Doof & Mom

Mrs. Doofenshmirtz was sitting in the coffee shop with her son, Heinz.

"Do you like the coffee? Everyone, Vanessa included, keeps raving about how good it is." Heinz tried desperately to make conversation. His mother looked at the coffee and took a sip. "Meh, it's not bad. I've had better. I'm fairly sure I've made better."

Dr. D. looked around. "Sometimes, local artists are given the opportunity to display their works for the public. Like that piece over there." He said pointing to a painting on the wall. Mrs. Doofenshmirtz looked at the painting in question. "It's just a painting of a table. Anyone who's passed kindergarten can paint a table."

Heinz sighed and finished his coffee. "I just wanted to spend some time with you." He told his mother sadly. She then looked at him and softly smiled. "That's okay Heinz. Your brother Roger takes me out for Sunday Brunch twice a week at that fancy restaurant downtown."
