Rachel's College Boyfriend?

Summary

What if Rachel never got back together with Finn before Senior year and she met a guy name Brody Weston over the summer and they instantly hit off making it offical after she lost Nationals. She finds out that he goes to college at NYADA majoring in Musical theater How will their relationship work when her ex boyfriend Finn Hudson tries to win her back? And what happens when the Glee club members find out that she has a new boyfriend? Will they believe her or not?

I will be adding a few characters in this story aswell so Rachel will be making new friends but could make friends with the Glee club members.

In New York.

Brody walked into the into the restaurant where he was meeting up with his best friends Grayson, Darren and Matt for breakfast. He hardly hung out with them because he's always with Rachel or working. He missed his best friends. They were his boys. They went to high school together. Occasionally he'll text them but he never make an effert to have a guys not until now. He needed to see his friends. Yesterday Rachel left for Lima with his sister and he needed to keep himself occupied until he see Rachel again. Which wasn't until Prom for her. Maybe he'll go see her do her NYADA Audition.

"Brody my man. It's about time you showed up. No girlfriend on your arm this morning?" Brody shook his head hugging them then sat down and ordered a drink when the waitress walked over to their table. She left after getting his order.

"Sorry guys not today. She's back in Ohio with Vanna, it's just us guys." The guys grin taking a sip of there drinks.

"What's good Brody, besides having a smoken hot girlfriend in your life these days. You have any jobs lined up for Broadway?" Darren questioned his best friend.

"Not really. I'm just focusing on school. I've done the Broadway thing and so far I'm not getting any shows. Maybe next year I'll get something."

"Yeah maybe. So how is life? your relationship with Rachel good?" He smiles thinking back to New Years Eve.

"We're really good. She was here spending winter break with me and my family. I asked her to marry me guys. She said yes." They stared at him like he crazy.

"Your engaged to be married? what happend to your manhood Brody?" Grayson asked him before looking at his menu. Brody chuckled shaking his head.

"Nothing's happened to my manhood guys. I'm just not going to be hooking up random girls anymore. Rachel's the best thing that's happened to me since my first Broadway show. I work hard but who wants to enjoy all the success alone? I rather have that one person beside me that's not my family member."

"Then randomly hook up with a girl. You'll never see her again but atleast you have somebody there." Brody scuffed.

"I'm not that kind of guy anymore. No more random hookups! Rachel is the only girl that holds my heart. I'm all for being a husband to Rachel when that day comes. Nobody is going to change my mind, not even my best friends." He says firmly. He thought they would be supportive.

"Have you lost your mind? please tell me that this is a joke? You will never live up to being somebody's husband. Remeber your hookup with Cassie July. Does your girlfriend know about that? huh does she?" Matt questioned. His best friend was talking crazy right now.

"I'm going to the bathroom before I punch you in the face." Brody gets up leaving his phone and goes to that bathroom.

Matt stared at Brody's phone and picked it up.

"Put it back down Matt. What the hell is your problem?"

"I'm saving him from making the biggest mistake of his life. Getting married to Vanna's best friend is going to ruin his life." He sees that Rachel's calling and answers it.

"Baby?"

"No this is Matt his friend. He's busy with Tanner James. Do you want to call back later?"

"Who's Tanner James?"

"The girl that he hooked up at my place last night. I think their still sleeping, do you want me to tell him that you called?"

"Please." She hangs up after that.

Brody comes back seeing Matt holding onto his phone.

"What are you doing with my phone?" Grayson and Darren stared at Matt then back at Brody.

"Rachel called and Matt answered, giving her false information." Matt glared at them.

"What the hell are you talking about?"

"Matt told Rachel that you hooked up with Tanner James last night and that you two were still sleeping." Grayson tells him.

"What the hell is your problem Matt? You told me that you liked Rachel, now you want to try everything in your power to break us up? Screw you." He snatched the phone from him and left to go outside.

Outside.

Brody called Rachel hoping she would pick up the phone. He got her voicemail. Damn it he thought. He calls again and she finally answers.

"Baby? please listen to me when I tell you that whatever Matt told you was a lie."

"Who's Tanner?"

"Some girl who's been after me since I first started NYADA. She's not even a friend of mine."

"Why would Matt tell me a lie? What does he have against me anyways?"

"Because he's jealous that I can actually keep a relationship and he can't Rachel! Baby you have to believe me on this, I never went to his place last night, I was home at my place missing you like crazy." He stayed quiet hoping she would say something.

"I miss you, It killed me inside hearing him say that you spent the night with another girl. I shouldn't have believed him, I'm sorry." She tells him, feeling bad.

"Don't be sorry for my friend's asshole behavior. He's the one that should be saying sorry to you and myself. Things are going to change while I'm here."

"Brody don't end your friendship with Matt. You two grew up together and I'm just your girlfriend. Girls come and go but best friends are forever."

"Your not my girlfriend Rachel. We're engaged to be married. He can say things but it's not changing the fact that your the one I'm getting married to." He tells her.

"I love you." She tells him softly.

"Baby I love you too. What are you doing right now?"

"I'm at Ava's house. The others are sleeping so I'm upstairs in her room talking to you. I'm going back to my house with Vanna later." She tells him.

"Rachel before we get married there is something I need to tell you about my dance teacher Miss July."

"I already know about you sleeping with her. Vanna told me when we first started dating."

"You're okay with it? I mean I should have told you myself but-"

"Honestly you had a past and so did I. I had a crush on Mr. Schue and even went to his house just to get his attention. People have their stupid moments and that was mine, I'm sure sleeping with your dance teacher was one of those moments." It was. He regrets sleeping with her. He was young and didn't know any better.

"Your not mad about me hooking up my dance teacher? where's the Rachel Berry I know?"

"She's right here but alot more mature these days. Brody I can't be mad at you for having past, we need to live in the now."

"This is why your my girl. I can't wait to see you again. It was hard for me to sleep last night because I didn't have you in my bed." She blushed.

"Trust me I loved sleeping next to you and waking up to you every morning I was there. I wish you were here too." He heard the door open and looked to Grayson staring at him awkwardly.

"Brody come back inside. We can talk about this. I'm sure your hungry." Rachel heard Grayson's voice.

"Go back inside and work things out with your best friend. We'll talk later okay?"

"Are we okay first? I don't want to end this conversation with us not being okay." He tells her. Things needed to be right with them.

"Everything is good. I was just a little caught off guard. Go spend time with your friends! I love you Brody, things between us are still good."

"Alright I love you and I'll talk to you later." She says okay then they hang up.

Brody put his phone in his pocket. "Are you joining us or not?" He sighs walking back in with Grayson.

He was doing this for Rachel. He was going to eat his food and ignore Matt.

Rachel and Vanna walked into her house after spending the morning at Ava's house. Kurt dropped both girls off on his way home. Rachel promised to go to dance class with Teagan which was some time when school starts back up for them. She even promised to get a ride with her.

"Rachel? Vanna is that you?" A distant voice cried out to both of them. That voice belonged to Santana.

"Yeah it's us." Santana walked out of the kitchen, holding a cup of coffee. It was 11:30 in the morning. She took one look at Rachel and felt her jealousy kick in. This girl was was wearing designer clothing. Even her high heeled boots were designer. Her hair was different. What the hell happened while she was was living it up in New York City?

"Are those real designers?" Rachel glanced down at her shoes and smiled.

"Yeah they are. Jimmy Choos." Santana gasped shaking her head. She wanted to go all Lima Heights on this girl but then she remebered that they were trying to be friends.

"They look cute. Come give me a hug." Rachel smiles at her, walking towards her and wrapped her arms around Santana's neck. She hugged her back. She was Rachel was back even if she was jealous of her new clothes. Friendship is more important.

"You look great." Rachel whispers thank you then quickly pulled away. Hugging Santana for too long wasn't such a good idea. She wasn't a lovey dovey person unless she was with her girlfriend Brittany.

"So go put your things upstairs then come back down and we can talk about your trip." Santana says with a sincere smile.

"Okay let's go to my room and unpack all these shoes and clothes." Rachel and Vanna go upstairs.

Quinn, Kyla and Brittany all woke up and saw Santana standing over them.

"God Tana why are you being creepy?" Quinn mutters tiredly.

"I wasn't standing over you Tubbers. I was just standing here. Wake up so we can breakfast, your cooking." Quinn glared at her best friend.

"Why am I cooking for you? I'm not in the mood to be cooking you breakfast." Santana sighs.

"Please I love when you cook. Besides my godfathers and Shelby are out. Rachel and Vanna are back." Britt smiled tiredly at her girlfriend.

"Yay Vanna and Rachie are back. Now we can all be friends." Santana liked that Brittany wanted to be friends with Rachel after they treated her badly.

Speaking of Vanna and Rachel, they walked downstairs laughing and talking to each other.

"Rachie." Brittany shot up and rushed over to her, taking her into her arms, giving her a bone crushing hug.

Rachel felt awkward hugging Brittany. They still weren't close but they were getting there.

"Britt don't crush her. She's tiny remeber." Brittany quickly lets go feeling bad.

"Sorry Rachie. You look different, is it because you finally had sexy time with your boyfriend?" Rachel's eyes widen. She totally forgot that Santana called her while she was in the middle of making love to Brody.

"Um." She couldn't really say anything with everybody staring at her. She quickly turned around and rushed upstairs with Vanna following close by.
