Sikenna woke up from her hammock as soon as shouts were heard from Varrick's crew on deck. Apparently, Republic city was in sight. The sun shone down on her face, giving her the warm, buzzy feeling in her skin that she loved so much. Sikenna felt her stomach in her throat as she stood up, rubbing the sleep out of her eyes. They were here, in Republic City. It was happening, Sikenna had finally made it off the islands. She heard a groan on the floor by her feet, and laughed when she noticed Kona asleep on the floor.
"Kona. Come on, wake up the boys." She said as she gently nudged him a few times with her foot. Kona moaned as he rolled over to look up at her.
"You do it. Nero would prefer your face to mine, I'm sure." Sikenna rolled her eyes as he sat up, looking over to Raiko sleeping against the wall by the door.
"Fine. You wake up Raiko, then. Lazy bones." She muttered as she turned to her sleeping boyfriend. They had been arguing more since Nero started a fight back at the pub. A customer had grabbed Sikenna's arm to get her attention, and an angry Nero appeared out of no where with a flaming fist. It cost Sikenna a whole weeks worth of wages to fix the damages, and Nero's jealousy had only gotten worse. He felt he was justified, but Sikenna was offended he didn't trust her.
"Hey. Neer, wake up." Sikenna cooed as she gently shook his shoulder. He jolted awake and sighed, Sikenna smiled at him comfortingly.
"Hi. We're here. Come on, let's go find Varrick." Nero nodded at her and yawned, stretching his arms above his head. Sikenna smiled and stood up as Lotus let out a chatter and climbed to her shoulder. The group was calm, quiet. Of course they were still waking up, and we're tired from the night activities, but there was an air of anxiousness and nerves surrounding the four of them. Sikenna frowned as she thought about Sumi not being there with them. In the beginning, Sumi had been part of the plan with moving to republic city. She got a job, and was saving with them, making plans and trying to find contacts within the city for help finding jobs and securing housing. Eventually, her mother and father found out, and we're furious. The next day Sumi quit her job, told them to keep the money she had already put into the pot, but that she wasn't going anymore. As much as Sikenna loved the boys, Sumi was a breath of fresh air. Someone who got her on a level they didn't, who understood why she was the way that she was, and she missed her best friend. It would feel weird if they found Mako and Bolin without her, she was part of their original group of friends, and Sikenna really wanted all of them together when they found them.
They found Varrick on the ship deck, flanked by Zhu Li, of course, talking to a couple crew members in his quick salesman voice.
"Varrick!" Kona called to him as the group of teens approached. Varrick turned to them with a bright smile.
"There's my favorite angsty fire benders and their extra! WELCOME!" he shouted, opening his arms wide. Behind him, the Republic City port was in clear view. They could hear the hustle and bustle of the big city surrounding them, and broad smiles spread across the teen's faces.
"To Republic CITY!" Varrick laughed loudly and practically skipped to the bow of the boat.
Sikenna trailed at the end of the group as they followed him, looking around in amazement. Air temple island, the statue of Aang! It was huge! Bigger than she ever imagined it to be. The sky was bright blue, even the shouts from the port crew they were pulling up to felt positive, welcoming. Sikenna felt her nerves wash away as she looked around her, taking in the sights with awe. She completely zoned out anything Varrick was saying to them, which wasn't usually like Sikenna, but she was filled with excitement and couldn't focus on anything else but the city around her.
They disembarked the boat and Varrick turned towards them. Sikenna turned to look at him, noticing people around them holding the belongings they did pack.
"Anyway, there's an apartment in the south side with your names on it. Rents 800 yuan's a month, a discount if you do some side work for me." Varrick whispered the last part to them and winked.
"Discount?" Sikenna asked, but Kona spoke up before Varrick could elaborate.
"Deal. A place and a job? Who would we be if we said no?" Varrick slapped his hand onto Kona's shoulder and laughed loudly.
"That's the spirit kid! Here." Varrick tossed a set of keys to Kona and he nodded at the crew with their things.
"They'll bring you to your apartment. I'll meet you guys tonight at the pro bending arena to discuss business. Zhu Li!" Varrick snapped this fingers and turned to leave. Zhu Li shoved four tickets to the pro bending match at the kids quickly before following behind Varrick.
"So…." Kona said to them as he turned. The smiles on their faces grew wide as they looked at each other.
"We ACTUALLY did it, you guys. We're here! And we have an apartment, and jobs! This is amazing!" Sikenna laughed and jumped excitedly. The four of them ran to catch up to the crew members carrying their belongings to a Satomobile that would take them to their new, republic city apartment.

Republic City. Pro bending arena gym.
Mako was getting frustrated with himself. The dreams of the girl and the other kids on the island were haunting him. They felt like memories from another lifetime, but Mako was sure he had never seen those people in his life. They were more frequent lately, more real, vivid. He started to feel the emotions more raw every time he dreamed about him. And that girls laugh was on a constant replay in the back of his head. Everywhere he went he thought he could hear it. To be honest, a part of him thought he was starting to go crazy. His shots during practice were sloppy, not enough power to them, and his foot work had been trash. He was getting aggravated that he couldn't focus enough to get in any good shots, he couldn't lose this match tonight, there was too much riding on them doing well at Pro bending.
"You sure you're okay, Mako?" Bolin asked after he beat him in a spar, for the 8th time in a row. Mako let out a frustrated groan.
"No, Bo! I'm not!" Bolin cocked an eyebrow at his brothers answer, but Mako continued.
"You're sure you don't remember anything about going to an island when mom and dad were around?" Bolin was barely in any dreams, he must have been too little, but if Bolin could even remember something from that time, it would make Mako feel more sane.
Bolin slowly shook his head.
"Nnno, bro. I can barely remember them these days, to be honest." Bolin put his hand to the back of his neck, embarrassed that he could barely remember his own parents anymore. But he was young when they were killed, and they had lived through so much being on the street, it felt like his memory could only hold so much. Mako nodded in understanding and ran his hand through his hair.
"It's okay, Bo. I'm going to take a break, regroup and get some energy back before the match tonight. I'll be back before then." Mako turned and left the gym, waving as Bolin shouted his goodbye. He has to get this out of his head before the match, but how?
By the time the match started, Mako was in a foul mood. Nothing he did could distract him long enough, the girls laugh in the back of his head felt like it was mocking him at this point. He wasn't in the mood for Hasook and his sloppy playing, he wasn't amused when Bolin brought in some random girl into the locker room, and he Especially wasn't amused that for a split second, the girl Bolin brought in reminded him of a grown up version of the little girl from his dreams. They had similar noses and eyes, and Mako was sure the spirits sent her just to mock him. He was, absolutely, losing his mind. He was sure of it.

Republic city bending arena, that night.
Sikenna was amazed by this arena. Back home, the arena was nice, but the one in Republic City was nothing short of grand. Sikenna felt like she was walking the halls of a palace. Varrick had met them outside the arena at the ticket booth, and sat with them in Varrick's VIP booth to watch the match. To the groups excitement, the fire ferrets were playing.
"Holy shit!" Sikenna squealed after the match. Mako and Bolin had turned into incredible benders, and the match had been even more amazing to watch in person. The radio certainly didn't give them justice. Mako had carried the last round after their water bender got sloppy and took out Bolin, and Sikenna couldn't help but smile as he finished the match with her signature move to Kona when they fought. She had done it for the first time the last summer they had with Mako, and the two of them spent a large portion of the rest of the summer practicing it, getting it perfect. They were, after all, 7, and it was the coolest thing in the world to pop out of a cloud of beach sand to meet your opponent with a flaming fist, even if it wasn't that powerful at that age.
"That was amazing!" Kona answered her back with a laugh as they followed Varrick through the hallway. Apparently he was bringing them to meet their new boss, apparently a man named Sazu, another fire bender.
"I never thought Mako could bend like that." Raiko added with a laugh. Nero rolled his eyes.
"He wasn't that good." He spat out. Sikenna narrowed her eyes at him and Kona shoved his shoulder, assuming he was joking. Sikenna decided to ignore her overly jealous boyfriend and turned to Varrick.
"Hey, Varrick? Can you get us back stage to meet the fire ferrets?" She asked hopefully.
"No time, kid. Business to discuss." Varrick didn't look back at them as he answered, just continued to walk down the long hallway. A door opened to their right and someone came out, and Sikenna's heart dropped. At the end of that hallway stood Bolin, talking to a girl in a water tribe outfit. Sikenna looked to see where the rest of her group was but noticed they were far ahead of her. Deciding she could catch up with them, Sikenna pulled the door to the hallway open.
"Hey! Bo!" She shouted. Bolin turned his head towards her, confused, but just as she was about to wave her wrist was grabbed by Kona and she was pulled down the hallway, back to her group. Sikenna was about to scold her brother when she was pulled into a room, and she shup up instantly. A group of men sat behind a table in the dimly lit room. Varrick sat sitting before then, Zhu Li standing on his right side as he spoke animatingly to the men behind the table.
"Ah! Kalla! Glad you could join us, feisty flames." Sikenna rolled her eyes.
"Kenna. Ken-na." She sounded out to him, annoyed. Varrick waved a hand in dismissal and turned back to the men behind the table.
"Angsty fire bending kids plus one extra, this is Sazu. Also known as Sazu the insatiable. He's the leader of the Agni Kai triad here in Republic City. Sazu, meet my angsty ember island fire benders and their plus one." Raiko growled at being considered the extra, the only non bender among the group now that Sumi didn't come. Raiko was useful. He was smart and calculating, quick on his feet and powerful. A strong fighter and an asset to their friend group, regardless of their shenanigans.
"I'm Kenna, this is my Brother Kona, and our friends Nero and Raiko." Sikenna introduced them to Sazu before Raiko's growl could be heard. Sazu laughed lightly.
"And what does the extra have to offer me? I only hire fire benders." Sikenna rolled her eyes.
"Tough shit. We don't do work without him. There's 3 brain cells between all of us and I have the other two, we work with Raiko or we walk." Kona and Nero let out soft protests at her insult but Sikenna stopped them by putting her hand up. Sazu watched the group interact and laughed under her breath.
"I see why Varrick calls you feisty flames." Sazu said as he leaned back in his chair. Varrick laughed with him and Sikenna rolled her eyes.
"Don't let him fool you, he stole it from someone else. What's the job?" Sikenna just wanted to find out the details of the job and go back to try to find Bolin. She was so close! He turned to look at her, even!
"Eh," Sazu began.
"Odd jobs. Little of this a little of that. Nothin' too serious. I'll pay you handsomely, though. There's a pretty penny in it for ya."
Sikenna nodded at him and looked over to her brother, who looked like he was soaking this up. Raiko and Nero looked suspicious, but Nero looked suspicious of any girl or guy that even looked at Sikenna. Rolling her eyes at him again, she spoke for the group.
"Fine. We're in." She looked over to Raiko and Nero.
"If you two want to back out and work at a pub, fine. But this is where the money is." Nero and Raiko took a few seconds to look at each other and nodded.
"We'll give it a shot."
Sazu nodded and Varrick clapped his hands together loudly.
"Excellent! Zhu Li! Let's go." Varrick said as he stood, nodding to Sazu and his associates. Sikenna and her friends nodded to them as well and a smirk spread across Sazu's face.
"Welcome to the Agni Kai triad, Angsty ember island kids. We'll be in touch." He winked and waved them away, letting them know they were dismissed.

Downtown Republic City, the end of that week.
The day after they had met Sazu, one of his associates woke Sikenna and the kids up in their 3 bedroom apartment to bring them to the warehouse. They were waiting for Sazu to tell them what they needed them to do when they got word that members of the triple threat triad were kidnapped by something called "the equalists." Whatever that was. Everyone was called to go home, stay safe, and stay out of sight. The Agni Kai's seemed frightened by this. Apparently a turf war had already been brewing between the local street gangs in Republic City, and Sikenna had thrown her friends right into the middle of it. But they stuck to the shadows on their way home anyway to be safe, and stayed inside until Sazu sent word it was safe to come out. That's when they found out that Amon, the leader of the equalists, revealed that he was able to take away people's bending. The leader of the triple threats and a couple of his right hand men had been used as an example, and their bending was officially gone. Sazu ordered them all to stand down, lay low, don't ruffle any non bender feathers.
Now, the Agni Kai's were trying to lay low. Observe the equalists, stay safe until Sazu figured out a plan to take back the streets they had lost without losing some of his best benders. The Agni Kai's might have been an organized crime syndicate, but they were all about preservation, being the one that lasted the longest. Sazu's recruits and his benders weren't just for power, they were for reputation, longevity, they were the key to staying relevant and Sazu knew better than to put them in harm's way if he wanted his triad to be the strongest. So, he had sent Sikenna, Kona, Raiko and Nero out to collect money. They were kids, and Kona and Raiko were especially charming with the women, making the non benders feel safe and not threatened by them. Sikenna was able to put on a soft, comforting voice when speaking to the people they were collecting money from. They were new, and had no bad reputation with the people of Republic City, and it was best right now to look like the Triad that was collecting the money to help the non bending community. They weren't, but they had a group of young kids that could convince the non benders of such, so the triad took advantage.
Last night, Amon had made a radio announcement, striking fear into every bender in Republic City. What a time to arrive in the city. A turf war between the triads was going on and Sikenna had thrown her and her friends right into the middle of it. People were being kidnapped, having their bending taken away. During the radio broadcast last night, Sikenna couldn't help but think about what it would feel like to have the morning sun touch her skin and not feel the familiar warm tingling waking up in her veins with it. Her connection to the element severed, a part of her very soul ripped from her. It made her sick to her stomach, she had barely made it to the bathroom before she released the contents of her stomach into the toilet.
The four of them had decided not to split up for anything, no matter what. They were safer together, and even if they weren't, at least it made them feel like they were. They had taken extra care on their rounds through Agni Kai territory collecting money, covering for some none benders that couldn't fully pay, even. Raiko was the one to come up with the idea. If the mom benders I'm the Agni Kai territory trusted and liked them, they were less of a target for Amon and his cult of equalists.
Never the less, they were 18, and still had enough spirit in them to find times to enjoy themselves and laugh. They had to, otherwise the fear would eat them alive. The four of them waited for the trolley to take them to Agni Kai territory to start their rounds, laughing about this mornings breakfast.
"Lotus is going to be the one to get us arrested, she keeps stealing pasties from the bakery below our apartment." Kona pointed to the fire ferret on Sikenna's shoulder accusingly.
"Leave her alone. She's just trying to feed her dumb humans. Isn't that right?" Nero cooed to the fire ferret, scratching under her chin.
"Who's daddy's good girl?" Lotus trilled happily at the affection she was getting from Nero for being a tiny weasel thief and Sikenna laughed.
"I'll give the shop keeper some money each week to make up for what she steals, relax." Kona rolled his eyes and hopped onto the trolley that had just pulled up.
"I'll pay you double what you pay her if you switch rooms with me." Kona tried to deal with Sikenna. The girl threw her head back and laughed loudly at his request. Kona had been trying to strike a deal to take the main bedroom, the largest in the apartment, since Sikenna beat him to it the day they moved in. To be truthful, Sikenna wouldn't mind switching rooms, as Kona had a door to the balcony off of his room. But him begging her for it was too amusing.
"Not a chance, Kona. Lotus and I need all that room for-" there was a crash across the street from where the trolley was as it pulled away. Sikenna and Kona stretched their necks to see a girl with a moped picking a guy up off the ground.
"Oof. That's gonna hurt in the morning." Nero laughed at the situation and the other three nodded in agreement as the trolley took them to do their rounds.

Another day he woke up late, another night Mako slept like crap. He had more dreams, about the same group of kids. They had been running away from some teenagers, all laughing loudly as they did. Mako felt like he could still feel the warmth of the little girl's hand in his as they ran. He didn't remember her, but he knew she was important to him. At least, she was in the dreams he kept having. Her laugh was ringing in his ears still as he walked the streets of Republic City to the trolley stop he was supposed to take to work. The laugh rang in his ears so clearly it sounded like it was close by him. Mako's eyes widened in surprise when he realized the laugh, the same one that had been haunting him in his sleep for weeks, was coming from near by. He couldn't mistake it, it had the same inflictions, the same infectious quality about it. Conveniently enough, it was coming from the trolley he was supposed to be taking.
Without looking, Mako dashed out into the road towards the trolley where the laugh came from. The next thing he knew, he was slammed to the ground from some unknown force. He heard himself scream as he tumbled on the street a bit. With a loud groan, Mako sat himself up and rubbed his head. The trolley was gone, of course, and Mako felt his temper rise.
"Oh no! I'm so sorry! I didn't see you!" Came a woman's voice to his left. Mako rubbed the back of his head as he spoke.
"How could you not see me? I mean I was ju-juu-" he froze as he looked up at her. She shook her long dark hair out from her helmet and looked down at him with worry on her face. She was gorgeous.
"uh, I was ... I- I ... wow."
Wow.

Republic city; Agni Kai Triad territory
"Hi, Mrs. Chu. How's your morning so far?" Sikenna asked the sweet old lady in the shop she was at to collect money. She handed the old woman a muffin with a smile.
"Moon peach and cinnamon. I remember you saying it was your favorite!" Sikenna said happily as the old woman took the muffin with a happy laugh.
"Oh, Kenna, you're too kind." Sikenna shrugged and leaned against the counter. The old woman reminded her of her grandmother, it was nice to see a happy face these days.
"Nah. Rotten kid to the bone over here." she joked to the old woman and smiled.
"Just remembered you liked them when I saw it, is all. I hate to ask, Mrs. Chu, but do you have the money?" Sikenna said softly to the old woman with an apologetic smile. Mrs. Chu clicked her tongue in a disapproving tone at the young girl.
"You're too good of a child to be doing what you're doing, Kenna."
"I know, Mrs. Chu. I'm just trying to pay my bills, that's all." She smiled at her as Mrs. Chu sighed and pulled a small purse on the counter.
"It's missing about 50 yuan's, though. Business has been rough with everything going on." Sikenna took the pouch and reached in her pocket, pulling out her own coins she kept for this occasion.
"I got it, Mrs. Chu." Sikenna said quietly, counting out 50 yuans and sliding it into the other pouch and winked at the old lady.
"Make sure you lock up before the sun goes down, I don't want to have to bail you out of jail." Sikenna said to Mrs. Chu, imitating her doing a couple of jabs to the air. The old woman let out a hearty chuckle at the girl as she watched her walk backwards towards the door of the shop.
"I will, miss Kenna. You be safe! Keep your brother out of trouble!"
"I will!" Sikenna said to her, saluting her with two fingers before walking out of the shop where the boys waited. Kona looked at her scoldingly.
"What?" Sikenna raised a brow at him.
"You can't keep making up the differences for these people, Kenna. You're going to make us broke." He told her as the four of them turned to walk down the street. Sikenna rolled her eyes at him.
"First of all," she started,
"You don't get to tell me what to do. Second," Sikenna stopped at a booth and bought a quick basket of fire flakes.
"It's my money, Kona. It comes out of what i'm able to save, and I save it just for this. Besides, like Raiko said, if it buys us time from Amon, then," she shrugged as she tossed some fire flakes in her mouth.
"We should do it." Kona sighed, defeated, knowing she was right.
"Nero you get the next shop. Old wolfbat of a shop keep hates me for some reason." Sikenna sighed as they stopped outside of a shop. Nero winked at her before going in, Sikenna answered it with shoving more fire flakes in her mouth. He had gotten better lately, but Sikenna still couldn't shake a nagging feeling in the back of her mind. Something was still off with him.
"Have you talked to Gram?" Kona asked, pulling her out of her thoughts. Sikenna shook her head.
"No. Not since the letter she wrote us yelling at us for leaving without telling her. She said dad was furious, but," Sikenna waved a dismissive hand in the air at her father's anger. She finished off her fire flakes and looked over to Raiko.
"Have you talked to Sumi?" She asked him gently. Raiko always had a soft spot for Sumi, even though neither would admit it, and Sikenna knew Sumi backing out of the move hurt him as much as it did her. At first, at least. Now they were both glad they didn't drag her into the mess Republic City was when they got here. Raiko sighed and nodded her head.
"I have, yeah. I radioed her the other day. She sounds really lonely…" he trailed off as he thought about how sad Sumi had sounded as Raiko told her stories of what they've seen since they've been here. Only the good parts, of course. Sikenna nodded and put her hand on his arm reassuringly.
"Sumi is a social butterfly. Without me there to hold her back, she'll be able to make friends in no time." Sikenna smiled at him, trying to make him feel better. Raiko's returned smile was sympathetic, because she was right. Sumi had a hard time keeping other friends when they lived on the Island because Sikenna always scared them off. Her ideas were too dangerous, or risky. Their parents would have killed them if they went along with her. Sikenna always said it's because they were boring, lame people and not worth their time, but she knew she was a handful, and wasn't everyone's favorite cup of tea. There was a lot of personality in a tiny vessel of a body, her aura always took up more space than other people's.
Lotus let out a loud squeak on Sikenna's shoulders, and ran down to the ground at her feet.
"What's up, Lo?" Sikenna asked her pet as she bent down. With an excited chirp Lotus leapt forward to meet with another fire ferret. They danced around each other with happy squeaks, pouncing on each other playfully.
"Aw, how adorable. Lotus found a friend!" Sikenna cooed. In a flash a green shirt ran around the street corner and past Sikenna, almost knocking her over as he ran to the two ferrets.
"Hey!" Sikenna shouted, catching her balance and standing to her full height.
"I'm sorry! I'm so sorry! Was Pabu bothering you?" Sikenna snapped her fingers for Lotus to come to her, only looking at the boy when Lotus perched back onto her shoulder and Kona spoke.
"Oh, shit! Bolin!" Kona said excitedly. Sikenna shot her eyes over to him and realized it was, in fact, Bolin.
"Hey, yeah, it's me, Bolin. From the fire ferrets. Yeup." Bolin said proudly, flexing his arms.
"No! Bo it's us!" Sikenna said with a big smile, stepping forward. Bolin furrowed his brows at her and took a step away.
"Uh…do I know you? To the point where you can call me Bo?" Bolin asked them, confused. Sikenna scrunched up her nose and furrowed her brows at him.
"What? I gave you that nickname." She said back to him, just as confused.
"Uh...no. my brother did." Bolin was sure this girl was crazy.
"Well, yeah. Me and your brother. And well, all of us really." She said, motioning to the two people behind her. Bolin looked over her shoulder at the two boys, who waved at him somewhat awkwardly.
"Uh… okay?" Bolin had to get out of here. These crazy fans were going to wear his skin, he just knew it.
"You don't remember us? That's Raiko, Kona…. Kenna." She said to Bolin, pointing to each of the teenagers.
"No, sorry, I have no idea who- wait did you just say Kenna?" Bolin answered. Sikenna nodded happily.
"Yeah! Kenna. We were neighbors at your parents beach house on Ember Island, remember?" Bolin's eyes widened after a few moments of the information sinking in.
"OOOOH wow. OOOOOH WOW. I gotta- I gotta go. Really busy, I'm late, SUUUUUUUPER super late. Yeah. Late. I'll uh, I'll see you around, maybe? Yeah. Maybe. OKAY BYE!" Bolin shouted as he dashed off.
"Uh, Wait! Bolin!" Sikenna shouted after him, confusion written all over her face. Raiko, Kona and Sikenna watched him run through the crowded street, shoving a few people out of the way as he did so. A bell dinged behind them and Nero walked out if the shop, tossing the small bag of coins in the air and catching it.
"What's up? You guys look like you just saw a ghost." He said to his stunned friends.
What was that? Did he not remember them? Bolin was 5 the last time they saw him, but that was old enough to form memories. Did they want to pretend they didn't? Did they not want to see them? Did they really not matter to them? Anger flashed through Sikenna quicker than she expected. Her finger tips sparked and she could feel her forearms vibrating. They really didn't matter to anyone, did they? Their father abandoned them at their grandmother's, who was too old to mother two young children, and then Mako and Bolin just left, and now they're acting like they didn't even know them? It was rejection from too many people she cared too much about.
"We did." Sikenna answered Nero, narrowing her eyes in the direction Bolin ran off in.
"Let's finish this and get home." Sikenna said flatly, turning on her heel and stalking down the road to the next shop.
•¥•
Republic city, 20 minutes later, Mako & Bolin's apartment.
"MAKO!" Mako shot up from the couch as Bolin yelled, coming up the stairs of the apartment. He looked at his brother, sweaty and breathing hard, eyes wide in shock. Bolin ran towards Mako and out a hand on each shoulder.
"Mako.." he breathed heavy and spoke between catching his breath.
"She's…. She's real." Bolin's head fell after he got it out, taking deep breaths. Mako raised his eyebrows at his brother in confusion.
"...o-kaaaay. who's real, Bo?" Bolin groaned and lifted his head again to speak, his breathing finally catching up.
"The… the girl. From your… weird dream thingies. She's real. She's in Republic City. Her and her friends." Bolin let out a dramatic sigh as he fell onto the couch.
Mako's eyes went wide and he froze. What? She was real? So he had heard that laugh today? So he's not going crazy? Mako licked his lip and spun around to Bolin.
"Tell me everything." Mako demanded.
