(July 4th , 3 years ago, Border of Land of Fire and Land of Grass)
Naruto looked out through his ANBU mask at the building before him, assassinating a Dynamo was no easy task. This was his first mission as vice-captain for Team Yin. He honestly thought that he could do this by himself but alas the unofficial motto of Konoha 'teamwork makes the dream work'.
"Owl, Status?" Naruto asked his fellow ANBU.
"All jonin level shinobi surrounding target, risk of mission running with plan Alpha… low" the Owl masked ANBU stated
"Wolf-taichou, permission to engage?"
"Granted Toad"
Naruto clapped his hands as a triangle started to glow red around the building, he sensed the other three members of the team readying at each edge of the triangle to perform a barrier technique.
Naruto sped into the building and completed his task.
(July 23rd, 3 years ago, Kazuma Estate, Land of Fire)
"I ask Konoha for protection! And what do they send huh? A child and two women? At least there are three men here" a fat man yells in his chair, this man was a cousin twice removed of the dynamo and bullshitted his way into power, with the support of the dynamo.
Naruto looked at the man through his mask with an angry scowl written all over.
"Sir, I assure you that we are a top quality team, the Hokage selected us" Wolf stated with indifference.
"Your Hokage must have chosen wrong then! Damn old fool!" the lord lectured as a wave of Killer Intent was released from Naruto, in which everyone in the room flinched at.
"You may insult me all you want, but insulting the Hokage is akin to treason in the land of fire, and you do know what happens to traitors?" Naruto stated with rage seeping out of his voice.
"Toad, control yourself" the captain yelled as the killer intent stopped leaking.
Breathing and sweating heavily the lord looked at the child that was content with executing him on the spot. He now knew the power of a ninja, no matter how small they were, was never to be underestimated.
(Present day, border of Land of Fire and Land of Rice)
Naruto walked down a path that was less traveled by people, wearing his hat, which covered his face. Behind him where the two half Uzumaki that he saved from the target's house.
The girls where still clad in the clothes they stole from the house, and they didn't look too comfortable wearing them either.
"There's a village 30 minutes away… we're going to get you some clothes there" Naruto stated as the older girl grew a tick mark on her head.
"Who are you to decide that?" she yelled at Naruto.
"You don't look too comfortable in those clothes, and I want to get some dango" Naruto stated as they broke off the road to join a more open one.
"Fine, we're only getting clothes because we need them, not caus you said so" the girl stated with much pride.
Naruto deadpanned 'that's why we're stopping' he thought as he looked forward, and sensed forward.
'5 ANBU level signatures' Naruto thought as he readied a kunai. Of course the boy knew about the feudal lord that lived and ruled this domain under the permission of the dynamo. He expected the royal to have some sort of high level escort, after all these types of people had more money that they knew what to do with.
The signatures stopped moving, and soon a caravan surrounded by five leaf ANBU was in sight.
As the three approached the caravan they noticed that there was a boy on the ground, bowing next to what seemed to be an elder female around the age of 30.
Naruto and his 'followers' where now looking on as someone stepped out of the caravan.
Out came a man around the age of 20, skinny looking and quite revolting in Naruto's opinion.
"You peasants" he spat as he stood in front of the two individuals that where bowed down. "You think you can come within 20 feet of me without anything to give me?"
Naruto noticed the ANBU looking at him and their hand signs they were using to communicate with each other.
The presumed lord looked at Naruto. "And who do you think you are? Being so close to my caravan? Bow now and beg for forgiveness or else my personal ninja will behead you and your friends"
Naruto looked at the man and then the ANBU before using his hand to take his hat off, revealing his features to all. He could feel the ANBU tense at his presence.
"The ANBU are useless in the presence of me" Naruto stated as he made a shadow clone appear behind the two Uzumaki.
"I suggest that you get back into your caravan and continue your journey"
"Who do you think you are to order me around like that" the lord screamed as Naruto looked at the ANBU masks and found one that was familiar.
"It's been a while hasn't it Wolf-taichou hasn't it?" Naruto asked the wolf masked ANBU, who responded by unsheathing his katana.
"I'd think you'd find your presence here useless… after all I was in Team Yin for three years, and I know all your tricks Taichou" Naruto stated as he began to channel wind chakra into his hands.
"Naruto… you know we will have to engage you" Wolf said with a singe of pity seeping through his voice.
Naruto hardened his eyes and stared at everyone opposing him will a mass amount of killing intent. "Then you will perish"
"Men retreat" Wolf ordered as the ANBU vanished into the trees.
Naruto looked in the direction of the ANBU team, who were desperately trying to hide their chakra from Naruto. He flung his left hand and a sharp and powerful gust of wind followed, slicing multiple trees in half.
"You'd better report this to HQ" Naruto shouted as he felt the ANBU team retreat.
Naruto then looked at the feudal lord and made him pass out with the sheer killing intent he was emitting.
He then looked at the two bowing peasants. "Get up" he commanded, the two complied and looked Naruto in the eye, with fear surrounding them.
Naruto ceased any chakra to be emitted from his person and softened his gaze. "Run along now, after all you don't want to be seen the lord"
The two ran away.
Naruto turned to the two half Uzumakis behind him and fished out two knife looking blades with a fuinjutsu matrix written on it and handed it to them.
"If you're ever in trouble, you can use this knife to protect yourself… and if you feel you can't win, just scratch the seal, or rub on it hardly" Naruto said as he handed the two the knifes.
The two grabbed the knifes, the younger one nodded before pocketing it. The elder grinned "You know your way to a young girl's heart don't ya?"
Confused Naruto looked at the elder sister "What do you mean?"
The only response he got was a smirk.
(August 21st, 3 years ago, Iwagakure)
Naruto looked at the exam hall, he wondered why he was taking the chunin exams again. He only needed to make it to the second round with his team, Hokage's orders.
His two teammates, Itachi's ex-teammate who he persuaded to endure being a shinobi, 14 year old Shinko Inari. And one 16 year old Iruka Umino who was taking his third Chunin exams.
The girl was pleasant enough to get on with, bubby and cute, the only thing she was lacking in the chunin department was confidence. Which was heavily damaged due to her teamate's death and Itachi's genius.
Iruka was a quick case study, he had passed his attention seeking days and focused on becoming a chunin to catch up to his friend in Mizuki. Naruto was confident that the boy could make chunin.
"Naruto-chan?" Shinko asked, breaking the silence that the team where sitting in.
"Hm?" Naruto responded by looking at the girl.
"I don't know if I can do this…" She stated before trailing off.
Naruto put a hand on her shoulder "If you could keep up with Itachi, you can do a measly chunin exam"
She smiled, her mood instantly changing "I guess you're right"
"Aren't you a little young to be in the chunin exams brat?" a voice asked behind the leaf team?
Naruto turned around to see a girl with pink eyes and short black hair glaring at him.
Naruto didn't bother responding to the taunt and looked back at his team.
"Oi brat! I was talking to you!" she yelled, slamming her fist against the table that Naruto and his team where gathered around.
Naruto paid the kunoichi no attention and looked at a mildy nervous Shinko. "Just remember all the training your sensei put you through… it will all fall into place"
Shinko nodded as the girl behind Naruto slammed her hand down on the table. "Stop ignoring me brat!"
Naruto unsheathed a kunai from its pouch and with speed that only jonin where able to pick up he slammed the kunai down between the Kunoichi's ring finger and middle finger, not drawing blood.
Everyone in the room shuddered at the action, the girl retracted her hand and looked at the blonde with concern for herself and her team.
(Present Day, 4 Months after the massacre, border of land of fire and land of grass)
"Long time no see Naruto Namikaze… or should I call you Clan Killer Namikaze?" a female voice asked.
Naruto looked at the four people that where standing before him, one blonde haired blue eyed girl, one bolder of a human, a pink eyed short black haired girl and one Sadamine Tsuchikage.
"It has been a while Kurotsuchi" Naruto said in an eerie calm voice whilst pulsing chakra through his ring, signaling for backup.
"Your bounty is quite high, for a 14 year old" Kurotsuchi stated.
"Who are the brats behind him uh!" the blonde girl grunted.
Naruto didn't answer, rather he made a shadow clone behind the two half Uzumaki.
"Those two behind you must have some significance to you Namikaze" Onoki stated, getting Naruto to shift his attention to the aged kage.
The clone Naruto then in an instant used the reverse summoning technique to send them into the realm of the summons, specifically the Panda summons.
"Smart… though I doubt even you are able to take on all of us and remain alive" Onoki stated as he started to float.
"I see you fear my power… just like you feared my father's" Naruto stated as he started to channel wind chakra into his hands.
Onoki widened his eyes. 'His elemental manipulation and shape manipulation must be perfect in order to do that'
The four stone ninja then felt three presences behind them, they turned around to see one orange haired man, with purple eyes, a pale woman with blue eyes and one plant looking man.
Onoki focused on the eyes of the orange haired fellow and started to sweat. 'The Rinnegan? That's only a myth'
"You are outclassed Onoki… leave" Naruto stated with force.
Onoki stopped floating. "Very well… we shall be on our way"
Naruto, Pain, Konan and Zetsu watched as the Tsuchikage and his entourage walked away.

"Itachi? What are you doing here at this hour?" Naruto asked his friend who just appeared in his apartment.
"Is this place safe to talk?" he asked, Naruto responded by making a few hand-signs and clapping his hands together letting a sealing matrix appear in the room.
"What do you wanna talk about at this ungodly hour?" Naruto asked as Itachi sat down, still clad in his ANBU armor.
"You know of Lord Danzo?" Itachi asked.
Naruto's eyes widened but he nodded.
"He wants me to spy on the Uchiha for him" Itachi stated as Naruto's eyes hardened.
"The elders also wants me to spy on the leaf for the Uchiha" Itachi stated as Naruto growled.
"Damn old people trying to use us for their advantage… have you talked to Shisui about it?"
"Not yet"
Naruto hummed in thought.
