It was the next day and almost everyone was here , except for Masako who's flight was delayed because of the rainy weather in Japan. Oliver sent them the address to his London office. LPR, London's Psychic Research.

An hour later everyone showed up. Mai ran towards Monk and gave him a hug " Bou-san!" This made the monk smile and hug her back. Next was Ayako and the rest followed.

Mai went to the kitchen and prepared everyone a cup of black tea. Oliver came out of his office and greeted everyone with a handshake. This caught everyone by surprise. I guess people can change a little.

The office walls were a light beige color, dark hardwood floors and a set of three light brown couches for all of them to sit down. As they sat , Mai came out with tea and gave everyone a cup, afterwards she took a seat.

"So, whats the case about?" Monk was the first to start the conversation

"There's a haunted apartment, apparently the couple who lived there got murdered but only the man is haunting the place." Oliver spoke

"Well, that sounds like an easy case for John, why did you need all of us then?" Ayako replied

"Can you explain Mai, please"

"Ok Oliver" Mai quickly went to her desk and came back with folders , she gave each one a folder with the information of the deceased. As she sat back down she decided to explain everything as they read the file.

"William Richards was married to Akane Watanabe, Akane was murdered by her sister Sara, after a while William and Sara lived together until she killed him. Sara walked free and no one knew who killed Akane."

John finally spoke " This is completely horrendous, poor Akane , may her soul rest in peace"

"That's not all you guys, you see , the murder of Sara's sister is still a case cold. Only i know because of my vision." Mai took a deep breath before she could say the most shocking thing to everyone

"Guys, the person who apparently gave me the scholarship is Sara Watanabe."

"WHAT!" everyone yelled at the same time. They couldn't believe what they heard. They were the ones that gave her the push to study in England in the first place.

"Wait, so let me get this straight, Sara is the one who gave you a scholarship , sent you to her apartment, the place were she killed two people? How is that even legal!" Monk was worried , he didn't want anything bad to happen to Mai, over the past 2 years everyone grew close. They celebrated many holidays together and went out frequently. They weren't like a family, they are a family!

They heard a door open and to their surprise it was Lin with Madoka.

"Hello everyone, its so nice to see you all" Madoka was smiling from ear to ear. She went were everyone was and gave a handshake. Lin quickly followed and did the same, they both took a seat next to each other.

"Iv'e got more news everyone" Lin spoke

"I've been digging some more information and apparently, the was a man living there for the past couple of years but no paranormal activity. The apartment is under Sara's name but after the incident she just rented it at a cheap price, so the spirit seems to be targeting women, also i was looking at all the recordings last night, there was a lot of activity, temperature changes , things moving around."

"If the place was remodeled , could that have manifested it?" Oliver replied

"No, none of the workers experienced anything, but they were all male in there late 20's and 30's" Lin spoke

"I freaked out and i recited the mantra monk taught me, i think i made it worse, i am sorry you guys." Mai apologized as she looked down at her lap.

"It's fine Mai, either he is looking for a woman or Sara could have gone to the apartment herself?" Madoka smiled as she said this to Mai.

"Does she have an assistant, maybe she went there, either way i need to find her and ask some questions" Oliver said while crossing his arms and leaning back to his chair.

"She does, her assistant, Camila Rodriguez" Mai quickly spoke

"Do you guys think Sara knows the place is haunted" John finally joining the conversation

"She has to, after all if she is giving a scholarship to Mai, who i think she put SPR in her resume, am i wrong?" Oliver's comment made Mai turn red.

He quickly stood up and stared giving orders

"Under no circumstance , Mai,Ms. Matsuzaki should go alone to that apartment at any time unless accompanied by any of the guys here, Yasuhara and Madoka i need information on Camila Rodriguez and anything more you can find. Ms. Matsuzaki , John and Lin please go to the apartment to get the recorders and see if there was anything on those tapes. Takiwaga and i will go set up sleeping arrangements on the empty apartment were staying at."

"So what do i do." Mai questioned

"You have classes at 1pm, you should go to school" Oliver's reply shocked Mai

"I went to the same school Mai, now go" and with that everyone went to their duties.

Mai sat in her class bored out of her mind. She couldn't stop thinking about the case. Nothing made sense, why would they send her to a haunted apartment, where the ghost is incredibly violent. Why would anyone keep the place where you murdered someone. This gave her chills. Were they looking for another victim and this is some sick game or were they looking for someone else and Mai was the link. Her thoughts were interrupted as she saw everyone leaving the classroom. But before she could leave her class the teacher spoke across the room "Miss Taniyama , Mrs Rodriguez is asking for you, she asked me to tell you to meet her at her office, room 307."

"Thank you" she replied and quickly left the classroom. She felt her anxiety going to the roof, what did they need her for now. Was she going to meet Sara too. After knowing this all she wanted to do was run. She quickly wished there was someone holding her hand and telling her everything was fine. She went to look for the room and quickly found it. She knocked quietly and heard a come in, she quickly obeyed and there they were. Sara Watanabe, just like in her vision just a couple of years older. Next to her there was Camila who she had met before. She was a beautiful brunette with chocolate colored eyes, olive skin color and full lips. Sara was standing leaning againts Camilas chair were she sat.

"Welcome to London" both spoke at the same time with a smile. Act normal Mai thought to herself

"Thank you"

"So, how was the flight, how is the school, is it was you expected" Sara spoke. She had a presence for sure. Gentle but a firm voice at the same time.

"It was good, thank you"

"Also, we wanted to get you a dorm but they were all full and i didn't want you to lose this opportunity so i talked with the school and i gave you my old apartment, i hope that's fine" Sara spoke meeting Mai's eyes

So that was their reason to take me there, Mai thought to herself, Ha nice try, even looking at me in the eyes and i can tell your lying, it might work for other people but not me.

"By the way , do you like the apartment, i remodeled it last year and Camila went to inspect it so everything was perfect for you"

Mai tried to hide her surprised expression that wanted to creep on her face.

"No, actually i have an old friend here , so she picked me up and i went to stay for these past days to catch up" Mai had to think of that excuse fast

"Im glad you're not alone in England" Camila replied

"That's all you can go now" Sara spoke and gave a fake smile that gave Mai chills.

She quiclkly bowed and left the office.

Camila's POV

"Do you believe her?" Sara spoke as her fake smile faded and her true persona came.

"Why would she lie?" She just rolled her eyes.

"I need her to lead me to Oliver Davis, if she sets a foot in that apartment William will become active, making her contact Oliver and if both of them are there, William will try to kill them"

She was truly evil, i've never met someone as cold and manipulating as her.

"Why do you want them dead?" This set her off, she took my chair and spined it so i came face to face with her.

"Do what you're told, no questions asked unless you want something bad to happen to your son"

"I won't ask ever again" she quickly smiled as i panicked

"Go follow her, i need to know what she's up too"

with that i got up and went to spy on Mai Taniyama.
