Ch. 7: Purinshiparurūmu-nai no jōnetsu part 1
The scene shifts at Shibuya High School, where classes are ongoing as usual, and things are going well, as students are behaving well so as not to earn the wrath of their teachers due to summer vacation will commence tomorrow, and to enjoy their summer vacation, and not be given take home assignments and homework, the students behaved well and it worked.
The scene shifts at another classroom where classes are ongoing, and there Junpei Shibayama is the subject in which the Health teacher uses Junpei as an example of what complications a person would get if he is obese, and bordering on obesity.
Junpei sighed as he was made to be used as an example to showcase the effects of obesity, where health-related issues are pointed out, such as:
- diabetes
- high blood pressure
- heart attack
- cancer
- several types of heart ailment
The health teacher then urged the students to have a healthy lifestyle and avoid unnecessary food intake and always exercise, and told the students not to end up like Junpei, which the students responded and said that they will follow her advice.
"Sure."
"We will."
"We'll live a healthy lifestyle."
"I won't get fat."
"Won't become a pig like THAT guy…"
"Please, sensei…teach us more…"
"Yes…I don't want to lose my lover because of going fat!"
"Teach us more!"
Junpei sighed as he is offended by what the teacher said as he is made to be an example which the tone is more of an insult rather than health-related, but outside, Takuya and Izumi happened to pass by and saw everything, and needless to say, they did not like what they saw and heard about using Junpei's body as an example of INTENTIONAL GLUTTONY, and the two teens went in and confronted the health teacher.
The health teacher just stared at them as Takuya and Izumi complained about how she treated Junpei's health with disdain and bias, yet the teacher stated that it is Junpei's fault for being like that, and she would not be surprised if Junpei developed health ailments and reached to a point where his body would BALLOON and becomes an INVALID PIG.
While Junpei was offended, Takuya took the matter personally and grabbed the health teacher by her collar and shook her, demanding that she apologize to Junpei for the insults she made, but Izumi tries to calm him down fearing he might get in to trouble.
"What was that? Take back what you said to Junpei!"
"Takuya!"
"What you said is not right…it's not even health-related…you're bullying him!"
"Takuya, calm down!"
"No, Izumi…I can't just let her do as she pleases while insulting our friend like that!"
"Calm down, Takuya…we can…"
"But…"
"Takuya…"
The health teacher smirked as she gets to bully Junpei and intentionally rile Takuya so as to have a reason to sanction punishment, but the principal passed by and saw the commotion, and broke it up, and asks Takuya why he manhandle a teacher like that, and the health teacher made it appear that Takuya and Izumi intentionally tried to disrupt her class.
Izumi stared wide-eyed as the teacher implicate her even though Izumi did nothing but pacify Takuya, but Takuya told the principal what happened, and Junpei stood up and supported his friend's words, which the teacher tries to dispute it, but the principal started to sense that something is amiss as he asks Junpei what occurred here, and when told, the principal stared at the health teacher, and she tries to defend herself but the principal did not like what he found out.
"Fitunesu-sensei…"
"What? Are you taking that brat's side? It's his fault that he is fat! I just made an example to encourage the students to live a healthy lifestyle!"
"You can do so without riling a boy! Yes, Shibayama-kun may be fat but you did not have to ridicule him to the point of discouraging him."
"But, principal…he…"
"Report to my office at once, Fitunessu-sensei."
"You can't be serious!"
"I am. To my office. On the double."
"!"
The principal told the health teacher to report to his office, and the two adults left, and Junpei thanked Takuya for standing up for him, which Takuya said it is nothing, as he cannot let a bully such as the teacher make foul use of Junpei's body, and that the teacher should know better not to use a person's health as an excuse to insult someone.
"Hey, Takuya…"
"Yeah?"
"Thanks."
"Don't sweat it. That teacher should have used her head and not use your body as an excuse to make insulting remarks under the guise of a health subject."
"I appreciate it."
"Sure. I won't anybody…even a teacher…bully you. You are what you are…so don't be ashamed."
"Thanks."
"No problem."
By then Takuya and Izumi decided to leave the classroom to let Junpei gather his thoughts, as the two teens have classes to attend to.
However, several minutes later, the janitor came and told the two that the principal has summoned them, and Takuya asks why, but the janitor said he does not know and is just passing to them the message and nothing else followed.
"Hey, kanbara-kun…Orimoto-chan…"
"Yes?"
"What is it?"
"The vice-principal wants you two at his office."
"Huh?"
"Why?"
"Don't know…he asked me to pass you the message, and nothing else."
"Seriously…"
Takuya sighed as he wondered if the health teacher spewed lies again and just managed to fool even the vice-principal, but Izumi assured that all they have to do is tell the vice-principal what really happened and everything will be cleared up, and he apologized to Izumi for getting dragged in to this mess, but she smiled and said that it is okay since neither of them have done anything wrong.
"Sorry, izumi…"
"Why?"
"You got dragged because I came to Junpei's defense…"
"Don't sweat it."
"But…"
"We'll just tell the vice-principal what really happened…since we did nothing wrong."
"Okay, then…"
"Let's go."

At the principal's office, the vice-principal listened to Takuya's statements, and as izumi watches on, the vice-principal was slightly unconvinced since the health teacher fooled him with her lies and make it appear that Takuya intentionally try to disrupt the class by hurling accusations, and Takuya glared as the health teacher grinned deviously, and the vice-principal asks Takuya if he can prove his words, forcing Takuya to stay silent as he could not show proof.
However, Koji showed up and presented a recorded footage and showed what really happened, and upon seeing it, the vice-principal was dumbfounded, and to save face, he asks the health teacher what she has to say for herself, and she is flustered upon seeing that she is busted.
"Um…Fitunesu-sensei…er…what would you have to say for yourself…?"
"…"
"Well…?"
"Um…you see…I…um…"
"Wait…you…is that footage real? What if you're in league with Kanbara and Orimoto?"
"Then it shows what a fool you are."
"What was that?"
"The footage I showed you is proof. But you are playing the fool by letting yourself get fooled by that bullying teacher."
As the vice-principal was irritated, things would have taken a worst turn, but the principal arrived and asked what just happened, and there Takuya, Izumi and Koji told what happened, and the principal berated the vice-principal for letting himself get fooled, and the vice-principal was forced to stay silent, as the principal told Fitunesu-sensei that she is suspended, and she stared wide-eyed in surprise, and pleaded to have her take a lighter sentence, but he refused.
"Wait!"
"Hmph."
"Please! Can't you give me a lighter sentence?"
"No."
"But…!"
"Would you rather be fired?"
"N-no…anything but that…!"
"Then accept the suspension."
The principal told her that his decision is final and told her to leave at once, and as the dejected teacher leaves the office, she glared at Takuya and Izumi then left, and the principal apologized to the two teens for what happened and then berated the vice-principal for his foolishness for not summoning him since the principal knows what the teacher did and the vice-principal almost botched the expose of the teacher's bullying escapades.
"You!"
"Sir…"
"Are you really stupid?"
"Um…"
"You nearly punished two students for simply exposing a teacher's bullying tactics!"
"Well…you see…"
"Seriously…what will I do with you?"
"…"
As Takuya, Izumi and Koji left the office, Takuya thanked Koji for his help, which Koji said it was nothing, saying that he got word from Junpei and was asked to deliver the secret recorded footage and the rest is history.
"Thanks, Koji."
"Don't sweat it."
"if not for you, Izumi and I would have…"
"It's nothing…thank Junpei…he gave me the footage and told me everything…and the rest is history."
"I owe you one."
"Sure…you can repay me by treating me for some snacks."
"I'll keep that in mind."
"I'll be waiting for that."
As the friends departed, Takuya was hugged by Izumi, and as the two teens cuddled, Fitunessu-sensei is seen lurking, and vowed to make them pay for the humiliation she got, intending to humiliate them in return.

Hope you liked this chapter, and while there is no action showed here, the tension with Takuya and Izumi with the teacher was quite intense due to her bullying Junpei, and the teacher is planning on getting her revenge…
