Joe: I'm hungryyy! When's dinner dani?
Me: What makes you think I'm cooking dinner?
Joe: Uhhhh because your awesome.
Me: Nice try Joe.
Kevin: How about we order pizza?
Joe: Pizzzzaa! (Picks violet up and throws her over his shoulder.)
Violet: Joooee put me down!
Joe: Not until I get my pizza! Mwahahaha
Violet: Nick..Kevin HELP!
Kevin: (Chuckling) What am I supposed to do superman has you.
Joe: Shhhhh Kev That's supposed to be a secret!
Nick: I'll save you baby sis!
Joe: Stay Back lil' Bro! (Puts his hand on nicks chest and shoves him lightly.)
Nick: Don't touch my muscles!
Joe: What muscles?
Nick: Jealous Joe that I have muscles and you don't?
Joe: If i didn't have muscles could I do this? (Throws violet up in the air)
Kevin: Joe!
Violet: (Screams)
Me: Oh my god violet!

Sorry guys I haven't updated I've been reading a lot lately but to make up for it I'll upload a couple of chapters instead of just one in the next few days. Hope y'all had a wonderful thanksgiving.
(Nick's POV)
If she's injured again I'm gonna Kill joe! We have told him a thousand times to be careful. I had to go outside because I couldn't watch what was happening so I don't know if she got hurt but I suppose I should go find out. I go back in to see violet on Kevin's lap and dani screaming at joe.
Dani: Don't be stupid joe I don't care if it was fun look at your little sister you could have seriously hurt her!
Kevin: It's ok Vi.. Where does it hurt?
Violet: I'm not hurt just a little shook up.
Kevin: Oh good! Hey nick why don't you take violet and Taylor somewhere so I can speak with joe.
Me: Sure Kev.
I take violet and Taylor to the movies to watch frozen since they've been asking for a couple of days now.
-Meanwhile-
No ones POV
Kevin: Joe I've had it with you! What the hell is your problem?!
Joe: I'm sorry ok I didn't think it through.
Kevin: That's the point joe you never do. I think it's best if we move you to the guesthouse for a while and maybe you should also spend a few weeks without seeing the rest of us.
Dani: Kevin...
Joe: Ok if that's what you want Kev. I'll go pack.
Joe goes upstairs to pack.
Dani: Kevin what did you just do?
Kevin: What I think is best for a bit. He'll be fine. We can still do stuff for the band he just won't be around violet or Taylor as much.
Dani: Alright but just know I'm against this 100 percent.
Kevin: I know babe
Joe manages to move all his stuff into the guest house with an hour and before Nick,Violet and Taylor come home. Nick,Violet and Taylor arrive home.
Violet: Joe! Joe! Jooooeeey!
Kevin: Uh violet he's not here.
Taylor: Joe! Kev where is he?
Violet: Did he say when he'll be back?
Kevin looks really nervous...
Nick: Kevin where's joe?
Kevin: He's not here
Violet runs up to his room and they hear her scream.
Nick: Violet what's wrong?
Violet: Nick look! (She points to his room)
Nick: KEVIN!
Kevin: What!
Nick and violet go back to Kevin.
Nick: Where is he? What did you do?
Kevin: I...
Dani: He kicked him to the guest house for a while and told him not to be around any of us for a few weeks.
Nick: YOU DID WHAT?!
Violet: Kev how could you do that?
Taylor: Kev why?!
Kevin: It's done and I want you all to leave it alone. Don't go near the guest house and leave him alone.
Violet and Taylor run upstairs crying while nick goes to console them. Dani looks at Kevin with a disappointed look on her face and then goes back into the kitchen.
-In The Guest House-
Joe has called demi.
Joe: Hey baby.
Demi: Hey Hun what's wrong? You sound depressed. Did you not get fed? (She says as she is giggling)
Joe: Kev kicked me into the guesthouse and I'm all alone now. He won't let me see any of them for a few weeks. Will you come stay with me?
Demi: Wait are you kidding me? Why did he do that?
Joe: I threw Vi up in the air she didn't get hurt just a little shook up and he freaked on me. He says I never think and he's sick of it.
Demi: Well he kinda has a point although kicking you out is drastic. I'm surprised dani didn't stop that. I can come stay the night but I have to go on tour in two days remember?
Joe: Oh right it's ok I'll be fine just have a good tour babe.
Demi: I will I love you and I'll see you soon.
Joe: Ok love you too bye Demz.
Demi: Bye Hun
Joe just sits on the couch with the tv off lost in thought with tears falling down his face. What he doesn't know is demi called dani and talked to her.
-In the house-
Dani: Kevin I just talked to Demi. Joe called her he's depressed and she's worried about him.
Kevin: Well he brought this on himself maybe next time he'll think things through.
Dani: Can't you...
Kevin: We're not discussing this anymore let it go.
Dani: Alright.
Nick had overheard their conversation and he goes out back and looks in the windows only to realize all the curtains are drawn and he can't see in. He goes back to the main house.
Joe decides to write a song called Lost. He sits on the couch with his guitar and just starts singing.

After he finishes and has written it all down he puts his guitar away and leaves the music on the table and gets his keys and jacket off the table walking out the front door forgetting to lock it. He gets in his car and drives to his favorite bar. Shot after shot he just keeps drinking. Nick knocks on the door to the guest house.
Nick: Joe! Joe are you here?
He walks in and notices it's quiet so he goes around the house looking for him. He comes across the music and lyrics joe just wrote and decides to take it with him. He leaves and goes to the music room. He plays the song and sings it. Not realizing dani overhears him.
Dani: (starts clapping) Wow nick that's really good!
Nick: It's not mine but I agree.
Dani: Who's is it?
Nick: It's Joe's I found it on the table in the guest house.
Dani: Joe wrote that?
Nick: Yeah he did it's amazing.
Dani: Wait didn't Kevin tell you to stay away from there?
Nick: Uh yes.. Please don't tell him I just wanted to see him. He wasn't there anyways.
Dani: I won't tell him. I hope joes ok.
Nick: Me too.
Joe gets really drunk and decides to drive home. So he gets into his car with trouble.. Starts it with trouble and starts driving home. He's almost home when his phone rings he goes to answer it and it's demi.
Demi: Joe where'd you go? Nick says you aren't home. I'm almost to your house you better be there.
Joe: I am headmhf hpnr.
Demi: Joe are you drunk?
Joe: I'm a liL drinmkl
Demi: Are you driving?
Joe: Yedsh
Demi: OMG Joe!
Miraculously he makes it home alright and stumbles in the the house.
Demi: JOSEPH ADAM JONAS! What the hell is the matter with you!?
Joe: Shhhhh... I'm gounh to brd noe.
Demi: Just go we'll talk in the morning.
He goes to bed and she calls dani as it's only 8pm.
Demi: Dani we have a problem!
Dani: Demz what's wrong?
Demi: Its joe he's drunk and he drove home. I sent him to bed but I think he's really depressed.
Dani: I've tried talking to Kevin, I'm getting nowhere. I'll try telling Kevin what joe did tonight but I doubt it will change his mind.
Demi: Actually let me talk to him is he there?
Dani: Yeah he's right here.. Babe phone.. Just talk to her.. If you don't I will go sleep in Joe's old room until he moves back.
Kevin: Ok fine! What is it Demi?
Demi: Look I know your upset with joe but Kev he's depressed getting drunk and driving home. He's lucky he didn't kill anyone tonight. Please just help me with him? Please for me?
Kevin: What do you mean he drove home drunk? Is he home now?
Demi: Yeah he's home I put him to bed and yeah he drove home plastered tonight.
Kevin: Ok in the morning I'll come over but I'm gonna tell you now he's in major trouble with me. I'm not going back on my word but I'm moving big rob in with him.
Demi: Thanks Kev! I'll stay tonight and I'll be here tomorrow as well. If you want I can take him on tour with me. I could always use a guy to help me sing some of my songs.
Kevin: We'll discuss it tomorrow. I'll see you in the morning. Goodnite Demz.
Demi: Goodnight Kev.
The next morning joe wakes up at 7am and he's hungover. He takes some aspirin and goes and lays on the sofa. Demi comes in and sits next to him. What neither of them realize is Kevin is standing in the doorway which has a foyer and he hears their convo.
Demi: Babe are you ok?
Joe: No but it doesn't matter. I don't matter.
Demi: That's not true!
Joe: Yes it is I'm just a huge disappointment to them. That's why they kicked me out here. I think I'm gonna move into my own place.
I'm 23 and I think it's time. I was stupid last night because I know I messed everything up and now I'm all alone because of it. I'm just a screw up and a bad brother it's time I face it. I'm sorry Demz but it's true I don't matter. I'm gonna move so I can protect them from me. (He's crying silently)
Demi: Babe please don't cry. You are wanted. I promise.
Kevin: (He walks in) Demi can you give my brother and I some privacy please?
Demi leaves. Kevin sits across from joe.
Kevin: I heard what you said and your not a disappointment or a bad brother. Look joe if you want to move I won't stop you but we do want you here.
Joe: Kev I'm sorry but I think it's best If I get my own place.
Kevin: Ok joe if that's what you want. I love you.
He leaves.
Joe: (whispers) I love you all too.
Kevin gets back to the house and goes straight to his and Dani's room.
Dani: Demi do you know what happened between Kevin and Joe?
Demi: No when I left they hadn't said anything yet.
Dani: Hmmm ok well i'll go tell him dinner's ready.
She walks in their room and Kevin's laying face down on their bed with goodbye by rascal flats playing on the stereo.
Dani: Kevin Dinners ready
Kevin: I'm not hungry.
She goes back downstairs to where everyone else is.
Taylor: Dani are you ok?
Dani: He's not hungry.
Nick: That's weird.
Demi: I'm guessing the talk didn't go well.
Violet: I'm sure it will be ok.
Dani: Yeah it's probably nothing.
The next day while violet and Taylor are at school and Kevin, nick and dani are out joe with the help of some friends and Demi manages to pack up his things and move into the new house he had bought that morning.
When everyone else arrive home Kevin goes to the guest house to ask joe if he would like to have dinner with them one last time only to find he was already gone. He lets a few tears escape and walks back to the main house.
Everyone else is inside smiling and laughing when Dani notices Kevin walk by.
Dani: Kevin are you alright?
Kevin: Actually I need to talk to you all.
Nick: What's wrong Kev?
Kevin: Uh well there's no easy way to say this so I'm just gonna say it joe is gone.
Violet: Joe's dead?
Kevin: No baby girl I mean he moved away.
Taylor: You mean he's not in the guesthouse anymore?
Kevin: No
That night everyone was sad even Kevin. He knew somehow he had to convince joe that he was really was a part of their family no matter what he did.
