Previously on Violet Marie Jonas:

Kevin: I want to apologize to you Vi. You are growing up and I need to accept that.

Violet: You guys are the most important guys in my life so no matter what you will always come before a guy I'm with. I love you all.

Joe: We love you too vi.

Me: I guess I owe you an apology too. I'm sorry vi for freaking out. I guess it's just not easy seeing you're not a little girl anymore.

Violet: I know but just remember I'll always be your little sister. Besides who else is gonna keep you three in check. (She starts to leave)

Kevin: Hey! I do not need to be kept in check!

Me: Me either I handle myself quite well!

(Violet's POV)

I'm walking with Taylor to our third to last class we turn the corner when suddenly I'm shoved into a locker by this kid Matthew.

Taylor: Hey leave her alone!

Matthew: Stay out of this! Violet I heard your dating Bradley perry.

Me: Please just leave me alone and get off of me.

Matthew: Uh yeah I don't think so.

Taylor: Violet we are late to class.

Matthew: You can go to class. Violet and I still have a lot to talk about.

Me: We do not now GET OFF.

She shoves him to the ground just as a teacher walks around the corner.

Mrs. Anderson: Miss Jonas Principals office NOW. Are you ok Matthew?

Matthew: Yes thank you Mrs. Anderson. (He smirks at Violet) A/N The teacher doesn't see him smirk at Violet.

Taylor: But Mrs...

Mrs. Anderson: Get to class both of you.

Taylor: Yes ma'am.

Matthew: Right away ma'am.

They both head to class. Violet arrives at the principals office and is escorted to a seat.

Mrs. Anderson: Stay here.

A few minutes later Mrs. Anderson comes back with the vice principal in tow.

Mr. Soquel: Violet I see we meet again. Come with me. We'll call your brothers.

Me: Mr. Soquel please don't call them. She only saw me pushing him. She didn't...

Mr. Soquel: Miss Jonas we do not condone violence at this school! I am calling your brothers.

Me: Yes sir.

He calls Kevin.

*phone ringing*

Kevin: Hello

Mr. Soquel: Hello this is Mr. Soquel can I speak to Kevin please?

Kevin: Speaking

Mr. Soquel: Hi Kevin I have Violet with me she was caught assaulting another student. Is there anyway you could come here so I can talk to you?

Kevin: I'm on my way.

Mr. Soquel: Thank you see you soon. Goodbye.

Kevin: Bye

(Kevin's POV)

I'm so mad right now. She is in soooo much trouble for fighting at school. I grab my keys and go to walk out the door but I am stopped.

Nick: Hey what's wrong you look pissed.

Joe: Yeah you look really pissed.

Me: Violets vice principal just called she got caught fighting.

Nick: Are you kidding me?!

Joe: Do you want us to come?

Me: Actually yeah. We should all be there.

Thy drive to her school and arrive at the office.

Me: Hi ma'am we're here to see Mr. Soquel. He called about our sister Violet.

Mrs. Fox: He'll be right out.

A few seconds later*

Mr. Soquel: Hi boys. It's nice to see you again sorry it wasn't on better terms.

Nick: Us too sir.

Mr:Soquel: I guess I should get to the reason your here. Violet here was caught shoving a boy down by some lockers. When I brought her in here she tried to get me not to call you and tried to defend her actions.

Violet: But He was...

Joe: Not another word. You're in enough trouble. (She starts to cry)

Mr. Soquel: Violet I'm sorry to have to do this but your suspended for three days.

Violet: (Crying) Ok.

Me: Thank you Mr. Soquel. I can guarantee she won't enjoy those three days.

Mr. Soquel: Thank you boys for coming and Violet I hope when we see you back we don't have any more of these issues.

Violet: Yes sir. I'm sorry.

Nick: Let's go Violet.

As they walk out the school.

Me: I'm extremely disappointed in you. Your grounded for these three days and your getting spanked. I'm done with you thinking you can get away with whatever you want. Dammit Violet pushing someone? What were you thinking?!

Violet: But Kev...

Me: Don't even think about answering me! I don't want to hear anymore excuses!

They drive home and Nick sends Violet to her room.

Me: Nick can you do me a favor?

Nick: Sure bro Whadya need?

Me: I'm still really angry with her can you spank her? I don't want to hurt her.

Nick: Sure.

(Nick's POV)

He heads upstairs and knocks on violets door.

Violet: (crying) Come in.

Nick walks in and sits on the end of her bed with his belt in hand.

Me: Come here Violet.

Violet: Please Nicky noooo.

Me: We're not discussing this. You know exactly why you're in this position. Maybe next time you'll think twice before putting your hands on someone.

Violet: But Nicky I did it because...

Me: I don't want to hear excuses Violet Marie. Come. Here. Now!

Crying she obeys.

He pulls her over his knee.

Me: You're getting 30. Fifteen for fighting and fifteen for getting suspended.

Violet:(keeps crying) Can I just take a nap please?

Me: Sure sweetie I'll come get you at 4.

He lays her on her stomach and she falls asleep fast.

Around 3***

Taylor: I'm home!

Kevin: Hey Tay how was school?

Taylor: It was ok.

Kevin: You stay out of trouble? I don't need both my sisters in trouble.

Taylor: No I'm... Wait what? What did Violet do?

Kevin: She pushed a boy at school.

Taylor: No she didn't.

Me: Excuse me?

Taylor: Well I mean she did but only after he threw her against the lockers and refused to get off of her.

Kevin: Are you telling me he put his hands on her first?

Taylor: Yeah.

Joe: Ok tell us the whole story please.

Taylor: We were walking to class and when we turned the corner he grabbed her and threw her into some lockers. When I tried to step in he told me to stay out of it. He started telling her he heard she was dating Bradley and when she asked him nicely to get off of her he refused. The teacher came around the corner as she pushed him off. After the teacher asked him if he was ok and he answered her he smirked at Violet.

Me: Do you mean to tell me I just punished her for nothing? Now I'm mad.

Kevin: You and me both little brother.

Joe: She kept trying to tell us. We didn't listen.

Taylor: Is she still in trouble?

Me: No I'm gonna go call Mr. Soquel and sort this out.

Taylor: Can I go tell her she's not in trouble?

Kevin: Yeah go ahead.

Taylor runs upstairs while Nick calls their vice principal.

Taylor knocks on violets door and gets no answer. She walk inside and sits next to Violet in her bed.

Taylor: Violet wake up!

Violet: What's going on?... Taylor is it four already?

Taylor: No it's three thirty.

Violet: Oh ok... This sucks Tay I didn't even do anything besides push him off of me and I got suspended, grounded and spanked.

Taylor: I told the boys what happened.

Violet: It probably didn't help though. They think I'm a troublemaker.

Doesn't realize joe is standing at the door.

Joe: Tay can I talk to Vi alone please.

Taylor: Sure Joey.

He waits until she leaves then shits the door and sits in her desk chair.

Joe: Baby girl we don't think your a troublemaker. We know your gonna make mistakes sometimes. It's part of growing up.

Violet: I'm sorry Joey. I know I shouldn't have pushed him it's just...

Joe: No I'm glad you pushed him off of you. We should have given you a chance to tell us. For that we are sorry. You're not in trouble. You're not grounded and Nick is talking to Mr. Soquel and hopefully getting you off suspension. We are sorry we spanked you for something you didn't do. Well you did push him but it was self defense.

Violet gets on his lap and snuggles in to his chest.

Violet: I love you Joey

Joe: I love you too Vi.

Nick dials the school.

Ringing*

?: Hello Valencia elementary Mrs. Fox speaking how may I help you?

Nick: Hi Mrs. Fox can I please speak to Mr. Soquel.

Mrs. Fox: Sure one moment please.

?: This is Mr. Soquel what can I help you with?

Nick: Mr. Soquel it's Nick Jonas. Violets older brother.

Mr. Soquel: Nick what can I do for you?

Nick: Well Taylor came home a few minutes ago and told us she was there when Violet pushed this kid Michael. She told us when they turned the corner headed to class Michael slammed Violet into the lockers and refused to let her go so she pushed him off of her just as the teacher turned the corner.

Mr. Soquel: Unfortunately this won't change her being suspended but he will also be suspended for a week. She however will only be suspended for two days.

Nick: Ok thank you Mr. Soquel.

Mr. Soquel: I'm sorry for not being able to let her come back to school sooner. Goodbye Nick.

Nick: It's fine. Thank you for taking my call. Goodbye sir.

Kevin: So she's still suspended for the next two days?

Nick: Yeah.

Kevin: Well it's ok she can come with us to the studio.

Nick: Sounds like a plan.
