A/N: Hello there my lovelies! I'm sorry I'm so late with this again but school started for me and life took over. The Bella/Seth story is unfortunately being delayed to sometime later this week as a result of my newfound busy schedule. Anyway, your reviews made me laugh, which is always a pleasure! To answer questions, yes Embry and Quil will be wolves, and the parts about imprinting and ditching Bella will be revealed at a later date. And Party4Hale I know you don't hate me haha so I'm dedicating this chapter to you because you've followed me from the beginning and I really appreciate that! I love you all very much though, so enjoy!

Disclaimer: I'm not Stephanie, so not mine.

Previously: Mrs. Call looked at me for a moment and said…

Bella POV: "Well, aren't you lovely," she grinned at me as she leaned over the counter to shake my hand. "I'm Embry's mom. You must be Bella."

I let out the breath I'd been holding. She didn't hate me! So I smiled and shook her hand back. "Yes I am. Your home is so beautiful, Mrs. Call."

She waved a hand at me dismissively. "Please dear, call me Tiffany. You say Mrs. Call and it makes me feel so old. Em, why don't you get out your old photo albums and show Bella some pictures? Or you can watch over dinner and I can go do it," she shot a knowing smirk at Embry, who looked absolutely horrified.

"No thanks, mom," he said through gritted teeth. "I doubt Bella wants to see any old baby pictures of me-"

"Actually I would love to see some," I caught him off with an evil glare. "Em, can you show me some?" I batted my eyes and said it all too sweetly.

He looked at me, pure horror etched into his features, and he whined, "Come on Bellsie! Do I have to?"

"As cute as that is… nope you still have to." He stuck his tongue out at me, but gently took me by the hand and let me into the den anyway.

Quil, who was already sitting on the couch, immersed in a football game, patted the seat next to him as I sat down. "So Bella,-" he began, but Embry cut him off with the smack in the back of the head.

"Quil Ateara, so help me if you embarrass me I will skin you and make a rug out of it."

Quil held his hands up in mock-surrender. "All I was going to ask her was if you brought her in here to show her those old home videos of us when we were kids." Embry smacked a hand over his face. "Dude, that is exactly what I meant when I asked you not to be embarrassing."

Shrugging indignantly, Quil said, "Sorry man, she really should see those. They're a lot funnier than your old baby pictures."

Curiosity seemed to spark within me. "What are they videos of?" I asked. Embry was about to respond, but Quil was quicker. "It's a bunch of videos of me, Em, and Jake doing really stupid things when we were kids."

A huge grin lit up my face. "Aww that would be so cute! Can we watch them, Em? Please?" I begged like a five year old in a toy store.

"Ummm, uhhh…" he sputtered, but when he saw my face his expression softened and he smiled and sighed. "Sure, why not? But just this once. I can't have you know all those embarrassing childhood memories now can I?" he chuckled and poked me in the ribs playfully.

Twenty minutes later:

I was curled into Embry's side laughing hysterically. He just shook his head at me and rubbed his temple. "How can you be enjoying this?" he asked.

Quil snorted next to us. "Dude, you're seven years old standing in Jake's front yard in a Princess Laya (A/N: Sorry if I spelled it wrong, I'm not big on Star Wars) outfit on Halloween! How is this not enjoyable?"

With that, Embry lunged at Quil and tackled him to the floor. Soon enough they were both laughing and wrestling, as I slowly edged out of the room and into the kitchen.

"I take it this isn't the first time you've ever seen them fighting?" I turned around to see Embry's mom behind me at the counter, smiling warmly.

I smiled back. "No, I've been the unlucky witness of many other of their breakout fights, so I knew to get out of the room before I got tag teamed," she shook her head and chuckled, exactly as Embry would have.

"Do you need any help with dinner, Mrs. Call?" I motioned to the steaming pan of lasagna and the many plates stacked on the counter. She nodded, "Sure, can you just watch over the mashed potatoes for me?"

After a few minutes she asked, "Do you know how much Embry talks about you? You're his first girlfriend and I've never seen him so smitten with anyone."

I blushed a deep pink. Was I really that special? I don't think I am. "I'm very smitten with him too actually," I admitted to her sheepishly. "He's honestly great. He's helped me so much."

Mrs. Call nodded knowingly. "He's helped you get over the Cullen boy." It wasn't a question.

I shouldn't have been so shocked that she knew. But I was. "Yes. He helped me get over it. I never could have on my own."

She offered me a soft smile. "Yes, he does have that effect. But Bella," she paused. "Please don't hurt him. He's not very confident with girls. You're the only one I've ever seen him so comfortable with besides myself or any relatives."

"I would never hurt him. He means so much to me." Tiffany Call grinned. "Then we shouldn't have a problem," she set the last glass on the table. "Boys! Dinner's ready! But don't raid the kitchen for anymore, there are ladies present!"

I doubled over laughing. I got the feeling it wouldn't be so hard to adjust to having a normal 'family' after all.

A/N: Alrighty! I'm sorry that this chapter kind of stinks but I'm trying to get back into the swing of writing. I'll actually be able to write and post the Bella/Seth fic today so if you want either follow me or look for it on my page within the next two hours! And don't forget to review so I update soon! I love you all!

Thanks for Reading!
