Author's Note:BOOM! I'm baaccckkkk! HAPPY NEW YEAR! Oh you thought I forgot about the story or put it to the side? Oh nonononono. I've been writing and planning ladies and gents. So I absolutely hated the last season of the show so...I will not be keeping canon to what happens in season 7 of the show. I might use one episode...but I might not...we will see. IF you are upset by this I am very sorry. But if you love this story as much as the show we had grown to love…REVIEW LIKE CRAZY! Now that the show has ended...I will be continuing with the this story! Honestly...I think I needed the horribleness to stop before I continued.

Zelena knew that if she didn't act fast...everything would be ruined.

The look on Sarah's face alone proved that if she did not fake the magic that turned the shadow into a man, questions would be asked that she nor Regina could answer. Let alone her sister who she had yet to tell about a certain baby that showed a magical aptitude that was equal to her own when born.

With a flourish of green Zelena moved towards the now solid man, as he held a smiling Baby Snow who was happily sucking away at her pacifier.

"Seeing as you're apparently family, let me be the first to say...good luck convincing her mother not to kill you...excuse me..." and with that Zelena lifted up Baby Snow giving the baby a huge radiant smile with a 'hello precious'.

Baby Snow's hands waved around as she laughed at her Aunt Zelena.

Zelena felt no hesitation or weirdness in bringing the baby to her and kissing her little chubby cheeks.

"Aunt Lena...how did you..." Sarah tried to question her Aunt but the words wouldn't come out of her mouth as the man who had been transformed was suddenly cupping her face.

Maybe it was because she hadn't felt his touch for what felt like a lifetime, but her eyes closed at the sensation of his touch.

Then his forehead was pressed against hers and she could suddenly feel and smell him.

Malcolm tried to keep himself from smashing his lips against those of the woman he loved, he knew her anger wouldn't be abated by the kiss.

He knew her too well for that.

But the sight of her...after soo many years of being away from her...it was impossible for him to simply not touch her.

And it was as if Sarah snapped out of a daze.

Pushing him away from her Sarah looked up at Malcolm with angry eyes. "Where's my son Malcolm?"

Ms. Swan looked at the three Rumplestiltskin's and knew that if she didn't say something they wouldn't. All of them looked too shocked to say anything.

"He's here. In Storybrooke." Ms. Swan said as she shared a look with Madame Mayor and Mrs. Charming. Both instantly knowing that what Emma was doing was trying to diffuse the situation before someone really got hurt.

"Are you sure Emma?" Sarah asked with a look of fear clearly written on her face.

Ms. Swan was slightly stunned by the way Sarah said her name...like she had done so many times, 'which she probably has,' Ms. Swan thought to herself.

Ms. Swan turned her head to look at the three...yes three version of Rumplestiltskin who stood with slightly gaping mouths staring at Sarah.

Turning her head back Emma reassured, "Oh I'm more than sure."

Emma felt slightly bad for not explaining further when Sarah let out this huge breathe, her hand pressing into her chest as the words Emma said lifted the weight that she had felt pressed there. The huge relief filling the same spot where fear had filled.

"Um...not to be rude...but where did you all come from?" Mrs. Charming asked after shaking her head and looking between the other two versions of herself and Sarah.

Mary Margret closed her eyes and leaned her head back as Snow smirked at the question.

Sarah glared at Mary Margret and raised a pointed finger at her. "Not. A. Word!"

Snow tried to stifle her laugh and failed miserably, causing Regina to quickly back hand slap her on her stomach, making Snow yelp slightly and then grimace as Regina gave her the famous look that let her know she was on thin ice. The tension evaporating after the horror of a few minutes before.

"Let's just say Sarah always manages to get...us...in trouble." Mary Margret said with a little smirk as she looked at the slightly older version of herself.

Mrs. Charming couldn't help but wrinkle her brow curiously at Mary Margret.

Suddenly and almost violently Little Snow lurched forward and vomited.

Milliseconds to respond everyone backed away, except Regina, who had barely let Snow down from her arms. Instead she had grabbed her head and held back her hair as she continued to throw up onto the Church floor.

"Right! Back to the hospital right now." Queen Cora said with an exasperated sigh moving forward to help Regina as a now Little Snow could barely keep back tears as her body threw up.

Cora made a motion with her hands and everyone in the room was transported back to the hospital, where two Whale's were currently standing verbally fighting each other.

It seemed that Little Snow being sick broke the stillness that had been in the group - not two seconds before - lifted as everyone seemed to move at once.

"WHALE HELP!" Regina yelled as she held Little Snow's head as another fit of clear throw up came up and out of the little girl's mouth.

"Damn it! I told you she needed to stay in case of a reaction to medication." Dr. Whale moved past his other self and quickly grabbed Little Snow and quickly brought her into one of the rooms.

"I'm...sorry...Mama." Little Snow cried as Whale placed her onto the bed.

Regina was beside her immediately. "It's ok baby. It's not your fault." Her misery at seeing her child in pain written clearly on her face. Combing away the hair from Little Snow's face, Regina passed a towel that was handed to her by one of the nurses against the little girl's glistening lips and chin as another nurse provided a trashcan.

Whale was setting up the IV bag and checking her IV to see if he would need to replace it, flushing the line to see if something had moved. "You're gonna be ok Snow. You just had a reaction to the medicine we sedated you with to do the procedure earlier."

Madam Mayor watched from the doorway in complete bafflement as this other version of herself fawned and relaxed the younger version of her sworn enemy.

"Ok...so there's obviously differences in our worlds." Ms. Swan said as she too observed the strangeness - that was one Regina Mills tending to an obvious younger version of her mother.

"Not other worlds." Madam Mayor turned to look at Queen Cora with a suspicion in her eyes.

"No sweetheart. Different dimensions. It's um...It seems as though we're traveling...forward in time...as well. You've aged...just slightly...but enough for a mother to notice." Queen Cora gave Regina a slow smile.

"Are you telling me..." Snow closed her eyes almost wincing as she spoke as she understood what her Grandmother was saying, "that we're traveling into the future...of this...dimension?" shaking her head in almost confusion at the last word and opening her eyes to look at her Grandmother with a look that said..'please tell me I misunderstood.'

"It seems that way sweetheart. And...I don't think we're going to be able to stop what's causing it." Queen Cora gave a pointed glance out of the corner of her eye to Sarah.

A pathetic look settled over Sarah's face as a little groan came out of her.

"Causing trouble again I see." Malcolm whispered to his wife with a small smirk that somehow showed his fondness of her causing trouble.

Everyone saw clearly how Sarah's eyes darkened as she turned her head to look at her husband.

"The only thing I want to hear out of your mouth is 'I found our son!'"

The coldness in which she said the words caused everyone in the hall to look at each other.

None of them had ever heard Sarah speak in such a manner.

Threats were threats...but that was just...cold.

Malcolm's face fell. His eyes looking into Sarah's and knowing immediately she meant it, and there was no amount of cajoling or begging that was going to get her to listen.

She didn't want to listen to him at all. Not even for an explanation. He had been trying to explain ...she didn't know what he had been through...how much he had hid things from the real shadow. The beast that had become him...stealing his very identity as he became the shadow and the creature became him.

Zelena tried to keep baby Snow distracted, she really did.

But it was no use...seeing a woman that looked like her mother not but a few feet away made the baby try everything possible to wiggle out of her hold. An angry frustrated whine began to grow in volume in the baby's throat as she increasing tried to break free of the hold on her -until finally Zelena almost dropped her. Instinctively Madame Mayor dove and grabbed the baby just before the baby would have fallen backwards and towards the ground.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Madame Mayor screamed more at Zelena than at the baby, but the baby's smiling face fell into one of a furrowed brow - soooo exactly the same as her adult self that Madame Mayor for one second thought someone had just shrunk her.

The immediate babbling was without a doubt of the angry variety as she slapped Madam Mayor's chest repeatedly.

"OH OH ABsoLUTELY not! No! We do not hit!" Madam Mayor instructed back grabbing the little hand that had been slapping her up, "And we do not scream!"

Of course everyone was amused and kind of freaked out that the baby settled immediately and looked up at Madame Mayor with this angry brow still sucking away at her pacifier with a bit more vehemence. Continuing her murmuring as if responding to Madame Mayor.

Sarah smiled and lowered her head shaking it side to side as she began to laugh.

Her little laughing is what caused everyone to turn and look at her.

"Seriously...is it possible that every version of you talks to the baby like she can understand you?!" Sarah asked this other version of her mother with a laughing smile.

Madame Mayor looked up with a slightly opened mouth and a little look of indignation.

"Sarah!" Little Snow called out from the other room, causing Sarah to stiffen but immediately walked past everyone and into the room where Little Snow lay on the bed, where she had obviously been listening to the conversation.

"Hey...you know you shouldn't be scared right. Everyone's here and we'd never let anything happen to you. Would we Doctor Whale?" Sarah said turning with a evil little smirk to look at the doctor that was looking over the IV drip and monitor connected to Snow.

"She just needs to rest. We're going to see if she has any other reactions during the night and hopefully if everything is ok...we'll let her go tomorrow." Whale said as he gave his other self a look that clearly said we are both in this together.

"Do I have to stay? Shouldn't we be trying to find your baby?" Little Snow asked Sarah with a worried look on her face, and the same look of determination her older self constantly had.

Sarah smiled sweetly at her sister. "Trying to be a good Aunt already huh?"

Little Snow's face slowly morphed to a huge smile. "Aunt?"

Sarah laughed. "Well...that is what one calls the sister of their mother. You know...that's why it's AUNT Lena."

Outside of the room Mrs. Charming looked over at the three Rumplestitskin's as the look of being smacked spread across their faces, all turning to look back at her.

Mrs. Charming felt something in her almost release... something she didn't know she had been holding on to.

Nephew...a word she never thought she would ever call a person. That's what Rumplestitskin was to her. For all intense and purposes...he was her nephew.

If Sarah was her sister...then...

Mrs. Charming looked at her sister sitting with the younger version of herself and then turned and looked at the three identical men. Quickly she walked up to the Crocodile and with a look of determination said, "You need to tell her."

"Tell her what exactly?" Rumplestitskin asked as he stared into the room at where his mother sat with the younger version of the woman demanding of him to speak a truth that he himself had barely acknowledged.

"That the baby she's looking for hasn't existed in over 200 years?" The Crocodile continued as he too couldn't tear his eyes away from the very young woman that he now knew to be his mother.

Mrs. Charming pulled in a deep breath and stared at the only one of the three of them that looked to be close to tears.

Rum.

"You need to tell her that YOU are her son." Mrs. Charming whispered the words...but the others in the hall clearly heard exactly what she had said.

To say that shock traveled through a majority of the people there was really putting it mildly.

"He's...wait...how is that..." Emma started and stopped as Malcolm suddenly spoke.

"She just appeared...out of thin air."

Everyone looked at the man that had pressed himself against a wall, staring at the door where Sarah had walked through.

"How could we have known? How could I...have known?" Malcolm's brow furrowed as he tried to find something in his memory that would have given him a clue.

"I just thought...she was trying to...I thought she was...like me. Keep herself alive by trying to scam the next bloke that comes along."

With those words he gave a glance to everyone that obviously was listening to him, and then back at the door.

"I fell in love with her...even thinking that she was trying to take my purse...I...I couldn't help myself. Sarah makes you believe in things only children still believe. Makes you think that as long as there is love...anything is possible." Malcolm continued, not aware that the talking in the next room had stopped and ears that shouldn't have been listening were.

"I made her my wife. And I was beyond happy. I had...peace...peace in my life for the first time." Malcolm's voice trembled as his emotions got the better of him, and no one could turn away from the sight of the man trying to fight back tears.

"My wife was from the future. But we didn't know that's what had happened to her. We...I...I just thought that she was a Princess of another Kingdom. The idea...that she lived in...in the future...how could we ever have thought such a thing was possible?" Malcolm looked over at Emma with a look that spoke of pain and suffering the likes of which she probably could and would never know.

"When she vanished...I didn't know what had happened. All I knew...was my boy was alone in our home...screaming his lungs out...and my wife was nowhere to be found." Malcolm said as he looked across the faces of Queen Regina and Madame Mayor.

"They thought I had done it. They thought," Malcolm stopped as he glanced at Snow and Mary Margret, looking away in shame as they realized exactly what everyone must have assumed.

"They thought you killed her." Mrs. Charming said as she too realized how it must have looked to the people of any town.

Malcolm didn't look up as he nodded his head.

Silence descended once more.

"When those magic beans appeared in my boy's hand...I thought...I thought of a place where my dreams had always come true. I just...I thought..." Malcolm's jaw tightened and he shook his head at his own stupidity.

"It waited...and it watched us. Watched us from the moment we arrived on that island." Malcolm felt the fear of all those years ago fill him.

"I was looking for pixie dust...to teach my boy to fly. I told him he could...but I had forgotten about the dust."

Rumplestiltskin would never admit that a tremble went down his back as he relived that day in his own mind.

"It found me in the tree...and...and it told me I didn't belong there...but my son did."

Three sets of brown eyes suddenly jumped to the man.

"It...it told me I could watch it take my son away...or I could take his place. Knowing...knowing that we had nowhere to run...it would take him instead. And so...I...I made a deal." Malcolm said looking directly at the three versions of his son.

All three stiffening at the four words.

"I would take other children...in place of my son's. Children that had been abandoned...left and forgotten. If I could make sure the shadow never...if I could just..." Malcolm shook his head not knowing how to express just how much of his soul he had sold to save his child.

" I thought...I thought if I could just...buy some time...until I could find her again." Malcolm whispered the last words and lowered his head in shame.

"At first...at first I was still solid. At first I was still man. Flesh and bone. Then...then it started to take my place. Trading places with my body...and I would become the shadow." Malcolm continued as everyone listened engrossed by his story.

Malcolm looked up with watery eyes. "It was too late by then. It...it had taken over. And I...I couldn't stop it from doing anything."

"I was it. And it was me." Malcolm said softly, unable to bring himself to say the words louder.

The explanation...as horrible and as devastating as it sounded...it was as if someone had given a gift to the three men staring at him.

To know...

To know after all this time that he had...he had not willingly given him up. That he had taken his place as a servant to the shadow.

For him.

All for him.

"You...you said..." Rum tried to speak but...the emotions ran too high for him.

"I became the monster..." Malcolm said looking at the three trying to reign in his own self hatred.

"You thought the man that cheated to get money, the man who held your hand as you walked, and left you with women that could look after you because he couldn't look after himself...you thought that man didn't love you. That I didn't love my own son." Malcolm knew his son would not respond to him. Really...how could anyone respond.

"That I don't love you still. That's what you think of me. That I.. " Malcolm stopped as he heard a sound that he would know anywhere, and hurt his very soul.

Turning his head as well as everyone else towards the doorway, with Sarah standing in the doorway with the light surrounding her making her look as if she were glowing... crying her pain out.

She was staring...staring at the men that she now knew...she now knew...

The heart wrenching sound she made was like a piercing stab to Madam Mayor and Queen Regina.

Regina had heard the sound inside the hospital room as well as Little Snow. Getting up from the bed as she instructed the little girl to not get up and moved to the door to see what had happened.

"Sarah?" Regina asked as she saw her daughter's body shaking.

Mary Margret and Snow moved to hold their sister, but Sarah flinched away with a sudden anger screeching "Don't."

Both Snow and Mary Margret felt like Sarah had hit them with the amount of anger in her voice, both withdrawing their arms and moving back away from Sarah.

Rumplestiltskin watched as the pain in his mother's eyes morphed into rage...and God what rage.

When she finally looked up at him he felt the air leave his lungs.

All the doubt about who she was left him in one second as her eyes became black once more.

And he knew.

He knew somehow...someway...this was his mother.

THIS was the Dark Fairy.

As he lived and breathed he now knew the Dark Fairy was the woman now standing before him.

Somehow. Someway...the dimension that his life sprang from was the one that had caused such ripples through space and dimensions that it had affected all the realms on all of the plains of existence.

"Alright...I'm going to say I walked in at a bad time." Came a timid voice.

Sarah's dark eyes vanished as at the end of the hall stood Baelfire...holding a baby version of Henry.

"Bae." Rum moved to wrap his arms around his son and Bae who awkwardly returned the hug as he held onto his toddler son.

Princess Emma rushed to Baelfire with tears in her eyes from watching her Aunt cry, and sweeping up her baby boy from Baelfire's arms she wrapped herself around him kissing his face wherever she could reach.

Ms. Swan's eyes were wide as she watched the display until she looked over at the slightly younger version of herself.

Emma was smirking with watering eyes of her own as she took in the scene and then shared a look with Ms. Swan. An arching of a brow said it all. 'I know! Can you believe it?'

"Ok...obviously we've missed a lot!" Prince David said as he rounded the corner.

"MOMMA!" A little blonde girl yelled as she rounded the corner.

Snow sucked in a breath and quickly launched herself. "LUCIA!"

"Mom! Lucia ate all of my snacks when I wasn't looking!" A little boy with black hair and blue eyes said as he rounded the corner staring daggers at the little girl.

"Dad can you please take away Finnigan's sword before he cut's his own hand off!" A blonde older boy said about a foot taller than the other.

"I would not!" The black haired boy screeched as he turned and slapped his brother's hand as he tried to reach for his sword. "Dad tell Nicholas he's not the boss of me!"

"HA! that's never going to happen!" Another boy that looked identical to the other blonde haired boy exclaimed.

"Be quiet John! You always try to sound so superior!" Nicholas said as he glared at his- obvious now- twin brother.

"Would both of you stop arguing for more than five minutes! I've had a headache all day because of you two!" A beautiful teenage girl said that looked so much like Snow but her eyes were blue like David's.

"Quinn you complained the entire time we were searching! If anyone should have a headache it's the rest of us from hearing all your whining!" A brown haired boy said, with eyes so green they looked like blades of grass, ironically complaining about his own sister.

"Christopher you can not possibly understand what it's like to search the woods in a dress meant for a ball!" Quinn fought back with a steely look that she had most definitely learned from her grandmother.

"ENOUGH!"

Everyone stilled as the yell rang down the hallways and causing them instant fear.

Sarah looked angrily at all of the children, who knew they were in serious trouble if their Aunt Sarah was yelling.

Aunt Sarah never yelled like that.

EVER.

"All of you sit down this instant! I don't want to hear one more word of bickering!"

And it was one of the rare moments that all of the children looked at each other frightened and despite the weird circumstance quickly obeyed their Aunt.

Prince David shared a look of concern with Snow who had lost her smile when Sarah had yelled. Snow could only nod her head in letting him know she was ok, not moving close to him out of concern for Sarah.

The instant look of relief on his face was quickly replaced with one of fear as he looked over at Sarah.

He had known her almost her entire life...and he knew instantly that she was in pain.

And unfortunately...he was about to throw more logs onto the fire.

"Richard and Father are here."

The amount of heads that jerked up was comical to say the least...but the look on Sarah's face was something he knew meant she didn't know what to do.

"What am I going to do? He...he expects..." Sarah's words trailed off as she closed her eyes and shook her head, overwhelmed by the knowledge that she had promised her hand in marriage to King Richard...and without it...war was a certainty.

"Sarah you don't have to do this." David's voice came as he and James finally entered behind with an enormous group of people following.

David had been prepared for a huge speech about not being able to stomach the idea of his niece 'selling' herself to be able to afford men to fight for a war that might not come.

"David..." Mary Margret tried to stop her husband from saying anything because of everything that they had just learned that he knew nothing about.

"Sarah's marrying King Richard in trade for men to fight a war that might never arrive." David spoke without stopping and looked at Sarah straight in the eyes as he said them.

"A war will come David. A war we are in no way prepared to fight. Grandfather's men are just the tip at the top of a very tall mountain! Richard is a good man. They don't call him Richard the Lionhearted for nothing! WE NEED RICHARD TO SURVIVE!" Sarah finally exploded and then finally collapsed on the ground crying. Malcolm had wanted to go to her but Rum was there grabbing him and holding him back.

James and Prince David were immediately there encircling her in their arms like she was a 7 year old girl once more. Sarah openly sobbing against James making him hold her tightly to let her know that he was there.

Mr. Charming watched everything and felt like he was in a dream. All of these children...all of these people...they were his family. And his family was suffering.

They were suffering and he was standing there not able to do anything or say something that could help any of them.

"Mom...what's wrong with Aunt Sarah?" Christopher whispered his question as his father and uncle comforted a woman that he had always known to be a second mother to him. The idea that someone had upset her in such a way made him want to hurt whoever had done so.

His siblings feeling the exact same way as they turned their eyes towards their mother for an explanation of what was happening.

Mrs. Charming stared into the eyes of a son she had yet to even conceive and was flabbergasted by the various tiny faces around her. Mary Margret was looking at the children with joy clearly shining in her eyes, but one look at the way Sarah was still clinging to Prince David and James and both knew they couldn't jump for joy at the moment.

Pinocchio watched from a short distance as Sarah pulled back from Prince David and James. James wiped at Sarah's tears and whispered something that made her smirk ever so slightly.

"Um...is someone going to tell us what's going on...or are we going to have to guess?" Came Quinn's quippy question.

All Emma's rolled their eyes at Quinn's question without knowing it. Apparently a universal truth was that one was always annoyed by siblings.

"I'm sorry to interrupt but...King Richard is waiting for someone to tell him if we found Sarah. The last thing we need is for him to send a guard and tell him we found her and didn't let him know." The Huntsman said as everyone seemed to stand stock still at the sight of the man.

"GRAHAM!" Emma squealed out with wide eyes and her arms dropping to her sides in shock.

Sarah closed her eyes, missing the wide eyed look Regina and Ms. Miller had at the sight of Graham as well as Ms. Swan.

Sarah tilted her head back and looked up at the ceiling shaking her head. Nothing was ever simple for her was it?!

"Fine! Fine! No time for questions at all! No time to ask my husband how the son I gave birth to is not just a grown man...he's hundred's of years older than me! I don't get to ask HOW the hell it's possible that though I named our son Jason...he's called RUMPLESTILTSKIN!" Sarah almost yelled the name and those who had not known a thing of what happened couldn't help but be left jaw dropped at the bit of information.

Sarah strode towards her sons and raised a finger up in warning, "You...have a lot of explaining to do! Not just your father is in deep water. You...are from this moment by my side! And when I say something you are to obey and I am not to Hear. A. Word!" Stressing 'word' Sarah closed her eyes as her anger at what was happening got the best of her.

Of course...The Crocodile was about to open his mouth and protest when Sarah opened her eyes once more and stared at him in a way that made him instantly close his mouth and slowly give a nod. Sarah raked her eyes over the other two and both also gave a little nod.

Letting out a sigh Sarah nodded her head and turned once more to stare at Malcolm.

"We will talk later...I promise you that."

Malcolm stared at her with a twinge of anger, "You're still my wife Sarah."

Sarah said nothing for a few seconds as she looked at him. Then finally words that he had longed to hear.

"I've never stopped loving you Malcolm...you...you were the love of my life." Everyone hearing the tears in her words.

It was the past tense that made Malcolm flinch.

"But love doesn't fix everything. Love won't save our Kingdom from being savaged and reaped by men who only care about power."

The Crocodile watched the girl in front of him straighten her spine. With a turn and grabbing him by his arm yanked him along with her.

The group of friends and family that had followed moved with her to go outside, showing solidarity with her.

Some of the people that were with her making everyone's eyes bulge as they recognized faces that they couldn't believe.

Pin had watched the scene not knowing how to feel about the fact that Sarah was actually married...with a child.

Rumplestiltskin of all people...

To say he was heartbroken was an understatement.

He could see how hurt she was, and how much it was taking for her to walk away from Malcolm.

Looking at Malcolm he couldn't understand how the man in front of him could ever have won Sarah's heart.

But apparently...he really had.

"Is Aunt Sarah going to be alright?!" Quinn asked the second her Aunt was outside. The worried look on her face reflected on the faces of all girl's siblings.

"I've never seen Aunt Sarah like that." Christopher said with worry as he continued to look out the door that his Aunt had left.

Christopher turned his head and looked at Malcolm with a scowl on his face. "Did you hurt her?" The accusation being said with a hint of a threat.

"Chris No!" Snow said as she knew her son was as quick to jump to conclusions as the woman that raised her. She quickly moved to get in front of her son who was as tall as his father and twice as eager to 'defend' his families honor.

The stare Christopher gave Malcolm showing just how much seeing his Aunt in such a way affected him.

"He hurt Aunt Sarah." Christopher said with a low voice, not looking at his mother at all, but staring at a man he didn't know- who had caused someone he loved pain.

Emma and Princess Emma made their way towards him and it was when Christopher saw the older version of his sister that he looked away from Malcolm and at Emma.

"How can you be soo old here?" Christopher asked with confusion, but Emma grimaced and then slowly smiled as she looked at her baby brother.

"It's a long story kid." Emma said with a smirk and couldn't help but slowly place her hand on her brother's arm and pull him to her, engulfing him in a hug. Trying her mother's go to way of calming her down.

And she felt something.

Something that she couldn't explain or even put words to. In that second she knew beyond a shadow of doubt that despite not knowing any of the children that were now staring at her...they were her family.

The family she had always dreamed of. The family that she had wanted and craved her entire life.

"To YOU I'm a kid! God your old!" Christopher said as he looked at her up and down as he pulled away from the hug.

"Hey!" "HEY!" "Chris!"

"Oh my God! Please never do that again!" Christopher said wide eyed as he looked over the women that were his older sister with a horrified look.

"Chris you heard what Aunt Sarah said...what she said about...Uncle Malcolm." Ms. Swan said as she found herself as enthralled by her baby siblings as Emma had. Her eyes glancing at a man that she didn't know but was somehow related to.

She was learning just how weird her life really was in that second.

But Malcolm was not staring at them, quite oddly...he was staring at Pinocchio...who was staring back at him with a look that spoke of hostility.

"Malcolm I think you and I have quite a bit to discuss."

Everyone turned their heads to stare at Queen Cora who was looking at Malcolm with a an anger that matched Pinocchio's.

"Who are you?" Malcolm asked looking her up and down. He could feel the magic in her. After soo many years of being the Shadow...he could feel magic in the pit of his stomach.

"We... are Sarah's grandmother." Cora said as she moved to join the other version of herself. "And we are very protective of her and want to know exactly what kind of man you really are. Especially...since..." Cora hesitated on saying the words, instead motioning with her head towards where Sarah and...her greatgrandson...had been a few minutes before.

Out of everyone in the room Cora felt as if she had been about to vomit as she realized that Rumplestiltskin was her Great Grandson.

The vileness she felt was second to none.

Snow and Mary Margret shared a look and then looked over at Mrs. Charming who gave a slight nod as she understood what they were thinking.

They wanted to know what kind of man Malcolm was. They wanted to know the man that their sister had apparently married.

Even Mrs. Charming's feelings towards Sarah surged. Only a few short hours and she felt a bond and responsibility towards Sarah she had never felt with anyone.

"You can also explain how and when you met my sister." Snow said as she moved towards Malcolm with Lucia in her arms.

Malcolm looked from Snow to Lucia and couldn't help but feel a little odd when the little girl scowled at him.

Lucia continued to scowl as she said, "You hurt my Aunt Sarah. I don't like you." making Snow's eyebrows jump up and look at her daughter's face.

Snow couldn't help but smile at the loyalty that her daughter had to her Aunt. It touched something in her heart to know that all of the years that Sarah had acted like a second mother to her children...that they loved her enough that they were upset when she was.

Malcolm couldn't help but give a short smile and looked down, fiddling with his fingers as he himself found it endearing that the little girl cared about his wife.

"I didn't mean to hurt her. Sometimes...people do things to protect each other...and end up hurting them instead." The pain in his voice was palpable in the hospital hallway.

Everyone could feel how he meant the words.

Lucia gave out a little sigh as she looked at Malcolm. "You mean you didn't mean to hurt her?"

Malcolm looked up at the little girl and stared in her eyes. "No. I didn't mean to."

Lucia stared into Malcolm's eyes for a few seconds before she nodded her little head.

Malcolm let a little smirk form on his lips.

"So...you're our Uncle?" Nicholas asked as he stared at the bearded man, unable to see what his Aunt saw in the physical appearance of the man. His stature was short and he looked as though he had not bathed in years.

Malcolm watched everyone look him up and down and for the first time took notice of just how...awful...he looked.

"Um...maybe we can get you a shower and a new set of clothes." Mr. Charming said as he noticed just how uncomfortable the man suddenly looked.

"I can't believe this is happening..." The Crocodile mumbled as he watched the two other versions of himself follow Sarah without question, and oddly found himself doing the exact same thing.

"Don't! Not right now. It's too much for her." Rum stage whispered with a look back at The Crocodile.

The Crocodile looked ahead at the person he had just been told was his mother and felt shocked all over again at seeing just how young she was.

She looked angry and sad all at the same time. Obviously he had gained this quality from her as he himself was capable of the feat.

"I swear Sarah if I had been made to look for you for one more second I would have killed your Uncle James and stuffed your Uncle David and...HELLO! What have we here?!" Cruella said as she looked up and down at the three Rumplestiltskin's.

"Ella please I don't have time...where's Ally and Ula?" Sarah said as she quickly scanned the area behind the woman.

Cruella rolled her eyes, "Dear you know you can call me anything you like but insisting on calling them those nicknames really doesn't help..."

"ELLA!" Sarah screamed out making Cruella drop her constant smirk and stare at Sarah as she noticed just how tense she really was.

"What...what is it?" Cruella asked in her annoying hysterical way. Seeing Sarah in such a state was beyond rare.

Sarah only looked at her and instantly Cruella saw the water forming in the corners of Sarah's eyes, and Cruella's flippant nature vaporized instantly.

A scowl formed on her face as she looked at the three men that had not said a word to her and assumed the worst.

"What did you do to her you worthless..."

"He's my son!" Sarah said as she closed her eyes and fought the tears that wanted to fall free.

Opening up her eyes she could see that the words hadn't sunk in yet and as they did the three men behind her couldn't help but look away in discomfort.

Fortunately for Sarah when the words did sink in both Maleficent, Lilly, and Ursula had made their way over to them from the group not but a few feet away.

"Why are we still here?" Lilly asked as she folded her arms and looked as if she had just been fighting with her mother.

Maleficent stared at her daughter with a look that said she was ready to yell.

"What's going on? Sarah...why are you crying?" Ursula asked as she immediately noticed the pain on Sarah's face and moved immediately to hold Sarah and engulfing her in a hug.

Maleficent jerked her eyes to where Ursula now held Sarah and moved to pull Sarah out of Ursula's hold.

"Did someone hurt you? What happened?" Maleficent asked as her eyes began to glow red at the idea of someone hurting Sarah.

"Why are you three acting like you care about her?" Rumplestiltskin asked with a furrowed brow and an incredulous tone to his voice.

The Crocodile also looked confused as to why the three women were acting so sweetly. Baffled with the way these particular women were treating the girl.

The three women looked him up and down and then at Sarah.

Sarah rolled her eyes as she kept the tears at bay.

"Someone said the word."

All three glanced at each other then back at the three men in from of them that shared a face.

Rum moved towards Sarah, "If I had known who you were..."

"I know." Sarah said as she lifted her gaze to look at him.

"Sarah..." Maleficent said her name softly and in a questioning tone.

Sarah turned her eyes to Maleficent and could see just how concerned her dragon was for her.

"You know how I've said that I had a husband. That I had a son. That I wasn't crazy!" Sarah said getting angry at everyone that had 'convinced' her that it hadn't been real.

Maleficent's face began to drop as she understood where Sarah's words were leading. And the pain she felt when Sarah finally said the words making her close her eyes.

"I wasn't crazy." Sarah whispered as she looked at Maleficent with tears brimming her eyes.

Maleficent opened her eyes as she felt her own self loathing begin to well in her. She had been one of the people to tell Sarah that it had been a dream. That it wasn't possible.

Sarah turned and stared at the man that was her son. Stared at all three version of him and felt a tightening in her chest as well as a surge of pain.

Walking over to The Crocodile she raised her hand to his cheek and with watery eyes stared at him.

"Rumple is my son. My son Ally. All this time...all...all the hurtful things people said about how close we were...what I did for him...and he was my little boy."

The Crocodile felt his chest tighten as he stared at the young woman in front of him and felt a new wave of pain reach the darkened muscle he called his heart as he knew the pain of losing a child.

Sarah couldn't help but caress the stubbled face of her son.

"All these years. All these years what horrible things did you think of me? How long were you alone?" Struggling to speak as her she fought the tightening of her throat as the tears threatened to overwhelm her.

The Crocodile shook his head. He had thought another woman was his mother. That the Dark Fairy was his mother.

"Sarah...you couldn't have..." "NO!"

Sarah screamed out the word stopping Ursula from speaking another word. Sarah's eyes clamped down as tears spilled down.

"No Ursula!" Sarah spun around and finally the tears began to fall rapidly.

All four women couldn't stand to see Sarah cry. Even at twenty eight years of age the sight on her tears was almost devistating.

"I know how much pain he's been in my entire LIFE! I've known how he had no-one to turn to. No birthdays. No holidays. Nothing but pain, and hurt, and loss after loss. And guilt...guilt about what I had done." Sarah closed her eyes and strained out the words.

"I wasn't there. I wasn't there for him at all. Instead..." Sarah laughed as she cried, "instead he's been there for me. Every day of my life he has been there. It's all backwards." Sarah whispered out the words as she looked down and let the tears fall.

The three men looked on with their own pain as they realized that the 'woman' before them was experiencing pain that they themselves had felt about Baelfire. But her Rum...he was feeling an emotion that the others couldn't.

Gratitude.

His mother had saved him from being the Dark One. She had saved him...and these other versions of himself couldn't or wouldn't possibly understand what their mother had sacrificed...for him to still be there.

"Don't say that." Rum said as he moved forward to cup her face.

"You saved me! You gave me life twice...you...you gave me your heart when I died so that I could live! You did that without knowing who I really was and what I had done." Rum continued, not noticing the looks of shock from the men behind him.

Rum let go of her cheek and wrapped his arms around her and held her tightly, not able to say another word as the tears made his throat tighten as he cried against her.

The other two men behind him felt as if they had been slapped as they understood that the women before them had given her heart to save a version of themselves.

"Wait!" The Crocodile said as he raised a hand and shook his head and he tried to work out what it all meant. "Are you telling me...that you died...and she gave you her heart to live?!"

Sarah opened her eyes and stared at him as she continued to hold tight to one of her sons. "Part of my heart. I couldn't let you die."

Slowly pulling away and staring at the grown man that held her she slowly gave a radiant smile. "You deserve to live. You deserve to finally have a real life...with a wife...and children...you deserve to do it without repercussions of how your parents failed you. You deserve more than what this life has given you."

Sarah leaned up and kissed her son's forehead and slowly drew back and walked around her one son...to go to the other two.

Grabbing the Crocodile's hand, he instantly felt his blackened heart expand in his chest. "I love you...and I always have. I always will. You are the most incredible thing that I have ever done. My greatest accomplishment. And I will move heaven and earth to make sure you get your happily ever after...no matter what."

Sarah looked between the Crocodile and Rumplestitlskin, both of whom had tears threatening to spill from their own eyes.

"I may be young...but I am still your mother. You may think you know better than me...but I am still your mother! And you may want to fight that fact...but I am still your mother." Sarah's eyes and words were firm and soft as she looked between the two men.

"Parents should never outlive their children. And all of you are going to see to it that my grandson and great-grandson live the lives that not one of us had...but wanted with everything in us." Sarah said as she caressed the hands of her son...remembering the little hands that use to hold on to her soo tightly.

"I can't let you sacrifice yourself for me. What...what I've done...you can't imagine." The Crocodile said as the tears finally started to flow down his face.

"You felt desperate." Sarah said as she pointedly looked into his eyes. "We all do things out of desperation sometimes. You did what you did...and you became the Dark One because of it. But you survived...without anyone showing you how...or anyone to guide your way. You became a father...a husband...and you did it because you have a good heart Jason. The only reason you let the Darkness take hold of you was because of your desperation to find Baelfire. But now he's here! You found him. You're in the same realm as him for the first time in hundred's of years. You...you literally traveled through realms to find him...and you did what everyone said was impossible!"

All of Sarah's friends watched on as the powerful man they knew as the Dark One enveloped the young mother in a bruising hug.

"Do you have any idea how proud I am of you?! You're loyalty and love for Bae is so much...that you were willing to darken yourself to find him. And there is no greater love Jason. No greater love! Don't let anyone ever tell you you're not worthy...or you're a coward. You love with everything in you...and that makes you anything but evil." Sarah held onto him even tighter as she let her thoughts of him that she had before knowing she was his mother rush out of her mouth.

Pulling back she wiped some tears from his face and moved to grab and squeeze Rumplestitskin as she had the other two.

"Snow was the one that killed me...wasn't she." Rumplestiltskin said as he had worked out everything that he had witnessed and seen...along with his mother's words.

Sarah stiffened as she looked up into Rumplestiltskin's eyes. "I couldn't let you die...and I couldn't let Snow become the Dark One. It was the only way to save you both."

Rumplestiltskin nodded his head, "So you split your heart with Me...giving me half of yours."

Sarah let a small smile grace her face as tears continued to flow. Knowing he had figured it out. "She's my sister."

" You gave me a part of yourself...and split the darkness with her." His voice trembling as he lowered his head in shame at what it meant.

"I regret nothing Jason...I regret absolutely nothing about what I did." Sarah quickly embraced him in her arms once more. Holding him tightly as it hit him what it all meant.

The Crocodile's mouth gaped as he himself knew what it meant. "You and Snow are the Dark One...how...how did you know..."

"She didn't...she just risked it. She trusts her instincts." Ursula said as she nodded towards Sarah. The strength in her own voice conveying just how well she knew on the matter.

Sarah gave a watery smile to Ursula. Ursula returned the smile and Sarah's face suddenly fell.

"Oh my God." Sarah blinked several times then squeezed her eyes closed and shook her head. Opening them once more she looked at Ursula wide eyed and with a dropped open mouth.

"What? What's the matter?" Ursula asked turning her head to look behind her, not sure what Sarah had seen.

"I need to leave!" Sarah said quickly and everyone's 'WHAT?' rang out around her.

"NOT for long! Just...sweeetheart where did you imprison Owen and Tamara?" Sarah asked the Crocodile as she stared intently.

"They- We didn't imprison them. I...let's just say they are no longer with us." The Crocodile said slowly and with as much couth as he could.

Sarah closed her eyes and struggled to control her temper.

"Are you trying to tell me that if it wasn't for me imprisoning them with the...younger version of yourself that they are...dead?" Sarah asked...not expecting a response.

"They tried to kill Baelfire..." The Crocodile responded, getting defensive of his actions towards the named people.

"Right. Right. Well..." Sarah turned to Rumplestiltskin. "I removed items from their clothes earlier and left them in the shop. Would they still be there now? With all of the...shifting through dimensions we've done?"

Rumplestiltskin nodded, "It seems as though we're not shifting through dimensions as much as timelines. If you put them there in the past...they should still be there currently."

"Good." Sarah said, "Stay here with them, and NO magic until I'm back...is that understood?!" Sarah looked to all three of the men that were her son.

All of them gave a hesitant nod.

Then Sarah was gone as the remnants of a black cloud were all that remained.

"What was all that about?" Lilly asked as she stared at where Sarah had been standing.

"We have no idea." Rum said as he looked at the four women that stood as a group in front of him.

Sarah popping back into the shop scared the two that had been trying to escape their binds and had a sword between them trying to cut through their binds.

Sarah rolled her eyes.

"You two do realize that I enchanted the bindings to re-attach itself if cut...it's pointless...here...I'll show you." Sarah flicked her hand and removed the sword from Owens hand and into her own.

Both looked at her wide eyed and afraid.

Sarah smiled as she leaned down and took Tamara's hands and with one yank cut her hands apart.

For one brief moment Tamara was thrilled her hands were free, only to watch in horror as the ropes healed themselves and her hands were once more bound together.

"The only way you get out of those binds is if I want it. And now...I'm going to ask a question and you are going to answer. If you yell...the gag will go back in your mouth...understood?" Sarah said with a look of steel.

Tamara took several seconds to nod her head, as if she were weighing her options.

"Good." Sarah turned and walked over to the counter where she had placed several items that had been in Tamara's pockets...and picked up the photograph of Tamara and an elderly woman.

A woman that she had dismissed earlier...though the sight of her had seemed incredibly familiar.

Until Ursula had smiled...and suddenly the features of the woman had suddenly appeared before her in real life. Older in the image she now held in her hand...but no doubt in her mind that it was exactly who she thought it was.

Being gentle...knowing that the photograph was the key to her theory...she approached Tamara once more.

Kneeling down to face Tamara she used magic to make the gag vanish from the woman's mouth.

"Who is she? The woman with you in the portrait?" Showing the photograph to Tamara and knowing that she was not going to get a response as the anger in the woman's eyes showed she was not going to cooperate.

But Sarah knew how to get her answer.

"Is she your mother?" Making Tamara instantly laugh...and Sarah quickly to rethink a second before saying again..."Is she your grandmother?"

Tamara's smile had vanished as she fought with the urge to spit at Sarah.

"That's it...isn't it. She's your Grandmother. And you're close with her...extremely from this...image." Sarah looked at the photograph...and knew she was right. Sarah smiled at the image...seeing her friend Ursula in the older woman in a way that made her care for this stranger without knowing a thing about her.

"I am." Tamara's voice rough as she fought back tears.

Sarah smiled wider. "What do you call her? I call my Grandmother Grammy...she claimed to hate it but...she never stopped me from calling her it. Grammy Cora was her 'formal' title when I was little. That made everyone laugh." Sarah finished by looking into Tamara's eyes.

Tamara said nothing for a few seconds, "Grammy Trinny."

Sarah gave a small laugh, "Incredible how Grandmother's know how to talk to you compared to your mother isn't it. How they can make you feel silly for thinking something without making you feel like you're not intelligent. How they can make you laugh when you don't want to. How they become as much a part of you as anyone else."

Tamara's eyes watered as her mouth pursed as she tried not to cry.

Sarah saw this and sadly asked a question. "She's the reason you did all of this... isn't she?"

Tamara said nothing but nodded her head a few times and then sniffled as s a tear fell.

Sarah looked into Tamara's eyes...eye's that looked so much like Ursula's that she knew her assumptions had to be true.

"Tamara...if...if I can guess...your mother's name...would you trust me enough to call your grandmother with that contraption I see the other's using...and have her come here?"

Tamara's fear was clearly seen as she stiffened.

"I swear no harm would come to her...or your mother by me or my family. I swear this. I...I only ask you if what I believe to be true...is...just that. True."

Tamara looked at Sarah skeptically.

"I think I know your grandmother...or...I know her real name. Which is why I think I know your mother's name. If I'm right...I'd like you to tell me where she is...and I will go retrieve her and your mother...bring them here."

Tamara slowly smiled. "There's no way you know my grandmother...or...my mother. So go ahead. Guess away. I'm not telling you a thing either way." Tamara leaned back against the piece of furniture near her, looking away as she made the decision that the conversation was over.

Sarah stared at Tamara for a bit before letting out a sigh. Then in one breath said "You're mother's name is Rhode."

The way Tamara's head whipped to look at her as she said the name making Sarah look away and shake her head.

"How..." Tamara's heart began to pound as she realized her mistake immediately.

"Your Grandfather." Sarah said quickly as she got up.

Sarah retrieved what she had learned from Henry to be called a 'cellphone' and placed it in front of Tamara as she made the ropes holding her disappear.

"I can talk to her if you'd like." Sarah said softly, seeing the utter confusion on Tamara's face.

Owen was struggling and trying his best to get Tamara's attention, but Tamara was beyond curious...and even angry that the woman keeping her captive knew her Grandfather.

Her Grandmother had told her that he had died before her mother was born. To think that...her Grandmother had lied...and even worse, that somehow these people from magical realms knew him was beyond upsetting.

"I promise my family will not hurt her. If anything...I think she'll need my protection." Sarah said as she waved a hand making Owen appear in a chair and tied to it securely.

Tamara looked over at Owen and then at Sarah.

"What assurance do I have you won't hurt him or my family?" Tamara asked with a threat visible in her eyes.

Sarah rolled her eyes.

"Just call your Grandmother or stay here tied up. In the end the only person you're hurting is yourself. After all if I wanted you dead I would have done it after I found out you were trying to kill Neal."

Tamara took a few seconds more, weighing options that she really didn't have.

Finally her hands reached out cautiously and grabbed the cellphone.

"I promise you that I'm trying...to help you, and your family." Sarah said cryptically.

Tamara slowly began to dial the number she knew by heart and placed the phone call on speaker...not wanting to give Sarah the phone back.

As the phone was picked up Tamara quickly spoke.

Sarah stared at her as she talked with her weakened Grandmother, pleasantries exchanged as Sarah waited.

Finally Tamara let out a sigh as she realized Sarah wasn't going to jump into the conversation as she thought she would.

Tamara swallowed slowly and then spoke once more to her Grandmother.

"Grandma I have someone here that wants to say hello to you."

"Oh who's that honey?"

Sarah smiled at the older woman's voice. "Hello Amphi...my name is Sarah."

The dead silence after Sarah said the name was eerie.

But nothing prepared Tamara for what her Grandmother would say next.

"Who are you? How do you know my name?" The rough voice growing strong and angry...making Tamara look at the phone with a furrowed brow.

"I'm a friend of your daughter's. Well...one of your daughters. Your husband is here with her...I assume you'd want to know that they were both here...in the same place as your Granddaughter."

"You keep him away from her!" Amphi exclaimed loudly, making Tamara share a look with Sarah. Clearly disturbed at the news.

"Amphi...you ran away from your child and husband...and as far as I can tell...had another child. Do you have any idea how many men have died...how many vanished into the sea because both your daughter and husband thought pirates had killed you? Do you have ANY idea...how much blood is on your hands?!" Sarah losing her temper as she said the words. Her anger visible to both Tamara and Owen who could do nothing but watch and listen.

"I...I didn't know he would do such a thing...I didn't know he..." Amphi tried to explain away the sudden guilt Sarah's words brought.

"You knew. You knew...and you just didn't care. Everyone knew how unhappy you were...how much you hated him...but how...how could you leave Ursula behind?! How could you leave your daughter to pay for your mistakes?!" Sarah asked with anger making her voice feel tight.

"I couldn't take her...I couldn't! He would have searched all the realms if I took her." Amphi said as the sounds of her beginning to move filled the air around them.

"Is she his? Is the daughter you kept HIS Amphi? Did you keep a father from her daughter for your own hate?" Sarah's eyes began black swirling pools as she said the words.

Tamara felt her heart leap up in her chest as she realized exactly what Sarah was asking. What all of this 'helping' her talk was truly about.

"I have an Aunt?" Tamara asked with a waiver in her voice.

Sarah looked up at Tamara and away from the phone and the swirls of black became brown pools once more.

"I'm soo sorry baby. I never wanted you to know..." Amphi said with the sound of regret heavy in Amphi's voice.

"Is Tamara's mother...Poseidon's daughter Amphi? Is she...his child?" Sarah asked her question with closed eyes as she fought the anger the subject brought her.

Quiet filled the room. All three not making a noise to await the response.

"Yes."

Sarah squeezed her eyes and squeezed the bridge of her nose as the anger of being placed in this position hit Sarah like a ton of bricks.

Tamara's mouth sprang open and she stared at the phone and tears sprang to her eyes.

"Baby you need to believe..." Amphi began to plead when Tamara threw the phone across the room and against the wall - shattering the phone and disconnecting the line.

The crying started not a second later...and Sarah knew Tamara wasn't going to run...and neither was Owen.

With the wave of her hand she untied the two...and Owen ran towards Tamara. Wrapping her in his arms she clung to him as she began to cry.

"How could she lie to us? How could she lie to ME?!"

Owen said nothing...only shushing her as he rocked the woman he loved.

No one moved for a long while.

Sarah trying to work out how to tell Ursula that her mother was alive...and that she had a sister.

Slowly Tamara pulled away from Owen and with pain in her voice asked THE question Sarah knew was coming.

"Can I meet them? Can I...see them at least?"

Sarah didn't look at Tamara at first as she sighed and lowered her head, knowing she couldn't keep this a secret.

"Of course you can. But...I need to tell you that...your Grandfather is going to recognize you immediately. He can feel familial's blood...we won't be able to lie to him."

Tamara sniffled but nodded her head.

"Do you want to call your mother? I can bring her here if you'd like. All you have to do is picture the place in your mind and I can take us there." Sarah offered.

Tamara looked at Sarah strangely, "Why are you doing this? Why do you care about my mother or me after what I...what I tried to do."

Sarah straightened and looked squarely into Tamara's eyes without flinching.

"Because every child has the right to know their parents. Every child deserves to know where they came from...no matter how horrible the answer might be...they deserve to know."

Tamara said nothing as Owen helped her off of the floor to stand.

"If you want to meet him...I'm here. I'm not leaving you." Owen said as he caressed Tamara's face.

Tamara stared into the blue eyes that had won her heart and slowly moved to kiss him.

Sarah waited uncomfortably until they finally moved apart.

"My Grandmother lives with my mother...if we go...she'll be there." Tamara said as she turned to look at Sarah.

Sarah nodded. "I won't hurt her. I promise you that...but if she wants to come back here...the decision is yours to make. If your Aunt or Grandfather want to see her...I won't be able to stop them."

Tamara weighed the words...then nodded her head.

"Ok. I'll take you there."

Sarah held out her hand for Tamara to take. "Think of her."

And Tamara did...and in a second...all three vanished from the pawn shop.

Geppetto watched as Zelena played with the baby and tried to get her to eat.

Baby Snow was laughing but was thwarting Zelena from shoveling in some good food into her mouth.

"Open up from Auntie Zelena!" Zelena squealed in mock happiness and laughter on her face, but the baby would turn her head at the last second.

They had moved from the hospital to the diner as Snow's children had complained of hunger, and so the entire family was feasting as Zelena tried to be a good Aunt to a Baby Snow.

"She does not like the pasta." Gepetto said as Zelena tried unsuccessfully to get baby Snow to eat.

"Well it's good...it looks fine." Zelena said without looking at Gepetto, still trying to slip the spoon into the baby's mouth.

"May I?" Gepetto asked...getting up from the stool and moving towards Zelena and the baby.

"Huh...Please try. I doubt you can get her to eat willingly...without her mummy she seems hell bent on not letting anyone feed her." Zelena said as she moved to allow Gepetto to take her spot.

Gepetto smiled at Snow...smiling widely at the little bundle before him.

"MA! Sei bella! Bellissima!" Gepetto said making the baby smile and begin to laugh and slapping the counter with her little hand.

"Dai...vieni qui!" Geppetto said as he lifted the baby into his arms and turned the baby to face the counter and the pasta.

Zelena watched as Geppetto spoke to the baby in Italian with barely restrained annoyance and the urge to speed him up...but she watched as while he talked with the baby he reached over and took a canister of what she could only assume to be cheese and sprinkled it on to the pasta.

Zelena watched as instead of spooning the pasta and giving it to the baby...Geppetto began to eat the pasta.

The furrowed brow of Baby Snow made Zelena smirk as she understood finally what Geppetto was trying to do.

"Mmmm...che buono!" Geppeto exclaimed and made a show of enjoying the pasta. As Geppetto continued to eat...the baby grew more and more aggrivated...finally leaning over to stop the spoon from going into the older man's mouth and into her own.

"Ahhh...now you want some ah?" Geppetto exclaimed and quickly grabbed another spoon and began to feed a very willing Baby Snow.

"How in the world did you know that would work?!" Came the very surprised voice of none other than Mary Margret.

Geppetto looked over a little shocked and relaxed immediately and smiled at the adult version of the child he held in his arms.

"You were afraid to eat...you needed someone to show you that it was safe. It is why you looked for your mama when trying to be fed."

Mary Margret stood with her mouth agape as she realized that Geppetto was right...the entire time the baby would turn her head away from the food she would look at the Regina's. She had noted it because she was trying to come to terms with why she had always wanted Regina to love her...and seeing her younger and baby self constantly reaching for Regina was answering questions she didn't know she had always asked herself.

The bell on the diner door dinged merrily as Dr. Hopper entered in with Pongo on his leash.

The baby leaned over to see a creature she had never seen and blinked at the dog with a furrowed brow.

Pongo seeing the baby barked at the unfamiliar sight of a baby.

Of course the sound startled Baby Snow and she jumped at the sound, and then began to cry.

"Pongo!" Dr. Hopper admonished as Pongo began to bark at the sound of baby Snow's wailing.

Of course everyone began to rush towards Baby Snow...but Geppetto just laughed and pointed at the dog looking at Baby Snow.

"You afraid of the doggie? Doggie go bow-bow! Bow-bow!" Geppetto exclaimed loudly and Pongo continued to bark.

"See! Bow! Bowbow!" Geppetto said as he jostled the baby up and down trying to calm her down...which...oddly did.

Pongo continued to bark despite Dr. Hopper scolding him.

"PONGO!"

"Snow is not afraid of the doggie! Say...'bow', 'bow bow'." Gepetto bounced Snow in his arm as he pointed at Pongo.

Pongo's tail wagged like crazy at the smell of the babies permeated the air. So familiar yet so strange.

Then the cutest sound ever filled the room.

"Bow bow."

Gepetto's face split with a huge smile. "Ecco! Bowbow."

"Bowbow!" Baby snow exclaimed loudly as she pointed to Pongo and looked at the Dalmatian as he wagged his tail.

"BRAVA!" Gepetto exclaimed himself as he walked over and lowered himself so that he could pet Pongo along with Snow's hand.

Of course Pongo immediately licked at the baby's fingers making the baby's face scrunch up and laugh at the sensation of being licked.

"AH! Gepetto! Don't get that dog's germs on her! God know's where his tongue's been." Regina rushed over and took the baby from his arms as she exited the bathroom in the back.

Of course Pongo was able to get in a few more licks and giggles of laughter from Baby Snow as Regina rushed over.

"Oh come on Grandma! It was adorable to hear!" Princess Emma said as she tickled baby Henry in her arms making him laugh.

Everyone in the diner had been smiling with the sounds of children's laughter. Including one Madame Mayor who was still trying to come to grips to what she was witnessing. What it ALL meant.

"Adorable and disgusting! Do you have any idea how many germs that dog has in his mouth? " Regina said as she moved towards the sink and tilted herself and Baby Snow down so she could wash the baby's hand. With disinfectant soap she scrubbed the little hand with a huge amount of soapy suds.

Baby Snow gave a little satisfied laugh as she looked up at Regina who fought her own smile and laughter at the happiness on her baby's face from the obvious new sensation.

"What's a germ?" Princess Emma asked Miss Swan with a look of confusion.

"Umm..." Miss Swan had no idea how to explain germs. Shrugging her shoulders the only answer she could really give.

Princess Emma immediately understood that she herself didn't really know what they were, and turned her attention elsewhere.

"It's strange to see you in those clothes Uncle Jim. I'm so use to you being well dressed." Princess Emma said as she walked up to Dr. Hopper and Pongo, and petting Pongo along with baby Henry.

"Um...did she just say Uncle Jim?" Miss Swan asked Emma who looked just as shocked and confused as her counterpart.

Princess Emma turned her head towards her mirror images and then back at a very flustered Dr. Hopper.

"Well...you are married to Aunt Zelena here... aren't you?" Princess Emma's question was met with the furrowed brow from the man before her. Turning her head towards the others everyone looked a bit shocked.

Regina even looked over at Hopper and furrowed her brow as she scrutinized him. In her mind she tried to picture the sister she had basically just met with the man she knew Hopper to be and oddly...she could actually see the two together...complimenting the other.

"Aunt Sarah always says your the reason Aunt Lena has managed to stay good all these years." Princess Emma informed Dr. Hopper as she stood up once more with Baby Henry in her arms.

Mary Margret closed her eyes as a thought popped into her mind. "You're her conscience." Shaking her head and opening her eyes at the obviousness of the match between Dr. Hopper and Zelena suddenly made incredible sense.

"Where is Zelena?" Regina asked as she turned off the faucet and began to dry off baby Snow's hand.

"In the bathroom...thankfully." David said as he looked Dr. Hopper up and down, appraising him as a brother does to the husband of his sister.

He had known Archie a very long time and knew he was a good man...but...Zelena was his sister. The sudden protectiveness he felt for Regina had been shocking...but this feeling of protectiveness for Zelena was coming out of left field. It was throwing him for a loop. But not more than Mr. Charming...who shared a look with him as they looked back at the good doctor with suspicion in their eyes.

Dr. Hopper held onto Pongo's leash a little tighter at the looks he was receiving from the men not but a few feet away from him.

The feeling of a hand grabbing his shoulder made David startle slightly, but calmed as he saw Queen Regina smiling at him as she held firmly to him.

"Jiminy is a great brother-in-law David. And he's a good father to our niece and nephews."

And both David and Mr. Charming looked at Queen Regina with a light in their eyes that understanding had settled into their eyes.

"Zelena has children?" David asked as the person in question came out of the bathroom.

"Well of course I have children. Four to be exact. And I must say...Merida has taken the same strategy of driving me insane as Sarah has to my sister." Zelena said as she walked up to the man who looked like her husband and shared a very passionate kiss with him.

Everyone looked away with huge smirks, as they waited for the sputtering and blush from Dr. Hopper to begin.

Of course when none of that came everyone looked unabashedly and wide eyed watching the kiss to continue between the two.

"HEYHEYHEY!"

Zelena pulled back to see none other than her husband...looking wounded for a second until Dr. Hopper turned his head to look at the man.

"Oh...well...that explains a lot." Zelena said as she pulled back and with a very tooth smile adjusted Dr. Hopper's clothes and slowly made her way over to Jiminy.

Jiminy looked angrily at his wife and then at his apparent double. But Jiminy never got the chance to say a word as the diner's bell rang and a person whom Sarah had spoke of walked in.

"Emma. Was looking for you..." Hook stopped talking as the vision of a young Emma holding a baby filled his vision and of course the two older versions staring at him with one raised brow.

"HOOK?!"

Now Mr. Charming barely had met his brother James, but the look of pure rage on his face made him instantly back his identical David in grabbing him and holding James back.

Hook took a quick step back at the way the man tried to rush him but nothing would have prepared the man to see the anger on a very young looking Emma's face as his name was said.

"You're Hook?" Princess Emma asked with a coldness to her voice that Hook had never heard.

"How is he NOT in prison?" Queen Regina asked with as much anger in her voice as on her face. Snow having grabbed her mother's hand as she scowled at the man.

"Look...I don't know what the bloody hell is going on here...and frankly I don't want to...but soldiers are marching down the street and I thought you should know." Hook said looking at the Emma he assumed was the one he knew.

Jiminy moved towards the front and looked down the street and gave a sigh of relief.

"Looks like King Richard's men. Thank God."

Hook though stiffened at the title and name. "How is that a good thing?!" Hook dove down and watched as the men traveled closer towards them.

"Afraid you'll get you're just reward for not bringing Dreamshade back for the man you SWORE to serve?!" James' anger surged once more and he tried to rush the man again, but luckily David and Mr. Charming had not let go of him.

"What's he talking about?" Ms. Swan asked in confusion.

Suddenly a black cloud appeared and Sarah along with a few other people appeared from the remaining mist.

Sarah looked at the faces before her and saw that something was wrong.

"What did I miss?" Sarah asked anxiously.

James yanked himself from his brothers' hold and straightened.

"Hook showed up."

Sarah stiffened and slowly followed everyone's eyes, turning around and seeing the man crouched on the ground, obviously hiding from someone outside.

"I thought I had seen him earlier...but I have the sneaking suspicion this is another version of the man I saw." Sarah admitted.

"You KNEW he was here?! And you didn't tell me?!" James yelled, blood boiling at the fact the man he had sworn to kill was only a few feet away from him.

Hook turned his head and noted how many people were in the room. But he noticed EXACTLY how many duplicates of people were in the room.

"Emma...mind telling me what exactly is going on?" Hook asked with a slightly startled voice.

"You're on a first name basis with him?" Prince David asked as he turned with an angry disgusted look towards Ms. Swan.

Ms. Swan suddenly had everyone looking at her. The uncomfortable feeling of being judged made her squirm and look at Hook.

The look he gave back to her expectant.

Cora suddenly appeared in a puff of smoke, saving Ms. Swan from answering.

"Regina, Snow's asking for..." Cora stopped talking as she saw James being restrained. "What's going on?"

Instantly she was trying to remove the hands holding James back, something in her wanting to protect him, but was shocked to not be able to remove them.

"That...peice of garbage over there... has a minute to leave before I kill him." The rage in James' voice made Cora's blood run cold, as both David and Prince David kept him from jolting out of their hold.

Turning to where James' eyes stared daggers towards, Cora saw a man she had forgotten about in all of the commotion that had been happening.

Hook felt his heart skip a few beats as he stared at Cora.

"Why are you hiding?" Sarah finally asked, her brow furrowed as she continued to stare at the man. "Aren't the people you're suppose to be afraid of standing right in front of you?"

"Look luv, I have no clue who you or for that matter who he is... and I have no idea what exactly is going on. All I know is that if that coat of arms is who I think it is...I might need to find away out of this town." Hook said as his eyes kept vigil on the men marching slowly down Main Street.

"Let me guess. You stole from King Richard." Sarah said with an accusing stare.

"No. I disobeyed a command." Hook said distractedly as he ducked down to stop one of the soldiers from seeing him.

"Of course you did!" James yelled, again trying to struggle out of the hold keeping him from beating the pirate to death, which he knew he was capable of.

"And in doing so you sealed my fate." Sarah said with a shake of her head and sadness reflecting from her eyes.

Before Hook could turn to stare at the girl Sarah was moving through the crowd of her family and made her way to the restrooms.

"What does she mean by that?" Hook asked the people who were glaring at him.

Snow turned her head from watching her sister walk away from them. Memories and horrible events of the past playing in her head, she could only imagine the one's going through her sister's.

Snow turned to look at the man that King Richard had sent word and sworn would bring a cure to save Sarah all those years ago. Allies from her father's time she had never met the man, but his reputation of being a just ruler and kind man had been known. His word had been his bond. And this pirate had almost caused a fractured alliance.

Watching the life seep from Sarah's body and the screams of pain racking her baby sister, they echoed through her head all these years later.

This man's failure did not just hurt Sarah, it had destroyed them all.

"The Nightshade...the poison that you were supposed to bring back...it was to SAVE Sarah. She died in my mother's arms because of you!"

The statement made everyone turn and look at Hook with a disgusted glare and then quickly to Sarah who stood looking at the ground clenching her jaw to keep from yelling.

Regina's face was a mask of horror as she held Baby Snow and stared at Sarah.

Sarah could feel the eyes on her...and without a word dashed to the back of the diner and into the bathroom as Mary Margret and Mrs. Charming swiftly followed behind her.

Snow didn't rush after her sister though. There was no need to.

That day's events were forever etched into her mind. The day that changed both of their lives forever...because of a decision Sarah had made as a child.

But now...now she knew there was no other way things could have gone.

The pirate in front of her had been the cause for everything changing in her life. After that horrific day oh so long ago...her world had changed.

Sarah had wanted to hide in the bathroom in the back of the diner, but a person appeared before her that made her stop and say the person's name in shock.

"Mulan...what are you doing here?!"

Mulan smiled as she entered the back door completely and approached Sarah.

"King Richard sent me to find you. He says he wanted to see you for himself...to know if you really were ok." Mulan then glanced behind Sarah as Mary Margret and Mrs. Charming approached.

Both instantly recognizing her.

Sarah turned and looked at them before turning back around to Mulan. "When you say he wanted to see me..."

The question didn't need to be finished as Mulan nodded her head.

" He is outside waiting for me to bring you to him."

Sarah took a second to process the information, then took in a huge breathe and it out slowly. Staring at nothing for a few seconds she seemed to make up her mind and nodded her head.

"Alright. I can talk to him."

"Wait!" "Sarah!"

Sarah immediately swiveled a hand behind her motioning for her sister to stop. With one simple glance back and a simple 'It's ok,' both women slowly deflated at the need to protect her.

"Make sure Killian isn't seen by Richard. If he does..." Sarah didn't finish the sentence again as she knew both understood exactly what would happen.

With a little nod, Sarah turned back to Mulan and began to walk to the rear exit along with her.

Baby Snow was talking up a storm as Regina distracted herself by feeding her. Of course this caused Regina to fight smiling herself - and failing miserably as everyone watched the 'Evil Queen' feed the little Princess some more.

"Bow bow..." Baby Snow said pointing and staring at Pongo as Regina shoveled in more pasta.

"Snow..." Regina said slowly drawing out her name and gaining back the baby's attention as she held the spoon full of pasta away, waiting for the baby to turn her head, " first you need to eat. Then you can play with the doggie."

Baby Snow slapped the countertop out of delight from the food being fed to her and began making happy noises as Regina continued to feed her.

"Re re?" Baby Snow asked swinging her head looking for Henry.

"You want Henry to feed you?" Regina asked with two raised brows, slightly shocked that the baby even remembered Henry was there...let alone asking for him.

Henry of course had been speaking to the other versions of himself, completely ecstatic of the events happening. As the younger version heard 'Rere' he turned.

Regina turned in the stool chairs as she continued to hold the baby and looked at the young men she had raised as her own son.

"Henry...do you think you can feed..." Regina began to ask but was interrupted by all of them with a huge smile on their faces.

"My sister!"

"Henry that's not funny!" Snow scolded her grandson's, who looked way too pleased with themselves to stop smiling. It was weird to watch Henry happily take the baby version of herself and begin to feed her.

"Well technically speaking his great grandmother is also his great Aunt...and she's your sister...so...calling you his sister is the least worrisome thing at the moment." Neal pointed out with a little smirk and a hand gesture that was univeral for 'what are you gonna do.'

With that Neal made a funny face at baby Snow making the maybe scrunch her face and laugh.

Weirdly the baby squirmed to make Henry almost drop her, making both Regina and Neal reach for the baby.

Neal managed to grab her before she fell and quickly scooped her up.

"Now we know how you always managed to escape!" Neal joked with a huge smile and promptly lifted the baby up and gave her a huge raspberry on her stomach making the baby giggle and laugh like no tomorrow.

"You do realize that technically she's your mother-in-law..." Regina said as what people would think was an evil smile spread across her face, but when Neal actually turned and smiled back at her she felt her smile falter as she was struck with how his smile was like her own.

Not something she would have ever really noticed before...but with having two identicals of herself nearby...the resemblance was uncanny.

"Guess I know where I get my wit from, huh GG?!" Neil smiled evilly.

"GG?" The way the two letters left Regina's lips making her dislike for the two letter title known immediately.

"Great Grandma just doesn't sound right when I talk to you...so...GG! Take it or have me make up something more ridiculous."

Regina noted just how much like her Neal was in that moment...wisely she rolled her eyes and accepted the title without more discussion. She couldn't help but smile as she felt a swell of pride.

Hearing the sound of Baby Snow laughing as Neal continued to make rude sounds with his mouth only making her heart swell with love in a way she couldn't understand.

"Regina...could we talk to you a second?" Mary Margret asked as she walked from the back of the diner along with Mrs. Charming.

"What's the matter?" Regina said as she looked between both women.

"Sarah was just summoned by King Richard. Apparently he's out back...she didn't want us to go with her."

"We tried!" Mrs. Charming said as she looked over at Madame Mayor.

"You know how stubborn she is!" Mary Margret said as she looked up into Regina's brown eyes.

Madame Mayor and Regina shared a look.

"I'll watch the baby." Madame Mayor said as she moved closer to Neal who looked up at Madame Mayor with a worried face.

"Do you need me to go check on her?" Neal asked as Baby Snow decided it was a good time to bounce in his lap as he held her arms and up.

"No...I think I need to see this King Richard before he sees all the secrets that we're trying to keep. I don't know if he'll be so compassionate if he's overwhelmed by all of us." Regina said as she gave Madame Mayor some of Baby Snow's things. Pacifier, bib, and stuffed toy.

Of course Baby Snow watched the transaction, and as soon as Madame Mayor moved towards Baby Snow with a hesitant heart and Regina moved to go to the back of the diner the baby said something that stopped everyone from making any noise.

"Mama!"

To say that Madame Mayor felt her heart beating a mile a minute was an understatement as she stared at the youngest version of her mortal enemy. Regina though felt as if her soul had suddenly been set free of all burdens as she turned back around and couldn't stop the enormous smile that spread across her face at hearing the word.

She didn't know it...but she began trembling...a rush of joy overpowering every other emotion she had.

Madame Mayor couldn't look away, couldn't even try and contest what the baby had yelled out.

"Mama!" Baby Snow yelled again as Regina turned back around and quickly walked over and kissed Baby Snow all over her face as she held the child's head.

"Did...did she just..." Madame Mayor couldn't even complete the question...her heart hammering in her ears that's how hard it was pounding.

Regina kissed the baby again making the baby give a belly laugh. Neal saw the huge smile on Regina's face and couldn't help but smirk at the sight.

"Looks like she knows who you are!" Neil said with a small wink at Snow, Mary Margret, and Mrs. Charming.

Snow just had on a smile, but Mary Margret and Mrs. Charming were slack jawed with awe. Neither of them ever imagining that she would ever call Regina anything of the sort.

Emma couldn't help but feel a tug of happiness watching the scene. Her grandmother wouldn't get the chance to actually raise her daughter. Maybe everything that was happening was the universe trying to correct an injustice that happened long ago. Maybe this was the universe showing her that her pain growing up wasn't the only pain that was suffered.

"Brava! La voi bene la mamma!" Gipetto encouraged the baby in Italian again.

"Mama..." the baby murmured as Regina combed her hand through the baby's hair. The sudden urge to stay right there with her daughter almost trumping her urgency to see if Sarah was ok.

"I'll take care of her GG...you go check on my Grandmother." Neal said as he made a noise and tickled Baby Snow making her laugh.

Regina looked at Neal, and it was as if he could read in her eyes what she wanted to say. "Don't worry...I'll guard her with my life...she kinda is the reason I have one."

With that Neal looked over at the Henry's and up at Emma with a little smile.

Regina smirked.

"Make sure she eats." Regina said as she gave one finally kiss to the baby as Neal leaned over and grabbed the pasta bowl and began to feed the child without protest...to the amazement of Zelena.

It might have something to do with how he made noises like a car as he fed the baby.

It amused Regina to no end, and affection growing for a man she had never known and was responsible for the only blessing she had in this life. Henry.

Quickly without thinking too much on it, she bent and placed a kiss on Neal's face, and then quickly turned to the shocked faces of the people that had witnessed the display of affection.

"Don't disappoint your GG!" Regina said as she quickly made her way to the back. Emma and Ms. Swan's eyes watching her with furrowed brows. The mixed emotion they had to witnessing her Grandmother kiss Neal...was...well...weird.

"I'm never gonna get use to this town." Ms. Swan said as she turned and shared a look with Emma.

Emma agreed wholeheartedly.

Regina heard laughter and something in her furrowed at the sound. She had heard Sarah laugh in the time that she had known her...but the other laugh...something in her mind told her it sounded way too familiar.

Rounding the corner she saw a man with his back to her and speaking with whom she knew to be Mulan...who she had not seen in a very long time.

Sarah had seen her and had immediately rushed over to her.

"Mom...Richard was telling me that he came to make sure that we were all alright. He had been on his way to introduce himself to you and Snow before the wedding to finalize the dowry and commendation ceremony." Sarah said with a look in her eyes Regina had never seen.

Regina said nothing for a few seconds before she voiced her thought. "You care about him."

Sarah then smiled. "He's a good man. I know you'll love him. If anything he's going to help keep our Kingdom's in peace."

"And the price of doing that...is you." Regina's face showed just how serious she understood the situation to be.

"Mom..." Sarah's worried face let Regina know that Sarah was still going to go through with the marriage...despite everything that they both knew now.

"Where are my manners. You must be Queen Re...I'm sorry...are you alright?"

Sarah had looked over at King Richard when he had begun speaking. She was smiling when she turned back to her mother...who looked as if she had stopped breathing. Her mouth hung open, her eyes wide like saucers.

King Richard looked at Regina with worry as she suddenly began to pant as she looked at him...almost as if in fear.

"I'm sorry if I startled you my Queen...I did not mean to do so. Please...I extend my apologi..." Richard did not even get the words out before he caught Regina as he watched Regina's eye roll back as she collapsed in front of his eyes.

"MOM!" Sarah had screamed.

Sarah didn't know...but nothing could have prepared Regina for the sight.

Nothing could have prepared her to see him...a man she thought dead...a man she never could have thought to be in front of her.

It didn't matter that he was older.

It didn't matter that he had a beard.

She would know his face even if a million years had passed.

How could she ever forget it.

It was impossible.

But it was him.

King Richard...the lion-hearted...was Daniel.
