Mr. and Mrs. Doofenshmirtz were sitting in the coffee shop with their granddaughter, Vanessa.
"Why is it you come here and spend your hard-earned money on over-priced coffee?" Mrs. Doofenshmirtz asked. Vanessa smiled. "It gives me a chance to get out of the house and see my friends."
"It is a social thing for you young people?" Mr. Doofenshmirtz inquired and Vanessa nodded.
"Why can't you just make coffee at home?" Mrs. Doofenshmirtz queried. Vanessa laughed, despite herself. "Because my father's always there and he loves to embarrass me. If I go out for coffee, I get a delicious hot cup of coffee, that I can enjoy, without him criticizing me."
