Rachel's College Boyfriend?

Summary

What if Rachel never got back together with Finn before Senior year and she met a guy name Brody Weston over the summer and they instantly hit off making it offical after she lost Nationals. She finds out that he goes to college at NYADA majoring in Musical theater How will their relationship work when her ex boyfriend Finn Hudson tries to win her back? And what happens when the Glee club members find out that she has a new boyfriend? Will they believe her or not?

I will be adding a few characters in this story aswell so Rachel will be making new friends but could make friends with the Glee club members.

At Brody's Dad's House.

Brody joins the rest of the room and they all smile at him. He saw Rachel talking to his sister and they were both smiling at each other. He walked over to them, bending down to kiss his girl on the forehead.

"Your hogging my girlfriend. She still needs to get to know Dad." Vanna rolled her eyes at her brother.

"Well you've been hogging her since she's got here. I want to spend time with my best friend. Go talk to Dad while I spend time with Rachel. Go on don't hog my best friend all night. She'll still be your girlfriend by the end of the night." He pouts.

"Oh please act your age Brody." He rolled his eyes at his sister before walking over to his dad hugging him.

"Brody my man, I'm so glad you decided to join us and bring your girlfriend. When am I going to meet her?" His dad Marcus asked him whole holding a glass of white wine.

"You'll meet her after Vanna stops hogging her." He says poining over to Vanna and Rachel. They both watched Vanna take out her phone, pull Rachel close and they took selfies together laughing and talking.

"She's very pretty. Are you going to pop the question tonight?" He stared at his dad.

"Yes son I know what your planning on doing and I'm not going to stop you but please have a long engagement." He whispered.

"Trust me dad I plan on waiting as long as she wants to wait."

"Now are you sure she's the one you want to be married to?" Brody looked back Rachel to see her looking back at me with a smile then she looks up at his mother and step mother and starts talking to them.

Brody stares at her for a little bit longer before glancing back at his dad.

"Yes Dad I'm sure that Rachel's girl that I want to spend the rest of my life with. She's fits right into our family. Her and Vanna are best friends so that's a plus." He nods.

"Yeah but I still need to approve of her first. Maybe she'll even laugh at my jokes." He shook his head no.

"Dad you know your jokes are weak and not funny. I don't know how Tami deals with you." He laughed sarcastically at his son before making his way over to Rachel.

"Hey Rachel is it?" Rachel's eyes lit up staring at Brody's dad and nodded nervously.

"Why don't you join me in the kitchen I want to talk to you. Is that okay with you?" Vanna and Brody stared at their dad wondering what there going to be talking about.

"Um sure it's fine." Rachel stood up fixing her dress and leans up, pressing a kiss to Brody's cheek. She was about to join his dad when Brody pulls her close.

"Dad what are you doing?" Rachel rests against him as she stared at Marcus. Sure she was nervous to hear what he had to say but she was ready.

"Yeah Daddy don't scare her off." He rolled his eyes at his kids.

"I'm not going to scare her off. She seems like she handle my talking. Trust me." He motions Rachel into the kitchen. She pulls back.

"Don't worry guys I'm just going to talk to him. I'll still be your girlfriend after it's over." Vanna pouts.

"Calm down Vanna. I'm still going to be your best friend aswell." She grins. Rachel pecks Brody's lips a few times then pulls back and walks into the kitchen to hear what Marcus Weston has to say.

Vanna stared at her brother seeing the worried look on his face. She placed her hand on his shoulder.

"You okay?" He sighs staring at his little sister.

"What do you think? My girlfriend's going to get grilled by our dad." Vanna sighs before looking back at her dad to see him taking a sip of his wine.

"Relax I really don't think he's going to be harsh with her. Anyways what do you think he's going to talk to her about?" He just shook his head getting nervous.

He had no idea what he dad was going to talk to his girlfriend about. He really does love his girlfriend and he wasn't going to let his dad scare Rachel off.

He'll wait a few minutes before walking into the kitchen to check on them and to get another drink.

"So Rachel how are you liking New York so far?" Rachel smiles.

"I love it. Brody showed me around and we've had a great time." He smiled.

"So my son been a good boyfriend?" Rachel nods.

"Yeah He's a very great boyfriend. I'm so glad we got together." Marcus nods.

"That's great to hear. Brody has never been this happy with any girl he brings home. He seems to really care for you. I just want to make you don't break my son's heart."

Rachel frowns shaking her head. She cleared her throat nervously.

"Honestly sir I'm the one worried that I'm going to end up heartbroken with Brody. He's a guy in college at my dream school, he's very attractive and he could have any girl he wanted but he chose me of all the girls in the world. He picked a girl from Lima Ohio instead of girl from New York City. Trust me I'm not planning on hurting your son."

"Would you say you loved Brody?" She stared at him really thinking.

"People say they love to each other all the time sir. Are you asking me if I have strong feelings for him or what I feel is very much real love between us?" He nods.

"Yes that's very true but are you in love my son Rachel. That's my main question. So is do you feel that what you have with Brody is real love?"

Rachel smiled brightly at Marcus and spoke speaking from her ehart.

"I love hard and sometimes it's a bit much for some people but Brody doesn't care that I love hard. He loves me hard back. You want to know if I'm in love with him?"

He nodded waiting for the answer.

"I'm madly in love with Brody Weston. He's treats me like a queen and I don't see myself with anybody else. Yes I'm in love with him and it would break my heart if we broke up. I do feel that what I have with Brody is different and very much real. No guy has treated me with respect like Brody has. Is that good enough answer for you?"

Marcus nods.

"Yes that's a very good anough for me. Rachel where do you see yourself after high school?"

"Going to NYADA, getting a job on the side while going to school and starring on Broadway. My dream play would be Funny Girl. Fanny Brice is my dream role."

"What if theres a set back, do you have a backup plan with your degree?"

"Until my dream comes true. I'm planning on doing anything with music. Maybe I'll be a music teacher to little kids. Teaching is also in my future." Marcus smiles.

"That's nice a great backup plan. I'm glad you have a great head on your shoulder Rachel Berry. You'll do great things when you make it New York and get your dream role which I know will happen before you know it." He tells her.

Rachel smiled really glad that somebody else besides her dads, Brody and her true friends believed that she would be in New York.

"So your vegan like Brody? Have you always been a vegan?" She nodded.

"All my life I've been vegan. I really surprised when Brody told me that he vegan when we first met. I thought he was just trying to impress me. But as we went on a few more dates I realized that he really was vegan." Marcus nods taking a sip of his wine.

"Yeah Brody has aways been vegan too. I'm really surprised because none of us are vegans. You two are a match made in heaven." She laughed.

"I know right. My Daddy is vegan while my Dad isn't." Marcus nods. He knows all about Rachel having two gay dads as her parents and he has no problem with it.

"How are your dads, what do they do for a living?"

"My dads are both lawyers at same law firm and sometimes their cases are out of town. They are both very busy with their work but they love me very much and I know their jobs are very important to them."

"That's great. I'm a lawyer myself and it can be hard. You have a great relationship with them?" She nodded.

"Then's that's fine with me." He walks over to her and gave her a caring hug.

"You know what Rachel?" She just stared him after they pull apart.

"I like you and you fit right in with our family, Your best friends with Vanna. I really thought McKenna was going to be her only best friends in life but when she told me that she made a new friend over the summer. I was really happy to know that you were also Brody's girlfriend. You make both of my kids very happy."

She was really glad Brody's dad liked her. She wanted to be part of his family some day.

They both heard footsteps and turned to see Brody standing there.

"Is everything okay in here?" Rachel smiled at her boyfriend.

"Yes everythings just fine." Marcus smiles at his son seeing how nervous he was getting.

"What you can't trust your girlfriend with me? scared I'm going to scare her off? Come on now buddy." Rachel chuckled.

"Yeah come on Buddy." He walks over to her and picks her up making her squeal as he starts tickling her.

He stared at the two thinking everythings going to be just fine. He leaves the room once they start making out.

During Dinner.

Rachel laughed with her fork in her hand. Brody's family was amazing and funny.

"So Rachel are you joining us for New Years or do you have to go home?" Tami asked her.

"Nope I'm here for the whole break so I'll be joining you for New Years." They all smile.

"Well that's great news. To Rachel joining our family." They held up their glasses. They stare at Rachel waiting.

She smiles brightly really glad she met Brody's family. Not only did he fit right in with her family but she right into his.

"Well to me I guess and New Years." She picks up her glass and they al bump their glasses together then they take a sip.

Brody leans over kissing her nose making her smile at him.

"I love you." He mouthed.

"I love you too." She mouthed back.

They keep on talking and finsh up their dinner together. They made vegan friendly dinner for Brody and Rachel.

"Best night ever." Brody thought as he watched Rachel laugh with his dad.
