Disclaimer: I do not own King of the Hill

After a bit of a delay, I like to present the final part of the Werewolf of the Hill Thanksgiving special.

Bobby closed his eyes as he waited for the arrow to enter his chest. He then heard what sounded like a struggle which caused him to open his eyes. Sarah had intervened and was struggling for the control of the bow from Artemis. Apollo immediately loaded his bow, but when he went to aim, he couldn't get a clear shot.

"Hold still, sis." Apollo shouted

Bobby was getting ready to go help her when he felt one of the arrows being removed from his back. He turned his head to see Cameron (now without a mask) carefully but quickly pulling out the arrows.

"Thanks." He said as the last arrow was removed

"Don't mention it, were practically family." Cameron stated

Bobby smiled before he ran over to grab the wooden club. However, before he could reach it one of Apollo's arrows hit it and destroyed it.
"Sorry, Puppy, but your only chance of defeating us is gone." Apollo mocked before firing another arrow, this time right at Bobby

Even with his supernatural agility, Bobby was barely able to dodge the arrow which singed some of the fur on his arm in the process.

"Impressive but let us see if she's quick enough."

Apollo turned to Cameron and was about to fire when Bobby stepped in.

"She has nothing to do with this," Bobby pleaded, "if you want to fight then fight me."

"Well, frankly I'm not on board with the whole thing about avenging Circe." Apollo admitted

"Then why are you trying to kill me?"

"Simple, I love my sister, I would do anything in the universe for her."

"Then tell her to stop before anybody else gets hurt." Cameron suggested

Sarah landed next to Bobby before another word could be spoken. She was breathing heavily as she slowly transformed back into her human self. Artemis approached with longbow in hand; readying herself to fire another shot.

"Enough games, this ends now." Artemis sternly said

She went to release the arrow only for her bow to be snatched out of her hands. She glanced to see that it was her own brother who had disarmed her.

"Traitor," She screamed as she pulled out her knife, "I should've left you in that filthy hellhole."

"You should've," Apollo agreed, "I was perfectly happy in Arizona; spending my days playing my guitar, teaching poetry at the community center, and cheering on the Suns."

"I can't believe my own brother would rather spend his life as a human than a god."

"Please, you spent a majority of your immortal life in the woods."

Bobby saw their bickering as an opportunity to strike. He bolted up and tackled Artemis to the ground. Artemis easily overpowered Bobby and pinned him to the ground with her right knee. With speed matching his own, Artemis grabbed an arrow from her quiver and used it to pin Bobby's left hand to the ground.

"Bobby!" Cameron and Sarah screamed

Bobby went to shove Artemis away, but the Goddess of the Hunt placed her left foot on his arm. He laid there helpless as she pressed her knife on the left side of his throat and smiled as it cut into his skin.

"I've hunted a lot of things in my time and with out a doubt you are the most pathetic thing I've ever encountered."

"Well you're a better fighter than that bitch, Circe." Bobby remarked causing Artemis to leave a small but still painful cut on his neck

Artemis chortled as Bobby growled in pain from the wounds, that she had inflicted on him. She glanced back at the two girls that were with him.

"So, which one of them is her," Artemis asked as she glanced back down at him, "is she the other werewolf or the little English girl?"

"Who are you talking about?"

"You know, the little minx, who as I recalling Iago putting it, your heart," she explained, "what was her name, Ruby, Pearl, Opal."

Bobby's growls became more beastly as Artemis was mocking him by listing different types of gems and stones.

"Oh, silly me, it's Jade, right such a pretty name, I bet she's as beautiful as the stone too."

"She had nothing to do with her death." Bobby shouted

"I know, I was just thinking about taking you prisoner, then after a few days I'll go hunt her down, and then bring her to you where you'll watch as I stab her in the heart." Artemis described her plan to further torture him

Artemis grinned as she witnessed Bobby's eyes filled with rage as he struggled to break free.

"I'm going to enjoy taking her from you as you took Circe from me."

She continued to mock him as he laid there, suddenly her mocking ended when she saw that his eyes had turned from yellow to white. Before she could even move; Bobby let out a powerful howl that only sent Artemis flying, but shattered every window on that street. Sarah, Cameron, and Apollo had their ears covered until the powerful howl dissipated. They all looked around at the damage it had caused; Apollo noticed Artemis had landed about five feet from the Cadillac. He raced over to her and was happy to see that despite the obvious gashes and bruises, she was okay. However, after Apollo helped her up; Artemis went to attack Bobby once again, only for her brother to hold her back.

"ARTEMIS, THAT'S ENOUGH!" Apollo shouted

Sarah and Cameron raced over to Bobby. After Cameron carefully removed the silver laced arrow, they both helped Bobby (whose eyes were once again normal) get up. He quickly fell to one knee as he changed back to his human self. After a minute Bobby told them that he was fine before slowly making his way over to Artemis, who had stopped fighting her brother and was now on her knees with tears in her eyes.

"Circe wasn't just a friend, was she?" Bobby asked

Artemis looked at him, she was slightly taken back from how different he looked as a human. Unlike the beast she had fought there were signs of empathy in his eyes.

"I never told her," she admitted, "I've loved her for centuries, and I was a coward for not telling her how I felt."

Bobby knelt to the ground, so he could look her in the eyes.

"I'm sorry you regret not telling her, but that's no reason to take it out on me." Bobby stated

"You don't understand."

"I do."

Bobby was shocked when Sarah walked up next to him. She reached into pocket and pulled out her necklace.

"What does Oliver have to do with anything?" Bobby wondered

Sarah took a deep breath then exhaled before she knelt in front of Artemis and showed her the necklace. She went on to tell her about the events of last year up to the point when she arrived at her aunt's house.

"A few weeks in I met someone," Sarah continued, "they showed me around the town, introducing me to everyone they knew, and that made me feel welcomed."

She went on to explain how she had began developing feelings for them in a just a few months. How like Artemis she was afraid to express those feelings for she was afraid they would reject her.

"Then a couple of months ago they had a near death experience after getting hit by a truck on their bike," Sarah said, "luckily the only injuries were a broken leg and a few ribs, but the point is I almost lost them without telling them how I felt."

Artemis stared into Sarah's eyes and could tell that she wasn't trying to deceive her.

"Shortly after they left the hospital, I gathered up all the courage I had and told them."

"It's not the same, you only knew him for a few months, I knew Circe for centuries." Artemis said

"Yes, it is the same, for I too would've regretted not expressing my true feelings if Olivia had died."

No words were exchanged as the two women stared at each other.

"If she had; I would've hunted that driver down and made them pay," Sarah confessed, "but I wouldn't for I know deep down that would not bring her back."

Cameron stepped forward which got Artemis's attention.

"She's right, killing him won't bring Circe back," Cameron agreed, "it would instead motivate all his friends and family to hunt you down for revenge."

"I'm sorry about, Circe," Bobby said as he stepped forward, "and all the heartache you have suffered, but instead of grieving about who you have lost just take every chance you can to cherish those you still have."

"Apollo told us he would do anything in the universe for you," Cameron stated, "and if my knowledge of Greek mythology is correct; then you two have more family out there, so put this vendetta aside and go find them."

"Who knows, you might meet your Olivia along the way." Sarah added

Artemis turned her gaze to her brother who gave her a big smile that to everyone's joy gave one back. Apollo helped her get back on her feet.

"They're right, no body else has to die today." Apollo said

Artemis turned towards Bobby.

"I still hate that you took Circe from me, but your friends are right, if I were to kill you then it would just begin a cycle of vengeance." Artemis said

Apollo was glad to see that his sister was willing to put her anger aside. What he did next puzzled the trio; he looked up towards the sky then whistled.

"I've been waiting centuries to do this." Apollo gleefully said

A large fireball appeared in the sky before began making its way to them. Bobby, Cameron, and Sarah became horrified as fireball got closer.

"I thought you were on our side?" Bobby yelled

Apollo looked that them and then laughed as he realized what they were thinking.

"Easy, pup, I'm not going to destroy your town." He promised

"Then what's with the fireball then?" Cameron asked

"It'll become clear in a moment."

Then as he said the fireball dissipated until a chariot appeared in its place. The chariot was covered in a reflected golden material; two golden horses with fiery manes were up front pulling the heavenly vehicle. Apollo smiled at them before he escorted Artemis to the chariot and stepped on.

"Where are you two going?" Bobby questioned

"Well the Suns are playing in Chicago next week, so we'll no doubt go there," Apollo replied, "but first I think it's best that I take my sister home to clear her head."

"Won't Mount Olympus be empty?" Cameron asked

"Artemis gave a few of our relatives the potion, it'll be good to see them," Apollo said before grabbing the reins, "and who knows, we might see each other again, under better circumstances of course."

"Can you get this thing moving already?" an annoyed Artemis said

"Sorry, Sis, but you know I can't help being a wordsmith."

Apollo then looked at his horses; then on his command, they pulled the chariot forward. The trio stepped to the side as the chariot passed them and began lifting off the ground. They watched as the chariot took to the sky where it once again transformed into a giant fireball before vanishing out of sight. A few minutes later Bobby was still staring up at the sky when Sarah walked up to him.

"So, since when did you have this super howling?" she asked

"Today was the first time," Bobby said, "now, tell me about Olivia."

"There's nothing really to say," Sarah explained, "expect that love is unpredictable and you never know when it will happen or with whom."

"So, what's she like?" Cameron asked

"Later, we have holiday to celebrate."

(The Hill Residence)

Cameron was able to distract the adults, so Bobby and Sarah could clean up and change. Bobby easily explained his change of cloths to Allison and his grandma by telling them that he bumped into something carrying coffee at the Pink & White. They all gathered at the table in the dining room that displayed the food that Hank, Allison, and Tilly worked so hard to make. Hank stood up from his seat and gave a quick Thanksgiving speech. When he finished Bobby got up and proceeded to carve the turkey. The next few shots were of them each receiving a piece of turkey, passing the food around the table, and talking and laughing as they enjoyed their meal. The view zooms out through the window of the dining room and over the hill house then above Arlen, where a small fireball shoots through the sky.

Apologies for taken so long. The surprising reveal of not only Artemis's love life but Sarah's too was a step forward for me in character development. Sarah Argentina is a character that I've had for years even before Werewolf of the Hill and this development in her character is something I've been thinking about for years. So i decided to take this story as a chance to incorporate it. P.S. the first chapter of Episode 7 and maybe the second (don't hold me to that) should be out sometime before Christmas. Stay tuned.
