Joe: We have homework for you now. Since you want to "Party" and "have fun" you are going to research the effects drugs can have on a person and report your findings in a presentation to the entire household.
Violet: Seriously!
Joe: But wait there's more! You are also going to research the dangers of teenage drinking and report those findings to us as well.
Taylor: UGgggghhhh!
Joe: But wait there's more! After that you will report to Dani for extra chores. Thank you for flying with joe and family I hope you enjoy the rest of your punishment.
Kevin: Thank you joe. So girls upstairs and get to work.

Hey guys I know it's been 10 months since you've heard from me but it's been a bit rough losing not just one but two people in that time and moving to a new state but I'm finally ready to write again and give you the much wanted update you all have been waiting for so patiently. Thank you all for the patience and on to the story. Also I'm skipping a year so the girls will be 16.

(Kevin's POV)
It's been a year and boy had it been a long one. Valentina has gotten so big and so has Alena. Nick and Joe got married in this gorgeous double ceremony and Violet and Taylor are now 16. Violet and Peyton are going strong but Taylor and Brad broke up for good. She's happy though I guess that's all that really matters. She spends a lot of time babysitting for not only Dani and I but also for some other families in the neighborhood. Selena and Demi are doing good. Demi and Joe are trying to have a baby and Nick and Selena are just enjoying being married. Im in the kitchen reading when Vi walks in.
Violet: Kev can Peyton come over tonight? We want to watch a movie.
Me: What movie?
Violet: Uhhhh, The Possession of Hannah Grace.
Me: Yeah thats not happening. Im not letting you watch that, pick a different movie Vi.
Violet: Thats not fair kev! Im 16 now I'm not a baby. I can handle a scary movie.
Me: That movie is rated R you are not watching it end of story.
Violet: Gah you're so unfair!
Me: Keep that up and you won't be able to have Peyton over to watch anything.
Violet: (Dripping with Sarcasm) Yes Sir
Me: Last warning Violet.
She walks off as nick walks in.
Nick: Everything good?
Me: Yeah just violet copping and attitude with me.
Nick: Whats the issue this time?
Me: She wants to have Peyton over tonight to watch The Possession of Hannah Grace.
Nick: You're not gonna let her watch that are you?
Me: NO of course not. Why do you think she's got an attitude?
Nick: You want me to talk to her?
Me: No if she really wants Peyton over for a movie, she'll come down here and have a calm discussion with me. She's also gonna have to choose a different movie.
Nick: Alright well... (Violet walks back in.)
Violet: I'm sorry Kev. Can we talk?
Me: Yeah have a seat. Nick please stay and take a seat.
Violet: What is he your backup?
Me: If thats what you want to call him sure.
Nick: Didn't you have something to say?
Violet: Right, Sorry Kev for my attitude. I was just mad because you won't let me see that movie.
Me: Apology Accepted, but the answer is not gonna change. Pick a different movie preferably one that is not rated R.
Nick: How about Instant family? Or Fantastic beasts?
Violet: I thought if I approached you more mature you'd change your mind? We both really want to see it.
Me: Im not gonna change my mind. I don't think it's an appropriate movie for you to see. (Joe walks in)
Joe: Whats not an appropriate movie for her to see?
Nick: The Possession of Hannah Grace.
Violet: You let me watch supernatural, whats the difference?
Me: Supernatural is a show for one and for two the scariest things on there don't scare you. The difference is that movie is rated R and I said no.
Nick: Vi you're not watching it. Pick something else or don't have a movie night with Peyton. Your choice.
Violet: JOEY!!
Joe: Nope don't even try I agree with them.
Violet: GAH! Fine we can watch instant family.
Me: Good choice. (She runs out of the kitchen)
Nick: That was easier than I thought. I for sure thought we were gonna have to deal with more attitude.
Joe: I know maybe this means she's maturing.
Me: Maybe, but something tells me this isn't the end.
Joe: Well good luck with that. Demz and I are going out tonight.
Nick: Yeah Kev we are too. Sorry but it looks like you are on your own with the girls tonight.
Me: Seriously guys did you forget? Tonights the night Dani and i are going to her parents house for dinner. We've had these plans for months now. We are taking Alena and Valentina so they can see them and Taylor is babysitting for the neighbors. Someone has to be here to keep an eye on violet.
Nick: I say we give her the chance to prove to us she can be trusted alone at home with Peyton.
Joe: Yeah Kev i agree give her this one chance. ( Dani, Selena and Demi walk in)
Dani: Who are we giving a chance to?
Me: Violet staying home and watching a movie with Peyton without us being here.
Selena: You think thats a good idea?
Demi: Yeah that sounds like you're asking for trouble.
Dani: Why is no-one else gonna be home?
Nick: We all have plans. But now one of us has to cancel.
Selena: Uh have you guys forgotten there are two other adults who live here and I happen to know for sure they don't have plans.
Joe: Dude how could we forget about Jesse and Zac?
Demi: Probably because they aren't in here. (Jesse walks in followed by Zac)
Zac: Who's not in here?
Me: Hey do either of you have plans for tonight?
Jesse: No Katie and I are staying here and relaxing tonight in the hot tub.
Zac: I just don't have anywhere to be. Why whats up?
Me: Could you stealthy babysit violet?
Jesse: Sure man. What does she have planned?
Joe: A movie with Peyton, We told her she cannot watch The Possession of Hannah Grace just in case she asks you. She said they will watch instant family.
Zac: Something tells me that won't be what goes down though tonight.
Me: Thats what i'm afraid of. So just pretend to do your own things but keep an eye out for anything she's not allowed to do.
Jesse: You got it man. Have fun tonight everyone.
* Later That Night*
(Jesse's POV)
Everyone has left except for Zac, Violet, Katie and myself of course. Katie and I go sit in the hot tub we have the door open with the screen closed while zac is hanging out in the front room with Violet watching something on tv. She's waiting on Peyton to get here so they can take off to the movie room.
*Door Bell rings*
Violet: I got it!
Zac: Hey Peyton, How's it going man?
Peyton: Hey man its going good. How are you?
Zac: Good. Well, have fun you too.
They head off to the movie theatre room.
Violet: So did you bring it?
Peyton: Of course. You're sure it's ok with your brothers?
Violet: Of course. Put it in let's watch.
About a Half an hour goes by and Zac decides to go check on them. He opens the door just enough that he can see them cuddled up on the first set of chairs and he can see the movie playing. Its dark in the hallway so they don't know he's there. He watches the screen for a few minutes before he notices a girl laying on a table in a weird position and hears someone on screen say Hannah Grace. He slowly and quietly shuts the door and goes to Jesse and Katie who are just getting out of the hot tub.
Zac: Hey Jess so I don't know how you want to approach this but she's deliberately disobeying her brothers and watching that Hannah Grace movie.
Me: Seriously? I thought for sure she was gonna listen tonight. Ok well I guess we have to go break this little party up.
Katie: I don't want to over step my boundaries here but I have an idea of how we can go about this.
Me: You're not what's your idea?
Katie: I think you and I should go in and pretend to want to watch the rest of the movie with them. That way we catch her watching it and she doesn't know zac saw.
Zac: I like that idea. Kev did say Stealthy Babysitting.
Me: Lets do it. Come on my queen lets go break this party up.
We sneak into the media room and sit in some chairs just behind them without them noticing. After a few minutes of watching the name I hear the words Hannah Grace and decide to strike.
Me: I thought your brothers said you couldn't watch this.
Violet: Oh my god Jesse you scared me. ( He's Giving her that your in trouble look)
Peyton: (He's pauses the movie) I thought you said your brothers were ok with us watching this.
Violet: Yeah I lied. They actually forbid me but I wanted to see it and so now I am.
Peyton: Actually not anymore. Im gonna leave and take it with me. Sorry Vi but it's not cool that you lied to me. I don't want any trouble with Kevin.
Violet: Babe come on it's not even a big deal.
Peyton: If you really think that then we have a bigger problem than I thought. Call me when you've figured it all out.
Violet: (Scoffs) Whatever
Me: Bye Peyton
Peyton: Bye Jesse and sorry I didn't know.
Me: Its Cool man. We aren't the ones she has to answer to. She's gonna regret it soon. (Peyton Leaves)
Violet: You're gonna tell on me Jess?
Me: No your gonna tell on yourself.
Violet: (Rudely)Thats so not happening.
Me: Unless you want to be in trouble twice tonight i'd suggest you stop with the attitude and do as I'm telling you to.
Violet: You know what screw You Jesse.
Zac: VIOLET MARIE JONAS!!
Violet: Shut up zac. Why don't you go back to your lame show. Now if you don't mind i'm going to my room since you ruined my date.
She walks past three very shocked people and leaves the room.
Katie: Are you both gonna let her talk to you like that?
Me: Nope. We have a choice here Z we can either deal with her for the way she just treated us or we can wait till the others get home and deal with everything at once.
Zac: What do you want to do? Because honestly man i'm kinda pissed at her now.
Me: Only kinda? Dude i'm at a whole new level of pissed. Who does that girl think she is talking like that to us?
Katie: I don't know but i'm pretty sure her brothers are gonna kill her.
Zac: Well before that happens her and I are gonna have a little chat and depending on how it goes she may be punished twice tonight.
Me: Make that three she's gonna have me to deal with as well.
Katie: Im glad i'm not her, i'll be in our room babe.
Me: Ok ill see you in a bit. Z you want to go first?
Zac: Actually no she started in on you first so why don't you deal with her and then I will.
Me: Ok.
He walks upstairs and knocks on her door.
Violet: Go Away
He walks into her room and pulls her desk chair out to face her.
Me: Sorry little girl but that's not happening.
Violet: It is if you know whats good for you.
Me: Are you threatening me?
Violet: Yeah and?
Me: You know what Vi I came up here to give you a chance to take it all back but I guess thats not gonna happen so i'm giving you 20 with my belt.
Violet: Yeah thats so not happening don't even think about touching me.
I ignore her.
Me: Over the bed Now. Don't make me get zac involved.
Violet: Get out of my room!
He grabs her upper arm and puts her over the edge of the bed and keeps his hand on her lower back. 20 later he lets her up and she's crying.
Me: Are you ready to listen and behave now?
Violet: (Still Crying) Yesss iim sorry Jesse.
Me: It's ok love your forgiven.
Zac: Can I come in?
Violet: Yeah i'm sorry zac.
Zac: Apology accepted. I'm not gonna spank you too because i'm sure Kevin will when he finds out about the movie but if you ever talk like that to one of us again we won't be so nice got it?
Violet: Yeah I got it.
Me: Ok good, when your brothers get here I want you to tell them about the events that transpired tonight got it?
Violet: All of them? Cant we just keep all the stuff after you caught me watching the movie between us?
Zac: Sorry Babe but part of growing up is taking responsibility for your actions and facing the consequences. Even when those consequences suck real bad.
Violet: UGH! They're gonna kill me. But your right If I want them to treat me like an adult I need to act like it.
Me: Maybe but your right I think they might just be a little more lenient if you tell them yourself and accept the punishment like an adult.
Violet: Ok. You're right and i'm really sorry.
Zac: Alright well i'm gonna go finish watching my "lame" show.
Violet: Sorry about that zac I didn't mean it.
Zac: It's ok it is kinda lame.
Me I'm gonna go be with Katie. Come get me when your brothers get home ok.

About an hour later Joe, Demi, Nick and Selena get home.
Nick: Hey Zac, How'd everything go?
Zac: VIOLET! Hold that thought she wants to tell you.
Violet: Yeah Zac? Oh hi Nick.. Hi Joey.
Joe: Well isn't that suspicious.
Violet: JESSE!
Jesse Comes down the stairs and see everyone standing in the foyer.
Me: Hey lets all sit at the table.
Demi and Selena head upstairs.
Nick: Alright what's going on?
Jesse looks at violet just as Kevin and Dani enter through the front door.
Nick: Hey Kev can you come in here please?
Kevin: Coming. What's up?
Nick: Violet is just about to tell us that.
Violet: I disobeyed you tonight Kev.
Kevin: Im listening. Keep going.
Violet: I watched Hannah Grace even though you told me not to. Well the first half an hour that is.
Kevin: Thank you for being honest with me.
Violet: I'm really sorry. There's more. (Jesse holds her hand for support) I also yelled at Jesse and Zac and had an attitude with them after they caught me.
Kevin: Wow. ok well how about you go to your room while us guys discuss your punishment. Im proud of you though for being honest with me instead of trying to hide it all. Though i'm sure Zac and Jesse here are part of that.
Violet goes to her room as the guys start discussing this.
Kevin: Is that the whole story?
Zac: Yeah except she also lied to Peyton and he wasn't happy so he told her to call him when she gets everything figured out.
Me: Also she was already spanked for the way she talked to zac and myself.
Kevin: How many?
Me: 20 with my belt. 10 for each of us.
Nick: Wow. I thought you hated punishing her?
Me: I do. But the way she talked to us was unacceptable, disrespectful and totally uncalled for. We were both pissed. I wasn't gonna let her think she could get away with it.
Joe: Good you shouldn't.
Kevin: Well since it is 10 o'clock at night how about tomorrow I deal with her for the movie lie and tonight we all just go to bed?
Nick: Kev i think you should deal with it tonight so we can have a clean slate for tomorrow with her.
Kevin: Somehow I knew you were gonna say that. Alright i'll go deal with her tonight. What do you all think is fair?
Me: Well considering she's already had 20 with a belt don't go to hard on her.
Joe: I say twenty more with the belt.
Nick: I second that.
Zac: I'm on board with that.
Me: Sounds fair enough to me.
Kevin: Alright well i'm gonna go do that and then go to sleep ill see y'all in the morning.
He goes to violets room and after they have a small discussion he gives her 20 and comforts her until she calms down and then heads to bed himself.
