《Liz》Well Jasmine and I just got back to my house and I see that Mark got the fold-up ramp out and put it on the stairs leading into the house so I get out of the car and walk to the trunk of the car and get Jasmine's wheelchair out then I take it to the side of the car where Jasmine is and she hands it to me so I put it on the back of her wheelchair then I get Jasmine out of the car then we walk to the front door and what I didn't see before was did the screen door was propped open so I wheel Jasmine up the ramp and she opens the wooden door and we walk in, Mark you here?
《Mark》}I was in my home office when I heard my loving wife calling so I get up and walk out of my office and walk to the living room to see Liz and my beautiful granddaughter
《Liz》Hey Jasmine you want something to eat right now or do you want to go play on the computer with grandpa?
《Jasmine》I want to go play on the computer I'm not hungry right now, can I play on the computer grandpa?
《Mark》Sure come on, I walk behind Jasmine's wheelchair and start walking to my home office but as I'm about to walk down the hallway I look back at Liz and see that she's on the phone so I continue walking down the hallway to my office, OK Jasmine what computer game do you want to play?
《Jasmine》A math game please
《Mark》OK I Scituate Jasmine in front of the computer and get my math game out that I have specifically for her and put it in the computer there you go my grandbaby
Back with Rowan at Meyer Vet Clinic before Liz calls her
《Rowan》I was in the exam room helping Peyton with a puppy that somebody brought in here with cuts all over it's body, Peyton do you think this sweet puppy is going to make it?
《Peyton》Honestly Rowan I don't know the cuts seem pretty deep I'm doing the best I can
《Rowan》Who the hell would do this to this precious little dog? Who the hell would do this to any animal period?
《Peyton》I don't know a sick sadistic fuck that's who, as I'm working on the puppy I hear a phone ringing I thought it was the phone out in the waiting room but I seen Rowan look at her phone
《Rowan》Mom, Peyton I'll be right back I need to take this it could be something about Jasmine
《Peyton》It's OK go take it I got the dog, Rowan nods and I continue working on the dog

《Rowan》Hey mom is everything OK is Jasmine OK?
《Liz》Honey there was an incident at the school today
《Rowan》Incident what incident is Jasmine OK is she hurt?
《Liz》No she's not hurt and yeah she's fine it's just that she was getting bullied by two girls in her class, and it's been going on for a while
《Rowan》Oh my god why didn't she say anything, where is she?
《Liz》I don't know why she didn't say anything and she's in your dad's home office playing on the computer with your dad, do you want to talk to her?
《Rowan》Yeah please
《Liz》OK hang on

《Liz》I get up and walk down the hallway to Mark's home office and walk in Jasmine honey your mommy's on the phone and she wants to talk to you about what happen in school today I take the phone off hold and I pass Jasmine the phone
Back to the call with (Jasmine and Rowan)

《Rowan》Hi baby grandma said that you were getting bullied and that the bullying has been going on for a while can you tell mommy what these kids in your class were saying to you?
《Jasmine》They said look at the retarded disabled girl in the wheelchair that doesn't have a daddy because her daddy didn't want to deal with a retarded disabled girl in a wheelchair
《Rowan》Oh my god
《Jasmine》Yeah that's it, mommy I don't want to go to school tomorrow
《Rowan》We'll talk about this when I come pick you up from grandma and grandpa's tonight OK?

《Rowan》When I got off the phone with Jasmine I call my brother
Phone call (Shane and Rowan)
《Shane》Hello Rowan what can I do for you?
《Rowan》Oh um hey I want to know what happen at school today?
《Shane》Oh um Jasmine was getting bullied in class today by two girls the two girls that were bullying Jasmine were suspended for two weeks and I'm hoping that in those two weeks that those two girls realize that bullying is wrong and I told their mother that after the two weeks are over if she wants her daughters to come back then they can but if they don't see how wrong bullying is in those two weeks that they have been suspended for then they are no longer allowed in my school, oh and get this Mackenzie and Isabella those are the girls that were suspended, they happened to say to me that I was playing favoritism because Jasmine is my niece
《Rowan》That's ridiculous your great at your job Shane I know you, you would never have favoritism over anybody else just because Jasmine is your niece, well look I have to go I have to get back to my job, thank you for looking out for Jasmine today

《Rowan》When I get off the phone with Shane I walk back into the exam room when I get in the room I see that Peyton is still working on the puppy, so how's the puppy doing?
《Peyton》It don't look good I did everything I could now it's up to this little guy weather he wants to survive or not
《Rowan》I gently pet the dog's head, I hope the puppy makes it
《Peyton》Hey is every thing OK with your mom?{Rowan}Yeah she was just calling to tell me that there was an incident at my daughter's school with two kids in her class
《Peyton》Oh do you mind me asking you what the incident was?
《Rowan》No I don't mind it was that my daughter Jasmine was being bullied by two kids in her class the names were Mackenzie and Isabella
《Peyton》Wait did you say Mackenzie and Isabella?
《Rowan》Yeah why do you know them?
《Peyton》No I heard about them they also bullied my daughters Josephine and Julie last year but the principal that was working at the school last year didn't do anything to stop the bullying but when I talked to the school board about the bullying and the fact that the principal didn't do anything about the bullying they fired principal Forester but I haven't yet to meet the new principal but I hear that he is a good principal
《Rowan》What school do your daughters go to and what's the teacher's name?
《Peyton》They go to Prince Charles Public School and their teacher's name is Donna Jo Harris why?
《Rowan》Because Jasmine goes to that school and her teacher's name is Donna Jo Harris, do you think that your daughters and my daughter are friends?
《Peyton》I don't know they could be, I'll have to ask Josephine and Julie tomorrow they are staying the night at my parents place tonight
《Rowan》That's great and it would be great if all 3 of them were friends because Jasmine don't have many friends, well I better get going back out to the front I was about to walkout the door until Peyton stopped me
《Peyton》Yeah that would be great, um Rowan I was thinking that since you help me out a lot in the exam room that maybe you would like to maybe learn how to be a veterinarian?
《Rowan》I don't have time to go back to school to learn how to be a veterinarian
《Peyton》You don't have to go back to school to learn how to be a veterinarian, when I opened my clinic I also decided to have it as a learning experience as well
《Rowan》But who's going to answer the phone and take down appointments?
《Peyton》I don't say anything I just walk out of the room to get the headsets and then walk back to the room, that's why we have these I show her the headsets one for you and one for me, so what do you say do you want to learn how to be a veterinarian?
《Rowan》I do love animals so yes I'd love too
