《Sabrina》I'm walking around looking for Rowan when I heard laughing coming from the kitchen so I walk in the kitchen and see Rowan and Peyton laughing so I walk up to them I'm sorry to interrupt but Rowan I'm going to head out now
《Rowan》Oh OK, I look at Peyton well I hope to see you around bye I start walking away but Sabrina stops me and she says
《Sabrina》Actually Rowan here you take my car and just leave when you want too I hand her my keys but then she says
Rowan》How are you going to get home?
《Sabrina》Oh I met a guy here and he's going to show me a building he was going to teardown he said I can use it for my art gallery/art studio, so call me as soon as you get home OK
《Rowan》OK I will, I walk back to Peyton well it looks like I'm driving myself home tonight he smiles at me oh that smile when he smiles at me it seems like I'm losing feeling in my legs and I'm about to fall but I don't seem to hit the floor and the only thing I feel is a pair of nice strong arms around me I look up at him and blush and finally find the strength in my legs to stand up straight I'm, I'm sorry I didn't mean to do that
《Peyton》It's OK I look at the time on my phone and realized it's almost 10 o'clock well I hate to do this but I have to get going home I have to relieve my babysitter

《Peyton》Oh um she walked out on them right after they were born and get this the mother of my daughters is here tonight
《Rowan》She what how could she abandon them? I was about to walk away to go confront this bitch but the hand on my arm prevented me from moving any further so I look at Peyton and he says

《Peyton》No you will not be doing that like you said to me she's not worth it and besides my daughters don't know their mother and I don't plan on them meeting their mother anytime soon or at all really but I really do gotta go I hand her my phone here put your number in and I'll text you sometime I watch as she puts her number in my phone

《Peyton》When she hands me my phone back I put it in my pocket and take her phone and put my number in her phone now I really need to go I had a great time talking to you I'll text you when I get home she nods and we walk out of the kitchen together and head to the door, your going home too?
《Rowan》Yeah I to have to relieve my babysitter it was nice meeting you Peyton have a good night I walk to Sabrina's car and get in and head home all the while thinking about Peyton those sexy eyes and the way he held me when my legs gave out when he smiled at me and oh that smile is burned into my memory when I get home I get out of the car and walk into the house and see my mom sitting on the couch in the living room, hey mom is Jasmine asleep?
《Liz》Hey honey yeah she's asleep she had supper then we watched a movie then she had her bath and then she went to bed, so how was the party?
《Rowan》It was a great party even though the guy that hosted the party I can't stand his guts
《Liz》Uh oh it was Grant's party wasn't it?
《Rowan》Yeah, but then I smile but I met a guy there and we talked for what seemed like for hours I told him about Jasmine and I told him that her father walked out on her before she was even born but you should have seen him mom as soon as I told him it was Grant that was Jasmine's father he was going to go and find Grant and kick his ass for walking out on Jasmine before she was even born, and then he told me about him being a veterinarian

《Peyton》I just got home from the party and I'm walking into my house when I get in the house I see my mom asleep on the couch so I put my keys on the table by the door and hang up my jacket and quietly walk over to the couch and gently wake up my mom, mom wake up I'm home she stirs in her sleep and then wakes up, hey mom how were they?
《Elizabeth》Oh they were great they had their supper as you know and we watched a movie then I gave them their bath and they went to bed at 9:30 P.M. like they were supposed to, so how was your night?
《Peyton》It was alright
《Elizabeth》Uh oh what happen?
《Peyton》Well I ran into Marcy at the party she never once asked about the girls which is actually a good thing she's the one that abandoned them I'm the one that stayed she does not deserve to know how my children are doing, that was the first part of my night and the second part of my night was great I met a really beautiful woman her name is Rowan Blanchard

《Peyton》Well she has a daughter her daughter's name is Jasmine Rowan use to be a teacher until she was fired for being pregnant Rowan is beautiful mom when I picture my life I picture it with Rowan her daughter Jasmine and my two baby girls, am I getting ahead of myself mom for already picturing my life with Rowan Blanchard and her daughter and my daughters as one big family?

《Peyton》My mom just left, now I'm going upstairs to check on the girls when I get to their room they are sleeping soundly so I walk to my room and get ready for bed and turn on the little TV I have in there and get in bed and watch TV while I'm watching TV my phone rings I look at the caller ID and it's my mom
