"You want to fight ice princess, bring it on," said Natsu with a smirk.
"Bring it on flamebrain. I make you cry like a baby," said Gray as he headbutts heads with Natsu.
"Those two are at it again," said Lucy as she placed her hand on her forehead.
"What do you expect? They're both idiots," said Happy.
Just then, Erza appears out of nowhere and glares at both Natsu and Gray.
The second they saw Erza, both boys put their hands over their shoulders, pretending to be friendly to each other.
Erza glared at them one last time before going back to her seat to finish her strawberry cake.
Both boys let out a breath of relief as they were both left off the hook with just a glare.
Just then, the doors to the fairy tail guild opened. Everyone stops what they were doing and turns around to see Jura, one of the ten wizard saints and a member of the magic council.
"Good day to you all, my apology for appearing so sudden, but I wish to speak to your guild master Makarov," said Jura.
Okay, follow me, please," said MiraJane as she led Jura to Makarov.
"I wonder what Jura-san wanted with Laxus," said Lisanna.
"He probably wants Laxus to become a member of the Wizard Saints," said Evergreen.
Laxus is one of the most vital members of Fairy Tail, so it is no surprise that Jura-san is inviting him to join the wizard saints, said Erza.
"I expect no less from Laxus," said Freed as he jumps for joy.
Damn, Laxus, why is it that you get all the luck? Said Natsu as he clenched his fists in anger.
"I'm going to listen in on the conversation," said Natsu as he headed towards the staircase.
"Natsu, you can't just listen in on other people's conversation. It's rude," said Lucy.
Come on, Lucy, aren't you curious? Said Natsu as he grabs Lucy by the hand and drags her upstairs with Happy flying beside them.
"That idiot is always dragging Lucy into one of his stupid schemes said Gray, who was shirtless.
"I'm going to stop him before he gets himself and Lucy into trouble," said Gray, who followed after them.
"I might as well come with you since you're all part of Team Natsu, and team Natsu always stick together," said Erza.
"Don't forget us said Wendy as she and Carla were also tagging along with them.
Makarov's office
"Master Jura-san wishes to speak with you," said Mirajane.
"Jura? Very well, let him in Mirajane".
"Yes, master, come on in Jura-san," said Mirajane as she let him into the office.
"Jura, what brings you here?" said Makarov as he stood from his chair.
"I want to talk to you about an incident that happened last night. A member of the magic council was murdered last night by someone with lighting magic.
"Now, I'm not saying it was your grandson, but he is one of two mages who have lightning magic, and he one of the strongest mages." "I should know. He beat me at the Grand Magic Games," said Jura.
"Jura, I assure you that my grandson had nothing to do with that man's death. He has been on a month-long quest since last week, said Makarov looking Jura in the eyes.
Just then, Jura got a call from Wolfheim telling him that Orga was partying all night with his guild and had nothing to do with the death of the magic council member.
"Whoever killed this man must be someone new, but who?" said Jura as he put a hand on his chin.
I might have a clue on who is behind all this," said Makarov as he stood up from his chair.
"Who might that be"?
"My son Ivan Dreyer. I had my suspicion about him even before Laxus was born. I always felt that he was hiding something. Whenever he got a call, he would leave the guild to answer the call. I never pay attention to it since we weren't on speaking terms, but now I feel I should have confronted him about it," said Makarov as he clenched his fists in anger.
"If you suspect that Ivan has any connection to this, then he is the best lead to finding out our mysterious assassin," said Jura as he headed for the door.
