《Leyton》Sapphire and I just got home from the park where we spent the day with her new friends and my brother Peyton and my mother and father right now Sapphire is in her playroom playing with her toys while I sit in the living room on the couch trying to figure out what to say to Rosalie and Emmett tonight I can't believe that they would lie to me and have me believe that they adopted me and why did they kidnap me in the first place as I'm sitting there Sapphire comes running out of her playroom and jumps into my arms and buries her face into my shoulder so I say Sapphire honey what's wrong?
《Sapphire》There's a big big big spider in there
《Leyton》Where can you show daddy? She nods OK come on I get up from the couch with Sapphire in my arms and walk back to the playroom, OK baby doll can you show daddy where the big big big spider is? She Points over to where her chalkboard/whiteboard easel is so I sit her on her feet on the floor and walk over to the chalkboard/whiteboard easel and see that there is indeed a spider there but it's not as big as she told me that it was, but to Sapphire everything is really really big I was about to kill the spider but I seen that there was more then one spider then I look at the chalkboard/whiteboard easel and see that there is a clutter of them so I look in the space between the chalkboard/whiteboard and there is a spider sack that has been ripped open so I walk to the bathroom that is right next to the playroom and I grab some toilet paper and insect spray then I take out the spider sack and put it in the trash bin that is in the playroom then I spray the spiders and wait a few minutes until they are all dead and then I grab some more toilet paper and gather them all up in the toilet paper and throw them away once I've done that I look at Sapphire and say there you go baby doll they are gone
《Sapphire》They? There was more then one?
《Leyton》Yes baby doll there was but now they are gone so you can play, but remember we are going to nana Rosalie and papa Emmett's for supper soon OK? She nods and I take the trash bin an empty it in the kitchen trash bin once I emptied the playroom trash bin I decided to wash it out once I did that I look at the time and it's 5:46 so I decide to start getting ready, Sapphire baby doll time to go after I said that I heard running little feet, can you get your shoes she nods and runs to get her shoes then comes back and I help her put them on once I get her shoes on her I get mine on and we head out to the car and I get her in the car and buckled up then I get in the car and we head to Rosalie and Emmett's house when we get to Rosalie and Emmett's house I get out of the car and get Sapphire out of the car and we walk up to the door and Sapphire looks at me and says
《Sapphire》Can I knock daddy?
《Leyton》Sure baby doll go ahead, she knocks on the door and we wait about 5 minutes then the door opens and we are greeted by Rosalie
《Rosalie》Hey come on in I step out of the way to let them in when they walk in I close the door I look at Leyton and he don't seem like himself so I say Leyton honey are you OK?
《Leyton》Yeah just a lot on my mind, is Emmett here?
《Rosalie》Yeah but why don't you ever call us mom and dad? We are your parents after all, he didn't say anything I'll go get him he nods and I walk to Emmett's home office when I get there I knock on the door when I hear Emmett say come in I open the door and walk in Emmett honey Leyton and Sapphire are here
《Emmett》OK I get up and Rosalie and I walk out of my office to the living room to see Leyton and Sapphire sitting there watching cartoons, they look at us and Sapphire says
《Sapphire》Nana Rosalie papa Emmett, I get up and hug them I missed you so much
《Rosalie and Emmett》We missed you too
Leyton》I look at Rosalie and Emmett can we talk? They not so I look at Sapphire baby doll can you stay here and watch cartoons while I talk to nana Rosalie and papa Emmett? She nods and I get up and Rosalie, Emmett and I walk into the kitchen
《Rosalie and Emmett》OK son what's going on?
《Leyton》One minute, I look out in the living room to see that Sapphire is focussed on the television watching her cartoons, so I look back at Rosalie and Emmett and say WHEN THE HELL WERE YOU GOING TO TELL ME THAT I WAS NEVER ADOPTED BY YOU TWO? They didn't say anything, TELL ME RIGHT NOW
《Rosalie and Emmett》What are you talking about?
《Leyton》I'm talking about that you didn't adopt me you kidnapped me from the hospital when I was a baby what did you do pay the doctor to tell my biological parents that I died? And why did you tell me that my biological mother died in childbirth and my biological father never wanted anything to do with me after my biological mother died?
《Emmett》I look at Rosalie and she nods her head yes to continue I can explain everything and I will, you see we wanted a baby so bad we tried and tried for years with no success we went to the hospital to see why Rosalie couldn't get pregnant and the doctor said that she could conceive but not carry the baby to full term so the day that you and your brother Peyton were born Rosalie and I were at the hospital I was friends with the doctor that delivered you and your brother we paid the doctor $10,000 to tell your biological mother and father that you died, so we kidnapped you and then when you were napping when you were a baby Rosalie and I came up with the solution that we were going to tell you when you got older that your biological mother died in childbirth and your biological father didn't want you
《Leyton》Well you see that's where I don't believe that you could conceive but not carry the baby to term I do believe that you paid the doctor $10,000 so you could kidnap me, but Rosalie you used to date a guy by the name of Robert Meyer right?
《Rosalie》Yes why?
《Leyton》Well you see I talked to Robert Meyer and he said that you wanted a baby he agreed to have a baby with you but you couldn't conceive you blamed him for not being able to conceive then throughout the remainder of your relationship with Robert Meyer you continue to blame him for you not being able to conceive a child then you broke up then he started dating this woman named Elizabeth then a year later they got married in a year after that they had my brother Dillon then they had my brother Cole and 7 years later they had me and Peyton but the doctor told them that I died shortly after I was born but now I know that you two kidnapped me, as I was talking to Rosalie and Emmett I heard a sweet little voice that could only belong to my daughter say
《Sapphire》What daddy they didn't adopt you?
《Leyton》When I heard her say that I look at her and get down to her level and say no baby doll they didn't they kidnap me as a baby
《Sapphire》Oh, daddy did you adopt me or did you kidnap me too?
《Leyton》What no no no daddy adopted you, do you remember when daddy came in to the orphanage the next day and saw you sitting in the corner and I came over to you and you asked me to be your friend? She nods so I continue, and do you also remember when I said well I can do you one better than just being friends with you how would you like it if I adopted you and you said you want to adopt me and I said yes I do want to adopt you and I showed you the adoption papers? She nods so that means I'm legally your daddy by adoption
《Sapphire》But they didn't adopt you?
《Leyton》No baby doll they didn't, Sapphire looks at them, Sapphire baby are you OK? she didn't say anything to me, but what she said next shocked not only me but Rosalie and Emmett as well
《Sapphire》You not my nana Rosalie and you not my papa Emmett you nothing to me after I said that I look at my daddy and say daddy I don't want to be here anymore can we go home please?《Leyton》Sure baby doll let's go I pick her up and we walk out of the kitchen and out of the house to the car I get Sapphire in the car and buckle her in then I get in the car and we head home once we get home I get out of the car and get Sapphire out of the car and the two of us walk into the house once we get into the house I look at Sapphire I'm sorry baby doll I know you looked at them like a grandma and grandpa
《Sapphire》Daddy it's OK they didn't adopt you they kidnapped you, you aren't there son so they're not my grandparents, I love you daddy, but I'm hungry can we eat?
《Leyton》I laugh sure come on, we get up and walk to the kitchen Sapphire sits at the table while I start making her favourite food mac and cheese with cut up hot dogs in it once the food is ready I put it into two bowls and take the bowls to the table and put Sapphire's Bowl down in front of her and watch as her face lit up with happiness and she said
《Sapphire》Daddy you made my favourite food mac and cheese with cut up hot dogs in it?
《Leyton》That I did now eat up and then we can watch a movie OK? She nods and starts eating, I look at Sapphire as she's eating and she has mac and cheese and cut up hot dogs all over her face I laugh a little bit and Sapphire looks as me and says
《Sapphire》Daddy why are you laughing?
《Leyton》You have mac and cheese and hot dogs all over your face I hand her a napkin here you go baby doll wipe your face when you're done eating she puts down her fork and picks up the napkin and wipes for face off, so I take it that you are done eating?
《Sapphire》Yes daddy that was good thank you
《Leyton》Your welcome baby doll why don't you go pick out a movie for us to watch while daddy does the dishes? She nods and runs off to the living room while I get started on the dishes once I get done with the dishes I walk to the living room where I see that Sapphire has picked out a movie, alright baby doll what movie did you pick?
《Sapphire》I picked High School Musical 1,2,3
《Leyton》OK but I don't think we will have time to watch all 3 tonight, but let me put in the first one, she nods and I take the first movie and put it in the DVD player and then sit back on the couch with Sapphire and start the movie and Sapphire cuddles into my side and we watch the movie as we are watching the movie Sapphire is singing all the songs and that gives me a thought that maybe I should see about getting her singing lessons, hey Sapphire honey?
