Hello everyone! I don't have too much to say today, I just hope you're having a good week and you enjoy this chapter.

Chapter Thirty-One

I woke up first and smiled. Edward was still snoring beside me. It was ten-thirty in the morning. Edward and I slept in; we may have gone a little wild last night. I was sore, but I wasn't complaining.

"Wake up!" I said, straddling his hips.

He woke up startled, looked around, then thumped back onto the pillow, "Sleep Bella."

"Nope! It's Christmas, you have to woke up." I said as I kissed his neck.

He groaned, "Ughh."

"Come on! Wake up," I said as I shook him.

He laughed and rolled us over, pinning me down with his body. He started kissing me, but I turned away from him.

"No, come on, I'm still sore from last night," I said, "I want to open gifts and have breakfast."

He laughed, "Okay fine."

I pushed him off of me and sat up, walking to the coffee maker. Edward looked like he needed a cup.

I made his coffee and brought it to him while he was scratching his head. He took a big sip and sighed contently.

"Thank god," He said, "How do you live without caffeine?"

"I'm just a bundle of natural energy. Now come on. Let's open gifts."

He finally got out of bed and we both sat by the Christmas tree.

We opened gifts; there weren't too many, just a couple things from the both of us. I made Edward open his gift first, since he gave me the promise ring last night.

I had gotten Edward an engraved whiskey glass. It was nice, it had his name on it and everything. Plus, I got him a big bottle of whiskey that he liked to go with it. I also got him one of those after workout massagers. He said something about wanting to get one, so I went ahead and got him one. He seemed to like everything, which made me happy.

After he opened his gifts, I opened mine. He had gotten me a sweater that I had seen a couple weeks ago when we had went to lunch. I had really liked the sweater, but I couldn't afford it. I can't believe he even knew I liked the sweater; I hadn't said anything about it.

"How did you know I wanted this?"

"I remember you eyeing it," He said.

My next gift was a hundred dollar gift-card to my favorite cookware store. I was really excited about this one.

"Thank you so much," I said as I sat in his lap and threw my arms around his shoulders.

"Mm thank you," He said, hugging me just as tightly, "I love everything."

"I love everything too," I leaned away and kissed him.

"Well, that's not the last of your gifts," He said, averting his eyes.

I gave him a look, "What else did you get me?"

"Don't be mad, but I went ahead and got you that bread slicer you wanted."

"Edward, are you serious?"

"It'll be here on Thursday. They're going to set it up and everything."

"I outta smack you," I said, "I told you not to buy me that for Christmas. That slicer is six-thousand dollars! We agreed not to spend that much."

"But you really wanted it," He said, "And I told you that I barely agreed to that rule."

I scoffed, looking at the wall. I was so annoyed that he went over our budget.

"What's wrong?" He asked, "I love spending money on you. You should've known I wasn't going to stick to that rule."

"Edward, that's not the point. I know you like spending money on me, but it makes me uncomfortable."

"Why?" He asked.

"Because… I can't spend that much on you." I said, "I'm not rich, and it makes me feel bad when you spend all this money on me, and I can't spend the same on you."

"Bella don't worry about it," he said, "I'm not worried about you spending money on me. You being with me makes me happier than any expensive gift. Please, stop worrying about what I spend." He tucked a piece of hair behind my ear, "Please don't be mad, princess."

I sighed, "It still makes me feel bad."

He kissed my cheek, "Don't feel bad. I love lavishing you in gifts. Your reaction is so sweet. And it makes me feel good. I like buying things for people, especially my girlfriend. So please let me keep buying stuff for you."

I rolled my eyes, "I guess I can't stop you from ordering me things."

"No you can't." he smiled.

I pouted, "Thank you for the bread slicer."

"You're very welcome."

After we finished opening gifts, we made breakfast. Actually, I made breakfast. Edward was helping, but he somehow burnt the toast. So I made him sit at the table while I finished breakfast.

"So, what time is dinner tonight?" I asked after swallowing a mouthful of eggs.

"Well, mom will have dinner ready by seven, but we're doing the gift exchange at five-thirty."

I nodded, "I need to shower before we go. And so do you."

He smiled, "We could save time and shower together."

I smiled widely, forgetting about breakfast, "Actually, that sounds great."

I stood and took my shirt off, throwing it at him. He laughed, jumped out of his seat and tried to grab me, but I ran passed him, laughing. I ran into the bathroom, stripping off the rest of my clothes.

Edward ran into the bathroom, completely naked. I smiled, leaning over and turning the water on.

Edward growled and stalked towards me. I smiled and instinctively started rubbing my thighs together; I loved it when he acted like an animal.

He grabbed my hips and started kissing my neck. When he hit my sensitive spot, I moaned my appreciation.

Once the water was the perfect temperature, we stepped into the shower, without breaking contact with one another.

Edward picked me up and wrapped my legs around his waist, pressing my back against the cold wall. I gasped when the cold made contact with my back. He thrust into me without warning and caused me to gasp again.

"Oh fuck," I said as he started slamming into me repeatedly.

He bit into my neck, gripping my thighs tighter.

"Oh Edward," My nails dragged down his back; I bit into his shoulder.

"Jesus… Bella." Edward groaned, "I won't last much longer. Reach between us. Rub your little clit. I want to cum together."

I loved it when he was vulgar. I reached between us and started rubbing my clit, my body tensing from the combination of him pounding into me and me rubbing my clit.

I gasped as I came, "Holy… oh Edward."

"Fuck Bella!" Edward was coming; I could feel him twitching inside me. And I could always tell by how sharp and hard his thrusts became.

He held me while we both came down from our highs. I moved my head from his neck and pressed my lips against his. He reciprocated by pressing his lips harder against mine.

He let me slide down to my feet. I grabbed the shampoo and squirted some into my hand.

"We better seriously get ready. If we're late your mom will kill us."

Edward laughed, "I'm going to need to bring some of my stuff here. Even though I love your sweet smell, it's not too manly to smell like flowers."

After shower and getting dressed we were finally getting into his car. We might be running a little bit behind, we ended up doing it again in the shower. Edward's fault, he wouldn't stop teasing me.

We pulled into his parent's house around five-fifty. I hoped Esme wouldn't be too put off with us. I grabbed the things I baked while Edward grabbed the gifts.

"Merry Christmas!" Esme said cheerfully as we walked into the house. She grabbed us each in a tight hug.

"Merry Christmas Esme," I said, "It's great to see you."

"Oh something smell delicious." She said as she looked down at the boxes in my hands, "Did you bake?"

"I did. I have cookies, candies, and a cake."

"It smells wonderful. Come on in."

When we walked into their living room, my jaw hit the floor. Their tree was massive and looked like it had been professionally decorated. It put the Rockefeller tree to shame.

"Esme, your house looks so beautiful." I said.

"Awe, thank you Bella," She smiled, "Christmas is my favorite holiday. We always go all out."

"It's so nice to see you Bella," Carlisle said as he hugged me, "Merry Christmas."

"It's good to see you too Carlisle. Merry Christmas."

"Hi Bella!" Alice beamed; she looked a little tanner from the last time I had seen her.

"Hey Alice," I said as I hugged her, "How was your honeymoon?"

"It was perfect. I'll have to show you pictures," She said, "Everyone was talking about the dessert bar and the cake."

"That's awesome. But honestly, even if I didn't provide the cake or the dessert bar, it still would've been the best wedding."

Her smile widened, "Thank you!"

"Nice to see you again Bella." Jasper said, giving me a one armed hug.

"It's nice to see you too."

"I hope you all haven't started opening presents without us." Emmett said as he walked in.

"I shouldn't let you open any of your gifts. That'll teach you to be late." Esme chastised.

"Hello everyone," Rosalie said as she walked in behind Emmett.

Emmett scooped me up in a bone crushing hug and laughed when I wheezed. Rosalie and I hugged before she sat down. Esme brought out a huge tray of crackers, cheese, and an assortment of meats.

"So, how was everyone's Christmas?" Carlisle asked.

We chatted for a little bit before Esme announced that it was time to open gifts. Carlisle passed all of the gifts out. I was surprised they got me something, I really wasn't expecting it.

After Carlisle and Esme passed out their gifts, everyone passed out their gifts. Edward passed out ours.

Carlisle and Esme got me a subscription to a company called BakersDelight. It was a company that sent a monthly surprised box to bakers with a bunch of goodies in it that was specific to baking. I was excited for this; it was such a thoughtful gift.

Alice and Jasper got me a nice winter jacket. It was a hell of a lot better than my current winter coat. I was thankful for this because Edward took me to a lot of fancy places and my coat always embarrassed me.

Emmett and Rosalie had gotten me a heated blanket and an Alexa. It was really nice; I knew I'd get a lot of use out of the heated blanket. And I'd have to read up on the Alexa, I wasn't sure what I'd do with it.

After we opened the gifts, I followed Esme into the kitchen to help her with dinner. Alice and Rosalie quickly followed when I volunteered to help Esme.

"Bella, what did Edward give you?" Alice asked as she sat at the island counter and watched her mom cook.

"He got me this sweater," I said, "And this promise ring. Plus, he got me a hundred dollar gift card to that cookware store, and he got me a new bread slicer. We had agreed on a spending limit, but he went way over. I wanted to kill him."

Esme laughed, "Oh my poor Edward. You will never be able to reign him in. Carlisle is the same way. It's how they show their love."

"It does make me feel awkward though," I said, "I just can't give him anything in return as fancy."

"Don't worry about it," Rosalie said, "Edward isn't worried about what you can buy him. I overheard him talking to the boys the other night at their poker game," Rosalie smiled, "He's absolutely crazy about you."

I blushed, "I'm pretty crazy about him too."

"So, Bella, does that mean you hear wedding bells?" Alice blurted out.

My blush deepened, "Uh I don't know. I'm only eighteen, I'm too young for marriage."

"I'm only nineteen," Alice said, "I'm married. When you find your other half you know. So, do you know?"

"Alice, leave her alone," Esme said, "They just started dating. They are different from you and Jasper."

Esme gave Alice a look that made me believe there was something more to what Esme said. Esme looked back over and smiled at me. I quickly smiled, covering up my confusion.

Esme finished cooking the turkey. We brought everything out to the dinner table. Everything looked and smelled so wonderful. I took my place by Edward; he reached under the table and squeezed my hand.

Dinner was delicious. Esme was an excellent cook. After dinner, we went back into her family room and ate the dessert I brought.

"Everything was great Esme," I said as Edward and I stood in the doorway.

"Thank you so much for coming Bella," She kissed my cheek, "It was great seeing you."

"It was great seeing you too." I smiled.

"And you're coming to the New Year's Eve party? Right?"

"Yes I will be there with bells on." I smiled, "It sounds like fun."

"Perfect," She smiled, then grabbed Edward in a hug, "I'll see you later, sweetheart."

"Bye mom."

We held hands as we walked to his car.

"Did you have a good Christmas Bella?" he asked.

I smiled at him, "It was wonderful. Thank you for including me in all of the family activities."

He smiled, "My family adores you. You'll be included in every family function."

I chuckled, "Well, I think I adore them too. I'm so glad I didn't spend Christmas alone."

He leaned over and kissed the top of my head, "I would never let you spend Christmas alone, princess."

I leaned into his side and closed my eyes, thinking about what Alice had said. Was Edward my other half?

Part two of their Christmas! Just a very sweet chapter! I hope you enjoyed.
