Netto's Awakening: Road To Adolescence

Now the real summertime commences and the gang goes to the beach to unwind and have fun in the sand and the sun…not to mention going swimming in the sea. It's going to be fun for all though danger is lurking by with no one noticing it.

But first, Enzan vs. Rayman in round 2, and see if a slightly recovered 15-year old teen can make a comeback and try to prove himself that he is no longer a pushover or has he have any more anger within him…

Lastly, in response to a reader request, I'll be bringing in Plant Man from the Battle Network games. Although I'll be giving him an origin made for this fic and how he will become Anetta's new Navi in place of the deleted Silk.

"So…care to go for a rematch after I beat you weeks ago?"

"You're on…I haven't forgotten what you did…and I'm no longer the guy you see in me…"

"Prove it…if that's what my fortune says…"

The two went to a nearby computer shop and with no one around both went to the Cyber World to begin their battle as the two are now armored up and ready to initiate their attacks.

Chapter 11: Aquatic Ambush

At the Cyber world, Piranha Man was seething at the mysterious Rayman for interfering in his quest to get revenge on Netto Hikari for foiling his plans several months ago and for humiliating him, now that he is already a wanted fugitive in the Cyber World and tried unsuccessfully to kill him though he did join forces with Shade Man but thanks to Dr. Regal his plans went up in smokes. He became very obsessed and will stop at nothing until he gets what he wants. Then he passed by a TV shop where a Navi reporter made a news flash about three most wanted Navis had just been transferred to the Navi Prison.

As he looked on he finds out who they are and an idea formed in his head on how he can achieve his goal of killing Netto while preventing him from Cross Fusing with Rockman and how to keep him from helping his Net Navi. He then left the scene to do some recruiting. It was then he was approached by someone and it was Beastman. Like Piranha Man, Beastman wanted to kill Netto and his master, Takeo Inukai, who just escaped prison in the human world, is also planning to assassinate Hikari. There the two formed a partnership and Piranha Man agreed to aid Takeo in his plot to kill Netto.

Elsewhere within the Cyber World, Raia Man was quite impressed at the change in Enzan but wanted to be sure so he summoned Exo-Diver to take him but Blues was summoned to keep the stingray-Navi at bay, allowing the armored Enzan to concentrate more. Thanks to Dr. Hikari's counseling the 15-year old teen can think clearly now and was able to anticipate his opponent's moves though the battle reached a stalemate.

"Are you saying you set this up just to meet with me?"

"Yes…and it involves that boy whom you are friends with…"

"Netto Hikari…what's that got to do with me?"

"My fortune telling says he will meet an untimely demise…murdered…unless I can change his fate…and perhaps you can be my vessel to help steer that fate away from him…what do you say? Help me save that boy…"

"And give me a reason to take your word for it…"

And so the two exited and return to the real world to discuss things out unaware that Beastman found more allies who has the same desire as Piranha Man: Kill Netto Hikari. They are Octo Man, Hammerhead Man and Jelly Man. They are among the most wanted Navis who escaped prison within the Cyber World and are now meeting up with Takeo to conduct a plot to find and murder Netto.

At a flower shop, Anetta found part-time work as a florist and thanks to her the shop is booming, due in part to boys wanting to catch a glimpse of her beauty as an excuse just to buy flowers. Then a rare flower arrived at the shop and is to be sold to a very prestigious doctor. It is the Rosa Gigantea, and the owner told Anetta to make sure it won't get damaged.

It was lunchtime and while taking a break a customer in a trench coat arrived and looked at the flowers and saw a rare plant, which is the Rosa Gigantea. As Anetta accommodates the customer she was surprised that it turns out to be Plant Man. It appears that he also fled the Navi Prison Center and made his way to the real world and is working for an employer on a contractual basis in exchange for battle chips. He glanced at her while taking the rare flower with him.

"If you value your life let me take the plant and I'll be on my way."

"You can't…I promise to give it to a doctor…"

But before an argument could be made, Octo Man and Beastman appeared and began terrorizing the city. It was then that she made an observation: Plant Man, Octo Man and Beastman are at the real world without a presence of a Dimensional converter, and now the two latter Navi are attacking buildings. In the course of the attack a street post was leveled electric wires snapped, and are heading for Plant Man when Anetta shielded him in order to protect the Rosa Gigantea, electrocuting herself in the process. Plant Man was taken by surprise by her action and though he was about to escape, something made him change his mind and carried her to safety.

Enzan and Tezuka arrived and used their Vent Fusion to battle and chase the Navi criminals away with Takeo leading the escape. One of the witnesses told Enzan they saw Plant Man carrying Anetta away and he was filled with concern. The two began to track him down which leads them to a nearby hospital.

At the hospital, Plant Man was standing outside the emergency room awaiting the doctor's word on her while Enzan arrived and was surprised to see Plant Man standing there staring at the door doing nothing. He was baffled at this while Tezuka sensed something within the Navi and flipped a coin. The doctor emerged and told the three of the good news.

"Ms. Anetta will be alright and she only suffered superficial burns. She will recover and there won't be any burns within her body. And you…thank you for bringing the Rosa Gigantea to me…this flower has divine means to create a strong medicine to help fight new illnesses such as the advanced form of cancer, among others. I am in your debt for risking your life to bring this rare plant and the girl. Thank you."

As the doctor left and the nurses are wheeling a bed with a sleeping Anetta on board, Enzan went with them while Tezuka spoke to the Navi and told him the "vision" he "read".

"If you took that path, you can help humans and your fellow Navi alike. You still have hope to redeem yourself. Turn away from your previous path. Think about it."

Baffled, Plant Man left the hospital to think about what Tezuka said and about his actions on bringing Anetta to the hospital instead to bringing the plant to his employer like he was supposed to do. Tezuka just watches the Navi leave seeing that he developed second thoughts about his actions.

At an unknown place, an hour later, Plant Man is being confronted by the Black Knights, a secret organization which originated from Germany who hired Plant Man to steal the Rosa Gigantea. After learning that Plant Man failed this mission and that he gave it to the doctors instead, they decided to punish him by having him deleted at the hands of Takeo Inukai and Beastman. Soon Hammerhead Man and Octo Man arrived and the foursome are now declared as the new "employees" and ordered them to delete Plant Man.

Though the Navi managed to defend himself, he was outnumbered and is about to be deleted when the net Police led by Netto Hikari and Raika. And a fight ensued. Though Takeo and his allies fled the Black Knights were captured and taken away. Having heard from Enzan about what the navi did, Netto was willing to give Plant Man a benefit of a doubt and invited him to join the Net police to help absolve him of his past crimes. Plant Man, surprisingly, politely turn down the offer as he claimed that he did that to return Anetta the "favor" and that he needs to think of what to do in the future.

A week later the date for the outing is now only a few days away. Surprisingly Anetta recovered thanks to the Rosa Gigantea and the doctors said she can make it to the outing much to Enzan's relief. At Anetta's apartment Plant Man appeared and confronted her and asked her why she saved him from the live wire, which she responded by saying that if the wires hit the Rosa Gigantea then it'll mean the plant will be destroyed and she promised to look after it while protecting it from harm.

"I can't believe you're willing to sacrifice your life for that plant..."

"And I can't believe you chose to bring me and the plant to a hospital instead of leaving me to die...but I'm also surprised you changed..."

While taken aback by this, the Navi found respect in her and walked away via the front door, where Enzan was about to enter. After a brief stare off, both went on their way where Anetta hugged and greeted him while Plant man glanced at the two before leaving. He wondered if he should consider Netto's offer if he were to leave a life of crime after what happened.

At the Hikari residence, at the backyard, two hours later, a hammock was made and attached between two trees and Netto and Meiru are there lying and hugging each other romantically while passing the time. Theor PET are laid beside a tree and you can see Rockman and Roll are also doing something romantically. Sifting back to the two lovers, Netto and Meiru exchange brief lip-kissing while talking about what happened earlier.

"Really? Plant Man changed? Wonder what made him that way?"

"Don't know...but I'm surprised he chose to bring Anetta to the hospital and gave the plant to the doctor which he used to create a brand new herbal and tropical medicine. Also Enzan said he wanted to talk to me before we go to the outing. At least our job's done and now we can relax. Just you and me..."

"Yeah...now we have all the time to ourselves..."

As Netto kissed her again, their passionate kissing stopped as he wonders what he'll do next, as he was still new to this. Meiru decided to initiate things by wrapping her left leg around his hips, exposing her upper creamy thigh. Looking down he swallowed as he get to see the sexiness of his lover, and when she rubbed her thigh over his "center" she could feel him harden up, and he asked her if it's okay with her. Though she was quite nervous, she nodded and he shifted his position to remove his shorts so his loose brief is exposed, and a straight bulge is seen. Meiru shifted her position so she is on top of him and he lifted her skirt so she can "sit" on top of his bulge and now they can feel each other's arousal through the fabric of their underwear.

As the kiss became romantic and passionate they became lost in bliss but then the wind blew so strong that it sent shivers to the two lovers. They paused at what they are doing and he motions her to arrange herself while he arranged his lower clothes. As He was about to get his PET, someone blocked his path and slashes him though Netto managed to evade it but ripped a hole on his shirt. It was Piranha Man and he stomped Netto's PET, destroying it and now the odds are stacked against him.

Then a scream was heard and the Net Saver turns around to see Beastman and Octo Man holding Meiru and she couldn't move. However they didn't notice her PET hidden behind a tree. Now the Net Saver is a sitting duck and this is where Takeo Inuaki comes in, pleased to have Hikari to themselves to pick on and is also pleased that with his PET he cannot Cross Fuse with Rockman.

"Not so tough now, are you…? Without your PET you are nothing."

Not wasting time Piranha Man began punching Netto all over…on his face, on his ribs, everywhere, and a few seconds later blood was spilled on the ground and you can now see Netto's bloody face while Hammerhead man joins in and delivered several head butts on his head and face. Then Jelly Man arrives to bind him and are about to finish him off when Piranha Man got an idea to torture the 14-year old teen some more.

"How about we torment him before finishing him off?"

Takeo seem to like the idea since he felt humiliated in the past due to the boy's interference and welcomed the idea, so he asked the Navi what he has in mind. Netto wondered what piranha Man meant until he saw him whispered something to Beastman, and Takeo's navi partner slowly shredded Meiru's clothes until she is naked. Hikari became seriously worried and tried to break free but Jelly Man electrocuted him enough to disable him slightly as the villains want him to see what they have in store for her.

"I see…not my cup of tea, but I leave that to you as long as the accursed Net Saver gets humiliated. Do what you wish then, my allies…drive him insane with uselessness…"

As Takeo gives the "go-signal", Octo Man uses his tentacles to spread Meiru's legs and sends another of his tentacles to penetrate her "flower", arousing her but she wasn't enjoying this. She screamed in terror but all of this fell on deaf ears as Beast Man and the others laced the entire neighborhood with sleeping gas so no one can call for help. Netto tried to break free but Piranha Man and Hammerhead man beat him silly enough to weaken him.

"He-he-he…see…she's aroused…too bad she doesn't like this much…Piranha Man…do the honor…and make these two lives' miserable as long as they can't recover…"

At the behest of Takeo, Piranha Man jabbed his claw inside Meiru's "flower", breaking her hymen and blood drips down between her legs as she screams out in pain. Netto shouts out loud in anger but there is nothing he can do as Takeo brings forth a mechanical lion and programmed it to rape her. Although the penetration hasn't been commenced yet, it was enough to send her into nervous breakdown and Netto was helpless, and instead Piranha Man programmed the robo-lion to rape Netto instead as Beastman ripped a hole on the Net Saver's short, exposing his "behind", and there the penetration occurred, and he screams out in pain. But after the first penetration Takeo orders the robot to proceed to rape Meiru next, but before it was about to commence the order, Enzan (in his Navi armor) and Blues arrived and attacked the villains. Despite being outnumbered, the duo managed to chase Takeo and his cronies away, and soon the Net Police and Netto's friends arrived, and they were shocked by what happened. They then brought the two to the hospital.

Meijin Eguchi was being briefed by the attending doctor and said the teens' wounds weren't serious and they recover physically within a month, but sadly told them the emotional trauma might take time to heal considering what they went through during Takeo's assaults. All he could do and advice is help them recover by being there for them.

At the first ward Meiru was sobbing at what happened and Yaito, Shuuko and Anetta tried their bests to sooth her while Dekao, Tohru, Raika and Enzan came inside, telling them that Netto had just been administered with sedatives after throwing a fit due to what happened. Enzan pointed out that what Netto went through was too much though it was fortunate that only HE got humiliated like this and not Meiru. Hearing this, Meiru realized that her boyfriend took the heavier brunt and slowly resolved to recover emotionally so she could help him recover.

A nice start, but a shocking ending…something you didn't expect. Well, this is the kind of story I meant to tell…serious plot. And this is the stage where Netto's adolescence comes in…dealing with anger issues due to scenarios like this.

Netto and Meiru's relationship gets strained due to the trauma he went through, and despite having his PET destroyed, Netto wasn't deterred and is determined to get even with Takeo and his cronies at any and at all cost.
