him while folding his arms, grinning. "What's the matter? You're so scared enough to get your shit in your pants, that's it?"
"Fuck you!" hissed Hidan.
Paradox glanced to his side at Kakuzu. "You have only two hearts left. If you screw up, you're going to lose more hearts. So don't go reckless. That's just my advice. You see, I'm so nice!"
'What is his weakness? Is there any weakness I can exploit from him?' thought Kakuzu.
Paradox kept looking at both Kakuzu and Hidan back and forth. 'They're looking for weakness in me. But all I know is there's no way they could exploit it from me. I hope one of them doesn't have lava jutsu.'
"SCREW THIS! I'm going to kill you, bastard!" shouted Hidan. He raised his triple-scythe blade, and started running on the ground towards Paradox. Before he could swing it against Paradox, he received strongest blow to his gut, screaming in the pain, as blood came out of his mouth.
He could not die, and he knew it. He's going to suffer the pain worse than all of his previous fight if Paradox kept giving him hard blows. It was equivalent to getting beheaded! Dizziness almost reached to him as he struggled to stand up straight.
"How do you feel?" mocked Paradox, as he stared right into his face.
Hidan glared at Paradox. "YOU ASSHOLE!" Who does this guy think he is? He was over his fucking personal space! That's like cross the line! He could not stand up because of this bastard. 'I think he broke my bone in my body!'
"I see…" Paradox folded his arms and smirked, "You can't stand up, huh? Perhaps I should help you then!"
Hidan could not get his body straight up as he snarled at his opponent. "Fu—" Suddenly, Paradox vanished out of thin air, as he gasped in shock. "What the—"
Paradox appeared behind Hidan with his back still on his back, and delivered a strong elbow to his back, causing a severe damage to his backbone, as he knocked next to Kakuzu, not to mention he dropped his weapon as well.
Long blue-haired man turned around and chuckled at Hidan. "What's the matter? Are you hurt? Do you need a mommy to cry?" Hidan shot him a glare. "Aww, you don't have your mommy? I did not mean to offend you. I didn't know, that's all. Forgive me…" He finished with a mockingly smirk, tossing Hidan's weapon next to him.
"Stop go reckless, idiot!" Kakuzu grumbled, as he glared down at Hidan. He hated when someone was going to ruin his plan. He would need Hidan not to ruin his plan so he could exploit weakness out of Paradox!
Hidan stood up, as he immediately shouted right in Kakuzu's face. "SHUT THE FUCK UP! YOU ALMOST GOT ME KILLED, DIDN'T YOU?!"
Kakuzu narrowed his eyes, glaring at Hidan. "I did what I had to. Besides, you did say you cannot die no matter what." All right, Hidan was starting to wear his patience. His patience was getting thin here.
Annoyance, Hidan picked up triple-scythe bladed and leaned it on his shoulder. "Suck my dick!"
"Say that again!" scowled Kakuzu.
"YEAH, I SAID, 'SUCK MY DICK!' YOU HOMO SHIT!" Hidan dared to shout in his face. It was not going very well for him, perhaps.
Kakuzu leaked his killing intent eyes towards Hidan. "YOU LITTLE SHIT! I'M NOT HOMO! I'LL KILL YOU!" Suddenly, he sprouted thick of black threads as it wrapped around Hidan's neck to tighten it, gagging him. Thick of black threads hung Hidan up in the sky.
A rage fueled him up as he allowed anger to consume him. That's what happened when he killed all his former partners. He did not take insults very kindly. He wanted to kill Hidan so badly. He tried too many times, and Hidan could not die even once! He wanted to kill him even now, so he was going to choke him to death, and that he did not even think twice that he could not kill Hidan right now. He did not even think twice when he allowed anger to consume him.
Immortals or not, Hidan deserved it after what he said that to his face. If he was not immortal, Kakuzu would have killed him for sure. Perhaps that's why Akatsuki put both together in the team, so Kakuzu could not kill his partner. He knew Hidan may be very annoying bastard, but it had to be done to prevent another member to die. They allowed too many members to die because of Kakuzu.
Hidan croaked. "H-He he…" He managed to voice out of his mouth, despite being choked. Apparently, he was laughing at Kakuzu, only to make it worse. It only angered him more.
Kakuzu was known not to lose his temper when it came to fight his foe. He always remained a calm and stoic so he could devise some strategy to defeat his foe. Perhaps, he lost his temper because Hidan was not very cooperative today, and even worse, they're fighting very powerful enemy! They never fought impossible enemy before, and they were getting frustrated. Losing his temper can really make him completely forget about Paradox.
Right now, Kakuzu was thinking about how to kill Hidan, rather than calming down and possibly started a strategy how to spot Paradox's weakness.
Before he could harm Hidan any further, Paradox's laughter stopped Kakuzu from going too far. Kakuzu dropped Hidan to the ground, as he diverted his glare eyes to Paradox.
Paradox laughed, "Now this is entertainment! That's nice teamwork you got there. Please continue your fight. Don't let my presence stop you."
Kakuzu scowled at Paradox's remark sarcasm. He was never in position where he had to struggle against his opponent. Usually, he wiped out his opponent easily because the fact that he has to be killed four times. But against this guy, his two hearts were already taken out. That means he could only use Fire and Earth jutsu right now.
Hidan rubbed his neck to relieve the pain as he got up. He glared intensely at Kakuzu. "Hey, you fucktard! THAT'S FUCKING HURT! IT'S BURNING AS FUCK! FUCK YOU, YOU FUCKTARD! FUCKING ASSHOLE! WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?!" Kakuzu did not pay a mind to him, as he still stared at Paradox. "JACKASS! DON'T YOU FUCKING IGNORE ME! PAY THE FUCKING ATTENTION TO ME! I'M FUCKING STAND HERE RIGHT HERE!"
"SHUT THE FUCK UP!" Kakuzu snarled at Hidan. "Would you shut the fuck up for a minute?! We still have to deal with him first!"
Hidan gave out a disguised grunt, as he leaned his triple-scythe blade on his shoulder, eyeing Paradox. "This is so bullshit! Ugh… Fine!" He glanced right to Kakuzu for a moment before focusing on Paradox again. "But remember that: After we're done with this shit, you're next, asshole!"
"Fine by me." Kakuzu replied with a small display of annoyance shown on his eyes.
Paradox was so disappointed that he did not get to watch the fight between Hidan and Kakuzu. 'Oh, well. At least it was fun while it lasted!' Paradox thought, unfolding his arms.
Before Hidan and Kakuzu could react to anything, Paradox appeared in front of them without any warning and gave them a good headshot with both punch and kick to knock them away.
"What the fuck?!" Hidan cursed, as he put his triple-scythe bladed on the ground to support him to stand up.
Kakazu was baffled as much as Hidan does right now. He sat up, as he looked in shock at their opponent. 'I-It can't be…! We did not see him move at all! What's more… he did not move a single inch! He still stands on the same spot! Does he have a psychic ability?'
"Hmph! I may look like I did not move, but I really did. Look…" Paradox pointed at the ground, so he could left up to Kakuzu to figure out what's going on.
Kakuzu did as he was told, and widened his eyes in shock. 'Footprints! That's his footprints… but how?! How is it possible that we can't even see him move with our eyes! Is he really that fast?'
"That's right! I really did move, after all." Then Paradox folded his arms, as he smirked at both of his opponents. "Let me tell you one thing. I'm actually slowest member in this group. To you, I'm like fastest person alive on this planet, not counting Coola-sama, isn't it? Let me put this way… If you're about on my level, and you're faster, you would think that I'm very slow."
Kakuzu was baffled at Paradox's statement. 'If that's the case, then for sure, it's impossible to beat him, not even I could exploit his weakness.' He closed his eyes and let out a big sigh. 'No… I have to try. I'm not that naïve enough to give up. I'm going to try and exploit his weakness.'
"FUCK YOU!" Hidan's sudden outburst snapped out of his thought. Kakuzu looked around to Hidan that was standing with his weapon pointed out at Paradox, looking angry. "I AM IMMORTAL, BESTOWED BY JAASHIN! YOU BETTER PRAY TO JAASHIN BEFORE I AM GOING TO FUCK EVERY SINGLE OF YOUR GODDAMNED BODY!"
"Stop!" cried Kakuzu. Hidan did not listen to him, as he ran towards Paradox with his triple scythe bladed held up. Paradox only sported smug smirk.
Guure vs Deidara and Sasori
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
There was a multiple explosion across the sky. A large of smoke came up, as Guure went through it, still unharmed. He spotted another multiple clays close by him.
"KATSU!"
BOOM!
They exploded too close to his face, but it did not scratch him at all when he came out of smoke again.
"Dammit!" Deidara cursed. He stood upon his large clay of bird along with Sasori. The bird was flying away from Guure who chased him, while Deidara and Sasori attempted to blow the frog man up. "Sasori!"
"I know! I'm on it!" Grumpy old man with hunchback scowled. He summoned another puppet. A puppet that featured light-skinned teenager with long neck and wore green V-neck shirt, brown bell-bottom pants, and black platforms, but with doll-like mouth.
Puppet opened its mouth widely, as it suddenly fired the blast out of its mouth towards Guure.
BOOOOOM!
A smoke cleared, and it was the same result: Guure was still unharmed. Even Sasori was getting frustration. "Damn!" He twitched his index finger.
Puppet fired a barrage of blasts from its mouth at Guure, causing multiple explosions as well as kicking up the smoke around him.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Once the smoke dissolved, Guure looked on with no scratch, but large clay humanoid suddenly hugged him, much to his shock.
Deidara grinned. "KATSU!"
A large clay humanoid's body glowed bright white, causing it to explode onto Guure.
BOOOOOOM!
Deidara laughed like he had won the video game, "You see that?! Art is a blast, yeah!"
"No… Not yet." Sasori grimaced. He knew it was not over. If he could survive multiple explosions before, there's no reason for him to unable to survive against a single giant explosion.
Deidara snorted, "I'm sure of it! This time, I got him, yeah!" But then, much to his surprise, the smoke dissolved, revealing Guure unharmed again! "What?! No one can survive against my C3!"
"You're useless." Guure stated boldly.
"What?!" Deidara scowled. He did not think that he was useless. He refused to admit that he was useless. He refused to die until he kills two certain Uchiha: Uchiha Itachi and Uchiha Fayre. "I WILL NOT called a useless from the likes of you! My C3 can level whole village and you SURVIVED it?!"
"Your so-called art is weak. You're, in fact, useless. With that said, you would be dead already if it was not for Coola-sama's order." Guure decided to provoke Deidara further. "No matter what you use against me, I cannot be harmed against the likes of you. So I will say this again…You're useless."
"I will get you this time, yeah!" Deidara shouted with a big outburst, due to his anger.
"Calm down, Deidara." Sasori reassured him. "He just provokes you." He removed one summoning scroll from his back. Then he opened his right chest compartment to emit more than a hundred chakra strings inside Akatsuki cloak, which reached into the scroll. More than a hundred puppets wearing red cloaks emerged from the scroll, facing Guure on mid-air. "Akahigi: Hyakki no Soen! (Red Secret Technique: Performance of a Hundred Puppets)"
Guure sighed at the sight of hundred puppets. "Useless move…"
More than a hundred puppets charged towards Guure to begin the fight again. As Sasori and Deidara watched Guure fighting the puppets, Sasori began to discuss his strategy with Deidara.
Just as first puppet came forward, Guure blasted it through the head easily before delivering a lethal back kick, resulted in destroying yet another puppet.
"Two…"
When he returned his attention to puppets, big puppet attempted to attack him head-on, but he made no waste to time by opening his mouth and fired point-blank at it, obviously wiping it off completely.
"Three…"
Little sneaky puppet ambushed him from the behind, but only to be killed by Guure with a single backhand fist. It shattered its whole body into many pieces.
"Four…"
Guure then put his hand forward at a small group of puppets that was charging him. He launched small energy sphere at them, exploding them to bits.
"Ten…" More remaining puppets continued to fight him.
It greatly baffled both Sasori and Deidara to realize that they were no match for Guure. Even with hundred puppets, they were still no match for him! Guure took them on like it was nothing! 90 puppets left and they could not leave a single scratch on frog-man.
"Deidara!" Sasori glanced at him.
Deidara nodded, "I know, yeah!" He consumed many clays from the pouch with his hand and summoned approximately 100 humanoid clays with wings. They launched off to fight Guure, yet the frog-man was able to kill them one by one easily, and would continue to kill them.
Fye vs Itachi
Fye and Itachi resumed their intense fight going on. They crossed-kunai each other, as Fye swatted Itachi's hand away. Fye gritted his teeth, as he swung his kunai directly at Itachi's head.
Itachi ducked down.
Fye pivoted his foot around, as he spun kicked him—to the head again. Fortunately, Itachi quickly went down on the ground to avoid a direct kick. It was very tough fight, but he managed it somehow. Following by it, he threw several shurikens at his opponent while laying on the floor at close-range.
Shurikens clearly aimed towards Fye's head, but thanks to the use of his Sharingan, he was able to bend back just in time as shurikens swooped past his head. While being in backbend, he just went to handstand immediately.
As soon as he completely handstand, he was just surprised to see that Itachi just went for sweeping kick in an attempt to lose his balance, but it did not work out. Fye jumped with his hand to avoid Itachi's sweeping kick. While on handstand, he threw few kicks at Itachi whom parried all of them as soon as he got on his knees.
Before Fye delivered any more kicks, Itachi quickly grabbed the kunai and lunged at him. Surprisingly, he was parried with another kunai by one-arm handstand Fye! Itachi and Fye struggled to push each other with their kunai.
They were skilled, because they're Uchiha. Every Uchiha people came with potential skills. They were good at using their weapon properly. That's what happened when there's fight between two Uchihas.
Then they backed off for a moment until Fye returned to his feet. One more time, they clang their kunai each other once more, as they jumped away from each other. Itachi stared at him stoically while Fye was scowling at him.
Coola vs Pain
Six Paths of Pain stood silently, as they all stared at Coola. They did not move since the fight started. They tried to anticipate the strategy to injure Coola, which it would be difficult to deal with.
No matter what kind of strategy they're going to use against Coola, it seemed impossible to exploit weakness in Coola. But the thought of him wiping him at ease were really fearful.
However, if they would not start a fight, Coola would kill them at the blink of an eye as soon as he announced the fight to be over. They would die without fight at all. It would be best if they fight, at least TRY! Only question is, how do they fight him?
He almost seemed…
"Invincible…"
Pain would be shocked if they were not being controlled by Nagato. "You read my mind."
Coola snorted. "Don't be silly! I cannot do such a thing! I get that a lot. Everyone seems to think I'm invincible. You're not the first to say that to me."
"So you claimed that you're not invincible."
Coola shook his head. "I'm not my brother. I'm not like him." His eyes just altered to other direction. "I'm not egoistical, immature, or loudmouth boy like Paradox."
A shout echoed all the way to them, "I AM INVINCIBLE! C'MON! YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS, IMMORTAL-SUICIDAL RELIGIOUS FREAK-CUSSING MAN-CRYBABY-PSYCHOPATH! THIS IS SO FUN!"
"FUCK YOU!" Hidan also could be heard behind the wall.
They could not be seen because they're way behind the wall from where Coola and Pain cannot see.
Coola then moved his pupil upward. "Or impatient guy like Guure…"
Guure was fighting against a lot of puppets and stuff made of clays that could explode.
"11…12…13…14…15..." Guure spoke out aloud, but suddenly, he created an explosion wave around him, wiping half of them. "100!" Now, other half of puppets and explosive clays were left to fight him, as Sasori and Deidiara were watching on the top of large bird clay.
"Or… A guy who is hell-bent on revenge like Fye." He glanced very distant at Fye and Itachi who were fighting each other on the roof of the Tanzaku Castle. "Above all, I do not possess them that Freeza possesses. However…" He pointed at Pain. "I do know for certain that you cannot touch me. You cannot beat me. You're no match for me."
"That may be true." Pain said. "Those who do not know pain will never understand true peace. You do not know what its feel like to feel the pain. You have inflicted a great pain upon this world. Even if you destroyed our world, you will never understand pain until you feel the pain and understand the pain what all victims have gone through.
"You think you're the ones who matter. You proved that on each nation, that you destroyed four villages. You think you're the powerful person in the universe, and do not think twice about death. Soothed by peace, you become shallow. If you kill people, you shall be killed. Hatred brings about this cause and effect. In battle, both sides suffer death, injury and pain. Feel Pain… Contemplate Pain… Accept Pain… Accept Pain… Know Pain!"
Asura Path first removed his Akatsuki robe, and spouted four additional arms and two additional faces as well as a folded, serrated blade-like sash around his waist. These additional appendages, as well as the user's body as a whole, are augmented with a variety of mechanical weaponry.
Then he charged towards Coola. He was also able to protrude a set of flexible blades and drills from his arms, which he was going to use it against Coola. He raised both blades and drills at Coola, but unfortunately, Coola knocked him away through the wall nearby with a simple flick of a finger.
Animal Path summoned giant multi-headed dog which could be like 8 heads or more with wings. Also this dog had a number of body piercings and Rinnegan. He roared with fierce towards Coola, whom was unfazed by it.
Then Coola pointed his single index finger at giant multi-headed dog. He created decent purple energy sphere on the point of his index finger which possibly was big enough to level the village. Since giant multi-headed dog was almost as big as village, it would get in way, and it would be destroyed without damaging the village. He did not want to destroy the village yet, so he was holding back.
He launched big purple energy sphere towards giant multi-headed dog. However, one of Pain called Preta Path got in the way as he puts his hand out forward at big purple energy sphere.
Suddenly, he absorbed the big purple energy sphere into him. But it did not go the way he expected. Since it was not Chakra, it exploded because it was Ki and it was unable to be absorbed into him, which killed him instantly.
After the small explosion, remaining Ki scattered all across the area, and destroyed some of building, fences, walls, bench, and some outside items. Others were on way to Deva Path, aka Main Pain.
Fortunately, he puts his hand up at scattered Ki blasts and repelled all of them away back directly at Coola. Though, it may hit Coola, but he was revealed to be unharmed. No scratch on him either.
Before Coola could say anything, big head with big open mouth summoned to the ground and ingested the damaged body of Preta Path with its tendril-like arms into its mouth, then for few seconds, the destroyed body emerged from its mouth, completely rejuvenated.
Coola was impressed by each of their technique. Each Pain can do different kind of technique. He just analyzed each of their technique. So far, what he had seen that they could do:
Deva Path had an ability to manipulate attractive and repulsive forces with objects.
Asura Path had an ability to augment their own body to summon mechanized armor and various ballistic and mechanical weaponry.
Animal Path had an ability to summon giant multiple-headed dog, and possibly an ability to summon various animal.
Preta Path had an ability to absorb chakra, but it seemed that he cannot absorb Ki or it possibly harmed him.
Naraka Path had an ability to revive the corpse, although he was not sure if it was only used for Six Paths of Pain.
There's only one Path he did not know what was used for is Human Path.
"I will admit it. You impressed me so far." He received no response from Pain. "However, that's not enough. You're far from winning." He pointed his index finger up. "As you can see, I recently only use single finger against you." He finished with smirk.
Guure vs Deidara and Sasori
On mid-air, Guure upward kicked one of puppet through the head, removing it off from its shoulder. "150…" As it fell down, he proceeded to elbow another one in the head, also beheading it. "151…"
Next, he punched another puppet in the guts, which resulting in small explosion. "152…" After that, he slapped next puppet, but with his strength, his slap removed its head easily. Immediately following by it, his palm pointed at a cluster of both puppets and moving clays before firing the wave at them, obliterating them completely.
He put his hand down, as he declared to his opponents. "185…" He glanced around, as he confirmed that all puppets were all gone. 15 large clays would need to be taken care of soon. He was sick of unnecessary prolonged fight. He stole a glance at Coola, but none signal yet. He really wanted to end this fight right now.
'If he doesn't give me an order to end this fight, I'm going to lose my mind!' thought distraught Guure. 'It's been 30 minutes already!'
It was clearly that Deidiara was just frustrated how Sasori's puppets and his clays were handled easily by a single man! "DAMN! If that's how it is… I'm going to show you how beautiful my art is, yeah!" He clasped his both index and middle fingers together. "Yugo Bakuyaku! (Fusion Explosive)"
Suddenly, fifteen large clays came into one place and began to form together. It morphed into some kind of combing form or something. While it was combing form, it began to grow bigger and bigger than each individual's size. It stretched out, but it continued to grow even bigger. It looked like torso and the size should be as big as Coola's spaceship.
Deidara laughed hysterically, "HOW'S THAT?! I've created ultimate arts! It could wipe out this entire town or village or even country! I haven't tried this technique before! But whatever! As long as I defeat you… and these two particular Uchihas, I will be happy, YEAH!"
Giant torso clay just spouted out both arm. It was as length as Element's standard tree.
"Stop it!" Sasori cried, coming from large bird clay he was standing on. Apparently, he was given new clay form of bird earlier while Guure was too busy fighting 100 puppets and 100 clays. "Your ridiculous art is going to get us killed, included you!"
"My ridiculous art, my ass! We're not going to die! We're getting out of here as soon as I activate it! IF you want to live, escape with me!"
Giant clay spouted a pair of legs and stepped on the floor, which crushed few houses and also caused minor earthquake as soon as he stepped on it. Legs were about half of town and tall as tallest tree on this planet.
"You know I hate to run away," simply said Sasori.
"Dammit, Sasori! Die if you wish to! I have no desire to die by my own technique, yeah!"
At last, super-giant clays humanoid just grew a head, as its transformation was finally completed. Despite being a giant, Guure remained uninterested in it.
Deidara pulled his index and middle fingers in front of his face and grinned deviously. "There's nowhere for you now! DIE! Katsu!"
In matter of millisecond, before it could explode and possibly destroyed whole town, even possibly killed all his teammates, fortunately, Guure kicked it away, as it also flew away into the sky. That was done when Deidara shouted the name, and Guure knocked it away in 0.000000001 seconds, not to mention that it exploded in an instant!
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
It literally blew away the clouds! It was really large explosion. Guure just calculated that it potentially could destroy entire village, on contrary to town, had he not knock it away. Normally, he would not have stopped it. He would have let it to blow up, if it was not for Coola's order. Even if Deidara choose to commit suicide, including taking his own comrade's life, he cannot let them to die until Coola decided that it's over.
'I'll be damned if I let them die!' thought Guure. He recalled Coola worded "No matter what". He assumed that he cannot let someone to kill his opponents or accidentally killed them or let them to commit suicide or his opponent kills his other opponent. That was the definition of "No Matter What".
It was amusing to see his opponent's reactions. They froze as if they saw the ghost or something.
'What… was… that?' thought Deidara. He never thought he would see to that his opponent could be that fast. That technique was an instant. If he worded "Katsu", it exploded immediately. But… 'Impossible! I don't believe for a second that he could be that fast! Isn't my art any better…?' His ideal of arts was already shattered thanks to Guure. He never had been made a fool before.
He admitted to himself that Itachi was not actually that bad. At that times, his ideal of arts were not shattered. He glared down at Fayre and Itachi from very far distance. It was so irritating. Just watching both Uchihas fighting each other, and even there's no scratch on them! It just irritated him greatly that he could not touch them both at all! First, Itachi and then Fayre! They both put him in his place and embarrassed her so much!
He remembered when he first encountered Itachi
Flashback Began- Age 759- Somewhere in Temple
"'Akatsuki?'" Deidara gasped, and then scoffed. "Like I care! Don't interfere with my appreciation of art."
Deidara stood in front of entrance of temple, and wore a blue and grey kimono jacket with a fishnet undershirt inside and khaki pants with sandals and a belt-like pouch with a chain. His blond hair was also tied into lower ponytail and an Iwa Hitai-ate.
A grumpy hunchback old man Sasori stood in the middle between Kisame and Itachi grumbled, "And I'm supposed to take this kid as my partner…?" He glanced up at Itachi. "He's feisty, but looks like the type to die young."
"It's our leader's orders… We can use his powers." Itachi reminded Sasori.
Deidara was taken aback with confused looks. "You know about my power? Just who the hell are…?"
Kisame sighed. "You're the bomb terrorist who's been supporting the anti-government factions in various lands. What purpose would that serve a nuke-nin like you…?"
Deidara scoffed. "Purpose? I have no purpose! I get request to set off explosions, so I do." He declared very proudly. "With my creations!"
"Creations?" asked Sasori.
Deidara grinned. "That's right." He pocketed his hand into the pouch, and then picked up to show the small spider-like clays. "Look! Well? Such refined lines, and a form that pursues two-dimensional deform. This is art! But that's not all there is to my art! My creations flow! When it has shape, it's simply molded clay! But this explodes!" He raised his hands to show off the mouth inside his hands. "And the explosion causes sublimation, and for the first time, the essence of my creation appears!"
The mouth in his right hand licked around his right hand, as Deidara continued. "That instant of sublimation is when I experience true art! Art is an explosion!"
Sasori just urged to facepalm, but resisted it, but he could not resist his grumpy tone. "How annoying…"
"Is he done?" asked Kisame.
"Who knows…" Itachi replied. He pondered for a moment. "Never mind… " He closed his eyes and sighed. "I'll do it." But as soon as he opened his eyes, it revealed the Sharingan in his eyes.
Deidara was slightly taken aback by new form of eyes. He knitted his eyebrows and frowned. 'What's with his eyes…?' It could mean anything if something odd in Itachi's eyes changed. Only one thing just came to his mind. "You wanna fight?"
"If I win, you will become a member of Akatsuki," offered Itachi.
Deidara quickly handed the clay from his left to his right hand, so he could grab some clay in his pouch. He growled, "Don't belittle… me… or my art! My ninjutsu is nothing but noble, refined art!"
He hid his left hand behind his back, as centipede-like clay clawed out of his left hand. Then he chucked small spider-like clay at Itachi. "Fell my art!"
There was no single emotion from Itachi, as he jumped back towards the statue.
Deidara pumped up as the clay reached Itachi. "Ha! Katsu!"
BOOM!
However, Itachi dodged that one, as he returned to the floor. However, as soon as he stood upon the floor, centipede-like clay suddenly emerged from the floor behind Itachi and entangled Itachi in a trap.
Deidara laughed. "You talked big… but is that all you have?" He put his index and middle fingers up in front of his chin. "It's over!"
He was about to trigger it, but Itachi quickly interrupted him. "You should take a good look at yourself."
"Huh?" Deidara confused, as he stared into Itachi's Sharingan eyes. Suddenly, he was entangled with centipede-like clay instead of Itachi. He struggled to break free, but it was too strong to come off. "Wh-What?!"
Kisame laughed, "That was so close."
"A little later and you would've blown yourself up." A grumpy old man said. "I told you he was the type to die young."
Deidara was confused and shocked at the same time. "A Genjutsu! When?!"
Kisame chuckled, "From the very beginning. From the moment you looked into Itachi's Sharingan eye, you were under his Genjutsu."
What?! From the very beginning?! He couldn't believe it! He fell into that Genjutsu easily without knowing it! Suddenly, bright sunshine reflected on his eyes, as he squinted his eyes. He looked up where Itachi stood upon the broken window.
He was touched by art Itachi was creating. Pretty red eyes along with sun-like yellow light. 'Beautiful…'
"This is… art!" finished Itachi.
As centipede-like clay dropped to the floor, as Deidara was free. It was too bright for his eyes, so he put his palm on his eyes to shelter his eyes from the light. "Damn! I became fascinated by the abilities of another?' He glared through between his fingers at Itachi. 'That's art? No way…I refuse to acknowledge it!'
"You lose." Itachi simply announced.
Flashback Ended
Deidara was trembled with the sweat drop from his forehead, as he gritted his teeth in some form of snarl, still glaring down at Fayre and Itachi. 'Don't mess with me! I'm better than you!' He remembered when he fought Fayre and was humiliated during that time. 'My ability is flawless… it's art that is unbeatable!' Fayre easily destroyed his morphing clays with just his dual-wield back that time. 'I'm better than you! I can't lose…!' He also remembered how he was feared by Fayre's black Susanoo and was nearly killed. 'Lose to such a…'
Guure was still hovering on mid-air, as he watched Deidara trembled in fear. Not only that he was trembling in fear, he was also frustrated. No… He was not frustrated. It's some kind of… 'It's feeling of anger. Because I humiliated him, he takes anger on someone instead of me.' He looked at where Deidara was looking at. 'Uchihas? He had a history with them, no?'
"Deidara! Focus on our enemy!" Guure woke from his thought, thanks to Sasori's scream. "Are you listening to me?! Dammit!"
Apparently, Deidara did not hear Sasori, as he focused heavily on Uchihas. Soon after, Sasori gave up and started flew towards the frog-man on Deidara's clay bird.
Paradox vs Hidan and Kakuzu
No matter how Hidan struggled, he was not strong enough to strike back at Paradox. It was most excessive brutal violent he had ever feeling in his whole life. As an immortal, he cannot die to a punch that could kill a normal person. That guy kept hitting him with a brutal violent. He received too many to count punches to the face, kicks to the face, and every harm to his each body part. His face was full of blood, coming from too many cuts on his face. He didn't mind brutal violent, but he hated it when Paradox constantly spat in his face and mocked his Jaashin!
"I should be grateful, for I am having privileges not to hold back my strength! Thanks to your immorality, I'm enjoying a violent like this!" Paradox gave a full-blow punch to Hidan's solar plexus.
A pound of blood spurted from Hidan's mouth. That was…barbaric. That was most terrifying pain he had ever experienced before. It's not like when he stabbed himself in the chest with his blade. Paradox's fist was worse than stabbing himself in the chest with his blade.
"What's wrong? Are you okay?" Paradox asked, but it was mock to him. "You're injury very badly. Maybe you should go to hospital?"
He gripped firmly on Hidan's hair and pulled it up roughly. He laughed right into his face, as he released his grip off and then hooked his right fist at Hidan. "Right hook!" Then he delivered his left hook. "Left hook!" Then, right hook to the face, and following by it, left hook to the face again along with shouting.
"Right hook! Left hook! Right hook! Left hook! Right hook! Left hook! Right hook! Left hook!" Paradox yelled every move he made. Hidan's face was all bruised, along with a blood from his face, broken nose, and black eyes. Even though, he continued to beat Hidan's face with his left and right hooks. He fought like a pro boxer.
Kakuzu was laying prone on the ground, as he was watching Hidan taking one-sided beat from Paradox. He was injured very badly. He winced when he tried to move.
His whole headgear and Akatsuki robe was completely destroyed. Thus, it revealed his face fully. His mouth was stitched together at the edges, and he had long dark brown hair. His entire body was covered with various stitches and appeared to be sewn together for the most part. On his back, there were two masks with different types of color: demonic tiger and the shape of demonic, beaked biped.
'You stupid buffoon!' Kakuzu thought with a scowl. He tried to warn Hidan when that dumbass recklessly rushed towards Paradox, only to get caught in the chokehold. Even worse, he tried to aid Hidan, but Paradox hit him with a Ki Blast. That hurts so badly!
What's irritating him more is that Paradox didn't want him! He only wanted Hidan, simply because Hidan has an inability… to die! Paradox only used Hidan as a punch bag and freely beat him to near death, simply because he's immortal!
While Kakuzu was sort of immortal, he replaced hearts when it's gone or it's stopped beating. Four hearts were his limitation. If all hearts are gone, he would die. He lived long enough.
He was alive since at the time he was on mission to assassinate Senju Hashirama the Shodai Hokage (First Hokage), but of course, the result was failure.
After the failure of his objective, he returned to his village only to face the harsh punishment. He held a grudge and violent hatred for Takigakure as he escaped from imprisonment. While he fled from his village, he killed the village elders, took their hearts, and fled with knowledge of the village's most prized kinjutsu (forbidden techniques). So he became bounty hunter to hunt most powerful shinobi only one for one purpose: extend his own lifespan and arsenal.
He apparently encountered Ginkaku and Kinkaku and one of them had an ability to transform into jinchuriki forms in the past. Then he joined Akatsuki and killed four partners so far because of his short temper, and would come to use their hearts for his Jiongu (Earth Grudge Fear).
Since he encountered Senju Hashirama that happened few decades ago, and right now he was 91, then that would mean he was the oldest person alive on this planet, despite his young look.
Yet… Hidan was suitable opponent for Paradox. His immorality was one of reason why Paradox chose him, instead of Kakuzu. So far, Paradox seemed to enjoy beating up someone indefinitely.
"You're so lucky… I'm going to ask Coola to bring you with us after we're done with Element! You're going to be my punching bag!" Paradox said enthusiastically after he impacted Hidan's mouth with a jab.
The religious immortal's head forced back. The mouth dripped with a blood already. 'Damn it!'
"Aww, what's wrong?" Paradox mocked him again. "Do you need to go to hospital? Because you surely look like you desperately need it! You could die if you don't go to hospital! Oh wait…" He bonked his own head several times mockingly.
"Shut…." Hidan gripped the hilt of his triple-bladed scythe. "The…" He reeled his scythe back. "Fuck…" Then he swung it directly towards Paradox's neck. "UP!" It landed right on the side of his neck. All three sharp blades actually landed on the neck. He smiled smugly at his accomplishment. It seemed to him that he finally was able to damage Paradox. 'I did it! Fucking did it!'
Kakuzu was shocked by the recent event. Did Hidan just catch Paradox off-guard? Did that kill him yet? 'There's no way he can survive this hit! Neck is the weakest spot no matter how strong you are!'
Suddenly, part of his blades was shattered. "WHAT?!" Hidan baffled. How did his blades get destroyed?! Was Paradox's neck made of steel as well?!
Paradox merely chuckled at his reaction. "That kind of tickles me, y'know! That's great effort there. However…" He swiftly delivered a hard knee to the abdomen. Hidan spewed the blood out of his mouth, as he dropped triple-bladed scythe. "…this is not enough! Like I said, I'm invincible to Elementians!"
He grasped Hidan's silver slicked back hair and repeatedly smashed his guts with the knee. With every hits, Hidan kept spewing the blood out of his mouth, leaving a pound of blood on the ground, as it kept growing every time!
Kakuzu was also surprised but he quickly came to the conclusion after observing the fight between Hidan and Paradox.
'I see…' Kakuzu thought, getting up to his feet. 'Although he may claim that he's invincible, but he's not. Taijutsu won't work on him. Not even weapons can scratch him. My Jiongu (Earth Grudge Fear) doesn't work on him either. I already attempted it on him, but it did not harm him at all. In other words, Doton jutsu (Earth Release) won't work on him. My Raiton (Lightning) and Suiton (Water) masks are destroyed. Which means...'
Then the shape of a demonic tiger mask sprouted from his back and took a mask with it, as it morphed into large black threads humanoid-like behind him.
'That only leaves up to my Katon (Fire). IF taijutsu doesn't work on him, then ninjutsu should be…' Kakuzu weaved a hand seals. 'Even if it doesn't work on him, I have another plan.'
Paradox delivered a powerful, final knee smash to Hidan's abdomen, which bended him down and threw up another pound of bloods. His hair was picked up by Paradox too rough.
Paradox then slammed his own forehead to Hidan's forehead. He could see the blood that began to leak from the forehead. Hidan barely closed his eyes as he groaned in the pain.
Paradox pulled him closer to him as face to face. "Look at me. Look at me in the eyes."
Hidan struggled to open his eyes and looked in his eyes, but managed to put words out of his mouth. "I… have… three words… for you."
Paradox raised his eyebrows, grinning. "Oh? What's three words?"
Hidan spat the blood out of his mouth on his face and screamed in rage. "FUCK YOU!"
That prompted Paradox to laugh. "THREE WORDS?! That's two words, you dumbass! Go back to school!" Now he roughly ripped his hair almost as if he tried to pull Hidan's hair out of his head and beat him up again, but this time, with a repeat punches.
"Katon: Zukokku! (Fire Release: Intelligent Hard Work)"
At that point, Paradox stopped paid too much attention to Hidan, as he looked around to find a small fireball on way, but then erupted into a giant fire-storm after making contact with a surface nearby.
"What?" Paradox was surprised. A small fireball could turn into a giant fire-storm by simply touching the surface?! Even worse, it traveled along the surface! Nonetheless, he did not release Hidan, assuming that it's going to hurt Hidan as well.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
It caused widespread destruction to the area as soon as it reached the target. Most parts of wall was destroyed, the ground looked like it tore apart, and large dark smoke obviously erupted up, even it reached the sky which could be seen by other people very far away.
'Did I get him?' wondered Kakuzu, as watching the large dark smoke spread the area even further. Small parts of large dark smoke dissolved, although small visible. There was shadowy figure still holding other shadowy figure. He realized he did not kill them. 'But still… did I harm him?'
Finally, it became more clear now. However, it revealed that Paradox seemed remain unharmed, while Hidan was already burned from head to toes. Not to mention the half of his Akatsuki Robe was utterly destroyed, leaving his completely topless. Paradox's still grasping Hidan's hair and hung him up in the air.
'Damn!' That was all Kakuzu could think of.
"You almost had me!" Paradox scoffed, shaking his head at Kakuzu. "I can't say I'm relieved to realize it's only fire! At first, I thought it was more than just a fire! You scared the hell out of me! Not only that you scared the hell out of me, you seemed not too fond of your comrade! Immortal or not, you are even willing to hurt your comrade! You're heartless bastard, aren't you?!" He sneered at the last sentence.
"I agree with him for once! FUCK YOU! YOU'RE FUCKING HEARTLESS BASTARD! ARE YOU TRYING TO FUCKING RID OF ME… TWICE?!" Hidan shouted with a lot of cuss at Kakuzu. "THAT'S GODDAMMED HURT!"
'Wait…' Kakuzu realized. 'He tensed up just now. Could that mean my Katon actually harm him, but a slightly little? I knew it! He's vulnerable to ninjutsu! Not to mention he said something about more than just a fire. What's his greatest weakness? What's more than just a fire?'
"HEY! ARE YOU LISTENING TO ME, YOU ASSHOLE?!" Hidan screamed in rage at Kakuzu again.
"Shut your mouth!" Paradox demanded in annoyance, as he released his hair off his hands. Hidan dropped to the ground thanks to gravity, but before he could hit the ground, Paradox kicked sideway in the guts which almost went through Hidan's back, spewing another pound of blood from the mouth, as he was knocked through few layers of wall.
Hidan's body strained as he tried to sit up, rubbing his stomach. "Fuck! It hurts as hell!" Suddenly, Paradox blurred in front of him. "What the-?!"
A low kick to the face, knocking him flat. Following by it, Paradox grabbed his face by the size of his hand as he casually picked him like a rag doll, and then slammed his head onto the ground to crater the ground. That was a decent crater coming from Paradox's grapple move.
Hidan screamed in the pain, but that only made a worse, as Paradox violently picked his hair up. It seemed like Paradox loved to play with Hidan's hair. He seemed constantly picked him up using his hair.
"Geez, man!" Paradox sighed, showing his frustration towards him. "You scream really loud! Man, you and large tanuki beast really have in common! All you do is to scream really loud! If this keeps like that, you're going to make me deaf! I don't want to start learning the sign language!"
Hidan opened his mouth, only to receive the uppercut into the sky by Paradox. Why did he have to struggle against the mortal like Paradox? He was immortal for Jaashin's sake!
Once again, when he reached the sky, his hair was violently grabbed by Paradox. This time, it was really hurt and much worse than before. Sooner or later, he might lose his hair anyways if Paradox kept doing like that!
"Did you have anything to say to my face? I know you cannot die, but you'll never know you might die anyways. So any last words before you 'die'?" offered Paradox.
Without any warning, Hidan spat another blood on Paradox's face and growled. "Did you know… that torturing me means you're defying Jaashin? Torture is fucking SIN!"
Paradox then licked Hidan's blood on his own face and laughed. "Says the religious cult who sacrificed his fellow races for his own personal gain to his 'Jaashin', you dolt!"
He kneed Hidan in the guts before loosening his grasp on his hair and hammered him down back into the earth, obviously cracking the ground. He took his sweet time to descend down towards him.
Watching whole event to fold, he was figuring out what was more than just a fire. What kind of elemental Paradox feared that it was going to happen to him? What kind of fire he thought it's going to harm him?
'Futon and Raiton are gone. Suiton is useless on him anyways, especially if he's afraid of fire. Fire is opposite of water, so… I still have Katon and Doton. Katon barely harmed him and Doton is rendered a useless right now.' Suddenly, light bulb hit Kakuzu. 'Katon and Doton! Normally, if fire and earth are mixed, then lava is created.'
This time, Paradox picked Hidan up by grabbing his throat, gagging him. He decided to squeeze his throat tightly, which sucked the air out of his mouth. "You can't die from this either, right?! Well, in that case…"
He balled his fist as he strike at him with the fist in the face, then he let out his grip on the throat, and did a barrage of punches and kick before later kicking him away, following by teleport behind him by his back and simply delivered an elbow smash to the back, knocking him into the stand.
The fragments of stand were scattered all around, as some rubber balls rolled to him, so Paradox picked it up and casually tossed it up and down. He'd wait for Hidan to get up, so he did.
Paradox grinned. "Head up!" He then flung the ball away at Hidan right in the guts. With the force like that, Hidan was being sent away a few inches away. Of course, it would hurt him with Paradox's strength. "Opps! My bad. You're supposed to catch it though." He added the insult to the injury.
Suddenly, two large half spheres between him were accelerating upon him, which certainly surprised Paradox. "What?!" Both half spheres attached together that trapped him inside.
"There's nowhere for you to get out! You are already dead!" announced Kakuzu. 'So it works… I merged both earth and fire elementals together, thus not only creating a lava, but also creating a sphere. But it was a risk to lose a heart.' Indeed, since merging, now there's only one mask on his back. A mask designed the red dragon on it. That means he had only one heart left. If he's killed again, he's dead for sure.
Despite being trapped in the sphere, Paradox simply laughed it off. "This is the best you can come up with? That's pathetic if you ask! No matter what technique you may come up with! You cannot defeat me! I AM INVINCIBLE!"
Planning to destroy the sphere by his Ki blast, he simply placed his hand on the wall of the sphere. However, it burned his hand really bad. He backed off really fast, as he blew his hand with an air, trying to relieve the pain.
'Why?! Why is my hand burning?!' Paradox stared at his hand that had the skin ripping off. 'How is this possible? No Elementians can harm me unless I set my Ki too low. But my current Ki level is high enough to prevent Hidan to draw blood from me.'
Then he just noticed the lava leaking out of the sphere on every wall. Realization finally dawned on his face. His entire body just started to shake.
'Lava?! Shit, shit, shit! No! No! NO! It can't be!' Paradox panicked. Fear started to rule over him, as he had no idea how to deal with the lava. From the top wall, globs of lava fell on his shoulder. His shaking got worse, but more globs of lava fell on him, his body tensed up even worse. Now there was a rain of lava globs upon him. That's moment when he screamed really loud out of fear.
Hidan finally woke up from being unconscious and noticed that there was a sphere. He stared at Kakuzu, assuming he was the one who did this. He also noticed that there was big humanoid that was made of black threads, plus one mask on his back. He thought Paradox managed to destroy his other heart again.
"What the hell did you do, Kakuzu?!" He yelled at Kakuzu, trying to get his attention. He really had no idea what's going on. He was unconscious for who knows how long he had been out. Few seconds? Few minutes? Few hours?
"Shut up." Kakuzu said the first thing he would respond to Hidan. Religious suicidal bastard was angered by his first word, but he silenced him with his intent glare. For a moment, his expression returned to stoic. "We've won."
Hidan was taken aback by Kakuzu's revelation. "WHAT. THE. FUCK?! How did we win against this piece of shit?!"
"You see a sphere there?" Kakuzu pointed at the sphere where Paradox was trapped inside. Hidan's response was a nod at him. "At the cost of one heart, I'm forced to merge two hearts which is both fire and earth."
"Wait! That shitty fire did not work against him before! So how will merging fire and earth work?!" Hidan confused. What does fire and earth mix into anyways?
"Really? I can't believe I'm working with psycho, let alone retard!" Kakuzu muttered with disappointment.
"I HEAR YOU! FUCK YOU!" Hidan snarled, raising his fist. "You're asshole, you know that! Damn, it would have been easier if Paradox destroys your last remain heart!"
"You little… Ugh!" Kakuzu shook his head in dismay. It's going to be long day. Paradox as his opponent is probably the most difficult opponent he had ever fought in his life! Second most difficult opponent must be Senju Hashirama! "Listen to me, you little shit!"
"Well… Okay, let's talk, you meanie junkie! Maybe we as well ought to have a cup of tea, huh?!" Hidan said sarcastically, shrugging his hands.
Kakuzu was annoyed, but had to endure it anyways. "I figured out his weakness. When I used katon on him, he thought it was more than just a fire. That's what had me to figure out. So I theorized that lava is his weakness. In order to use lava, I merged both katon and doton hearts into yoton. That's why I trapped in that very sphere."
"Wait… That sphere…" realized Hidan.
Kakuzu nodded. "Yes, that sphere is made of lava. Once a certain target is trapped, it will start to melt. Once melting, lava will come off the sphere and flood inside the sphere. Of course, since lava is his weakness, he wouldn't survive it. He's dead already… no matter how powerful he is, because of his weakness."
'I knew he was an asshole… but I never knew he can do that!' astounded Hidan. He smiled nervously, realizing that he was more powerful that he ever was, despite being immortal! 'Maybe… I should not incur his wrath if I don't want to be melted after all! Living without body probably won't be fun.'
"So… you were saying about me being weakling?" Kakuzu reminded him about the earlier event.
Hidan remembered that he called Kakuzu a weakling earlier. Well, Kakuzu deserved to be called a weakling anyways! How did he die twice in less than a minute anyways?! "YEAH! That's right! I still stand by my decision! You're FUCKING ass—"
Suddenly, the sphere just burst out, as entire sphere just dissolved and Ki blasts scattered all across Tanzaku Quarters.
"WHAT?!" Both Hidan and Kakuzu cried in astonishment. They were perplexed the fact that Paradox just survived Kakuzu's lava technique!
Fye vs Itachi
On top of the roof on Tanzaku Castle, Fye and Itachi were fighting with a sword. They eventually would parry each other, as they attacked each other with the sword.
Fye was already enraged the fact that Itachi was able to par on with him, but not only that, he took another blade with ease from him! He was famous for dual-wielder killer, yet Itachi acted like he was no match for him! That pissed him off!
He used Kawarimi no Jutsu when Itachi tried to slice him across the body and then appeared behind him in attempt to slice him, but instead, Itachi put the katana behind his back to parry Fye's sword!
Fye was shocked that Itachi was skill enough to parry him this so fast! He thought he had him! He ALMOST had him! It was very frustrating! He was pissed, not because he was unable to touch Itachi, but because they both were unable to touch each other. None of them had a scratch on their body! They fought very well. It was a warm-up. Even in warm-up, one of them should at least have a scratch on their body! But in this fight, none of them both had a scratch!
That's what happened when there were two Uchiha geniuses fighting each other at their best! It was more challenge when Uchiha genius versus another Uchiha genius than simply Uchiha versus Uchiha or Uchiha versus any other shinobi. Besides, they've been fighting for about 30 minutes now! They did not even rest for a minute! All they do was fighting! Whole 30 minutes!
Itachi just picked up his hidden kunai out of nowhere, as he spun around and lunged at him, but Fye just noticed it right away, so he jumped away to dodge by a inch of his neck!
Fye was baffled by Itachi's amazing skill! He realized that he could have been killed on spot, had he not dodge it beforehand. What if… he was killed on spot? Obviously, he would never be able to achieve his ambitious… to kill Kakashi for murdering his brother Obito! He mustn't die! If he could kill Itachi, then he would be able to kill Kakashi. He was determined to survive until the end!
He finally realized that he was still jumping in mid-air. Then Itachi took an opportunity, and just launched off his feet towards him with his blade that was going to meet Fye's neck soon.
In his panic, Fye raised his sword to protect his own neck. He was prepared to parry Itachi's swing. He was still determined to stay alive! That… that guy was too tough for him, as he was too tough for him too! But it was unbelievable that Itachi started to gain on him!
Much to his shock, Itachi swung his sword directly… at Fye's sword?! He was not aiming for the neck! He was aiming for the sword! What was his plan?! How would he succeed by aiming for the sword?!
Parry failed…
Itachi's sword successfully cut off the half of Fye's sword, as it plunged into the roof. They started to descend towards the ground, thanks to gravity. Itachi would stare into Fye's shocked expression with his stoic expression.
How?! How did his sword just get cut off? He never had his sword cut off before in his life! It was irritating. In every corner, Itachi outplayed him. First, he casted genjutsu on him with the sharingan from the beginning. Then, he took away his sword! Now, he broke his sword in half?! It's really annoying already!
They landed, but Itachi landed behind him! He was swinging the sword at him from behind!
But Fye was determined to survive! He refused to die! He must complete his goal! He fended off every opponent to determine his survival. He did what he always had to. The end justifies the means, even if he must sacrifice his fellow races just to have his revenge on Kakashi!
His reflexes caused him to spun kick right at the handle of the sword in Itachi's grip, loosening Itachi's grip, as it was thrown out of Itachi's grip over the wall outside the castle.
Fye smirked. He finally did it! He knocked it out of Itachi's grip, so he did not have to deal with it anymore! Determination worked well! Once he set his mind on that goal, he would achieve it!
Suddenly, a Ki blast soared towards them, astounding them! But they came to their sense as soon as Ki blast was about to hit them, so they leapt away, as fragments of roof blew up. They both had to defend their face with their arms.
That was close! If Fye got lost in his thought, he would have been killed! Who possibly could do that? Probably Paradox, since he was known for being reckless.
Coola vs Pain
Coola stood there with his arms folded behind his back. He analyzed their skills, such as their strength and weakness. Indeed, it was very heard to analyze their skills because of his strength. If he was on same level as them, he could have analyzed them. However, should he be on same level as them, he was so sure of himself that he could beat them, although it might be struggle.
Even though he could control his powers, he couldn't lower his Ki close to zero just like Paradox. Despite being an idiot, he brought Paradox along because of his skills. He usually sent Paradox on mission to very weak planet in order to recruit weak people, accompany by Guure. His goal was to gather every weak people with special traits. That's why he sent Paradox along. When Paradox was on easy mission, he would lower his Ki on par with weak people. He did not only recruit weak people with special traits, he also recruited strongest people on every planet as well.
He did not wish to gather every strongest person on their planets to be member of his squad. He recruited Fye for a reason. He recruited pretty much a lot of weak people with special traits. He could recruit few Elementians if he wanted to, but that was for Freeza.
Now Freeza died, and he could recruit Elementians, but in order to find Naruto, he must kill every single Elementian until they would reveal the location of his whereabouts.
Ring… Ring… Ring…
'Who'd call me on very important mission?' thought Coola. He picked up his scouter from his chest and attached it on his ear. "You just interrupt my most important mission! Unless it's urgent message, do not waste my time!"
*Son, is that how you speak to your Father like that?* threatened the voice through the transmission on his scouter.
"Papa!" Coola shocked. Why would King Cold call him at the time like that now? He had not heard from his Father for like five years now! Last time he heard from King Cold's messenger was few months ago before their arrival on Planet Element. "I apologize, Papa. What's the news?"
*Call off your mission, and come to my spaceship immediately,* ordered King Cold.
"Why?! I'm on very important mission! I'm going to kill an Elementian called Naruto for insulting our species. Besides, he's one of guys that killed Brother!" Coola tried to explain it to King Cold.
Why?! Why would Coola want him to abandon the mission and go to his Father's spaceship?
*We can always go back. Meet up at my spaceship. That is an order!*
"But why?! What's so important about it?! You can tell me right here and right now!" Coola demanded. He knew it was wrong to demand of Father, but he didn't wish to abandon the mission just for his Father! He wanted to find Naruto and kill him, and be done with Elementians! They're threat to the PTO, just like Saiyans after all.
*Because…* King Cold began.
Guure vs Sasori and Deidara
Deidara just lost all of his spirits, but only focused on Uchihas fighting each other, while Sasori worked on attacking Guure. But puppeteer master failed every method he used on Guure. No matter what methods he used, it always failed.
Guure sighed. Weak people will always be weak people. They may be most intelligent people in the universe, but they're no match for Planet Trade Organization. What he did not get it is that Coola stated that Elementians could be potentially threatened to Planet Trade Organization.
These men could not even harm him at all! How in the world could they possibly be able to threat to them?
Sasori claimed that his needles were enchanted with poison and could potentially killed Guure no matter how strong he was, yet he was still alive. Apparently, in order to harm him with poison, needles are required to pierce his skin. It's true. Sasori was in shocked that it did not pierce the skin at all.
This was first time that he was not pleased with Coola's decision. But he would not dare to defy Coola. He must be abided by his order. He cannot let his personal feeling to get in. There's no way Elementians could be threat to them! If they aren't threat to him, then they're not threat to them!
Oh, well. It's Coola's decision. It's Naruto he's looking for, not Elementians. He had to kill Elementians in order to find Naruto. That's why they're killing Elementians just for a single Elementian. He did not believe that it was Coola's fault for killing every innocent people. It was Naruto. That's Naruto's responsible for these people's life. Because he did not show up, they died. It's as justified as these Elementians!
Naruto sacrificed most Elementians to protect his own life, as reasonable as Coola's men killing them! None of this would have happened if Naruto would show up.
Guure backhanded Sasori behind his back, knocking him off the clay bird. The puppeteer master fell towards the ground, but the clay bird swopped up him on its back to save him. Then, clay bird ascended towards him, as Sasori was very determined to poison him this time.
Suddenly, a Ki blast flew towards him, much to his surprise. "What?!" He realized it was coming from Paradox. Why?! Why did Paradox attack him?! Damn this fool!
Knowing Paradox's strength, it probably would be too difficult to deal with the blast. So he used up most of his might to swat away the Ki blast.
But…
He just made his large mistake. Sasori just flew up by him not too far! The Ki blast was heading for him!
'SHIT!' Guure rushed towards it in high speed, but it was too fast! 'I can't make it!'
It was too late! A powerful Ki blast just obliterated Sasori along with the clay bird away, as the dust crumbled down in the sky.
Deidara already witnessed the terrifying death of Sasori. Were they both that powerful?! That's why he could not beat them?! Sasori was wiped off the face of the Element that easy?!
His body was already full of tremble right now! Guure and other could have killed him anytime if they wanted to! They were toying with Elementians whole time! Manipulating them to think they could win, only to discover the terrifying power of theirs and lost!
Were these men as powerful as they claimed to be? Pain specifically stated that Akatsuki could beat them if they exploited the weakness from them! But it was impossible! There's no way they could defeat them like that!
But there's only one thing he wanted to do before he would die!
To defeat both Itachi and Fye!
Guure turned around, as he glared down at Paradox. That was the last straw for him! This man… He clenched his fist, as blood boiled! This man just killed his opponent! His opponent!
He had never been this angry before! Paradox pissed him off! 'Damn!' He was always calm, but when he got angry, the shit about to get real! 'DAMN!' That bastard just picked the fight with him, even if that bastard played with him or not! 'DAMN YOU! You're going to pay for it!'
Paradox vs Hidan and Kakuzu
Paradox's body could be seen with a lot of burning on each limb. His legs were trembling. His hands were shaking as well. His armor was gone, leaving him well-muscled topless with only black pant.
Despite being burned like that, Paradox was still grinning. "He he… This is so fun! This is first time I've faced a threat like this here on Element! In my panic, I forget the most important when I should do to face the lava! If I did not calm down, I would be dead already!"
Kakuzu just stood there, shocked. Why?! He was certain that he trapped him with unbreakable sphere, yet Paradox managed to break it! He thought lava was the weakness! Then lava did not kill Paradox?! 'Damn! Is there other way I can find a way to defeat him?'
Kakuzu could not figure Paradox out. Not even he could kill him with lava! Even worse, he had only one heart. He knew Paradox was going to kill him since he had a lava technique, and he might be using on him again.
Suddenly fist slammed onto Paradox's face… and actually harmed him?! There was even a blood spewing out of his mouth. What?! Hidan harmed him?!
Another fist slammed onto the face, spewing the blood out of the mouth again! Was… Kakuzu actually harmed? How was that possible? Why now? Before, he was particularly invulnerable! Now he's vulnerable to taijutsu! What caused this to happen?
Suddenly, realization hit him in the head. 'That's it! It must be lava! It must have weakened Paradox! We're given an opportunity to kill him! Hidan may not realize this yet.'
"You're going to pay for it, you invincible fuck!" Hidan yelled. Because Paradox took up to eleven, Hidan want to get some payback!
Hidan smacked him with his fists back and forth, forcing Paradox to walk away. Every time he punched, a blood spewed out.
Paradox darkened his face with his hair, but his eyes, as he gave Hidan an odd stare. "He he…" He laughed. "Yes! Keep doing that! It actually feels good!"
"Shut the fuck up! Unless you want me to put shit in your mouth!" Hidan growled in annoyance, as he continued to beat Paradox up with just a punch left and right while backing him towards the wall.
Why was Paradox laughing while getting a beat? Now he's weakened, and he seemed to be too proud of being weak. He even advocated Hidan to beat him up more! Unless…
Hidan knocked Paradox away against the wall and proceeded to gut punch him, as the so-called invincible person coughed up the blood. Without wasting too much time, Hidan kneed him up in the jaws.
Paradox laughed, "Ha Ha! That's it! Keep hurting me! It's too good to be in pain!" Blood dripped from his mouth, as he wiped it away with his hand.
"You little shit, psycho!" Hidan snarled, continuing to beat Paradox up. It was getting bloody every time he landed a punch on him! There was a blood everywhere on Paradox's face!
"STOP!" Very loud voice got Hidan's attention.
In annoyance, Hidan glared at Kakuzu who yelled 'STOP' at him. "What the fuck do you want?! I'm too busy beating him up for beating me up!"
"You're dragging fight too long!" Kakuzu reminded him. "Hurry! Do the ritual and kill him!"
"What?!" Hidan questioned, narrowing his eyes towards him.
"Hurry! Do the ritual and kill him before it's too—" Indeed, it was too late! Paradox powered up large amount of Ki aura, and then threw a powerful punch to the head, knocking Hidan through few houses, as all of them collapsed.
'Shit!' Kakuzu cursed to himself. He assumed Paradox just returned to his 'invincible', thanks to bunch of cuts on the skin just healed! It must be from his technique or something. He could not be too sure of it though! Regardless, his life was in greater risk right now! He might be killed this time, as seen that he used lava on Paradox whom was afraid of it.
Having no elemental left on his side right now, except lava, he could only use Jiongu! Each limb of his body just transformed into thick black threads, and launched them towards Paradox, but it missed to hit on the ground. Paradox vanished out of thin air!
"What?!" shocked Kakuzu. Then he realized Paradox was behind him. He widened his eyes as he glanced around.
It's too late!
Paradox already placed his hand on Kakuzu's back. "Yo!" He grinned. "You're pretty smart, aren't you?"
So… it was already over. The moment Paradox laid hand on him, it was already over! There's no way to evade this fate. Either way, if he did not merge, he would be killed two times anyways. That's why he merged in hope to defeat Paradox with lava.
"You're actually smart for exploiting my weakness! People said Elementians are the smartest people, but second weakest people next to Earthling!" Paradox praised. "It's been fun, but I have to kill you since I don't want to face your technique anymore. So I graciously offered you last words before you die. So ask me question, say anything, or nothing. You choose!"
Damn. Kakuzu was going to die right now and here. He was hoping he could extend his life up to 100 or more than that. He only lived for 91 years. He wanted to extend his life much longer to see how much Element would have changed.
"Yes, I do." Kakuzu just noticed that Hidan just found his triple-bladed scythe, transformed, and started drawing Paradox's blood ritual on the floor. "How did you magically restore your strength back to top? You were weakened if I recalled correctly." He glanced over his shoulder to see Paradox's reaction.
Paradox grinned sadistically. "Of course, you'd ask that! IT would be rude if I won't tell you and kill you anyways. You see… I'm nice guy! I don't even need to kill you before you ask a question because I'm such a badass!" He joked, but then he was being serious few seconds later. "Since you found out my weakness, lava actually weakened me and greatly reduced my Ki to 0.01% of my power. My battle power was 800,000. So in other words, 0.01% of my battle power was mere 80. That's too much even for me! It sucks to be me, huh?
"Anyways, if I survived the lava attack, it would require my back-up Ki to recharge into main Ki for 30 seconds. But that's about half. Right now, I'm on 400,000 battle power! Then recharge another half for another 30 seconds to full as well! That's why I had to wait and let Hidan beating me up. That's also why I suddenly went back to my half like it never happened to me. Does that answer your question?"
So, that's how it was. So they were the type to control the Ki, unlike few Elementians who could control the chakra. That's why Elementians cannot defeat them.
"Wait! You said you have back-up Ki? Have you been store the Ki inside you?"
"Well," Paradox shrugged his shoulder. "That's for them to find out. Farewell, my friend." He shot through Kakuzu's body with the ki blast. Kakuzu died for final time, at last.
Paradox spat the blood out of his mouth. "That's one less to deal with. So… one down… one to go!" He looked around, but he widened his eyes in fear.
"HAHAHA!" Hidan laughed like crazy. "I WILL SACRIFICE YOUR BODY TO JAASHIN! I THANK YOU FOR YOUR BODY!"
SHIT! Paradox was too distracted to preoccupy with Kakuzu, which was enough for him to actually forget about Hidan. He could feel that his Ki just returned to full. There's advantage he could use right now! He was not that fast enough to stop Hidan from 'killing' himself. Right now, he was at 800,000 battle power. It looks like he might have to use up his battle power again. Of course, he had to risk taking his back-up battle power into his main battle power.
Hidan was going to stab himself into the chest with his retractable spear, but it stopped at the inch of his chest, thanks to Paradox's technique!
Paradox just altered the time by freezing time. He could fast forward, rewind, freeze, or slow-mo! He just froze the time, but it had a limit. It could only last for 3 seconds during freeze time! Thanks to that, Paradox was able to make it in time.
Just one second left…
Paradox delivered a powerful gut punch on psychopath immortal, as Hidan gasped breathe before knocking away through few layers of wall.
However, since he just punched Hidan in the guts, he also received the impact on his own stomach, as he fell to his knees and grasped his stomach in the pain.
'DAMN! That doesn't only apply to his weapon! So if he gets hurt, I get hurt no matter what or where! Anywhere he gets hurt, I get hurt?! I'm so stupid for not pay attention to him!' thought Paradox. 'And even worse… I'm sitting on 160,000 battle power right now! I can't risk bringing my back-up into my main now until I go back to my spaceship and train more to store more back-up Ki!'
With Guure
Guure's hands trembled with rage as he glared at Paradox below. So Kakuzu was dead FOR SURE. He doesn't care about Paradox's opponents! Hidan cannot be killed, so there's no way for him to get some payback! This bastard killed his opponent! HIS OPPONENT! So there's only one way for him to get payback!
He shifted his attention onto Fye whom was fighting Itachi at this moment. He looked at Deidara who was still in shock state, and so back and forth. After the decision made, he calmed himself down.
"Deidara…" He hated him for doing that, but he had to take a payback to Paradox for killing his opponent.
Deidara snapped out of his shock. "Huh?"
"Go… Go fight Uchihas. I'm no longer interesting in you," said Guure.
"What?!" Deidara was surprised.
"GO before I change my mind. GO!" demanded Guure in threatening tone. Deidara seemed to perk up about fighting Uchihas. With that said, Deidara flew down on way to Uchihas.
However, Paradox just saw where Deidara was heading for. Then he realized what he's planning to do. Deidara probably was going to have his revenge on Fye for humiliating him like that before. He looked up to see Guure that did not do anything. He was upset with Guure that he still wanted Fye to die because of 'betrayal'. No way, Fye isn't going to betray Coola and others!
"I'm not letting you get Uchihas!" Paradox shouted, as he flew away, chasing Deidara. But instead, Guure appeared in front of him, obscuring his way. "Guure! What're you doing? Get out of my way!"
Paradox tried to fly past him, but the frog-man appeared in front of him with his arms stretched out, still obscuring his way. "No."
"What?!" Paradox snarled. "What is your problem, Guure?!" Exactly! What was his problem?! Why must Guure continue to make it worse? Why must he continue to hate on Fye? Was it because Fye was going to betray Coola and others men as Guure have claimed? Fye was his friend, and there's no way he would betray them like that!
"You know why…" Guure answered simply.
"WHY?! Because you hate him and that he is going to betray us?! You know he won't do like that!" growled Paradox.
"I still stand by my decision about him. But that's not the reason. I sent Deidara to kill Uchihas, because you killed my opponent."
"What?! It was not on purpose. It was an accident! Also, it's your fault for not preventing that to happen!" Paradox tried to reassure him. It was an accident. He just happened to break out the sphere with Ki blasts, and it just happened to be on way towards Guure, and he just happened to swat it, and Sasori just happened to be in direction of it and killed!
"I AM GOING TO KILL YOU BOTH!" Deidara screamed at both Uchihas as they immediately turned their attention on him upon screaming. A thousand of clay ants filled the roof that surrounded Itachi and Fye. "KATSU!" Each and every of them glowed and then exploded at once!
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
Entire castle was destroyed by large explosion and massive smoke kicked up, as Itachi and Fye jumped out of the way, apparently unharmed. Deidara flew above him on the large clay bird, as they began to work together against the terrorist.
Upon witnessing the large explosion, Paradox, without any thought, immediately flew after it, but Guure got in his way once again.
"No, you're not saving him!" said Guure. It was warning tone. He knew there was going to be fight between them. But he did not know what Paradox was about to do.
Paradox clenched his fists so tight enough to make a blood out of his hands. "G-G-G…" His tone started to become very angrier by each seconds! "G-G-G…"
"Fye is going to die right here and now." Guure glared at Paradox, yet still emotionless. "There's nothing you can do."
"Get… GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY WAY, YOU MOTHERFUCKER BASTARD!" Paradox screamed, glaring at Guure with intent killing eyes! What Guure was not prepared for was his temper and his first time to use F-bomb.
Paradox's familiar aura spiked up, as he clocked his fist harder on the frog-man's cheeks, which forced his head tilt.
Coola vs Pain
*Because you will find out… right now.* King Cold replied between the transmission through the scouter.
"I will find out what? What're you talking about, Papa?" confused Coola. He looked at Pain who was staring at him, seemingly stood like statue. Pain's probably planning a strategy right now. He scoffed at the thought of them defeating him like that. There's no way they could defeat him. He was too strong for them.
*You're going to be surprised.* King Cold said, sound like he chuckled through the transmission. *I'm transferring to another transmission. Hold on a second.*
Wait… Who's King Cold transferring to? Was someone important as King Cold or more than him? Could it be God of Destruction Beerus? That's only one guy he could think of.
Finally, he received another transmission. *Hello, Coola.* Wait! That was familiar voice! Coola widened his eyes in shock. How… How is it possible?!

Who was that voice that talks to Coola right now? Now Deidara got his chance to fight Uchihas, and now both Uchihas will team up together to fight against Deidara... Will Deidara finally beat them for first time? Now we will read Paradox versus Guure simply because Paradox accidentally killed Guure and because Guure allowed Deidara to fight Uchihas... so what of their relationship? Will that severe their relationship FOREVER? And more importantly, whose fault is that? Guure or Paradox?

Hey, everyone. I apologize for long delay. Last time I posted Team Z, it was on March. But unfortunately, I was busy that time. Then on April, it was my birthday and what's more, I GOT NEW COMPUTER! :D It's custom computer. Good for gaming though. Again, I can't finish the story because I didn't have Microsoft Word at that time. I just got it on May. But I'm so busy in that month and too much distraction as well. Now this month, I'm finally be able to finish the story! I hope I can finish Coola Saga by the end of this year! Because Coola Saga has been going on for almost two years!
As for guest review, for those who say "Why do you hate Naruto?" Oh, please! If I hated Naruto, why would I write DBZ/Naruto crossover? It proves Naruto is ALSO my favorite Anime/Manga.
There's little Break the Wall in this chapter though. :)
