Back at it again! With a brand new chapter. In this chapter, Jake, Cubby and Skully will be trying to give Izzy some good laughs by telling her comedy. Will Izzy be happy or be less happier? You are gonna have to find out here!

Chapter 2: The Happiness and the Darkness
After the sun started to set, the group of four went inside of their hideout and got ready for bed. "Alright now, Izzy", said Jake. "Before we go to sleep, we thought we could tell you some new comedy jokes for you for a good laugh." Izzy felt relieved. She felt like she could get some cheering up ever since she felt some pain as she knew she couldn't take some pain any more. "What kind of tree fits in your hand?", asked Cubby. "A palm tree!" Izzy started to giggle as she actually managed to get the joke while Cubby was amazed it worked. "What is a cat's favorite color?", asked Skully. "Purrr-ple!" Izzy laughed a bit more harder as she couldn't handle her best friend's puns very well. That's when Jake came up with the most clever joke he ever thought of that would surely make Izzy laugh hard. "Okay now", he said. "What are two things you can't have for breakfast?" "I don't know", Izzy said. "Lunch and dinner!", Jake said. That's when Izzy started to burst out laughing as if she was getting tickled. Jake started to smile being proud of how well Izzy laughed while Cubby and Skully were still amazed to see how much Izzy laughed. "Think that would be enough jokes for one night", said Jake. That's when they went to their beds and slept. Izzy started to think about how funny those jokes were and hoping to have a good night's sleep. But what she doesn't know is that Marina has entered her mind and could do anything to make Izzy feel more pain outside and inside as well.
(time skip) 4:00AM
Izzy's Dream
Jake and Izzy were at the beach of Pirate Island sitting together. "Wait there, Izzy", Jake said. "I have a special surprise for you." "Alright, Jakey-Wakey", said Izzy. Jake left Izzy alone and went to the hideout to get something. Marina then appeared starting to swim up to Izzy with a serious look on her face. "I saw what you were doing with Jake", said Marina. "You broke my promise." Izzy then started to back away slowly as she can to not make Marina angry. But when Marina came out the water, it turns out she has legs somehow. "I'm sorry", said Izzy. "Sorry doesn't help", Marina said. Before Izzy knew it, she got grabbed by her shoulders and felt water in her nose. She then opened her eyes to find out that Marina was trying to drown her. "Don't ever take Jake away from me", said Marina. "Please, just leave me alone", said Izzy. Izzy should have never said that because the moment she said that she was drowning even more that she could end up unconscious. After Marina finished drowning her, she ended it with a powerful punch to Izzy's stomach that she knocked her out.
End of Izzy's Dream
Izzy woke up frightened with her eyes wide open. She started to shout while bawling saying, "HELP! JAKE, CUBBY, SKULLY! HELP! I feel threatend!". It somehow got the attention of her three friends. Jake then went to Izzy to see how hurt she looks and he noticed how much tears were forming in her eyes. He started to let her cry in his shoulder. "Seems like that didn't work", said Cubby. "Agreed", Skully said. "Maybe we should also take her outside for fresh air, what do you two think?", Jake asked them. "Uh-huh", said Cubby. "Yup", said Skully. When they went out, they sat down on the sand to see how slowly the sun is rising. The whole time Izzy kept a tight grip on Jake's hand still traumatized on what she dreamed about and what she saw. Then Stormy showed up saying, "Let me guess. She had another nightmare." "Well, yes", said Cubby. "Guess the comedy didn't really work", Stormy said. "Where's Marina?", Skully asked. "She is at that small island just 3 feet away sitting I guess", said Stormy. Izzy then caught her eyes on Marina and noticed the way she was staring at her. Marina was literally having a death stare towards Izzy. I see that you feel traumatized on what I did to you, Marina said in Izzy's mind. Listen to me, pixie dust gal. The only reason I did that is because I need you out of my freaking way. Jake belongs to me. Not you. Me. AND ONLY ME! You are just saying that because you think I have feelings for him, Izzy replied to Marina in her mind. Then why can I see memories of you and Jake together and hearts all around it?, Marina said. Err- umm-, Izzy said feeling nervous. I knew it. Get close to Jake one more time and you are gonna get it completely big time. Not smacking you. Not invading your mind. But even worse than what I did to you. So I better not see you close to Jake anymore., Marina said threatening Izzy before she left her mind. "I guess we are gonna have to ask Izzy next time unless if it's necessary", said Jake. "Good point", said Stormy. "I gotta go now. See ya and good luck asking her." "Bye, Stormy", said the three of them. Although Izzy stayed silent and decided to not talk unless she wants to run away without taking the one small punishment.
Geez, no wonder Marina is being worse to Izzy than ever. I know it's a short chapter but forget it. Why would someone even try to send a threat like that just to get their one love like that? Now as you might tell, Jake is going to see if he can ask Izzy and get her to tell what's going on but would Marina take it as a mistake of Izzy taking Jake from her and give Izzy the punishment or try and get to torture her and be able to move her out the way?
