The young Mechromancer groaned as she stirred to consciousness. She was laying on a metallic surface, next to a really big furnace, covered in the vest that belonged to the blond gunsmith. She turned her eyes left and saw him there. He was resting his back against a nearby wall, eyes closed and seemingly sleeping, but she could see his left eyebrow twitch every once in a while behind his glasses, and a little bucket on a solitary wheel rolling around him, not shutting up. She stifled a little giggle, but it seemed that the blond heard her, opening his eyes and fixing his glasses.
"Awake." He stood up and walked over to her, helping her get up and taking his vest back. "How do you feel?"
"I'm fine. Thanks for saving me." The blond nodded. "Where are we?"
"After the train blew up we were stranded on a tundra. I failed to find sign of the other four. I did, however, find him." Naruto motioned to the small bot. "Unfortunately enough." He muttered the last part.
"Maybe he could help us find a way out of here?"
"Ask him, then."
"Why don't you ask him?" She said with an amused grin on her face. He just gave her an annoyed look, making her roll her eyes playfully and walk over to the small robot. "Heya, little bot."
"Hello. I am a CL4P-TP steward bot, but my friends call me Claptrap. Or they would…"
"Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's really nice. Do you know how to get out of this place?"
"Of course. I know the perfect way to Sanctuary. We'll just have to be careful because of those bullymongs. They can just burst through the walls and gouge people's eyes out. There's this particularly nasty one called Knuckle Dragger that…" In that moment a large, four-armed ape smashed the ceiling open and jumped down, ripped the eye out of Claptrap's socket and jumped back up, leaving the robot with sparks coming from the hole. Naruto gave an amused chuckle while Gaige went to check on him.
"We have to go that-a way." Claptrap recovered quickly. "Now I shall be the noble but impaired Claptrap while you two will be my fearsome minions. I have some guns stashed in a locker. Go get 'em minions." The blond growled a little but got the guns, two Tediore pistols and a Torgue rifle. He gave the larger gun to Gaige while he took the two pistols.
"Now come forth my minions. You will have to tell me where I'm going, so I don't trip or hit anything. Uf." The Claptrap hit a wall nearby. "I'll assume you didn't see that. March, minions."
"Call me that again and I will feed you your circuits." Naruto said in a dangerously low voice, making the robot jump a little.

The little robot was officially the most annoying thing in the galaxy. At least according to Naruto. They even had to pause a second so he could input that into his ECHO. Even Gaige, with all her love for strange robots, would kind of agree. It didn't help that both humans were cold, wet and hungry, dropping their (already low in Naruto's case) tolerance. But luckily, there were a few bullymongs along the way for… therapy.
Continuing along the tundra they came to a Hyperion barge stranded on a hill, blocking their way.
"Hey, my eye came back on." Claptrap yelled out, freezing the two in their tracks. Gaige raised her rifle and Naruto cocked one of the pistols in his right hand, keeping his left above te other. "I see two tough looking minions." Naruto growled to himself. "And an incredibly handsome robot. Which means that whoever has my eye… is right here." Claptrap withdrew his arms and cowered behind the two humans.
With a roar, a very large bullymong named Knuckle Dragger jumped out from somewhere behind the cliffs, carrying a car in one of its four hands. It crushed the car and threw it in front of the would-be Vault Hunters, giving another roar.
Naruto narrowed his eyes at the beast, firing off two rounds, one missing and the other catching it in the upper right arm. The blonde swore and jumped away when the bullymong grabbed a large chunk of ice and threw it at them. He chucked his pistol at the chunk, destroying it mid-air. The beast rored again, but was distracted by a few slow-moving projectiles from Gaige's Torgue rifle, exploding in front of it.
The bullymong roared and jumped back on top of the cliff, just as more, much smaller ones, jumped out from holes in the sides.
"Aah, they're coming out of the wall-sphincters!"
"I've noticed. Now shut up." Naruto shot two of the bullymongs, watching as Gaige pushed two buttons on her left hand and pointed it outward, causing a giant floating robot to digistruct in front of her.
"Super Robot violence fun time!" She giggled as her robot fired a beam from its single eye, hitting one of the bullymongs and blowing it up in a spectacular, gory fashion. "Oooh, right in the wingnut."
Naruto smirked at the red-head, looking the robot over. It wasn't a bad design, being made by a schoolgirl and all. The blonde drew the other pistol in his left hand and pointed his right at the nearest bullymong, the one charging wildly right at him. A crimson spiked chain materialized in front of his hand and flew at the beast, penetrating through it. Another chain appeared from his hand and wrapped around the same bullymong, ripping it in two. The spike from the first chain fired off, hitting another bullymong in the head, causing it to burst, sending skull parts and brain matter all over.
Knuckle Dragger jumped back down, grabbing another block of ice. Naruto shot it down from the air and unloaded all bullets, along with Gaige and the big robot, finally killing the large beast.
"So, that is Deathtrap." Naruto commented, throwing away the Tediore gun, ignoring the small explosion.
"Yeah, Awesome, isn't it."
"Not bad." Naruto shrugged, grabbing another pistol that dropped… somewhere from the killed bullymong.
"Meanie." Gaige pouted, turning to the barge. "Now what?"
"Through." Naruto answered simply, turning to it as well.
Both ignored Claptrap's rambling.
