Once he finished claiming the rings, Master Ironfist asked, "Would you like the Potter will to be read? You can unseal them since you are Heir Potter."
"My parent's will? I want to read it!"
"Unsealing them and reading them will answer many of my questions. Since Harry wants to read them, we can unseal them now."

Master Ironfist talked to Master Naglock, who left the room before returning with a scroll in his hands. The scroll was bound with two pieces of red ribbon at the sides, and a wax seal with the Potter crest imprinted on it, in the middle. He passed it to Master Ironfist who set it on the table.
"Heir Potter, you need to say 'I, Harrison James Potter, Heir of the Most Ancient and Noble House of Potter, wish to unseal the will of my parents, the late Lord and Lady of the Most Ancient and Noble House of Potter.' Lord Black will then say, 'I, Sirius Orion Black, magical guardian of Harrison James Potter, Heir of the Most Ancient and Noble House of Potter, approve of his request to unseal the will of his parents, the late Lord and Lady of the Most Ancient and Noble House of Potter.' The will here will then be unsealed, although the copy that is with the ministry will remain sealed."
"Okay, so no one else will be able to read it?"
"Yes, only the three of us will know the contents of the will, unless you wish to let someone else know."

The wax seal flashed, before the ribbons disappeared, showing that the will had been unsealed. Master Ironfist unrolled it, before reading it out.
The Last Will of Lord James Charlus and Lady Lily Marie Potter
I, Lord James Charlus Potter, and I, Lady Lily Marie Potter, being of sound mind and person, declare this to be our last will and testament. We revoke all previous wills and codicils previously made.
We appoint Sirius Orion Black as the executor of our will.
Peter Pettigrew, not Sirius Black, was our secret keeper. We had switched secret keepers as Peter would not be suspected to be our secret keeper so the secret would be safer. If we are dead due to an attack at our home at Godric's Hollow, Peter Pettigrew, and not Sirius Black is the one responsible for it.
We leave 100,000 galleons each to our friends Sirius Orion Black, Remus John Lupin, and Peter Pettigrew, under the condition that we had not died due to an attack at Godric's Hollow, for their unwavering friendship.
We leave 50,000 galleons to our godson Neville Frank Longbottom. We leave 100,000 galleons to Frank and Alice Longbottom for their friendship.
We leave 50,000 galleons to each house in the High Council of Wizengamot, the Blacks, Longbottoms, Bones, and Greengrass, for the friendship of their house.
We leave 50,000 galleons to Andromeda and Ted Tonks, for their friendship and help over the years.
We leave 100,000 galleons to the Order of the Phoenix, should the war against Voldemort still be ongoing, to aid in the war effort.
We leave guardianship of our son, Harrison James Potter to his magical godfather, Sirius Orion Black. Should he be unavailable, we leave his guardianship to Frank and Alice Longbottom, his magical godmother. Should they all be unavailable, in order of preference, we leave his guardianship to:
Remus John Lupin - a very good friend, we do not care about his condition
Andromeda and Ted Tonks - James' cousin and a good friend
Edgar Bones and his wife or Amelia Bones - members of the Most Ancient and Noble House of Bones, part of the High Council of Wizengamot, and good friends
Gerald and Isabelle Greengrass - members of the Most Ancient and Noble House of Bones, part of the High Council of Wizengamot, and good friends
Any other trusted wizarding family, elected by the Wizengamot, should all of those above be unavailable. We do not, under any conditions, want Harrison to be left with Petunia and Vernon Dursley, Lily's sisters. They do not approve of magic and will not treat him well.
We leave a stipend of 500 galleons a month to Harrison's guardian, until Harrison's 14th birthday, when he will be emancipated, for his care.
We leave all other money, and all property, heirlooms, artefacts, or books belonging to the Most Ancient and Noble House of Potter and the Most Ancient and Noble House of Peverell to our son, Harrison James Potter. We also leave the lordships of the Most Ancient and Noble House of Potter and the Most Ancient and Noble House of Peverell to our son, Harrison James Potter. He will be able to access his full inheritance on his fourteenth birthday, when he claims the lordships.
On his fifth birthday, he will be able to access his trust vault, the trust vault belonging to the Heir Potter, which will give be refilled with 100 galleons every month, for him to spend on anything he wishes, though he will only be able to withdraw up to 20 galleons a month without the permission of his guardian. On his eleventh birthday, it will be refilled with 250 galleons a month instead, and he will be able to withdraw up to 100 galleons a month without the permission of his guardian, to allow him to have more money to spend when he goes to Hogwarts.

Harry opened the letter and started to read it.
Dear Harry,
We're sorry we can't be there with you. Remember that we love you, and we'll always be watching over you. Remember, from the Potters, ferant super omnia, chivalry above all, and from the Peverells, et mortem vicit, death will be conquered. Always be courageous and do the right thing though it might be difficult, and do not fear death, simply do the right thing and trust your instincts. Don't be afraid of Voldemort, though we hope you will never have to face him, if you do one day, do not fear him but face him with courage, knowing that you are doing the right thing.
You will be able to claim the Potter and Peverell heir rings on your fifth birthday and the lord rings on your fourteenth birthday. If you grow up under the care of Sirius, which we hope you do, he will teach you everything you will need to know to properly carry out your duties as the Lord of a Most Ancient and Noble House. Otherwise, any other guardian will teach you the same thing, as we have taken care to select guardians that know the practices and customs of Most Ancient and Noble Houses.
The Peverell House has been part of the Potter House since the 13th century, when Ignotus' Peverell's granddaughter, the last of the Peverell family, married into the Potter family. She brought with her Ignotus' invisibility cloak, which has been handed down from father to son when the son goes to Hogwarts, and a trunk that is able to expand time, 1 year in the trunk will be the equivalent of a day outside.
Books on our families history will be available to you from your fifth birthday, read them to learn more about our family, and be proud of what our ancestors have done. The family grimoire in the main Potter vault will be accessible to you from your eleventh birthday and there are many spells, wards, and potions in them, along with other precious knowledge, read it and learn as many of the things in them as possible, many of the spells will aid you in battle, the wards will keep you safe, and the potions will aid you greatly, especially when you get hurt. Remember that no one else outside the family should read it, for it holds many of the family's secrets.
Remember your heritage and do your ancestors proud, do not be afraid of others who may intimidate or bully you, you belong to two Most Ancient and Noble Houses, no one is above you, and only members of four other houses are of the same status as you. However, do not be proud or boastful, but be humble and kind, and always help those who are weaker or in need. Carry yourself well and ensure your every action is honourable, try your best in everything you do, and help ensure justice is given to those who are deprived of it.
Most importantly, remember that we will always love you, and though we may not be able to physically be with you, we will always be watching you and protecting you, from wherever we are.
