Mai's dream

She was standing in front of the door and she could see a couple fighting both screaming at each other. There was a little boy hiding in a corner of the living room. He was sitting down hugging his knees and crying. He looked terrified.

"I can't live with you anymore!" yelled the woman and the man slapped her across the face so hard that made her fall on the floor," He left her on the floor and went for the kid. "You are coming with me"

The man grabbed the kid by the shoulder and dragged him towards the door where Mai was standing ,but she knew they couldn't see her so she stayed still. Suddenly the woman got up and ran towards the kitchen and got a knife. The man pushed the boy in front him and they ran toward the door, but she was fast. Before he knew it the woman had stabbed the man in the neck and his blood splattered all over the wall and the door. The kid's eyes widen in terror, he couldn't move. The woman dragged the mans body to the room leaving a trail of blood as she took him. Her hands and body where now covered in blood and the man was barely holding on to life when he whispered "I will not rest in peace until you burn in hell!" She just laughed. A cold laugh. She went back to the living room where the little boy was, he wanted to run but he couldn't. "I won't do anything to you, as long as you keep your mouth shut" you could hear how cruel and sinical her voice was as she spoke to the little boy. "Go to your room and don't go out unless i tell you" He ran to his room trying not to step on the blood and shut the door. She grabbed the same knife and made cuts to herself, scratched punched herself in the face. She suddenly stared sobbing as she grabbed her phone and dialed

"999, Its an Emergency!"

Mai suddenly woke up screaming, she was having cold sweats and her stomach felt queasy. She ran towards the restroom where she emptied her stomach. "My god what a dream!" Why would she be having this dream? She was not on a case! She quickly went for her toothpaste and brush that was on her suitcase. As she washed her teeth the bathroom the room seemed to get colder. She was having a bad feeling about this. She quickly got out of the bathroom and went to the living room. Her nose quickly smelled something and it was blood. "Oh no please don't tell me, the dream, it was here." Her intuition was right, behind her , there he was. A man covered in blood, his blue eyes wanted revenge. As Mai turned around and saw him, she freaked out internally. Mai ran towards the door but quickly found out it wouldn't budge.

"I know everything, you killed my family! You will die and burn in hell with me!" he spoke as he growled

"I am not her leave me alone!" she screamed as she suddenly fell backwards on the floor and the shadow stared dragging her. That's when it hit her, The mantra Takigawa teached her!

RIN PVO TO SHO KAI JIN RIETSU ZAI ZEN!

The ghost suddenly vanished, it gave her enough time to get up and run to the door. The door finally opened and she ran as fast as her legs could carry her. Mai's heart was beating 1000 per minute and was terrified. Nothing was this nerve racking as this. Most of the time there was someone to save her but not this time. She knew that the ghost was angrier now. Once in the elevator her knees went to the floor. Tears filled her eyes and she cried, she didn't care who saw her. Once the elevator hit the 1st floor and the doors opened she got up and to her surprise there he was. Standing in front of her was Naru. She felt relieved and yet shocked. He couldn't hide his shock either. "Mai, what are you doing here?" she didn't know if it was because she ran, or jetlag or all the adrenaline that she had , but she felt weak. She walked up to him and passed out in front of him. He grabbed her before she could hit the floor. "MAI, MAI, WAKE UP." That's all he could say before the elevator door closed again!

Well , well what will Naru do?
