Name game, and appendicitis
"Kevin we should decide on names for the other two" Dianna says bringing in the baby book
"Okay pumpkin" he says looking through the book
(Thirty minutes later)
"We have Bridget Cappella McHale" Dianna says sticking with the musical theme for middle names
"How about Ever Rose?" he asks her
"I like it sounds really pretty" she says smiling
"Ever Rose Rhapsody McHale it's different" he says hugging her
"Now to come up with a middle name for little Gabby" she says rubbing where Gabby was
"Maybe Bella might have one" he says when Dianna cuddles up with him
"Yeah" Dianna says falling asleep on Kevin
(That night in the nursery)
"Bella do you have a middle name suggestion for Gabby?" Dianna asks her
"Euphony" Bella says smiling
"That's different" he says
"Gabriella Euphony McHale I like it" Dianna says
"What are the other two names?" Bella asks
"Bridget and Ever Rose" he tells her
"Hi Bridget, Ever Rose and Gabriella I'm your big sister Isabella and I love you very much" Bella says kissing her mommy's belly
"Bella that was sweet of you" he says picking her up and giving her a hug
"I really love my new sisters" she says proudly
"I know you do Bella and they love you too" Dianna says tickling her
"Daddy where the other crib?" Bella asks
"I thought you might wanna come with me and pick out the crib?" he asks Bella
"What happened to the store that we got these crib at?" Dianna asks
"It went out of business" he says taking Bella back downstairs to go get her shoes on
"Try to get the same shape and same color" Dianna tells him
"I'll try" he says leaving
Once the father/daughter team entered the store they headed for the cribs
"What about this one daddy?" Bella asks when she sees the crib that almost matches the other two
"I don't think mommy will like it" he says as they continue to browse
"Okay" she says smiling
They were ready to leave the store when something caught Bella eye
"Would mommy like this one?" she asks Kevin
Kevin inspects said crib before he says something
"I believe she would like it" he says
Bella also get a pink/purple bassinet to go with the other bassinets
"How about this stroller daddy?" she asks pushing a three seat stroller
"Mommy will like it" he says as he practices driving the stroller
Kevin brought a U-Haul to bring everything home
"Kevin what did you get?" she asks when she sees the van pull up
"A bassinet that matches the others" he says bring out the bassinet
"A triple stroller" Bella says bringing out said stroller with a triple carriage
"This we definitely need" Dianna says taking the stroller and carriage in the garage
"Most importantly the crib" he says pushing out the crib with Bella in it
"Kevin you are amazing" she says kissing him
Kevin took the crib apart and him, and the twins carried a piece upstairs
"Mommy while daddy works on the crib can we go to the craft store?" Bella asks her mommy
"Sure what for?" she asks following Bella out to the van
"To get letters to put above the crib" Bella says buckling herself in her car seat
"That a great idea so we can tell who is who" Dianna says grabbing the keys to the van and going to the craft store
There Bella got ocean paint to paint the letters with and something to hang the letters on when the paint dried
(Thirty minutes later)
"Bella let me put your smock on you so you don't get paint on you" Dianna says when everything was spread out on the other patio table
"Okay mommy" Bella says smiling
"The other crib is together" Kevin says coming downstairs
"Thank you now you can start on dinner" she says kissing him
That night they were having grilled chicken with broccoli and cheese
"Victoria can you come down and set the table for me outside? Dianna calls to her other daughter
Victoria comes down and sets the table and goes plays on the swing set
"What name do you have done? Dianna asks Isabella
"Bridget" she says smiling
"Looks great Isabella" Dianna says sitting down for a while
Before dinner Bella got Ever rose name all done before she started working on Gabby's name
"Can I eat over here mommy?" she asks when Dianna brings out the broccoli
"I would like it if you ate with us this evening" she says going back in to get the lemonade and glasses
Bella gets done with much as Gabby's name as possible so it can go up that night
"Girl's dinner" Kevin calls when the chicken strips were done
Tori beat Bella to washing her hands by the hose that was at the bottom of the deck. The girls loved the chicken that Kevin cooked on the grill. After dinner the family went to the beach
"Mommy can I stay home and get the letters up?" Bella asks
"Okay but come when all the names are on the wall" Dianna says as her and Tori head to the beach
The names on the nursery wall were like this
Ever Rose was across
Bridget was straight down
Gabby's was diagonal
"Okay let's take a look" Kevin says shutting off the light
"Wow this room is so cool daddy I like how it turned out" Bella says
"Yeah your sisters will love it" he says as they down to the beach
(That night)
"Bella sweetie what's wrong?" Dianna asks coming into the room
"My tummy hurts" Bella says in tears
"Where does it hurt sweetie?" Dianna asks her
Bella points to where it hurts
"Come on sweetie I'll take you to the hospital" Dianna says helping Bella out of bed
"Sugar where are you going?" Kevin asks putting on his glasses
"Taking Isabella to the hospital" Dianna says
"Let me take her your too big to drive" he says coming downstairs
Dianna doesn't argue. Upon arriving at the hospital Kevin carries Isabella up to the emergency room and gets her checked in
"Daddy can you tell me a story?" Bella asks
Kevin tells Bella a super funny story about a brother who used his sisters as human dart boards and they got him back by doing something super funny
"Hello I'm Dr. Tornado what seems to be the problem Isabella?" the doctor asks
"My tummy hurts" she says crying
"Let's see what's going on with you" Dr. Tornado says examining Bella
After a full examination the doctor says Bella needs her appendix out
"Doc two questions one who is doing her surgery and can I take Bella in the O.R?" Kevin asks the doctor
"Dr. Mitchell is our pediatric surgeon and he will be doing her surgery, and yes I encourage parents to take their child into the O.R and put them on the operating table" Dr. Tornado says leaving
A nurse brings in a gown for Bella and scrubs for Kevin.
"You can bring Bella down now Mr. McHale" a nurse says sticking her head in Bella's room
Kevin follows behind Bella with her I.V pole. Once they reached the operating room Kevin waited outside with Bella
"Daddy will I be better after my appendix is out?" Bella asks
"Yes sweetie you will be better after your appendix is taken out" he tells her
"Okay you can bring her in now Mr. McHale" a nurse says as Kevin puts his mask up and takes Bella into the O.R
"Daddy don't leave me" Bella says crying as Kevin leaves
"I'll sing you your favorite song" he says sitting next to her
Bella didn't want to take the anesthesia, so Kevin put it on her while singing her Let it be, and she began to slowly close her eyes as he finished
""Night Bella see you when you wake up" he says giving her a kiss and taking her glasses and going to the waiting room to wait on how her surgery goes
