Nick: Anytime Hun. Why don't you sleep here with me and then tomorrow we can call the lawyer and Kevin and Joe and I can make sure this bastard never hurts another child or person again.

Me: Sounds good.

He picks me up bridal style and lays me in his huge bed and crawls in his side. He kisses my forehead and says goodnight and then turns off the light. I fall asleep feeling safer then I have in a long time.

Hey everyone! Sorry it took so long for an update! Here's the update y'all have been waiting so patiently for.

(Nick's POV)

I wake up and my arm hits something hard. I look over to see Taylor sound asleep next to me. Slowly last night comes back to me and I slowly and carefully slip out of bed and out of my room. When I get to the kitchen all the adults and Valentina are up and sitting around the table.

Me: Good Morning.

Kevin: Morning Nick breakfast is on the stove.

Joe: You look like you stayed up late.

Dani: Who's the girl?

Selena: Did you have a sleepover? Awwww!

Jesse: Guys leave him alone.

Zac: Nick are you alright man?

Demi: He's probably exhausted from his "sleepover". When do we get to meet this mystery woman?

Me: Haha very funny everyone. I'm gonna eat and then we can all talk. We need to talk. With no kids in the room preferably.

Dani: Well that's suspicious.

Me: There's no woman! Ok!

Kevin: Alright. We can talk after we all eat.

After we all eat and Dani takes Valentina and sets her up on her play mat we all sit around the kitchen table to talk.

Joe: Alright little bro start talking.

No one notices Taylor standing by the kitchen door.

Me: Ok well here's the thing before I tell you all what I'm about to tell you...

Kevin: Just tell us already.

Me: I'm getting to it. I'm not gonna give details but we need to contact our lawyer for Taylor.

Dani: Why?

Me: To keep that bastard she called father out of her life for good.

Joe: Ok I feel like if we knew the whole story we'd feel the same way but for now I'll bite. Let's get her our lawyer.

Kevin: Before we do that I need details. What's going on that she needs a lawyer?

Taylor: He's an awful man who did awful things to me that's why.

Me: Tay you don't need to say anything more. Go sit in the living room ok.

Taylor: Ok Nicky.

Kevin: Alright. I still don't understand...

Me: I'm not asking you to I'm asking you to contact our lawyer. We will spill all of it then.

Dani: Kev contact the lawyer ok. But nick when he gets here you tell us it all got it.

Me: Yes ma'am.

Kevin calls our lawyer Mr. Stolar and he agrees to come to the house. Nick calls his friend Dwayne Johnson because he's always helped us with major things like this.

There's a knock at the door and both of them have arrived. Kevin invites both of them into the kitchen while I grab Taylor.

Kevin: Alright nick tell us why we are all here.

Me: We need to keep her ex step father or should I say rapist from ever having contact with her and we want to press charges against him so he will be thrown into prison where he belongs!

Dwayne: Did you say rapist?

Taylor: Yes he did.

Kevin: Tay sweetie what's he talking about?

Taylor: Well I told him last night that My real dad had died when I was 6 and my mom remarried my stepdad when I was 6 1/2 and then when I was 7 she passed away after he got drunk one night and lost control. He was arrested but the DA had a hard time getting a case against him and the jury found him not guilty. I was in foster care until he was released and they let him take me back. That's when the abuse started. At first it was just him touching me which started shortly after they got married but after she died about a year after he started raping me. I have proof because just before the hospital visit I found out I was pregnant so I told him and he got so angry he beat me till I miscarried. A few days later I messed up his lunch and he beat me which is when he took me to the hospital. Nick and joe kept me from going back to him. He didn't know this but I had gone to a dr and gotten tests done paternity tests done on the fetus among tests to prove I was pregnant and that him beating me caused the miscarriage. I also kept video proof of him killing my mom. I was just so young when it happened that no one believed me.

Dwayne: I want to kill this man.

Me: You and me both man.

Jesse: You're not alone.

Zach: Yeah what's his name?

Joe: Guys that's why the lawyers here.

Mr. Stolar: Wow. That's just wow. Ok well I say we take this to court. We have him charged with rape of a minor, abuse, neglect, and first degree assault and murder of an unborn child. As well as impregnating a minor. (Idk the legal terms for any of this so if you do hit me up and I will change it.)

Me: Can we also strip his rights to be in her life. Like what we did with violet and her biological family?

Dwayne: If he had done this to my daughter we wouldn't be having this conversation.

However I have some cop friends who I can call and have it sped along.

Mr. Stolar: Call them. Get them here. Taylor will you please bring the proof to me?

She runs upstairs and within a couple of minutes she's back down handing him a box.

Mr. Stolar: Thank you. Ok looks let's see here. I think we have enough here. What's on this tape Taylor?

Taylor: It's the video of him killing my mom. He didn't know that a week before she had put up cameras in the house because of my babysitter that she thought was acting strange.

Mr. Stolar: Well...

*Knock knock*

Kevin: I'll get it.

He comes back a minute later with two men who nobody knows except for Dwayne.

Dwayne: Hey Baker and Poncherello thanks for coming!

Baker: Hey Dwayne so what's going on.

They explain. (Sorry too tired to write everything out.)

Poncherello: I'm guessing you would like us to arrest this man under these charges?

Kevin: Yes we would like to press charges against him.

Baker: Alright we will go and arrest him.

Mr. Stolar: I will go see our friend judge Michaels and file all the papers.

~A Day Later~

(Nick's POV)

The phone is ringing so I answer it.

Me: Hello. Oh judge Michaels! Really? That's awesome! Thank you soooo much! Yeah of course ok bye. EVERYONE COME HERE PLEASE!!!!

Kevin: What's wrong?!?

Zac: What happened???

Jesse: What's wrong?

Dani: This better be important! I just got Valentina to sleep.

Demi: I'm here!

Selena: What babe?

Violet: What? What's wrong?

Joe: I didn't do it!!

Taylor: Any news?

Nick: Yes!! He's been found guilty on all charges and because of that video you had he's even been found guilty of murder because in his first trial he had bribed a juror. So not only has all of his rights been removed regarding you but they said he's gonna be put away for a long time!!

Taylor: (Crying tears of joy) That's such great news!!!

Joe: I say PIZZA PARTY!!!
