Stacy Hirano accepted her coffee and made her way to the large round table near the window. She put her cup down, followed by her laptop. She then took off her sweater and collapsed into the comfy chair.
The door to the coffee shop opened and a young woman dressed in black entered.
Vanessa placed her order and accepted her beverage before approaching her Asian classmate. "Hey." She greeted as she took a seat and eyed the laptop. "You've got everything on there?"
Stacy nodded. "Oh, of course. All my courses are here." Vanessa chuckled and pulled the device closer. She looked over the top of the computer and raised her eyebrow and smirked. "Interesting choice of 'study' materials."
Stacy blushed as her words failed her. "I… I was looking up…"
Vanessa laughed freely.
