Chapter 94: Live On For Her

"You foiled my plan, Lucy, Yukino." Future Rouge tsked, the two Celestial Spirit Mages having used the Zodiac spell to close the Eclipse gate. "But seven dragons are still plenty. To be honest, I couldn't control 100,000 of them."

"He is the one that told me about the future." Princess Hisui gasped.

"He's the guy from the future who tricked you?" Arcadios realized.

"Are you saying this was your aim all along?" Lucy gaped.

"Listen to me, you ignorant peasants!" Future Rouge smirked. "I'm here to tell you that the world you know is coming to an end. The age of dragons is upon us! To begin, slaughter all the wizards in this city."

"The dragons are obeying him?" Clara was shocked when the seven dragons flew off to execute Future Rouge's commands.

"Before he said something about control…" Pantherlily frowned. "Don't tell me!"

"The Secret Art of controlling dragons." Future Rouge grinned. "Dragon Manipulation Magic." Hopping onto Motherglare's claw, he took off, leaving. "I'll leave them to you, Zirconis." He told the Jade Dragon.

"Attack!" Makarov gave the order, Atlas Flame having landed before the Fair Tail mages. "Concentrate on its legs."

"I am Atlas Flame." The fire dragon introduced himself. "I'm going to show you wretches the flames of hell." With that, he released a fire beam, the shockwave throwing the attacking mages back.

"Hang in there, brats." Makarov muttered.

"Sabertooth, full-scale attack!" Sting gave the order, Scissor Runner having landed before them. "Let's go!"

"Aim for the inside of its mouth, its stomach, and any other soft parts." Rouge advised.

"Men!" Ichiya declared, the rock dragon landing before them. "So this is a real dragon. But do not falter. Now is the time to show them all the power of Blue Pegasus."

Elsewhere, several mages were combining their powers in an attempt to overwhelm Levia and the Dark Dragon, but to no avail.

"How tough is this creature?" Jura wondered, the rock dragon towering over them. "None of our magic is having any effect."

"Let's try to concentrate our attacks on one spot." Kagura suggested.

"Then, let's all coordinate." Jura agreed.

"First, I'll cut it with one stroke of my sword." Kagura stepped forward.

"Oh no!" Jura gasped, the rock dragon's tail slamming Kagura into a building. "Scatter!"

"Men!" Ichiya remarked, the Blue Pegasus group having landed on a roof. "I hit it with parfum to weaken its defense, but it had no effect? Men!" he cried, the group was sent flying with the rock dragon's tail slammed onto the roof.

"You…" Kagura growled.

"It's not even scratched." Jura was shocked.

"I didn't think their scales would be this tough." Kagura hissed.

"Can humans even defeat a dragon?" Jura wondered.
