As I began to get dressed to leave I turned to look at Jacob "you should really help them" I said he said nothing when I was rounding the corner I heard "Bella Wait!" So I stopped in my tracks "can I see my son before we take this …break" he continued pain evident in his eyes "of course he misses his daddy" I said caressing his face.
As we made our way to the Paul's we drove in silence, we pulled up it's like he where Julian was and as soon as the saw each it was like a blind man seeing for the first time Julian beamed smiling like he had a mouth full of teeth and he was alert for his age he kicked his little feet and Jacob took him from Quill "hi little guy I missed you so much" Jacob said Julian made cooing noises as if he understood "so…you and your mommy are going on a little… vacation a-and daddy will be here be here but it's ok cause you guy's will have a great time and you can take your blanket your nana and me got you and know daddy loves you more than anything you have to take care of your mommy… I love you" he huffed as if the last amount of air was being taken from him and I was going to tell him he didn't understand but our little boy looked at him intently as if he was hanging onto every word then Jacob kissed his forehead and handed him to me "ok where is Leach?" he said sneered as if this was the last thing in life he wanted to be dealing with, when we made our way downstairs and Jacob listened to what happened he stared at Edward for a long moment "take him to Carlisle…the only connection that would jog his memory is Bella and Carlisle and Bella already helped enough" he said "They are all mad there I can't go back" Edward said quickly "well him and Carlisle could go somewhere" Seth offered " I don't want to be alone with them they'll surely kill me!" Edward yielded " I'll go" I said without thinking and Jacob shot me this look that said ' are you fucking serious right now' "no" Jacob said "stop" I sighed rocking Julian I knew Shit was about to hit the fan "please don't belittle me right now Bella" he said sounding a little more on edge "I am not belittling you this is not the time or the place so just stop" I said and with that he stormed out and so did the other wolves with disapproving looks.
I drove Edward to the Cullen's as he waited in the car "Carlisle we need you I think you are the key to jogging his memory but he said he doesn't want to go back in the house and he doesn't want to be alone with you so I offered to help in any way I can" I said Carlisle nodded his head and thought for a long moment "we can go up to the cabin for a week and everything should be back to normal" he said I nodded I packed me and Julian's thing's and we headed to the cabin it brought back memories it was our wedding gift I sighed I entered the doors I thought I would never step foot in again being in that cabin helped a lot it help made him remember him dying Rose and the wedding it was scattered but we were getting some where I had to explain to him that we were not married after Julian was sleep I opened a bottle of wine and prepared myself for my first pump and dump ever on my third glass I came to the conclusion that I am the problem "Eddie c-an I am use a question" I slurred stumbling into the living room "Of course" he said "do you think that Jacob might actually love me?" I huffed plopping down on the sofa "he would be a fool not to" he said with a crooked smile "drink with me" I said pouring him a glass he smiled Carlisle had went hunting so it was just we laugh, danced, and sang.
When I woke up my hair was stuck to my face and sheets all wrapped around me I had one pump still attached to my breast and it felt like there was a circus in my head when I pulled the breast pump off my breast and rolled over instantly coming in contact with something I shot up to fast and got dizzy "holy hell" I screeched clutching the sheets to my body "please not so loud" I heard Edward's muffled voice " oh no god no please get up get out get the hell out!" I yell he hops up and sure enough he is naked and he tries and covers his self " this was a mistake a HUGE mistake" I shriek scrambling to get clothes on I am the problem not Jacob not the other's me and me alone I still have a lot of money from divorce settlement between me and Edward I need to find myself and become a better person and then I'll be ok I go get Julian after I shower and I feed him and get him dress " Hi baby you ready to go on a adventure" I said to him putting him in his car seat I learned never to think my destination around here I should visit Rene, Charlie, CJ, but they would understand wouldn't they?. As we board the plane to our new life all I can think is maybe they're better off without me.
