Nick: What's your idea joe?
Joe: We can all watch a movie together.
Dani: I think that's a great idea joe.
Violet: I guess that will work.
Nick: I'm all for it.
Kevin: I'm in.
Demi: My man's sooo smart!
Joe: Then it's settled.
They all head upstairs to the movie room and have Violet and Taylor pick out the movie. Dani leaves and puts Alena to sleep before returning and settling in with Kevin. They all pick the movie neighbors which at the time no one knew how inappropriate it was.

They are all watching the movie and violet nudges nick.
(Whispering)
Nick: Yeah Vi?
Violet: Nick what are those?
Nick: They made a casting of their... OH MY GOD never mind. Kevin the girls should NOT be watching this!
Kevin: I know but SOMEONE wants me to let them. She says they'll know what it all is soon enough.
Nick: Really Dani?
Dani: Hey it wasn't me this time!
Nick: Kev who said that then?
Kevin: Selena.
Nick: Selena seriously?
Selena: Shhhh! It's just getting good!
Nick: Selena Marie!
Selena: What?!
Nick: Why do you think they should watch this? It's inappropriate for their age.
Demi: No it's not! They will learn worse things in school.
Selena: The girls know what drugs are and they know violence never solves anything it'll be fine. Now will you just watch the movie and stop talking!
Joe: Yeah nick be quiet I'm trying to watch a movie!

Nick: I can't believe you're ok with them watching this kev.

Joe: Yeah dude be our guest if you're brave enough. Kevin and I are staying out of it.
Dani: Are you brave enough nick?

Selena: Good boyfriend. Now watch the movie!

Dani: That was a good movie!
Violet: I still don't know what they made.

Selena: They were making cast of their private parts.

Selena: She was curious and besides it's not like I said the actual name. Which by the way I'm sure she knows by now.
Violet: You mean penis?

Dani: What is the point Nicholas?
Nick: Selena shouldn't have told her anything. Violet didn't need to know.
Dani: Violet is thirteen she was gonna find out sooner or later besides at least it was Selena and not some boy.
Taylor: I knew what they were doing.
Joe: You did?
Taylor: Yeah I've known since I was ten.
Nick: Well you shouldn't either.
Selena: No offense babe but the rest of us disagree.
Nick: Even you kev?
Kevin: Even me. Dude I'm a dad now I get the not wanting some boy to be the one she learns this stuff from. I'm glad the girls are teaching her.
Joe: Yeah man think about that. Would you want Alena learning about this stuff from a guy or from us?
Nick: From us obviously. But..
Joe: No! No Buts! We all agree.
Demi: Nick no offense but we are teaching her what she wants to know whether you like it or not.
Nick: Fine. Whatever just know I don't agree. I'm going out!
Selena: Babe wait. Please don't be upset.
Nick: Don't! Just don't! Don't talk to me. I'm done with your bullshit. You should just go.
Selena: Babe! Please talk to me. (Starts to cry)
Nick: Right now I don't think it's a good idea as I might say something I'll regret.
Kevin: Nicholas!
Nick: Don't Nicholas me. (He leaves)
Kevin: What is with him?
Dani: Didn't he check his level before we watched the movie?
Joe: Yeah he did.
Violet: Is 200 good?
Joe: Are you reading his meter?
Violet: No he wrote it down.
Kevin: That explains a lot. Does it say if he took a correction?
Violet: No
Kevin: Sel don't take anything he just said personally he's not himself just stay here. I'm gonna go find him and fix this ok. (He hugs her)
Kevin leaves to find nick. He finds him sitting on the beach staring out at the water.
Kevin: Nick what the hell was that about?
Nick: Are you following me now? Go away kev!
Kevin: No! What the hell is wrong with you? You made your girlfriend cry.
Nick: Yeah I know thanks for the recap!
Kevin: I know you're level is high. Did you take a correction?
Nick: I took it about a half an hour ago. It's starting to kick in. Look I know I was a jerk and I'm sorry.
Kevin: I'm not the one who you should be apologizing to.
Nick: I know. I didn't mean any of it.
Kevin: I know you didn't it still really hurt Selena. You're supposed to be the one who she can count on no matter what, the one who makes her smile and protects her. (Pointing at him with an angry tone) I will not allow my little brother to treat women badly even if he's got a high or low. What you said to her was downright unacceptable.
Nick: I know. I was a major jerk! I wouldn't blame her if she never talks to me again.
Kevin: She'll talk to you again that I can guarantee. Let's go home so you two can talk.
Nick: She probably already left. I did tell her to after all.
Kevin: I told her not to. She's there probably with four other girls who are gonna strangle you once you walk through the door.
Nick: I'm an idiot.
Kevin: (Chuckles) I don't disagree with you there.
Nick: Thanks Bro. Let's go.
They arrive back at the house and Kevin makes Nick go in first. As soon as the front door opens Violet is in front of him.
Violet: Jerk! (She starts punching him)
Kevin: VIOLET MARIE! Stop now!
Nick: (Grabs her wrists while looking into her eyes) I'm sorry Vi. I am a jerk you're right. I'm gonna make this right ok.
Violet: Alright you better. (She steps away towards Kevin)
Kevin: (Grabs her by the upper arm and swings her around to face him) Never again got it.
Violet: Got it sir.
Kevin: Alright why don't you and Taylor go upstairs.
Taylor: Let's go Vi! (They run upstairs)
Nick: Demz where's Selena?
Demi: Before I tell you that I just have to...
Nick: Wait before you threaten me which I know I totally deserve. I'm sorry. I was a real jerk and I deserve whatever you're about to say.
Demi: Uh apology accepted but actually I was gonna say you really hurt her and if you think that a simple sorry is gonna work you must be crazy.
Nick: I know I'll fix this I promise.
Dani: You better! You're lucky you're my brother in law otherwise things would be different.
Kevin: Nick go!
Nick finds her sitting alone on the porch swing in the back yard. He sits next to her.
Nick: Sel can I talk to you?
Selena: (sadly) Yeah I guess.
Nick: Hunny I am a jerk. No scratch that a HUGE JERK! I'm sooo sorry. I know that sorry won't fix everything but I will do whatever it takes. Just please don't hate me.
Selena: I could never hate you. I'm a little upset with what you said to me but I'll get over it eventually. I just don't understand what you meant by "done with your bullshit." What bullshit? She's like a sister to me I would do anything for her just like I would grace.
Nick: I know baby I shouldn't have said that. I'm an idiot who doesn't deserve such an amazing girl.
Selena: You're not an idiot. I felt like you were telling me you wanted to break up. I love you nick and I don't want to lose you over something stupid.
Nick: You will never lose me. Even if the moon falls from the sky and the stars refuse to shine you will always be the one I love. I'm gonna make mistakes and sometimes I'm gonna be a real idiot but in the end you're the one I will turn to.
Selena: Aww babe I'm so lucky to have you! ( She hugs him tight)
Nick: No I'm lucky to have you! I love you!
Selena: I love you too! (She starts to shiver.)
Nick: Let me go get you a sweatshirt.
-Meanwhile Upstairs-
Violet: Hey Tay wanna play a prank on nick?
Taylor: Not really I don't want to get in trouble.
Violet: Come on we won't! I guarantee they will laugh it off.
Taylor: What type of prank?
Violet: Actually it would involve Kevin and Joe too but I guarantee they'll laugh.
Taylor: What prank?
Violet: Switching all their clothes.
Taylor: Ok that sounds harmless enough. Let's do it.
Between the both of them they manage the switch.
Violet:Mwahaha I can't wait for them to figure it out.
Joe: I'm gonna go take a shower.
Kevin: Ok smell ya later.
A little while later joe gets out of the shower and goes to change. He opens his closet and walks in.
Joe: Let's see... What can I wear? Hmm... Wait what the hell? This isn't mine. Neither is this. Why do I have Nick's clothes?
Nick: That's not mine. What is going on? I think these are Kevin's.
Dani go upstairs to grab one of Kevin's shirts.
Dani: KEVIN!
Kevin runs upstairs.
Kevin: What's wrong?
Dani: Did you get new clothes?
Kevin: No why?
Dani: Look at this. (They have a walk in closet too)
Kevin: What the hell these are Joe's!
Before he can yell for anyone he hears Nick and Joe yell. Dani and him go into the hallway where they are.
Joe: What the hell nick what did you do with my clothes?
Nick: Me? No what did Kevin do with mine?
Kevin: I didn't do anything with yours what did you do with mine Joe?
Joe: Why would I do something with mine too?
Dani: You all got each other's clothes? That's funny! (She giggles)
None of them notice the girls peeking out of Violet's room.
Kevin: This isn't funny! Why do we all have each other's clothes?
Nick: I think I know! VIOLET AND TAYLOR GET OUT HERE NOW!
They both come out of the room looking innocent.
Kevin: Do you girls know why are clothes are in the wrong closets?
Taylor: We put them there sir.
Violet: DUDE Taylor zip it!
Joe: Continue Taylor. Violet you zip it.
Taylor: Violet wanted to play a prank on you guys. It's harmless though.
Nick: I don't care if it's harmless or not. You two shouldn't have done it.
Dani: (giggling) Good work girls! That's a good prank!
Joe: Dani!
Dani: Sorry. ( She hides behind the boys and gives the girls a thumbs up and smile)
Kevin: Dani stop praising the girls and go check on Alena.
Dani: Hey you're not my boss!
He turns around and gives her a look.
Kevin: Please go.
Dani: Alright babe.
She leaves and the boys all turn their attention back to violet and Taylor.
Kevin: Now I want you both to put it all back in the proper closest. Got it?!
Taylor: Yes sir.
Violet: No I don't feel like it.
Joe: We don't care if you feel like it or not! You're going to do as Kevin asked.
Violet: Why don't you do it or even better why doesn't Nick since he wanted to treat everyone so badly?
Nick: Is that why you decided to do this because you wanted to get me back for treating SELENA in the wrong way? Keep in mind that in no way shape or form did I treat you in a mean way.
Violet: Yeah so... Selena is my sister and not even you get to be a jerk to her.
Nick: Huh really? So you are now the boss of me?
Violet: Well if I was you certainly wouldn't get to treat her like that and have everyone walk on eggshells around you.
Nick: YOU KNOW WHAT YOU LITTLE BRAT!
Kevin: Nick go take a breather I'll deal with her. Taylor go start putting the clothes in the proper closets.
Joe: Do you want me to leave too?
Kevin: No I might need you. Violet it's not up to you whether he gets in trouble or not. You are thirteen which means I'm in charge and since you decided to have an attitude after you finish putting our clothes back you can spend the next week grounded.
Violet: THATS NOT FAIR! Nick gets to treat others horribly and does he get grounded? Noo. All I do is refuse to change the clothes back and I get grounded?
Joe: Would you like to make it two weeks?
Kevin: Or perhaps you'd rather get spanked and then grounded for another week as well?
Violet: I HATE YOU ALL! (She storms into her room and slams the door.)
Kevin: Seriously! That girl is asking for it! (Dani walks back in with Alena)
Dani: Who's asking for it?
Kevin: Oh hey babe. Violet is asking for it she's got an attitude again and she just slammed her bedroom door.
Dani: That explains the loud noise I heard. What'd she do now?
Kevin: Refused to put the clothes back. Then started in on nick again because of the fact that he didn't get in trouble for his attitude.
Dani: Ah well what are you gonna do?
Kevin: I've already grounded her.
Although we did threaten to spank her as well.
Dani: How long did you ground her for? (Hands Alena to Joe)
Kevin: A week although Joe did threaten another week.
Dani:(Puts her arms around his neck) I think you should do what you think is best babe.
Kevin: What's best is to let nick decide since she's so deadset on him needing to be punished. Maybe if it comes from him she'll realize she doesn't get to decide what happens. It's time she learns...
Nick: VIOLET MARIE! What are you doing in here?
